Alrighty, another episode down. Thanks everyone for their patience. I hope this episode will live up to the other 2. Again, wish these didn't take as long as they did but by no means do I plan on giving up on this. I see great potential in this season and this cast and I want to see it through to the end. I just hope it won't take me too long or anything as I have other things I have to focus on.

But anyways, hope everyone enjoys this one! It took quite a while to make.

EPISODE 3: LEADING THE BLIND

Jeff: Previously on Survivor!

Vinnie: That vote was nothing to do with you, it had everything to do with her.

Jeff: Lauren found herself on the outs after her closest ally was blindsided!

Lauren (confessional): I just want to strangle Vinnie right now.

Jeff: At the reward challenge, the tribes competed for a very special reward. A visit from a survival specialist!

Jeff: Juburi wins reward!

Kenny: We're going to send Vinnie.

Jeff: After Vinnie was sent to the Temple of Secrets. He decided to take the risk of sitting out of the next challenge for a clue, leading him to the third and final hidden immunity idol.

Vinnie was shown taking the clue and digging up the idol.

Jeff: Over at Juburi, Emily was having a rough time with the environment, and contemplated quitting the game.

Emily: Maybe I'm just not cut out for this game.

Jeff: But after some supporting words by Kate, she decided to stay!

Kate: You were casted for a reason.

Emily (confessional): I am going to press on hard and give every single thing I've got to win today's challenge.

Jeff: At the immunity challenge, Juburi took an easy victory, while Lauren led her tribe to claim their first win of the season!

Jeff: Juburi wins immunity! Vorona wins immunity! Kornati tribe going to tribal council!

Jeff: Back at camp, Curtis stumbled on some valuable information. Learning that the girls have an idol.

Curtis (confessional): The girls have an immunity idol. This could destroy everything for us guys.

Jeff: And the guys hatched a plan to divide their votes, assuming Sarah was still on their side! Leaving her with a critical decision to make!

Sarah (confessional): I am nervous as all hell. Why is this decision so tough?

Jeff: At tribal council, Sarah made her decision to side with the girls, as they voted off the guys' leader, Curtis.

Jeff: Curtis, the tribe has spoken.

Jeff: 16 are left, who will be voted out tonight?

Intro.

KORNATI NIGHT 6.

Things were tense when the 5 Kornati members got back to camp. Damian especially was quite annoyed.

Damian: So much for playing the idol.

Moana: I did what I felt like I had to do.

Damian: Well, I didn't get the votes so I guess I'm grateful for that.

Luke: Let's just try our best and win tomorrow.

The girls settled down meanwhile the guys had a quick conversation.

Luke: I swear I had no idea she was doing that. I should have voted for Rachel.

Damian: Nah, you're fine. She was just lying. That's a part of the game.

Damian (confessional): I guess you could say I'm pretty ticked right now. Sarah completely played us. And now Curtis, my closest ally is now gone. But the game isn't over yet. There's still a chance for us to win immunities and if we do, Luke and I might actually stand a shot at this.

Luke (confessional): So I did lie to Damian. I did know that Curtis was going home. Sarah told me a few minutes before tribal. I still voted for Moana because I wanted Curtis out too. He was being too controlling and I'm kidding myself if I think I'm going to be staying with him the whole game. This way I get both Damian and Sarah to trust me and maybe I can get some traction here.

They both went back to the shelter and was hoping to get some sleep that night.

Sarah (confessional): I made my decision, I went with the girls. I could tell Curtis just didn't trust me. The fact that he'd send Luke to tell me things kinda irked both of us. But I really hope we don't lose another challenge. This tribe is already tense enough with Damian. And this is about as much drama as I could take for one night.

JUBURI DAY 7.

Nigel and Kenny were both walking to treemail.

Nigel: I tell you what, I did not think I'd be here for a week.

Kenny: Pretty easy when you're on a tribe that's done pretty well for themselves.

Nigel: True. So any luck with the idol?

Kenny: Yeah. I managed to get it.

Nigel: Nice.

Kenny: This stays between us. Got it?

Nigel: Yes sir.

Kenny (confessional): Nigel and I have some sort of partnership thing going on. We both know it makes sense to keep the other around. And as long as we keep winning these challenges, we should be very well prepared for what comes next.

They all arrived at treemail. Kenny opened it and there was a rolled up napkin with a spoon and fork symbol on it.

Kenny: Oh God, the gross food eating challenge.

Nigel: That doesn't sound pleasant or delicious.

They bring it back to show the others.

Kenny: Hey guys! Guess what?

Brendan: Treemail?

Nigel: A napkin. To clean up after ourselves.

Jayda: What does it say?

Nigel opened it and read it.

Nigel: "Today's challenge will test your mind, your skills and your creativity. Using the resources you have around camp, you must prepare a 3 course Survivor feast to be judged by an expert."

Emily: Ooh, a cooking challenge.

Nigel: "5 of you will be responsible for preparing the appetizer, the main course and the dessert. The tribe with the best overall meal, wins reward consisting of pillows, blankets, 2 chairs, a tarp, some wine, and a hammock."

Juburi grew excited at this, as some of them have been dreaming about food for a while.

Nigel: "While the second tribe to finish will receive a tarp, the third tribe will get nothing. Since your tribe has one extra member, please choose to sit someone out. They are not allowed to help with anything."

Emily raises her hand at this.

Emily: Don't know much about food.

Nigel: "You have 6 hours before the judge arrives. Good luck"

VORONA DAY 7.

Vinnie: Alright, let's think about this. Do we want to divide our roles?

Dianne: That's probably smart.

Zane: Yeah, let's do that.

Vinnie: Lauren, you wanna take desserts?

Lauren: Uh, sure. I guess.

Vinnie: The main course is like some sort of protein. So maybe we can get some fish. Zane and I can handle that. Dianne and Andy, you guys can go and collect some fruit for the appetizers.

Andy: Okay.

Dianne: Alright.

Everyone then split up to do their separate roles. Lauren walked through the jungle, slightly annoyed.

Lauren (confessional): Of course Vinnie steps in to take the leadership role. And just because I'm the only one that works in an ice cream shop, I get put on desserts when I really wanted to tackle the main course. I didn't argue with him because I know that would just make my position worse in this game.

Andy and Dianne meanwhile are looking for some fruit.

Dianne: So how are you feeling right now?

Andy: I'm feeling pretty good. Hope we can still have that solid group of 4 stay together.

Dianne: I am confident it will.

Andy: Me too. Vinnie I ain't too sure about.

Dianne: What do you mean?

Andy: Do you by chance know anything from him about the Temple of Secrets?

Andy (confessional): I've been having this gut feeling for a while now that Vinnie got something from the Temple in exchange for sitting out of that last immunity challenge. If I perhaps leak some of this doubt to Dianne while we're alone, she'll tell me what I need to know so that she'll think I'll trust her moving forward.

Dianne: Well... Vinnie did get a clue.

Andy: What for?

Dianne: It's to this hidden immunity idol. You saw last season, right?

Andy: Oh yeah! Wow, he has one of those.

Dianne: Yeah. But you didn't hear it from me.

He nodded as they both continued to chop down some coconuts.

Dianne (confessional): I was debating whether or not to keep the idol a secret from Andy but I need to work up this perception that Vinnie is a huge threat. And him knowing that Vinnie has something powerful like an immunity idol? That'll increase his target 10 fold.

KORNATI DAY 7.

Kornati was gathered around, discussing their plans for this challenge.

Moana: Obviously the main course is what we should focus on as that seems like the most difficult.

Damian: We could go snake hunting. Snake kebabs sound nice.

Sarah: Cool! You and Luke wanna tackle that.

Luke: I dunno...

Damian: Come on, snakes aren't poisonous. Aren't they?

Moana: Most of them aren't. At least when I did my research on Croatia.

Luke: Okay then, I guess I can do that.

Luke (confessional): Not too keen on snakes but this reward sounds like something we need. So I'll have to just swallow my fears and get out there, catch the tribe some snake.

Rachel: What sounds good as an appetizer?

Sarah: Do we wanna consider our rice?

Damian: Seriously? I mean that's our food.

Rachel: If we wanna win this reward, we gotta go all in. I don't know about the rest of you guys, but my bones have been aching for 2 days straight now.

Luke: I gotta agree with Rachel here. Some rice and dried fruit would be sure to give us an edge.

Moana: And the desert? I was thinking we could make some jam out of the berries we have.

Luke: That's actually a good idea. Leave it in the cold for a bit and it'll feel like a proper dessert.

Moana: I'll handle that since it seems like the easiest. You two girls good on the rice and dried fruit?

Sarah: Let's do this thing.

All 5 of them shared a high five before dividing up.

Moana (confessional): So maybe I did come off as a little bossy. I can't help it though, with my alliance with the girls and my idol that I still have, I feel like I'm in the best position on this tribe.

Damian and Luke were walking along the jungle looking for snakes.

Damian: Yap yap yap, goddamn.

Luke: She really is starting to get under my skin.

Damian: She's already down to my bone. Then again, that might be because of the bamboo. Can't wait to take my anger out on these damn snakes.

Luke then shoots him a glare.

Damian: Actual snakes, not the one's we're playing with.

Luke: Ah, right. Gotcha. Are these snakes dangerous?

Damian: As long as you have the right technique, you should be good.

They then hear some hissing from nearby. The duo approached secluded cave area.

Luke: I don't think I can do this man.

Damian: That's your voice of doubt speaking. You just got to tell it to shut up

Luke: Voice of doubt?

Damian: Yeah, I get one too. Ignored it almost all the time and look how I turned out.

Luke: How do I tell an imaginary voice to shut up?

Damian: Think about the name of the person you despise the most and tell them to shut up.

Damian then went inside the cave while Luke took a deep breath.

Luke: Shut up, Sabrina.

He then followed Damian in to the cave and found a snake sleeping.

Damian: *whispering* Okay, this one isn't poisonous. Killed a couple of these at my time.

Luke nodded as Damian raised the machete. Luke looked away as Damian made quick work of the snake.

Damian: Got it!

Luke: Ew, that's a lot of blood

Damian then picked up the corpse.

Damian: A lot of meat too. Alright, let's head back.

JUBURI DAY 7.

Nigel and Jayda went towards the vegetable patch that they won from the previous reward challenge. Nigel brought Mr Chef along.

Jayda (confessional): We decided to take full advantage of the resources we did have, so we went to the vegetable patch to prepare some vegetable stew out of whatever we can find.

Nigel: Alright, Mr Chef. What do we need?

Jayda (confessional): And since this is a food challenge, Nigel felt the need to bring along his dumb puppet friend. It's like watching a child play with it's food.

Mr Chef: We got a couple of potatoes here, that'll make for a nice broth. And a cabbage over here.

Nigel (confessional): When I channel Mr Chef, I become Mr Chef. It's basic acting, you have to know stupid amounts of everything about the characters you're playing. So this challenge will hopefully give me the chance to shine here and not look like the Juburi jackass.

After collecting a few more veggies. He ran back with Jayda following behind, annoyed.

Mr Chef: This should be enough for one person.

Kate and Brendan were scavenging around looking for something that could start off their main course.

Brendan (confessional): We didn't really have a plan of what we wanted to make. We kinda just split off from the rest and see what we could find.

Kate: What's something that's easy to cook?

Brendan: Or isn't a pain in the ass to find.

Kate: That too

They then came across a couple of snails.

Kate: Ew, snails.

Brendan: How's about we make some Escargot? Tried it before in France and it was amazing.

Kate: I guess so. We do want something that'll set us apart and will give us an edge. Plus this should be more than enough.

Kate (confessional): I do get a bit of an icky feeling about snails and slugs or any slimy creatures. There was this one time where I snuck downstairs in the dark for a midnight snack. When I got to the kitchen, I stepped on this slug.

Kate and Brendan gathered the snails and brought them back with them.

Kate (confessional): And when I turned the lights on, there was this group of slugs all on the kitchen floor, it was like one of those horror movies.

Kate: Hey guys! We got snails!

Kate (confessional): The worst part about it was that I was bare foot so I had to take a minute to clean up. Still got those chips though.

Jayda: We got some Potatoes, cabbages and a couple carrots for our stew. Didn't grab too much or anything.

Kenny then came back with some fruit.

Kenny: I got a banana and some mango from the marooning. I'm thinking about doing a couple banana skewers with some mango dip.

Brendan: I love mangos. They bring out that tropical flavor.

Jayda (confessional): Brendan is getting a little too close to Kenny for my liking. I have to make him realize that Kenny is going to become a problem for us later on.

Jayda: Alright, we have our 3 courses, time to prepare them.

VORONA DAY 7.

Vinnie and Zane were down trying to look for some fish.

Vinnie: So we're sticking to the plan. Lauren's out next, right?

Zane: Yes, that's been the plan for 3 days now.

Vinnie: Okay, just checking.

Zane (confessional): Vinnie once again getting under my skin. He's always asking me "We voting Lauren off, right" like he's holding me at gunpoint. He always has to ask that I'm still on his side and it's starting to annoy me.

Vinnie (confessional): Zane definitely has reason to flip, they all do. So if I keep using the mind games, it'll scare them so that they stick with me. Maybe I'll use the immunity idol as leverage, we'll see. I'll also make sure to serve any bs comments just to feed his ego.

Vinnie: You look good in that fishing gear by the way.

Zane: Thanks.

Zane then looked at the water reluctantly.

Zane (confessional): I had to keep reminding myself that my love for animals almost got me sent home last time. It was difficult though, if I wanted to win the challenge, I had to skewer a fish.

He then saw one and wasted no time using the fishing spear on it.

Zane: Got one!

Vinnie: Perfect. We've got this in the bag.

Lauren was busy cutting apples up for her dessert.

Lauren (confessional): So far, I've got apple slices but it takes a lot more than that for it to become a proper dessert.

She then cooked the slices in the pot.

Lauren: I saw this recipe for baked apple slices online and even though I don't have any sugar or cinnamon, I'll have to make a substitution which in cooking terms means bending the recipe for different kinds of people to enjoy.

She then sliced open a pineapple and squeezed some of the juice for seasoning.

Lauren: And just like that, my baked apple slices are complete

Andy then came back.

Lauren: How're you doing?

Andy: Got some plantains. Some bananas too, so maybe I can make a fusion out of it.

Lauren: That sounds great.

Andy (confessional): Starting off with 3 tribes has definitely bended my strategy a bit as I want us to be the lesser threat of all 3. I want Kornati and Juburi to be at each others throats. So the more challenges we do lose, the more beneficial I can make it for me. And it all starts with messing up this appetizer.

Andy then finished his dish and placed it on a clean stepping stone.

Andy: I'm gonna put this somewhere safe.

Lauren nodded as Andy jogged off further in to the jungle with it. He then ran in to Zane.

Zane: Hey dude. Wow, that dish looks nice!

Andy: Thanks. Shame we don't make this kinda stuff more often.

Zane: Some people just don't have the energy.

Andy then looked around.

Zane: What're you doing?

Andy: We could eat some of this ourselves and they would never know.

Zane: That's tempting. Well, it ain't protein, so I'm down.

Both shared some of the dish and Andy rearranged the rest of it so it looked like there was still enough for the judge.

Zane (confessional): I never saw Andy as the type to want to go behind the rest of the tribe's backs but I'm all for it. This is what happens when you've been out here for a week and have barely eaten anything. Greed starts to really set in.

KORNATI DAY 7.

Kornati were finished with their courses.

Moana: Nice job team.

Moana (confessional): So for our three courses we made a stirred rice and coconut appetizer, a snake kebab main course and for dessert, we have some berry jam which did come out as a bit of a mess but hopefully all the flavors come together to give us the win.

A boat then came in while Luke was setting up the table.

Luke (confessional): Even though it wasn't a part of the challenge, I wanted to create that restaurant feel so I used this slab of wood and held it up against two rocks. Also used a couple stepping stones as the food holders since we didn't have any plates. And I lit up a couple of our torches on both sides and stuck em in the sand.

Sarah: You did a great job with the whole makeover.

Luke: Thank you, just wanted to have some fun.

Sarah (confessional): Luke does have a pure heart, he goes out of his way to make sure the whole experience is positive. But hopefully this whole restaurant feel will score us a couple of bonus points.

Rachel: Oh look! It's Ivan!

Jeff and Ivan both got out of the boat and walked towards camp.

Jeff: What's going on guys?

Sarah: Nothing much, this challenge kept us busy.

Jeff: Glad to hear it. So we brought back Ivan, he was curious to see how you guys were holding up and asked to be apart of this reward challenge as well.

Ivan: So how this is going to work is I will be tasting your dishes one at a time, giving you guys some feedback. Then when we're done with all three tribes, we will drop off crates containing the rewards.

Ivan walked towards the table that Luke had set out for him.

Ivan: Can see you had more than just the food to work on.

Luke: Well I wanted to enhance the experience for you. So for this first dish we have a rice and coconut appetizer.

Ivan had brought the cutlery necessary for this challenge. So he tasted the first course.

Ivan: A bit too strong with the coconut, overwhelming with the flavor. But the texture is nice, the rice was cooked for long enough. So pretty good start.

Rachel (confessional): We had no idea how critical this guy was going to be about our food. So we started to get cold feet about the whole thing.

Luke: This is a snake kebab. We stopped the head off and wrapped it around the stick.

Ivan took a bite out of the snake and nodded.

Ivan: Great flavor, texture is nice. Good job!

Damian fist pumped at this while Luke gave him a look of approval.

Luke: And finally we have a berry jam. Consisting of strawberries and blueberries.

Ivan took a spoonful of the jam.

Ivan: A bit messy presentation wise, though it tastes good, again a little too strong. You want to be careful with berries.

Damian (confessional): He really was treating this like he was at a restaurant and getting served a 5 star meal.

Ivan walked away, back to Jeff.

Ivan: They had a solid meal. The appetizer did kind of put me off the rest of the meal but otherwise a good start.

Jeff: Okay, let's see what's going on with Juburi.

JUBURI DAY 7.

Juburi, after preparing their courses, took a short break.

Emily: Nice job guys. That challenge looked hard.

The boat then came in and both it's passengers approached the camp.

Jeff: What's going on Juburi?

Jayda: Nice to see you come to us for a change.

Jeff: Thought it'd be easier.

Ivan then looked at the dishes.

Ivan: I like the presentation.

Brendan: Your appetizer sir. We have a vegetable stew.

Ivan then took a taste.

Ivan: This tastes delicious.

Brendan and Jayda then looked at each other in shock while Nigel and Mr Chef high fived.

Ivan: Perfectly balanced, the flavoring comes together well. Great start overall.

Nigel: Thank Mr Chef.

Emily (confessional): Safe to say we were all pretty shocked. We never really took Nigel as the cooking type. Just goes to show that all of our tribe members are valuable in some shapes and forms.

Kate then brought out the cooked snails in front of Ivan.

Kate: 5 freshly cooked snails. Think of it as Escargot without all the seasoning and sides

Ivan then tastes one of the snails.

Ivan: A bit dry. Can sense the snails are overcooked. Creative concept though.

So far Juburi were anxious about their chances as the last dish was brought out.

Kenny: For dessert we have pineapple skewers and mango dip.

Ivan: Wow, surprised you had enough fruit to make all that.

Kenny: We save our food as much as we can.

Ivan: And how did you make the dip?

Kenny: Peeled the skin off, then i sorta squeezed the Juice out in to a shell.

Kenny (confessional): I was pretty on edge during the whole process. The mango dip didn't look much like the ones online where they had all the extra ingredients that we didn't have. But I know that pineapple and mango go well together so fingers crossed.

Ivan took a bite of the pineapple with some mango and paused.

Ivan: You all should have this more often. It tastes great!

The Juburi tribe cheered at this.

Kenny: Thank you sir. We hope you enjoyed our 3 course meal.

Ivan: You'll find out how you did in a few moments.

Ivan walked back to Jeff.

Jeff: How was theirs?

Ivan: If it wasn't for their snails, I'd say theirs is the team to beat. Right now, not too sure.

Jeff: Okay, well we've still got 1 more tribe left before you need to make any decisions.

VORONA DAY 7.

Vorona gathered all 3 of their dishes together.

Vinnie: Well, these dishes look like winners to me.

Zane: Couldn't agree more!

Lauren and Andy both looked at each other with uncertainty.

Dianne (confessional): We've only won one challenge so far with it being yesterdays immunity. So I'm really hoping that this is the start of something special for our tribe.

Everyone then watched as the boat came in.

Zane (confessional): When we found out Ivan was the judge, I couldn't help but turn around 50 shades of white, I was nervous because of how critical he was of last challenge. But I do have a feeling that all of the dishes will come together to form something amazing.

Ivan and Jeff both walked to camp.

Jeff: Afternoon guys.

Ivan: Wow, quite a place you got here.

Lauren: Croatia, gotta love it.

Jeff: Now, sure you guys know how Ivan likes to work. He won't give you a score, just strictly feedback.

Vorona all understood this as their first course was brought out.

Andy: A little mix of bananas and plantains. A fusion if you will.

Ivan then tasted it.

Ivan: This is quite underwhelming. The plantains are very bitter, the bananas are okay but the plantains do overtake that flavor.

Andy: Understood.

Andy (confessional): I completed my goal. And with two complete morons coming up, I'm sure their dish will be so bad that no matter what Lauren does, we'll still lose.

Vinnie then served up the fish, Lauren grimaced about how it looked.

Vinnie: Got a cooked fish, straight from the ocean.

Ivan: Let me just stop you right there. There are a few reasons why I'm not going to eat this. First and foremost, it's undercooked.

Vinnie and Zane now got cold feet.

Ivan: Second of all, I can tell that this is a Greater Weaver, this is a dangerous fish because of how poisonous it is. This would not be an issue, however, since the fish is undercooked, there is a great chance of food poisoning. So I'll skip this one.

Zane (confessional): I was beyond pissed. I went out of my way and killed a fish for nothing? I don't care how poisonous it is! It's still food! Sheesh.

Lauren (confessional): There is a reason why I do the fishing for this tribe, to make sure that we don't get any weavers. I can't trust these people to do anything.

Lauren: Okay, and for dessert, I made cooked apple slices seasoned with pineapple.

Ivan: Presentation looks promising.

Ivan then took a slice and ate it.

Ivan: This is the best dish by a mile. The flavors work, the texture is amazing. This is an enjoyable meal.

Lauren: Thank you.

The two then shook hands.

Dianne (confessional): We're so screwed. Not only do we have a great shot at losing but now our spirit is going to be at an all time low.

Ivan then approached Jeff.

Jeff: So, now for the decision.

Ivan: If I was judging them individually, it'd be a tie. Juburi had the best appetizer, Kornati with the best main course and they had the best dessert.

Jeff: Well, we're going to need a decision.

The screen then faded to black.

CHALLENGE RESULTS.

VORONA

A helicopter was approaching all the campsites. Jeff could be seen on board next to 3 crates.

Jeff: After consulting with Ivan, we're now ready to deliver to the tribes, their crates.

Vorona was up first as they saw a crate fly by towards them.

Vinnie (confessional): When we first saw the crate, we were excited. I thought wow, Lauren's dessert must have really helped us out.

They all cheered and ran towards the crate to open it.

Dianne: It's a letter.

Zane then read it.

Zane: "Got nothing for you. Head back to camp". Son of a bitch, man.

Vinnie (confessional): Gotta hand it to Jeff, funny way to tell us we lost but still, really annoyed we've lost another reward.

Vinnie: Back to our crappy camp.

JUBURI

Juburi were all huddled and waited anxiously.

Emily: There's the helicopter.

A crate was then dropped with a parachute attached.

Kenny: That's ours!

Jayda: Let's find out...

They all ran towards the crate. They opened it and erupted with cheers.

Brendan: We won!

The tribe were all hugging each other and wasted no time getting their crate back to camp and setting up.

Jayda (confessional): We ended up winning the challenge, it's just an awesome feeling all around knowing that all that work payed off.

Nigel: The greatest treasure known to man, wine!

Kenny: Can't wait to set this hammock up.

Emily: Hold up, we got something else.

Emily (confessional): There was this note at the bottom of the crate that I noticed and wondered what exactly it was.

Everyone gathered around as Emily read the note.

Emily: "As one of the winning tribes of today's reward, you will now have to select one of your tribe members to go to the temple of secrets to spend the night".

Brendan: Any takers?

Kenny: I ain't going again. Spending the first night there was absolute hell.

Nigel: I'll do it. Could be fun.

Kenny: You sure about that?

Nigel: Yeah, why not? I'm sure no one else wants to do it.

Jayda: Alright, good luck.

Brendan (confessional): I'm not sure what Nigel was thinking volunteering as it only makes him look like a bigger target.

Kenny (confessional): Nigel going is great for me. If I got an immunity idol out of going there, him also getting something game changing would just give us more power.

Nigel (confessional): I just got curious about what the hell this island is about. So curiosity hit me and I volunteered.

A boat arrived which collected Nigel as he waved back to his tribe.

Nigel (confessional): They do say curiosity killed the cat but they also said that cats have 9 lives and I already lost 3 of them from hangovers so here goes nothing.

KORNATI

Moana and Rachel were busy setting the tarp up

Luke: Bright side of cooking up something as big as a snake, you get dibs on leftovers.

Damian: Hell yeah you do. Sure was delicious all right

Sarah (confessional): While we didn't win, we still got the tarp which should still be a big help for us in terms of the rain situation.

Sarah then noticed an identical note in her tribe's crate.

Sarah: Hey guys, check this out

Rachel: Is it more firewood?

Sarah: Close, it's a note. And I feel like it's important.

She then read it out loud.

Sarah: "As one of the winning tribes of today's reward, you will now have to select one of your tribe members to go to the temple of secrets to spend the night".

Damian: Forgot that place exists.

Rachel: Well at least we know the person going won't end up being alone.

Luke: That's true.

The tribe then stayed silent for a few seconds.

Moana: Do ya'll want me to go just so we won't take any longer?

Rachel: If you think you can handle it.

Moana: For sure. I've dealt with worse.

Damian: Alright.

Damian (confessional): As if Moana doesn't have enough power in this game. Hopefully this way, Luke and I can get to work about getting the girls on our side to get her out while she's gone.

Moana then got on the boat as it drifted off.

TEMPLE OF SECRETS DAY 7.

Both boats slowed down as they got closer and closer to the temple.

Nigel (confessional): When I first got to the temple, I was not expecting someone else to join me. I thought it was just gonna be like my crappy, lonely apartment.

Moana: Hey, what's up?

Nigel: Was not expecting company. Nice to meet you.

Both of them shook hands and hugged.

Moana: Michael, is it?

Nigel: *sigh* Nigel

Moana: Oh damn, sorry

Nigel: It's fine. Always a tell tale sign when a woman gets my name wrong.

Moana: Well I'm asexual so you won't have to worry about that.

Nigel: Good to know.

Moana: I'm Moana by the way.

Moana (confessional): Nigel doesn't give off any schemer vibes or anything. Hopefully I can get a good dig or two in and learn more about his tribe.

Moana: Think we're supposed to go in here.

They both entered the ominous looking cave and saw a lit up section to their right.

Nigel: That one must be ours.

Section #3 - Day 7 - The Moral Dilemma.

You have now spent 7 days in the islands of Croatia. Now is when the hunger starts to take affect over your mind and body. Today's visit however, might be enough to help you. In front of you are two forms of food, cookies and fish. You will both have to decide who gets which to take back with them. If you choose the fish, you will take it back with you on the boat for your tribe. However, if you choose the cookies, they will remain secret from the tribe and you'll receive them in treemail when you return. You will have to balance out what you prioritize in this game. Both of your tribes won reward in the form of comfort, you can either add to that and earn the appreciation of your tribe or you can look out for yourself and use these cookies however you see beneficial to you. Good luck, and remember, choose wisely.

Both were shocked by this decision and felt the pressure.

Moana (confessional): This is major. I really want to make sure that I have a good grip on my tribe. But having to convince someone else to give up the fish? That's gonna be difficult.

Nigel: So I'm gonna be straight with you, I want the cookies.

Moana: Wow, really?

Moana (confessional): Luckily for me, I was sent here with someone who isn't a big fan of their tribe.

Nigel: Half my tribe I can't even stand. I'll happily take the cookies.

Moana: I kinda want the cookies too though.

Nigel: How about this? You let me keep the cookies, and I'll team up with you if we find ourselves on the same tribe.

Moana: Alright, deal.

The two of them shook on it.

Nigel (confessional): I was surprised when she wanted the cookies. But Kate and I have been talking about sugar based treats for a while. That and it's her birthday in a couple weeks so I wanna give her an early present. So I struck a deal promising her that we'd stick together and have our own little voting block.

Moana (confessional): I faked wanting the cookies just so Nigel can offer me something like an alliance. Now I get the fish and an ally for the future. So win-win for me.

Both of them noticed the sun setting down.

Nigel: We should probably set up for tonight.

Moana: Agreed.

Moana (confessional): On an island this small, there ain't much material to go around so we only made a small fire. But still, admittedly, Nigel was good company.

It was now night time and the two stayed up talking.

Moana: So what about you? You ever been out with anyone.

Nigel: A couple of one off dates but that was during my try hard phase.

Moana: I think that's the problem nowadays with people trying to date. People just put too much in to their relationships. I've had a couple of guys and girls in my face about dating and it was just never my thing. If I were to go out with someone, it'd be someone more laid back, someone who you could tell cares for you without them having to show it that much. Does that make sense?

Nigel: Got through to me. Where did you say you worked?

Moana: Meditation instructor. I also tried out palm reading.

Nigel: Can you read mine?

Moana: Sure, I can try.

Nigel held out his palm while Moana touched it.

Moana: Someone who's very outgoing on the outside. Quite tense on the inside. All around, you give off this purplish yellow aura. Some grey involved as well.

Nigel: Is that good?

Moana: Mostly...

Mr Chef (confessional): So she could basically read people? Ain't that a little dangerous for a game like this?

Nigel (confessional): Sure, but I'm fine with it. At least for now. I'm gonna need to search up aura colors when I get home.

Moana (confessional): I've tried out aura reading for a few years now. Even tried it out with the other tribes. For example, Lauren on the Vorona tribe has a deep red aura, trying to survive her circumstances, while Brendan on Juburi has a deep forest green, someone who's jealous and in denial.

Nigel: Well, should probably get some sleep and hope it doesn't rain. Good night!

Moana: Yeah, good night.

Moana looks at Nigel with a concerned look before closing her eyes.

VORONA DAY 8.

Dianne and Vinnie both got up early. They sat down together near the waterfall.

Dianne: This game's going pretty smoothly so far.

Vinnie: Indeed. My guess is that we only have one or two more tribals left to wait before a possible swap.

Dianne: Do we try and stick with Andy and Zane?

Vinnie: For right now, yes. They're more easily manipulated than Lauren is. She's a challenge threat and she can easily get others on her side.

Dianne: I feel bad that we just haven't been talking to her much.

Vinnie: It's a part of the game. We don't wanna give her any leverage.

Dianne (confessional): Part of me just cannot stand how ignorant Vinnie can be at times. He basically wants Lauren to know that we're against her and we're just slamming the door in her face. I do not wanna play that way and it's annoying me that it doesn't bother him one bit.

Zane meanwhile walked in on them.

Zane: Morning.

Vinnie: Morning.

Zane (confessional): Once again I find Dianne and Vinnie going off with each other. Could they make it any less obvious that they're together? They've already got each other, Lauren doesn't have anyone. Does kinda feel like a waste considering we're getting rid of our strongest, most consistent player.

Zane walked away and found Lauren taking care of the fire.

Zane: How long have you been doing that for?

Lauren: Since I woke up. It's one of the only ways I can keep my mind busy.

Zane: Makes sense. Sorry for blowing the challenge yesterday.

Lauren: Dude, don't worry. I don't hold it against you. Vinnie was the control freak in that situation.

Zane: He always is. Gets under my damn skin with what him and Dianne are doing every day.

Lauren: They've been an item since Day 1. Remember what Gail said about them, and how they instantly chose to vote her out?

Zane: That could happen to any of us.

Lauren: Yep. As far as I know, they're fine with us losing every challenge. Because then it's both those tribes going after each other with them being used as numbers.

Zane: I'd hate to go out that way.

Lauren: Me too, and I'm sure Andy feels the same.

Zane: Yeah. I've been meaning to talk to him. I'll see if I can find him.

Zane (confessional): Lauren is a bit of a sweet talker. But what she's said does make sense. I dunno, I hate having to think about stuff when it isn't even a guarantee that we're going to tribal yet.

Lauren (confessional): I hope I can get through to Zane that I really don't have any power. I couldn't convince these people to side with me the first tribal. So hopefully that'll sink in, the fact that that power couple is going to burn this tribe to the ground.

KORNATI DAY 8.

Most of the Kornati tribe took the day to relax since they had no challenges to worry about, with the exception of Sarah who was working hard to make sure the fire and shelter were both in good condition. Her and Luke both sat opposite each other on the campfire.

Sarah: You seen Rachel and Damian anywhere?

Luke: Yeah, they're relaxing together on the beach again.

Sarah: Again? Those two have been spending quite some time together.

Sarah (confessional): For the last couple days, I've noticed Rachel spending more and more time with Damian. And especially today since Moana isn't around. It does concern me but I'm hoping it doesn't turn in to anything too serious.

It then panned towards the two laying next to each other.

Damian: So where do you work exactly?

Rachel: Work as a receptionist. Been trying hard to get promoted, just hasn't happened yet.

Damian: Think I used to date a receptionist.

Rachel: Really?

Damian: Yeah, my last girlfriend was too busy and uptight. Kind of brought down morale. Then some other stuff happened a couple years ago and she left me for someone she found to be more stable.

Rachel: Sorry to hear that.

Damian: It's cool. I was planning to break it off with her anyway.

Damian (confessional): The more I talk to Rachel, the more fun I have with her. At first I found her to be unbearable just to be around. But now that there are less people around, she definitely stands out as someone I would hang out with.

Rachel (confessional): I think Damian likes me. I may like him too. I've been single for around 5 to 6 years. That last break up only made me stronger and more defensive. But the walls are definitely coming down the more I get to know him.

Rachel: So how do you usually start off your day?

Damian: I wake up at 12:30 usually. Punch my alarm clock. Go downstairs, fry a couple of bacon and cheese savories. Then go out on my motorcycle. And on weekends I help out with certain charities.

Rachel: That's nice. I don't usually get involved with charities because I'm not one for things and events that make me too emotional. Takes a while for me to recover.

Damian: Relatable.

The two laugh and high five.

Rachel (confessional): He is quickly becoming the person I can relate to the most on this tribe. Everyone else is just exhausting to put up with. Talking with Damian is like a cigarette break in the middle of your stressful work shift.

Damian (confessional): I don't like to make this a part of my strategy or anything, but the more I play up this whole Rachel relationship, the more confident I am that she's gonna forget about the fact that I voted for her a couple days ago. Keeping her and Luke around is ultimately gonna be what's best for me.

Luke: Hey guys! Moana's back.

Rachel *whispering*: Well it was fun while it lasted.

They both got up and joined Luke and Sarah in welcoming back Moana who got off her boat with a pile of fish.

Sarah: Wow, nice catch!

Moana: Thanks, we both got a choice whether to go with the tribe or ourselves. I made sure we got dinner ready for tomorrow's challenge.

Sarah: You're amazing, man.

Sarah went up to hug her while Luke and Damian looked at each other.

Luke (confessional): I hate the idea of having to vote Moana out because of how much she provides for the tribe and her putting us before herself. But I know Damian just isn't going to go for Rachel.

JUBURI DAY 8.

Kenny and Kate were both sharing leftovers from the reward challenge.

Kate: Do you get weird vibes off of Brendan at all?

Kenny: A bit. I feel like he's trying too hard to bond with the other girls here. Him and Jayda are remarkably close.

Kenny (confessional): Kate and I aren't really the closest in terms of strategy talk. We do kinda have Nigel as this chain between us and she does have her thing with Emily. So I want to build a better relationship with her.

Kenny: I never got the chance to say this but I really appreciate the way you encouraged Emily in that last immunity challenge.

Kate: Thank you. This game was taking a bit of a toll on her. And I just wanted to help her out.

Kenny: Well I respect that. You're really mature for your age.

Kate: I try my best. A lot of people don't respect teens based on stereotypes of being lazy and careless. I try to avoid all of that.

Kenny: I was a bit like that when I was your age. All grumpy and unmotivated because I had no clue what I wanted to do with my life. But I'm looking to get in to the furniture design business more. And this show I thought was a great opportunity for me.

Kate: I'm just on here trying to look for something. Not sure what that is but hopefully I'll find it.

Kenny: Best of luck with that.

Kate: You too.

They then saw a boat approaching their camp.

Kenny: Must be Nigel.

Everyone gathered to welcome Nigel back.

Emily: Welcome back!

Jayda: How was it?

Nigel: Cold, painful, and I didn't even get anything out of it either.

Brendan: Was there anyone else there?

Nigel: Mhm, Moana. She ended up getting scoring some fish. She's tough.

Brendan (confessional): I'm annoyed by the fact that he could not even beat someone for fish 1 on 1. Nigel is for sure disposable for if we lose. Knew it was a mistake sending him of all people.

Later that day, Kate and Nigel were walking along the jungle.

Kate: So was it as painful as Kenny said?

Nigel: For sure. I thought I'd be getting an inverted spine at the end of the night.

Kate: I can't imagine.

Nigel: So how're things going with you and Kenny?

Kate: They're going good. Think us 3 should have a chat later to really lock this thing down.

Nigel: Yeah sure, we can talk this over with some cookies.

Kate: Heh, yeah.

Nigel: Nah, I'm serious. I've got cookies.

Kate then froze in place and looked at him.

Nigel: From the temple of secrets. Come on, everyone that goes there is bound to come back with something.

Kate: Where are they?

Nigel: In treemail, that's where I was going.

Kate: Well what the heck are we waiting for? Let's go!

She then ran off.

Nigel: Wait up! I can't run like I used to 20 years ago.

Both then ran towards treemail and made sure no one else was nearby. They then saw beneath them, a big jar of cookies.

Nigel: The holy grail.

Kate (confessional): Nigel and I have been talking about food for the last 3 days. Knowing that we now have our own rabbit hole of food that the others don't even know about just feels good. He's a great partner.

Kate: Looks like there's around 60 or 70 cookies in there.

Nigel: That'll last us at least a week. I'm not just gonna devour them all in one day.

Kate: Aw. Well still, we got this and we got wine. The perfect combo.

Nigel opened the lid and they both grabbed a cookie.

Nigel: Cheers.

Kate: To the future.

Nigel (confessional): Oh there were all kinds in there. Shortbread, chocolate, gingerbread, and getting to share it with Kate just made me a happy panda. So glad we won that challenge.

KORNATI NIGHT 8.

The tribe were all sitting around the fire waiting for the fish to finish cooking.

Rachel: This almost feels like summer camp except I think summer camp has less harsh conditions.

Luke: I remember my parents trying to get me in to summer camping. Lasted about a week before I had to be pulled because of a tree splinter incident. Still got a couple scars on my back.

Damian: Did it fall on you or something?

Luke: Yeah we were trying out lumberjacking.

Moana: Didn't even know that was a thing in summer camps.

Luke: It ain't common.

Sarah: I got a scar once from a fire incident.

Luke: Oh my gosh, sorry about that.

Sarah: It's fine. I've had a fear of these giant fire outbreaks for a while now. Small fires like this one, I can handle. Big fires, when they're unexpected, I don't do well around. But when there are other people's lives at risk, you kind of have to leave your fears at the front door.

Damian: So how did you get the scar?

Sarah: Had to crawl through a house while it was collapsing. Like how they did it in army training.

Moana: Oh I've seen those movies. Can't imagine what that's like.

Sarah: It requires a lot of strength. Ended up scraping my arm, their floor was surprisingly rough.

Luke: And what were you in there for?

Sarah: I was rescuing this little girl who got trapped in the bathroom. The look on her face, that'll never leave my mind.

She then started tears in her eyes.

Sarah: It's just... you... you feel like you know these people. You develop this... this special connection with them. That whole family in general, just awesome people.

Sarah (confessional): Fire fighting isn't a job for me, it's a commitment, it's something that I will continue to do because of the amount of people I am able to help.

Sarah: Something that little girl gave me, which really meant a lot. I saw that she was clutching on to this first aid kit from her bathroom cabinet. She gave it to me *sniff* and said "I want to be as strong and brave as you when I grow up".

Moana: That's amazing.

Luke (confessional): I was really touched by Sarah and her story. And it makes me all the more grateful for people like firefighters, the military, the police. And it is the sort of thing I want to do, I want to be able to help people but I have to be able to get over my own insecurities for that to happen.

The fish was done cooking as the tribe's bond strengthened. After they finished, they went to their shelter to prepare for tomorrow's challenge.

JUBURI DAY 9.

Brendan and Jayda were both up early as the rest of the tribe were still currently sleeping. They wondered down to the waterfall area to talk some strategy.

Brendan: I still regret agreeing to send Nigel there.

Jayda: Me too. He's just been shady in general.

Brendan: I feel like him and Kate are going to try and work Kenny and Emily over.

Jayda: We have to make them realize that in terms of challenges, we're way better to be with than they are.

Brendan (confessional): I think I've gotten along pretty well with Kenny and even Emily to an extent. It's Jayda who's not being social enough with them, and since we're both working together, that's gonna affect me too.

Jayda (confessional): It's annoying trying to pretend like I'm friends with these people when half of them I can't even stand. I'm not used to this whole social game thing.

Meanwhile, Nigel found one of the few bottles of wine they won and started drinking out of it.

Nigel (confessional): Probably wasn't the best idea to get drunk before the challenge but where I come from, wine serves as good luck so we'll see where this goes.

Jayda and Brendan comes back to him drinking.

Jayda: If you get a hangover, don't blame us for losing.

Brendan just rolled his eyes at the whole scene.

IMMUNITY CHALLENGE DAY 9.

Jeff: Come on in guys!

The three tribes all came in and got their first look at the challenge. There were puzzle pieces layed out everywhere in all 3 tribe colors. At the start there were 3 square bases and behind them, high platforms big enough for one person.

Andy: This looks to be a doozy.

All of them stopped in place and set their things down.

Jeff: It's time to get to today's challenge. First things first, I'll take back the idols.

Jeff went and collected the knight and horse respectively and placed it back on it's pedestal.

Jeff: Immunity is back up for grabs. Today's challenge will test your communication skills and your teamwork. One tribe member will be your caller, while the rest of the tribe will be blindfolded. Using only verbal commands, the caller will guide the blindfolded tribe members to collect a series of very large and very heavy puzzle pieces. Once you have all the pieces, take off your blindfolds, work together and solve the puzzle. First two tribes to finish the cube puzzle, wins immunity, guaranteed 3 more days in Croatia. The losing tribe, tribal council where someone's journey ends tonight.

All tribes were nervous at this challenge as it looked like their toughest one yet.

Jeff: Juburi, you guys have one extra member. Emily sat out of the food challenge. Who's it gonna be this time?

Kate: I'll do it.

Jeff: Kate sitting out, take a spot at the bench. Everyone else, give you all a minute and we'll get started.

It then transitioned to 4 members of each tribe blindfolded as the 5th were on the platform above them.

Jeff: We have our callers. Moana for Kornati, Dianne for Vorona and Jayda for Juburi! Here we go, for immunity. Survivors ready? Go!

As soon as the challenge begun the 3 callers all began directing as everyone else started moving around in pairs.

Jeff: All about communication.

Dianne: To the left!

Zane: Can't hear a damn thing she's saying.

Jeff: The tribe that communicates together the best will succeed.

Moana: Go right Damian!

Damian went around and found one of Vorona's pieces

Moana: No, not that one!

Damian then tossed it to the side where Vinnie tripped over it.

Dianne: That's it Vinnie! Bring it back!

Vinnie: Son of a... ugh!

Jayda: Emily behind you!

Emily followed this and found one of Juburi's pieces.

Jayda: There ya go! Emily has it!

Jeff: 16 puzzle pieces out here. And that is a lot! They are all heavy, some are more awkwardly shaped than others! Very hard for one person to carry one alone.

Vinnie and Emily then made it back with their tribes first pieces.

Jeff: Vorona and Juburi with their first pieces!

Moana: Right here Luke! Right here!

Luke then dropped it on his foot and shouted.

Luke: Dammit.

Jeff: Luke back with Kornati's first piece! And a broken foot too. All tribes tied at one each.

Brendan and Kenny both brought a piece back.

Kenny: We good here?

Jayda: Yeah, drop it there.

Jeff: Juburi with their second piece. Vorona with their second piece.

Lauren and Andy both looked exhausted after putting their piece down but still kept going.

Kornati were now coming back with 2 pieces. Sarah got hers down while Rachel and Damian got a bit lost.

Moana: Guys left!

Jeff: Hard to hear when everyone's yelling.

Rachel and Damian both dropped the piece down close enough to the section.

Jeff: Kornati now at 3.

Vinnie and Zane then got back with their next piece.

Jeff: Vorona with their third.

Kenny managed to carry a piece all on his own.

Jayda: Right here Kenny!

Jeff: Juburi coming back with their third piece.

Nigel: Jayda! Where do I go?

Jayda: Not now! I'm yelling at someone else!

Jeff: Nigel just standing there, stumbling around like it's his 18th.

Lauren and Andy then rush towards the beginning with Andy banging his arm.

Andy: Ah!

Dianne: It's fine, you still got the piece!

Jeff: Vorona now back in the lead with 4! Kornati and Juburi both with 3!

Moana: There you go, drop it right there.

Damian was relieved to drop the piece on the mat as he stretched his arms.

Jeff: Kornati now at 4. Juburi now falling behind.

Everyone was now wandering around. Trying to find the pieces.

Jeff: 16 pieces, still a lot of pieces left to find.

A short montage was shown of everyone finding and carrying pieces. Some getting hurt in the process.

Jeff: Kornati have now re-taken the lead with 11 pieces. Vorona with 10 pieces, and Juburi lagging behind with 8.

Jayda: Nigel! Hurry up!

Nigel: Hangover is gonna be fun tomorrow.

Nigel then tripped over a piece and hurt himself while Kate cringed from the sidelines.

Jayda: Finally, he found one.

Brendan and Kenny both found a piece each. They arrived at the same time, bumping in to each other.

Brendan: Sorry dude.

Kenny: Let's just get this done.

Jeff: Juburi back in this. They've got 10 pieces, Nigel on his way back with the 11th.

Andy got back with another piece and was trying to catch his breath.

Andy: Think I'm getting dizzy.

Some more pieces were now being brought back as almost all of them were found.

Jeff: Juburi now has 15 pieces! Vorona and Kornati with 14. You won't even be half way done as you will have to solve this!

Dianne: That's it. Drop it, drop it.

Vinnie and Andy both added another piece to the pile.

Jeff: One piece left for Vorona!

Sarah and Luke then came back with a piece.

Jeff: Kornati down to their last piece! All 3 tribes still have a shot!

Nigel was then walking back while Sarah was carrying a piece over her shoulder.

Jeff: Watch out!

But it was too late. Nigel then ran in to the piece Sarah was holding and fell down.

Jeff: Nigel got clobbered by Sarah!

Sarah then stopped what she was doing and helped Nigel up.

Kate: Is he okay?

Nigel: I'm good! Thank you.

Sarah: No problem.

Jeff: Sarah just helped Nigel up. Setting her team behind.

Moana: Hurry Sarah!

Kenny then got back the last piece for Juburi.

Jeff: Juburi have all their pieces! Blindfolds off!

All four wasted no time getting their blindfolds off and looked around at the pieces they collected.

Lauren then dropped the last piece for Vorona on the mat.

Jeff: Vorona has all their pieces! They can now work on the puzzle!

The Vorona members all looked exhausted as they attempted to gather enough energy to move the pieces around. Meanwhile Sarah finally made it back with her piece.

Jeff: Sarah gets the last piece back for Kornati! All 3 tribes can now work on the puzzle!

Everyone then started comparing pieces to see what fits where.

Jeff: It is a cube with a pattern on each side. Each side represents a national symbol of Croatia! The coat of arms which you all should have memorized by now!

All tribes were making around the same amount of progress, with each of them getting their first side of the cube done with it branching out to the other sides.

Jeff: The biggest difficulty of this puzzle is the weight and size of the pieces.

Damian: No shit...

Zane then collapsed for a bit.

Vinnie: Come on dude! We gotta get this done!

Moana: Back here, the piece goes back here.

Jeff: Moana now taking charge.

Kenny and Brendan were working well together. With Juburi's cube slowly coming together.

Jeff: Kenny and Brendan have carried their tribe through this challenge. Can they bring home Juburi's third straight immunity?

Brendan: Damn right we can...

Luke then slides another piece in.

Jeff: Kornati starting to catch up! They were the last ones to get all their pieces. And now it seems like they're catching up!

Emily: Right at the top, right there.

Jeff: Emily now getting involved. Juburi are getting closer to solving this.

Nigel then got the last piece and slid it in to place.

Kenny: That's it, right?

Jeff: Juburi wins immunity once again!

The tribe cheered and hugged each other.

Kate: Great job guys.

Jeff: It is now between Kornati and Vorona! Both tribes seem even.

Vinnie: We got this guys.

Andy then looked over at the other tribe. He pretended to climb to the top and managed to knock over half of Juburi's puzzle.

Andy: Crap! Sorry guys!

Jeff: And just like that, Vorona loses half their puzzle! Giving Kornati the lead they need.

Dianne: I don't know if I have the energy...

Jeff: Kornati getting closer now.

Zane then tries to pick up one of the pieces only for him to drop it on his foot.

Zane: *Groans*

Jeff: This could be it...

Rachel: Jeff!

Everyone then looks over to Kornati's completed puzzle.

Jeff: Kornati wins immunity! Vorona heading back to tribal council!

The Kornati members were more relieved than happy. Meanwhile everyone on Vorona were just exhausted.

Jeff: Juburi congratulations. Brendan, you wanna come grab this?

Brendan: Gladly.

Nigel: Mr Chef gets his friend back!

Jeff: Kornati, close race. This time, you guys get the horse.

Luke: Thank you.

Jeff: Vorona, for the second time, you guys are going to tribal council. I gotta ask, Zane, did you just give out?

Zane: I don't think I coulda tried any harder. That challenge was brutal. We all put our hearts in to this one and for what? Now one of us are going home. I can't even think.

Jeff: Alright, everyone grab your stuff and head back to camp. Vorona, see you guys tonight at tribal.

Everyone gathered everything and started walking back.

Dianne (confessional): That challenge was beyond brutal. And while Lauren does look like the prime candidate for us to vote out, I don't want Andy or Zane trying anything funny with her.

VORONA DAY 9.

Vorona looked defeated as they got back to camp. Some more exhausted than others.

Andy (confessional): I decided to try and "unintentionally" sabotage our tribe's puzzle. I wanted our tribe to lose because I have nothing to worry about. For my game either Lauren, Dianne or Vinnie have to go now. The less perceived relationships I have, the more people will want to work with me. Tribal lines mean nothing to me.

Dianne and Vinnie were both walking along the beach.

Dianne: I swear we had it.

Vinnie: We did, it was just not stable enough.

Dianne: So is it the same plan?

Vinnie: Hasn't changed. Lauren is gone.

Dianne: You sure? I think it'd be more tempting to get out a bigger player like Andy. Without him, Lauren and Zane won't even think about working together.

Vinnie: If anyone's a big player, it's her.

Dianne: *Sigh* alright.

Dianne (confessional): I have had enough of not having my voice heard by Vinnie. I've already planted the seeds to Andy about his immunity idol. If I can get the target on either Andy or Vinnie, that works just as well for me. And to do that, I need to get Lauren.

Dianne found Lauren by herself down at the water well.

Lauren: Hey!

Dianne: Hey, I've been meaning to talk to you.

Lauren: I'm all ears.

Dianne: So Vinnie wants you out, naturally. But I don't think it's the right move. I saw what Andy did during that puzzle. He made us lose. What do you think about switching this thing and getting him out?

Lauren: If you're sure and he did make us lose. I'd for sure want to gun for him.

Dianne: Great. I'll try talk to Vinnie. Maybe even get Zane on board.

Lauren: I'll for sure owe you one for this.

Dianne: This move benefits both of us. You don't owe me anything.

Dianne (confessional): Lauren was actually very understanding about this. I'm feeling really confident about the vote tonight. It's gonna be epic.

Lauren (confessional): When we lost, my mind instantly went to "what can I do now?" and it turns out I didn't have to do anything. These people are starting to make their own moves.

The two then hugged it out while Dianne left.

Lauren (confessional): But here's the problem. If Vinnie and Zane are both dead set on wanting me out, and Dianne wants Andy out, my chances of going home are still high. So as much as I hate to do it, my only shot is throwing Dianne under the bus to Andy in hopes that'll get those 2 to target each other. Then maybe Vinnie or Zane will budge.

Andy then approached Lauren a few moments after.

Lauren: Have you heard anything?

Andy: I dunno man, those 2 seem dead set on wanting you gone.

Lauren: Well I heard differently from Dianne.

Andy: What did you hear?

Lauren: That you sabotaged our puzzle and now she wants you out because of that.

Andy was then left quiet for a bit.

Andy (confessional): This is pretty bad for me.

Andy: And she's trying to get you and Vinnie on board?

Lauren: Well Vinnie's still dead set on targeting me.

Andy: Unbelievable. She's got this whole tribe believing she's on their side.

Lauren: What can we do at this point?

Andy: I dunno if Zane will be on board or not. I'll have to check. But I am not letting her have her way for a second time.

Andy (confessional): At first I was kinda leaning back and fourth towards who I'm wanting to target. Now I hear Dianne's after me? She could expose my whole game. Lauren isn't gonna target me and she's a big help in challenges. Why would I want her out?

Lauren: We'll just do what we can.

Andy: Yeah. Here we go again.

Lauren (confessional): I don't know if Andy believed me or not. I'm really pulling at straws here.

Andy and Zane then found a spot away from the others.

Andy: Dude, I'm gonna need you to do me a solid here.

Zane: What's going on? The vote's simple, right?

Andy: Well not exactly. I heard that Dianne wants me out.

Zane: What? That's absurd. Where'd you get that from.

Andy: Lauren told me. And I believe her.

Zane: So what? She knows she's in danger. She's gonna say anything to keep herself in the game.

Andy: Well, I don't want to take the chance.

Zane: Come on dude. This vote shouldn't be this hard. We already lost. We don't need more reasons to be stressed.

Andy (confessional): I don't know what to do with this guy. I saved him the first tribal council and now he can't even be bothered to hear me out? This is pretty bad.

Zane (confessional): I don't get what Andy's problem is. We aren't in danger. The other 3 are way bigger threats than we are. Just stick to the plan and let's enjoy another 3 days out here.

The 5 members then started collecting their torches.

Dianne (confessional): I'm not sure if I can convince Vinnie of this plan to take out Andy. Worst comes to worst, I'll back out if I have to. I'm not willing to risk my game anymore.

Andy (confessional): Vinnie can't be convinced, and Zane can't be convinced. If I'm gonna get this vote to go my way. I'm gonna have to do something drastic at tribal tonight. It's crazy, but it just might work.

TRIBAL COUNCIL NIGHT 9.

For the second time, the Vorona tribe all went to tribal council. Tension was in the air. Jeff was waiting for them as they all set their torches down.

Jeff: Welcome back guys.

Vinnie shook his head disappointingly.

Jeff: So far this season, we've had 5 challenges. You guys have lost 4 of them. Vinnie, concerned about those numbers?

Vinnie: More than concerned. I'm livid. I came here to play a game, and part of what I wanted to experience was winning. And when you look at a tribe like Juburi who haven't lost anything yet. It's pretty tough to deal with.

Zane: It is kinda funny to think about when the only challenge we did win was the one Vinnie didn't even play in.

Vinnie: Shut up Zane.

Zane: It's true. Last reward challenge we even lost was because of your poor leadership.

Vinnie: Do not put this on me. You had a part in this too.

Jeff: This actually leads in to my next point. Last time we were here, it was pretty clear from where I was sitting that you guys had some issues and 6 days later Lauren, am I right in thinking that nothing has changed?

Lauren: You would be right in thinking that. That's why I really wanted to win today. Each challenge that we lose, the further this tribe drifts apart. And seeing as we're gonna be down to 15 after this with a possible swap. The last thing this tribe needs is conflict.

Jeff: Zane. After tonight, you guys will be down to 4, that concern you at all?

Zane: Concerns me a lot, especially considering the fact that the more we lose, the higher your odds are of getting the boot. But the good news for the 4 is that at least they aren't out yet and get another shot at immunity.

Jeff: Dianne, what have you sacrificed to come here?

Dianne: 6 weeks away from the people I love, a job I'm committed to, and a life that I enjoy. It's a lot for me to just give up, no matter how much this tribe loses.

Jeff: Andy, how big of a deal is this game for you?

Andy: I love this game, I love what it stands for. Every episode I watch going "That'd be cool if that was me out there". The thought still plagues me of what I'm gonna be like on TV. And here I am, on a tribe that is struggling in morale, in the challenges, in camp life. I was about ready to collapse after today's challenge.

Vinnie: None of us wants to be associated or known for being the tribe that has to suck up the fact that we have not won any rewards and has now got to vote off two members before another tribe votes out one. It's real frustrating.

Jeff: Lauren, would frustrating be the word you would use?

Lauren: I would just say it's heartbreaking.

Jeff: That is quite different from frustrating.

Lauren: Maybe on Day 3, or Day 4 it'd be that. But we're on day 9 now, not even a quarter of the way through this game, and this is still happening to us.

Jeff: So what do you do when it seems like this tribe is on a downward spiral?

Lauren: Not much to it other than to keep that spirit up, to keep that fire in you going. My torch is still lit, for now.

Jeff: What do you mean by that?

Lauren: Well I was the only vote to keep Gail and it seemed like there were still some hard feelings after that vote. But it's been 6 days and a lot more has developed since then.

Jeff: Andy, would you agree with that?

Andy: Absolutely. We're constantly seeing people switch gears and think of how to get ahead. It's definitely interesting. I definitely heard a fair share of things from everyone on this tribe.

Dianne: Like what?

Andy: Like what you told me about Vinnie.

Vinnie: What did you say about me?

Dianne: I don't remember saying anything. You better not be making this stuff up.

Andy: Does Vinnie having a hidden immunity idol ring a bell?

Lauren and Zane both grew surprised at this, but Vinnie tried to keep his composure while glaring at Dianne.

Dianne: What are you... how... why would I say that?

Andy: I dunno. Did you want to try and build trust with me? Or did you want to paint Vinnie as this bigger target so you have both him and Lauren as shields for you?

Dianne: This is getting ridiculous, I have not once thrown Vinnie under the bus. Why are you even saying all of this?

Andy: Because I'm sick of your whole "appeasing everyone" strategy.

Dianne: Whatever Andy, like your whole two faced shtick is better.

Things grew silent for a bit.

Zane: I think I agree with Lauren for once. This tribe is in need of some family therapy.

Jeff: So Vinnie, catch me up real quick, Andy just exposed Dianne for telling him that you have an immunity idol?

Vinnie: Sure sounding like it. But I don't believe it for a second. I barely even know what an immunity idol is.

Jeff: So you don't have one?

Vinnie: Heck no. Andy's just making Dianne look bad. I appreciate the effort though.

Zane: I got no idea who to believe.

Jeff: Andy, worried now that the confrontation between you and Dianne has put you in the firing lines.

Andy: I'm just going based on what I believe in. If these three want to vote me off because of that, then that's fine.

Zane then started sweating.

Jeff: Lauren, it may not look so bad for you.

Lauren: Maybe but stranger things have happened. My only pitch is that I will never give up and will continue to give it my all.

Jeff: Zane, sound like a good pitch to you?

Zane: For sure better than the ones I made last time. But still, she voted for me, I can't forgive that.

Jeff: Would you think it would be fair to vote her out despite her performance in the challenges?

Zane: Not really, but when is Survivor ever fair? We have all these immunities flying around. Dianne had it at the first tribal and now Vinnie has one that he can just whip out at any time.

Vinnie: Look, ignore what Andy said. I don't have one.

Zane: Well whether you do or don't ain't affecting my decision in any way.

Jeff: Alright, well it's time to find out. It is time to vote. Lauren, you're up.

Lauren sighed as she got up. She was seen writing down Dianne's name.

Lauren: I still have no idea what's going on or what Andy's doing but as long as it keeps me safe, I'll just have to roll with it.

Lauren sat down as Vinnie then got up. He showed his vote without revealing it.

Vinnie: Ya'll are some real slick players. Maybe it's good that we lost today.

Dianne got up, getting cold feet as she did so. She placed her vote in the urn. Andy was next as he was quick to write down Dianne's name.

Andy: You're reign is almost over. Time to hand over the crown.

He then folded his vote and placed it inside. Zane was the last to vote as he was left probably the most confused out of the group.

Zane *whispering*: I don't know what's going on anymore. These people are too paranoid for my own good.

After a few moments, Zane casted his vote as he returned to his seat.

Jeff: I'll go tally the votes.

As he left, tension loomed over the tribe, all of which were dreading the upcoming results.

Jeff: Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately.

Vinnie paused as he looked in his bag, but looked up again.

Jeff: I'll read the votes.

He then took the lid off and took out the first vote.

Jeff: First vote... Dianne.

Dianne was sweating, looking around at her group.

Jeff: Dianne. That's 2 votes Dianne.

Dianne shook her head disappointingly. Jeff paused at the next vote.

Jeff: ...Lauren.

Lauren: *whispering* Crud.

Jeff: That's 2 votes Dianne, 1 vote Lauren.

Andy and Lauren both looked at each other nervously.

Jeff: Lauren, we're tied. 2 votes Lauren, 2 votes Dianne.

Lauren: *whispering* I knew I couldn't trust you...

Dianne: Sorry...

Jeff: One vote left...

Jeff took out the last vote.

Jeff: 3rd person voted out of Survivor: Croatia...

Andy closed his eyes at this.

Jeff: ...Dianne.

Dianne was floored with this but wasn't completely shocked. Vinnie didn't even look back at her.

Jeff: Need to bring me your torch.

Dianne got up and sighed. Lauren was on the verge of tears. Zane just stayed stone faced.

Jeff: Dianne, the tribe has spoken.

Dianne shook her head, her torch snuffed in the process.

Jeff: Time for you to go.

She then took the long walk out.

Jeff: Well there is certainly something to be said about actions speaking louder than words. But this is Survivor, and your word can still mean a lot. Grab your torches, head back to camp. Goodnight.

Everyone got up and grabbed their torches. They headed out as the credits started rolling.

Jeff: Next time on Survivor!

Juburi was seen relaxing.

Jeff: From the beginning. The Juburi tribe seemed to be dominating.

Kate: It's just good vibes all around for us. No loss, no stress.

Jeff: But will the other tribes finally take a stand?

Damian: We have to find someway to team up with Vorona or else we're all screwed!

Luke: Mhm.

Jeff: A large storm reeks havoc.

A storm was shown on the Vorona tribe.

Vinnie: Is any of this worth it anymore?

Jeff: And the tribe's get to know each other a little more.

Sarah: Guy over there. He's giving me the look.

Andy: I ain't giving you any looks.

Final words.

Dianne: I never want to experience something as mentally challenging as that ever again. Your mind just goes in circles and you don't know who to trust anymore.

Zane's vote: Not really what I had in mind but I can't take any chances. I have a debt that I need to re-pay Andy.

Dianne: I really should have tried not to make any moves this early because I probably would still be here and Andy or Lauren would be out instead. But good on them. I also wish luck to Kenny, I know we'd said we would team up. Looks like you'll have to carry the torch for us.

To this day, I am still shocked that out of all these "camp challenges" as I like to call them, Survivor never did one based on creating your own unique dishes with the limited resources you had around camp. And of course, this one had me do more and more research and actually made me hungry at one point. I was planning on doing the shelter building challenge from All Stars but this one I thought would bring out more character from the cast.

And yeah, Dianne ended up getting the boot, bit obvious for some people and I guess I sucked at building up the suspense for which tribe was going to lose based on the lack of strategy talk from the winning tribes. That's something I'll try and get better at as the season goes on because the last thing I want this season to be is predictable. And predictable seasons are never fun. The next episode is in the works and I promise that this one will be a fun one to read through. Think of the standards being like Panama Episode 5 which is personally my favorite episode of the season with lots of other contenders.

Hope ya'll have a great day/week/month/whatever is more convenient for you. Until next time, later!
