Sorry again that this one took so long. Finding time has really been a struggle but I managed to get back on track. Hopefully that means more progress for me in the future. But I do still like to take my time with these episodes just so I can make sure that they're the best they can be. And that's the same with this one too. Put a lot of work in to this episode just so others can find it enjoyable.

Guest: Wow, been that long since I last updated huh? Well thanks again for following along with this story regardless. I know this chapter took longer than I would've liked but I had just managed to get my spark back. Hopefully this will make up for the wait.

Anyways, here's episode 4. Who will be the next to go? Only one way to find out.

EPISODE 4: STAYING ALIVE

Jeff: Previously on Survivor! Kenny, Moana and Vinnie each possessed a very powerful tool in this game. The hidden immunity idol! A twist in the game that very few know about!

Moana: "Congratulations, you have found the hidden immunity idol"

Kenny: "The hidden immunity idol will keep you safe from being voted out at tribal council".

Vinnie: The best part is, most people don't even know these exist.

Jeff: At the Kornati tribe, Damian, knowing him and Luke were down in numbers, got close with Rachel, forming a special bond of their own.

Damian (confessional): The more I talk to Rachel, the more fun I have with her.

Rachel (confessional): I think Damian likes me. I may like him too.

Jeff: While at the Temple of Secrets, Moana got to work on Nigel, in exchange for some cookies.

Nigel: You let me keep the cookies, and I'll team up with you if we find ourselves on the same tribe.

Moana: Alright, deal.

Moana (confessional): Now I get the fish and an ally for the future, so win-win for me.

Jeff: When Nigel got back to the Juburi camp, he wasted no time in sharing his stash with his closest ally, Kate!

Both were seen enjoying their cookies.

Nigel: Cheers.

Kate: To the future.

Jeff: At the immunity challenge, despite their best efforts, Vorona once again found themselves going to tribal council thanks to Andy's sabotage skills.

The tribe all looked exhausted after the energy draining immunity challenge.

Jeff: Back at camp, it seemed like Lauren's game was done. Until Dianne and Andy wanted to make a move against each other!

Andy (confessional): Now that I hear Dianne's voting for me? She could expose my whole game.

Jeff: At tribal council, Andy made a last ditch effort to save Lauren.

Andy: I'm sick of your whole "appeasing everyone" strategy.

Jeff: And it worked, as when the votes were read, Dianne got blindsided out of the game.

Jeff: Dianne, the tribe has spoken.

Jeff: 15 are left. Who will be voted out tonight?

Intro.

VORONA NIGHT 9.

Vorona, now down to 4 tribe members, all made it back to camp and placed down their torches.

Vinnie: Well that was interesting.

Andy: I promise you it was the best move for all of us. She was throwing all of us under the bus at one point or another.

Vinnie: It's alright, I believe you.

Andy: Thank you for understanding.

Vinnie: She was right though.

Andy: About what?

Vinnie: I do have the immunity idol. And I'm keeping it in case you guys try to pull anything.

Andy: Fair enough I suppose.

Lauren was laying in her shelter listening to their entire convo.

Lauren (confessional): I just dodged a major bullet and managed to survive tribal by the skin of my teeth. But just when I thought I'd finally get a break, Vinnie reveals that he does have the idol. This sucks because if we lose again, he has that, and Andy and Zane ain't splitting, that leaves me as the odd one out.

Zane was tending to the fire which had burnt out a bit during tribal.

Zane (confessional): Okay, paranoia did get the best of me that time. I was worried that those 2 would target Andy and I switched my vote to make sure he didn't get the boot. Guess I was wrong. At least Dianne's out, she did get on my nerves a fair amount.

Andy (confessional): My whole blow up at tribal was to try to pull off at least 1 of 2 things, Vinnie seeing Dianne as a liability and would vote her out, or Zane getting worried that this would cause me to be targeted and flip his vote on to her. Luckily Zane did flip and I got Dianne out who would've been a major problem for me.

Everyone settled down in the shelter, not ready for what the next few days have in store for them.

JUBURI DAY 10.

The Juburi tribe, still with all 6 members, were going about their usual routine.

Emily (confessional): Life at the Juburi tribe is pretty peaceful. None of us have had to go to tribal yet. So we're all preparing ourselves for this next challenge in various ways. Brendan and Kenny are doing pushups.

Brendan and Kenny were seen side by side doing as many pushups as they can.

Emily (confessional): Jayda's doing some jogging which is what gets her away from the rest of us.

Jayda was seen running through the jungles.

Emily (confessional): Kate and I are doing some yoga.

Like the others, Kate and Emily were doing their stretching.

Emily: Surprised my joints still hold up 40 years later.

Kate: Yeah you go girl.

Emily (confessional): And Nigel? Well...

Nigel was sleeping in the shelter, holding Mr Chef like a bed time toy.

Emily (confessional): He's conserving his energy. I guess it could be considered a work out, trying to make the best of a cruddy shelter. Hope he doesn't hurt his back in the process.

Emily: So what are you thinking if we do lose?

Kate: Tough to say, I know people are saying that Brendan's gonna be this big problem for us but I'd quite like to get Jayda out. She's less strong in challenges and is just bossy.

Emily: What about Kenny? You think we can trust him?

Kate: I think for now he's more so wanting to target one of them before one of us.

Kate (confessional): Despite us winning, I'm kinda eager to start voting a couple of these people out. I want to start having more room to play and being seen as this solid 6 tribe strong alliance isn't gonna benefit me.

Emily (confessional): At the start of this game, I was working closely with Jayda and Brendan but overtime, Kate has become a real solid ally ever since she convinced me to stay in this game. I'd want to get Kenny out so both sides are kept happy but he's being overlooked despite going to the Temple on the very first day.

Kenny was walking through the jungles with his idol in hand.

Kenny (confessional): So right now I have this power, this advantage which I got from the Temple. Whether I've managed to get the target off of me is unknown. But no one can know that I have this, that is what's important.

Jayda: What's that?

Kenny almost jumped out of his skin as he saw Jayda coming back from her run, eyeing his necklace.

Jayda: The necklace, what is it?

Kenny: Uh...

Kenny (confessional): Crap, Jayda. This could be pretty bad.

Kenny: Croatian necklace I made before coming out here. To hopefully give us good luck.

Jayda: Funny that it's purple like the tribe.

Kenny: Purple's my favorite color.

Jayda: Hmm... think you could make me one after?

Kenny: Sure!

Jayda: Cool.

Jayda then runs past him as he breathes a sigh of relief.

KORNATI DAY 10.

Luke and Moana both approached treemail, excited and nervous.

Luke (confessional): It's kind of a scary situation for me. The girls lead the guys 3-2 and since Rachel and Damian are getting close, they'd probably want to keep him over me.

Moana: You nervous?

Luke: Very. I don't want us to lose again.

Moana: Neither do I. I don't think you'd have much to worry about though.

Luke (confessional): I could try and get the votes on to Moana but she has this hidden idol that she revealed the night that Curtis went home.

Moana opened the box which revealed a note. She proceeded to read it.

Moana: "In this game, of give and take, give too much, big mistake. Take it all, from friend and foe, and you'll be clean, from head to toe".

Luke: This a give and take type challenge?

Moana: Yeah, probably gonna be some sorta trade off.

Moana (confessional): I have noticed that Rachel and Damian have gotten closer, that's something I'll have to deal with. It could look like Luke as the easy vote but we don't want Sarah to feel like she has no say in this. So ideally, we'd like to avoid tribal as much as possible.

REWARD CHALLENGE DAY 10.

Layed out on the beach were 12 tables with closed boxes on them. In the front and center was a table split in to 3 sections, representing each tribe.

Jeff: Come on in guys!

The tribes all approached the area, coming from separate directions.

Jeff: Kornati and Juburi getting their first look at the new Vorona tribe. Dianne voted out at the last tribal council.

There were some shocked faces at this, noticeably from Kenny and Rachel.

Rachel *whispering*: Guys alliance?

Moana *whispering*: Probably.

Jeff: Brendan, how're things over at Juburi? You guys have yet to lose a challenge so far. Hoping to keep that up?

Brendan: I sure hope so. I'm a very competitive person and I hate losing. Things are going just fine, we're managing to hold up, got a couple spare fish to last us.

Jeff: Well this challenge is going to be a bit different to what you've all done so far. You've all done challenges involving communication, others involving a sharp mind. Today we're gonna give you guys the chance to finally interact with each other while also using your memory. Here's how it's gonna work, each tribe member will have their own station. Inside each station are four items related to island living. Your goal is to find another tribe member who has a matching item. Can be from your tribe, can be from one of the other tribes, doesn't matter. Every time you get a match, you score a point for your tribe. The tribe who scores the most correct matches wins reward. Make sure to keep your container hidden, if someone peeks inside it, your problem.

Everyone nodded at this.

Jeff: The winning tribe will be taken to their very own Survivor bathroom. Comes with everything you need. A mini shower, an outhouse, toilet paper, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a sink and mirror to help wash up.

Multiple people were excited at this reward.

Jeff: Tribe who finishes second will have a bar of soap and a couple sponges waiting for them back at camp. Tribe who comes in last, nothing. Juburi, you have two extra members, who're you sitting out?

The tribe talked for a bit before deciding.

Emily: Brendan and me.

Jeff: Brendan and Emily. Kornati, who're you guys sitting out?

Rachel: I'll sit out.

Jeff: Rachel sitting out. Take a spot on the bench. Everyone else, take a spot behind one of your tribe stations and we'll get started.

Everyone got in to their positions and peeked inside their boxes to see their items.

Jeff: Okay, we randomly drew numbers to decide who goes first, Vorona won, Zane you're up.

Zane: Tattoo girl

Moana looked right up.

Jeff: Moana

Zane: You got a rock in there?

Moana: Got one up here, not in here though.

Jeff: No match. Kenny.

Kenny: Yo Zane, got a rock?

Zane looked down and handed his rock over.

Jeff: That's how this game works. First point to Juburi.

Kenny walked over and placed the pair on Juburi's table.

Jeff: Luke.

Luke: Purple hair girl. Lauren, right?

Lauren: It's more of a violet hair but thank you, what's up?

Luke: You got a sponge I can borrow?

Lauren: I'll pretend I do.

Jeff: Luke scores for Kornati.

Damian: Think he wants a little more than just a sponge from you.

Rachel: Maybe a sponge bath.

Lauren rolls her eyes as she hands off the sponge to Luke.

Luke: Nice to meet you by the way.

Lauren: You too.

Jeff: Vinnie, you're up.

Vinnie, using his poker knowledge to his advantage, scanned the area.

Vinnie: Nigel, you got a feather?

Nigel: Damn, was hoping to save this one for my pet parrot.

Vinnie chuckled as he retrieved his match.

Jeff: We're all tied up. Jayda.

Jayda: Sarah, you have a shell in there?

Sarah: Sorry, that's a negative

Jeff: No match there. Damian.

Damian: Andy, you got a razor?

Andy: If I did, I wouldn't have this much hair growing out of me.

Damian: Fair enough.

Jeff: Lauren.

Lauren: Do you have a razor?

Damian: What do you know? I do!

Jeff: Vorona with their second match, now taking the lead.

A small montage was shown of items being handed over.

Jeff: Okay, here's where we're at. Vorona at three, Juburi and Kornati tied at two. We circle back around. Zane

Zane looked up, looking like he was busy.

Jeff: What've you been doing?

Zane: Oh I was bored so I did some sand doodles on my box.

Jeff: Sounds perfectly normal.

Vinnie: What are you? Twelve?

Zane shrugs.

Zane (confessional): Little does everyone else know, those "doodles" I was doing was actually a cheat sheet, making note of who might have what and what was left, stuff like that. So when it came back to my turn, I was well prepared.

Zane: You got a coconut shell, Jayda?

Jayda: Damn...

Zane raised his eyebrows at Vinnie while going over to collect Vorona's fourth match.

Jeff: This is the best Vorona's done in a challenge so far.

Nigel: Hopefully that's an intentional jinx...

Kenny: Gimme your driftwood Zane.

Zane: *Sigh* Knew I lifted it too high.

Kenny clapped his hands while Vinnie smirked.

Jeff: Juburi now at three. Luke.

Luke: I'll ask Kate this time.

Kate: Why me?

Luke: You're the only one with 4 items, better odds. Sorry.

Damian: Don't apologize dude, it's competition.

Luke: Do you have a sea shell?

Kate: Indeed I do.

Jeff: We're now at 10 matches. Vorona at four, Juburi and Kornati at 3.

Some more time passed, Jayda and Damian both scored pairs for their tribes and were out of the challenge (Don't ask for dialogue, this stupid site kept crashing and for some reason wouldn't save it so I got tired of adding it in constantly.)

Jeff: Lauren.

Lauren: Do you have a rock, Luke?

Luke: I already gave my rock away...

Everyone started laughing out loud while Lauren covered her face with her hands.

Lauren: I'm sorry, let's move on.

Luke: Thanks for asking though.

Jeff: Nigel.

Nigel: Lauren, do you happen to possess an item of the rock variety that is incased in that finely crafted yellow box of yours at this very time and place so I could perhaps take it and match it with my item of the same name?

Lauren: Yeah yeah, just take the item, you dork.

Jeff: Juburi and Vorona now tied at five. Kornati at four. Moana.

Moana: Kenny

Kenny: Moana

Moana: Driftwood?

Kenny: Driftwood

Jeff: Moana ties it all up. Okay, each tribe has one more guess before the challenge is over. Andy.

Andy: Luke, could really use a feather right about now.

Luke carried his box away from everyone.

Kate: Real subtle dude.

Luke: I know. Here you are.

Jeff: Vorona is back in the lead. Kate.

Kate: Do you have any coral, Vinnie.

Vinnie: Absolutely not.

Jeff: No score there. Sarah, here's where we're at, you guess right, you tie with Vorona, we go to a tiebreaker, you guess wrong, Vorona wins.

Sarah: Nigel, please tell me you have a stone.

Nigel: I have a stone.

Sarah: Seriously?

Nigel: Nah, was just doing what you said.

Jeff: That is it, challenge over! Vorona wins their first reward!

Vorona all cheered at their win, finally getting a reward. Everyone rejoined on their tribe mats.

Jeff: Now Vorona, before you guys go and enjoy your reward, one of you will have to volunteer to go spend the night at the Temple of Secrets, meaning you'll have to miss out on this reward. Who's it gonna be?

Vorona all huddled together.

Lauren: Ya'll I'm fine with going.

Zane: You sure about that?

Lauren: Yeah, I think you guys will find much better use with the reward.

Vinnie: Alright then.

The tribe all turned to Jeff.

Lauren: I'm going.

Jeff: Alright Lauren, boat will pick you up. Vorona, go ahead and enjoy the bathroom.

TEMPLE OF SECRETS DAY 10.

Lauren got off the boat and rushed to the island, reading the sign.

Lauren (confessional): When we found out that someone from Vorona would be sent here and would have to miss out on the reward, I instantly jumped at the opportunity. I mean I'll take anything that'll give me even a remote chance of staying. Whatever the risk may be, I'll take it.

She entered the cave and stopped on the section that was for her.

Lauren: Yeah this is nerve racking. So there are immunity idols at the other beaches, interesting.

Section #4 - Day 10 - Camp Visit or Camp Raid.

For volunteering to miss out on the reward, you may have helped how you are perceived by your tribe, however this dilemma will test how you will control your perception with the other tribes. You can either choose to raid one of the other two camps, stealing an item of value and bring it back to your tribe the same day, thus weakening them and strengthening your tribe, or you can choose to visit one of the other tribe's camps for the day until the next immunity challenge where you will return to your tribe before the challenge starts, which may help your social positioning with the other tribe in the event of a merge. This could be the difference in your tribe winning immunity and securing your safety at the upcoming tribal council. Good luck, and remember, choose wisely.

Lauren: Wow, this is different. Ok, if I choose the camp raid, the other tribes will be annoyed at me but maybe my tribe will keep me around for the next vote. Where as if I choose the visit, it can help my long term game and maybe I could strike a deal that we'd team up for the immunity challenge and beat the other tribe.

She then thought about her positioning within her tribe.

Lauren: My tribe is probably the most selfish tribe in Survivor history. I have done nothing but push myself to do my best in these challenges and around camp and what do I get out of it? Nothing! I'd love nothing more than to take those 3 guys out of this game. But how can I do that or am I even going to get the chance to? I'll need to make some new allies to help me out with this.

Lauren then made her decision.

Lauren: Alright, think it's pretty clear that I'm going to pick the camp visit. Yes the raid has a ton of benefits but the rest of my tribe already has some fish from this morning and they get a shower, and they're all competing since we got 4 compared to the other tribe's 5 and 6.

Lauren (confessional): If I play this right, this could be my save and grace, and I am in need for one of those right now. And now for the tricky part. Which tribe do I go and visit?

REWARD DAY 10.

The three Vorona men arrived at the secluded Survivor bathroom with a beautiful view of the waterfall.

Vinnie (confessional): When we arrived at this amazing waterfall, we were greeted with these fruit bowls.

Zane: Here's to a fantastic win.

All of them sat around each other, enjoying their fruit.

Andy: Can't wait to clean up.

Andy (confessional): We had a shower to one side of us, a mirror with essentials on another side. And we even got an outhouse. All this just for the three of us is huge because that means there's more to go around.

Zane: I know we have our natural island stench, all this perfume is gonna be the new stench.

Andy: I'd rather be smelling like peaches and apples than salt and ashes all day. Lauren's gonna be jealous.

Vinnie: I couldn't care less, she'd probably just moan and complain the whole way through.

Zane: As long as us three move forward solid, we'd be able to try and pull anyone else in.

Everyone went their separate ways. Zane approached the mirror and looked at himself.

Zane: My eyebrows are officially bushes. I look like one of the damn angry birds. Shame I can't lay eggs.

Zane then snooped through one of the drawers and pulled out a couple of strips of paper. He separated them and brushed them over his eyebrows.

Zane (confessional): So I found these pieces of paper and I thought they were to make your skin and hair more smooth, so I thought I'd try them on my eyebrows since they were getting real rough.

Zane: Uh, guys?

Andy and Vinnie then looked over at Zane who struggled to get the papers off.

Vinnie (confessional): Turns out Zane ended up using wax strips on his eyebrows of all places. It looked to be pretty painful from where I was.

Andy then jogged over.

Andy: Dude, what happened?

Zane: Why are these paper strips so sticky?

Andy: Dude... those are wax strips!

Zane: Ah, crap. Knew they looked familiar, one of my exes were addicted to these things.

Andy: Hold still, I'll try pull them off.

Andy then grabbed a hold of both of them and Zane's screams could be heard across the jungles.

JUBURI DAY 10.

The tribe all got back from reward, feeling dejected that they lost.

Brendan: It's only one loss guys, nothing to complain about.

Emily: None of us were complaining, it just sucks because I can't stand the smells of the people here.

Nigel: The natural scent of Croatia, it's a rough one.

Some time passed when everyone was doing their own things. Brendan and Jayda were hanging out in the water.

Jayda: I find it hilarious that this is the tribe that's been dominating so far. We got a washed up comedian, an anorexic girl, a guy who lives in the jungles and someone who has a gallon of anxiety.

Brendan: They're literally a bunch of tools.

Brendan (confessional): Jayda and I are trying to play different sides of the fence. She's trying to play the girls while I'm trying to play the guys. It's really a simple strategy that I'm surprised no one has managed to catch on.

Jayda: I think it'd be stupid to take out Kenny or Nigel. Kenny's good in challenges while Nigel is like a leech with no strategy.

Jayda (confessional): It's definitely easier to get a hold on one of the guys than it is with the girls. Like Emily's getting closer and closer to Kate.

Meanwhile with Kate, she's by the water well with Emily as they both get a sense of their tribe.

Emily: Brendan's getting on my last nerve. I can't handle him bitching about our lack of work ethic.

Kate: Yeah, it does get outta hand.

Kate (confessional): The best way to describe the Juburi tribe right now is one big gossip fest. You'll see duos splitting off talking about each other. I'm fresh from high school, I know this stuff.

Emily: Of course I wanna stay the course and keep on winning, I just don't know how long I can live with some of these people.

Kate: No, I absolutely understand.

Kate (confessional): I don't wanna give away anything too revealing because literally anything in this game can be used against you.

Nigel: Sup ladies?

Kate: Not much, just your casual conversations.

Nigel: Sounds normal. Part of me is happy we lost because I like seeing Brendan wound up.

Emily: He is such a crybaby. Jayda gets under my skin more though. She's so arrogant.

Nigel (confessional): It is a goddamn mystery where everyone is at. It would look like Brendan, Jayda, Kate and Emily want to shoot bullets at each other like an old western movie. I'm not like that, I like to chill in the Old Nevada Saloon and get drunk.

KORNATI DAY 11.

Things were quiet at the Kornati tribe. Damian and Rachel were hanging out down the beach per usual while the other 3 were gathered by the fire.

Moana: What do you think our chances are going in to immunity?

Luke: Probably not that great. The Juburi tribe is unstoppable and Vorona has gotten that reward plus who knows what else?

Sarah: It's a tricky situation.

Sarah then spotted something and signaled the tribe.

Sarah: Hey guys! Check it out! Someone's coming!

Everyone gathered around and saw someone coming to their camp.

Lauren: Hey guys! Hope you don't mind on me intruding!

Sarah (confessional): We were shocked to have Lauren come and visit us, normally tribes aren't allowed to visit each other but this was a special occasion.

Lauren: So the decision was a tribe raid or a tribe visit. Don't worry, I'm not gonna steal anything from you guys.

Luke: So how long are you here until?

Lauren: Tomorrow when I have to head back before the immunity challenge, thought I'd see how ya'll were doing.

Rachel (confessional): It felt weird having someone different on our tribe. I know this ain't permanent but still. I thought maybe we could get some dirt on how things are going.

Rachel: So how are things with you guys?

Lauren: It's been rough, we've been running low on food supplies but I've managed to catch a couple fish out there. I think I'm probably next if we lose again since that reward has bonded those three.

Moana: Yeah that makes sense.

Moana (confessional): Right now I already have my connection with Nigel from the Juburi tribe, bonding with Lauren would mean that I have connections with both other tribes and more options for me moving forward with my immunity idol.

Lauren meanwhile was doing some exploring around their camp just to get a hang of where everything was. This was when Luke and Damian walked in on her.

Damian: Yeah it's a pretty big place. You get used to it.

Lauren: Yeah it's a nice change of scenery. Ya'll seem to really have it down over here. Everything looks nice.

Luke: Your camp must be nice too.

Lauren: Yeah it's alright. There was this waterfall that Gail and I used to hang out by. Losing her was just... dammit.

Lauren was trying to keep her emotions in but was struggling.

Luke: You okay?

Lauren: Yeah, it's... it's just... it's been really hard.

Luke then offered a hug which she accepted.

Lauren: After Gail got voted out, I've felt so alone for like a week where nobody would talk to me. I knew this was going to be tough.

Damian: Nah I get you, it's a tough feeling.

Lauren: You know, you guys all seem like great people and I'm hoping if there's a chance we'd get to work together, I'm all for it.

Luke: Yeah we'd love to.

Damian then thought of something.

Damian: Tomorrow we have an immunity challenge, we'll be down to 14 afterwards. I do not want Juburi getting the numbers over us.

Lauren: Yeah me neither, that tribe is strong.

Damian: If either of us have a chance to help secure immunity for both our tribes, Juburi goes to tribal, they lose a member and hopefully self destruct.

Luke: So what you're saying is like a tribal truce?

Damian: Yeah, let's call it that.

All three shook each others hands before Lauren decided to wander off some more.

Lauren (confessional): I have zero allies right now, and what Damian is proposing, I think it's perfect. The only problem is getting the rest of my tribe in shape and actually wanting to win. I need to make sure I survive another vote and that I'll be staying alive.

Luke: Wow, you're smart dude.

Damian: Thanks, a lot of tough situations I've had to think out of. I think you were a big help as well with how you both interacted yesterday.

Luke: You think so?

Damian: Trust me, I don't think she was getting any great vibes from that other tribe.

Luke: If that tribe wasn't already fractured, I'd love to work with them and take out Juburi one by one.

Damian: That could still be on the table for us. If we ever have a swap, if we manage to get Juburi members on all tribes, we'll be set no matter who loses tribal. They have some of the strongest members for individual immunity as well.

Luke: I see your point. Hopefully Vorona isn't completely bonkers so we can make this work.

Damian (confessional): Luke has proven to be a critical ally for me. Had he not used his socialness and developed that bond with Lauren, she wouldn't have chosen to visit our tribe and to an extent, we wouldn't have been able to strike up this cross-tribal deal that'll set us up to make it to merge.

Damian: Here's another thing, if this works and we make it to merge, Kornati will have the leg up over Vorona. We just gotta make sure to keep those bonds up with all the girls and we'd be able to make it all the way.

Damian (confessional): If I'm able to make it to the end with Luke, I'll be able to take credit for the majority of the strategy and the jury will love that. Then I'll take home that check and help pay off some loans.

Luke (confessional): Damian's plan is absolutely genius. I feel like I'm learning a lot from him playing and it's honestly a thrilling experience. And Lauren seems like an ally I'd love to get to know and work with.

VORONA DAY 11.

After their thrilling reward last night, the Vorona tribe find themselves struggling with a long day ahead of them.

Vinnie: Shouldn't Lauren be back by now?

Andy: Did you take this long when you were out there?

Vinnie: No way dude.

Vinnie (confessional): Lauren not being back from the Temple is pretty confusing and concerning. As much as we want her out, we also need more hands on deck at camp.

Andy: You think the twist was that she had to stay an extra night?

Vinnie: Nah, had to be more than that.

Zane: At least there's more rice to go around.

Andy: So what did you guys think of yesterday? Fun challenge right?

Vinnie: Yeah it was interesting getting to learn who the others were.

Andy: I can't tell who was a bigger dork that challenge, Luke or Nigel.

Vinnie: Luke for sure, the guy was fumbling around like it was his first time outta the house.

Zane (confessional): You take one look at Luke and the first impression you get from him is "This guy's never had a girlfriend in his life" and you would probably be correct.

Zane: Nigel's like a baby from the 1900s trapped in a middle aged dude's body.

Andy: He constantly milks his comments every time. Like he's trying to win all the attention.

Vinnie: He can't crack a joke because he is the joke, like straight up.

Zane: And meanwhile Rachel and Jayda have their resting bitch faces while watching everything go down.

Vinnie: If they end up in the final 2, I'm gonna ask who was the bigger bitch and why.

Andy: Jury's still a long way away.

Vinnie: You never know

Andy: In seasons past, it's always been a jury of 7 with two people at the end.

Vinnie: If there was any season to switch that up, it'd be this one.

KORNATI DAY 12.

Everyone was sitting around the campfire, Moana was collecting water bottles for her trip down to the well.

Moana: Lauren, you wanna come with?

Lauren: Uh... sure.

Lauren stood up and followed Moana. Sarah looked on at this.

Sarah (confessional): As much as I want this cross-tribal plan to work, Moana is really over-extending herself with how much power she wants in the tribe. And it looks bad on me because I'm trying to keep the girls together and really the tribe together as a whole.

Rachel: Moana once again going off.

Luke: Funny she asked Lauren specifically.

Rachel: She's doing that whole "new girl" stunt that people do in high school. Trying to bend and manipulate her mind to do what she wants.

Rachel (confessional): I like Lauren a lot, I think she's genuine with what she's trying to do to survive but if she's going to become another pawn for Moana to use down the road then some strings are about to get cut.

Damian: If we win today, we're golden. If we lose, well maybe the four of us can have a little temporary truce ourselves.

Rachel: That works for me.

Luke: Me too.

Rachel: You in, Sarah?

Sarah hesitates but slowly nods her head, however Rachel thought nothing of it as she continued with her breakfast.

IMMUNITY CHALLENEGE DAY 12.

The scene shifted through the seas and stopped at today's immunity challenge. There are 3 empty vertical puzzles while at sea, on separate platforms, there are 4 different cube blocks each with different coloured symbols on them.

Jeff: Come on in guys!

The tribes all entered the scene, one at a time, taking notice of the surprising linear challenge. They all halted on their respective mats and set their flags down. Vorona and Juburi were surprised to see Lauren with the Kornati tribe and instantly knew this was to do with the temple of secrets. Meanwhile others noticed something off with the Vorona tribe.

Jeff: Zane, what happened to your eyebrows?

Zane: Got a bit too close and personal with some wax strips. Honestly though, loving this new look. No more hedges.

Jeff: We'll just see how long it lasts.

Everyone was laughing at this.

Jeff: Lauren, how was Kornati?

Lauren: It was nice, everyone was super welcoming. Just a very positive atmosphere.

Jeff: Well, time to head back to your old tribe now.

Lauren left the mat and went to re-join Vorona who all welcomed her with hugs.

Jeff: Alright, it is time to get to today's immunity challenge. First things first, I'll take back the idols.

Jeff went around and collected the idols from the Kornati and Juburi tribes. He went ahead and placed the knight back on the horse.

Jeff: Once again immunity is back up for grabs. For today's challenge, you're going to race out in to the water, untie and retrieve a puzzle piece and race back. Once you've placed it on the table, you'll race back and retrieve another and so on. Once you have all 4, you must stack them one on top of the other so there are no repeating colors on any side. First 2 tribes to finish, win immunity. Now, Juburi has 2 extra people, Kornati only has 1. Today, that won't matter.

All tribes were confused at this as Jeff continued.

Jeff: Today's immunity challenge comes with a twist. 1 person from each tribe will be selected to run the entire challenge.

There were multiple gasps. Some were excited for this, others were concerned.

Jeff: This is a hero challenge where you are going to put all your eggs in to one basket. Chose carefully as this could be the deciding factor in who stays safe and who runs the risk of leaving tonight. Vorona, who's it...

Before Jeff could finish, Lauren raises her hand.

Jeff: Wow, Lauren, you instantly jumped at this.

Lauren: I need to win this challenge. It's better I put my fate in to my own hands rather than someone else do it.

Jeff: You guys cool with it?

Andy: Sure

Vinnie: Fine with me.

Jeff: Kornati, who's it going to be?

Luke and Damian turned to each other.

Damian: Wanna rock paper scissor it?

Luke: Nah, you can do it. I believe in you.

Damian: Alright cool, let's do this.

Jeff: Damian running the challenge for Kornati. Juburi, who are you sending up?

Emily: You got this Kenny?

Kenny: Sure thing, let's go. I can swim.

Jayda: Kenny's doing it.

Jeff: Alright, so it's Lauren vs Damian vs Kenny for immunity. All 3 take your spots and we'll get started.

All 3 took their places in front of the sea, ready to swim out.

Jeff: Alright, here we go, for immunity. Survivor's ready? Go!

Everyone watched as the three tribe reps all ran in to the water and started swimming for their first cubes. All continued to cheer.

Jeff: It's a lot tougher than you think to run through that water. It'll put a lot of strain on your legs.

Kenny was out to an early lead, untying his cube and heading back.

Jeff: Kenny heading back with his first cube!

Meanwhile Lauren and Damian wound up reaching theirs at the same time.

Damian: Make sure to get a good look at it.

Lauren: Right.

They both started heading back now.

Jeff: Untying those cubes can be a lot of work.

Kenny was trying to catch his breath heading back to shore, allowing the other two to catch up.

Jeff: Kenny struggling, perhaps used too much energy too quickly. Meanwhile Damian and Lauren are starting to catch up!

Kenny placed his first cube on his table and headed out while Lauren and Damian did the same.

Jeff: Everyone back with their first cube! Swimming back out for their second!

Things were looking a little more even when the Juburi tribe started to notice something was off.

Jayda: Are those two talking to each other?

Brendan: That allowed?

Jayda: Weird...

Jeff: Kenny managing to re-take his lead while the other two are taking a more reserved approach!

Kenny in a rush, tossed his cube to his table before racing out for his third.

Jeff: Lauren starting to gain a lead on Damian.

Lauren stared at her second cube for a while before placing it down. While Damian was struggling after intaking some water.

Jeff: Damian really struggling. Did Kornati make the right decision by placing him as the sole runner?

Luke: Curtis would've dominated this challenge you know?

Moana rolled her eyes at this.

Kenny was holding a comfortable lead, untying his third block before heading back.

Jeff: Kenny remains in the lead but Lauren's slowly catching up. Damian just heading back in to the water for his third cube.

Everyone was starting to slow down now, starting to get exhausted.

Jeff: Only 12 days in and you can already see the ware and tear, getting no sleep, very little food. Lauren has her third cube. Damian's got a lot of ground to make up.

Kenny was starting to jog back up to the sand for the third time.

Jeff: Kenny back with his third cube, he's only got one left before he can start working on the puzzle.

Damian was catching his breath before swimming back with his third cube, meanwhile Kenny was about to lap him with his last cube.

Jeff: Kenny has his last cube! Right now it is Kenny, Lauren and Damian in that order. Juburi making up for that reward loss. Damian coming back with his third cube.

Kenny then turned to Vinnie.

Kenny *whispering*: How did she get out?

Vinnie *whispering*: Temple of secrets, I didn't want it to happen.

Kenny *whispering*: She told me you guys were close.

Vinnie *whispering*: Yeah, I'm guessing she got you to send me. I appreciate that a ton.

Kenny *whispering*: My clue doesn't tell me much, just that it's underwater. Haven't gotten the idol yet. Did you manage to get one?

Vinnie *whispering*: Mine is more detailed, I can have you borrow it.

Kenny *whispering*: Sure thing, I'll owe you big time.

Vinnie then hands his clue off to Kenny.

Lauren just about reached her station for the final time and grabbed her cube.

Jeff: Lauren has her cube, taking her time. You will need that mental energy to solve this puzzle.

Damian and Kenny were reaching shore with their third and last blocks respectively.

Jeff: Kenny's back! He can start puzzle working! Damian still has to swim out for that last cube.

Rachel: Come on Damian! Push through!

Luke: Don't give up dude!

Brendan: You got this, Kenny.

Emily: Bring it home my guy!

Kenny was looking and arranging his blocks.

Jeff: What you are trying to do now is assemble this so that there are no repeating colors on any side. All cubes have 4 colors: Red, Yellow, Purple and Green.

Lauren ran back, exhausted but determined.

Jeff: Lauren back with her last cube! She can make up time as Damian is still in the water!

Damian was shown slowly approaching his last cube.

Jeff: Lauren taking her time, looking at each block.

Kenny was shown switching blocks out, sighing at this difficult puzzle.

Jeff: Someone about to go home, it'll be difficult to lose an immunity challenge for your entire tribe. That's a lot of pressure on your shoulders. Who will live to see Day 13?

Kenny was spinning his structure around, making sure he had the cubes in the right places.

Jeff: Damian's now back with his last cube! He can start working!

Damian took his time before putting his first couple cubes in to place.

Jeff: He's got a lot of time to make up as both Kenny and Lauren have had plenty of time to see what cubes go where.

Lauren was spinning hers around, she sighed as she got the top one wrong, she took it out.

Jeff: This puzzle is designed to fool you. You'll be certain, and then you'll spin it around and realize "whoops".

Lauren then switched out her last couple of cubes before checking it again.

Andy: Oh, did she get it?

Vinnie: I think so.

Lauren: Jeff, I think I got it!

Jeff: Lauren thinks she has it...

Jeff then started to check the structure.

Jeff: Red, Purple, Green, Yellow. Yellow, Purple, Green, Red. Purple, Green, Red, Yellow. Green, Red, Yellow, Purple.

Lauren started cheering as her tribe clapped for her.

Jeff: Lauren wins immunity for Vorona! We're still looking for second place! Both Damian and Kenny still working. Damian has managed to catch up but can he solve it before Kenny?

Kenny then looks over at Lauren's finished puzzle. Lauren then blocks it and spins it.

Jeff: Lauren trying to block Kenny from looking.

Lauren then looks at her structure before turning to Damian.

Lauren: Put the one with 3 yellows on the bottom.

Damian nodded as everyone now looked at what they were doing.

Jeff: Wow, Lauren clearly helping Damian.

Lauren: Three greens, turn it like that.

Jayda: I knew it.

Zane: The hell is she doing?

Andy: Must've been that visit.

Jeff: Kenny, you feeling a little ganged up on?

Kenny: Absolutely

Brendan: Don't worry about them, you focus on you.

Jeff: And just like that, Damian is back in this challenge. He was in last this entire time. Anything can happen in Survivor.

Kenny was starting to get close, he had the first three blocks all in, completely different sides all around.

Lauren: Turn it so the red is facing you.

Damian was following Lauren and was catching up to Kenny with her third in.

Jeff: Damian and Kenny both working on their final block, who's gonna get there first.

Kenny was listening in, desperate to get any bit of info. Both were close until...

Kenny: Jeff! Jeff!

Jeff: Kenny thinks he has it...

Lauren: You got it.

Damian: I got it too!

Jeff: Hold on Damian

Jeff then came to Kenny's last side.

Jeff: Two purples on the same side, not right.

Kenny groaned at this as Jeff raced to Damian's.

Jeff: Let's check Damian's tower.

Jeff was reading out the colors just like he did for Laurens.

Jeff: Damian is right! Kornati wins immunity!

Damian sighed as he went to hug Lauren.

Damian: You're awesome. Thank you.

Jeff: Juburi going to tribal council for the first time this season!

Both Kornati and Vorona clapped while Juburi was pissed.

Jayda: Yeah nice job, having immunity handed to you instead of earning it yourself.

Brendan: Very sportsman like.

Kenny: Guys, just drop it, we lost.

Jayda: This was an individual challenge, meaning you do it by yourself. No crutches in Survivor.

Damian: Are you gonna throw a fit every time you guys lose?

Rachel: Ya'll have no respect for anyone out here. Lay off

Jayda: Keep talking, show everyone your true colors.

Damian: We won, ya'll lost, get over it.

Jeff then came back with the tribal immunity idols.

Jeff: Lauren, you wanna get this one?

Lauren: Totally!

Lauren walked over and got the knight.

Jeff: No one going home from Vorona this time. Damian, you did what you could.

Damian: Damn right.

Jeff handed the horse to Damian as he raised it in the air for his tribe.

Jeff: Both tribes, enjoy the night off.

Kornati and Vorona both gathered their things and walked off.

Damian (confessional): Lauren was a life saver, I wasn't sure where Luke and I stood but now we won't have to worry. She's guaranteed herself 2 allies moving forward, that's for sure.

Vinnie (confessional): I'm not sure what Lauren did back there but regardless, we're safe and me and my idol get spared for another round. That and I've managed to gain some trust with Kenny moving forward.

Jeff: Juburi, after 12 days of challenge wins, you guys will finally have to face tribal council where one of you will be the fourth person voted out. Grab your things, I'll see you tonight.

Juburi, shocked over losing, headed back to camp, wondering how tribal was going to play out.

JUBURI DAY 12.

Dejected from their loss, the Juburi tribe stumbled their way back to camp.

Jayda: Guys, I just wanna say first and foremost that I'm sorry for lashing out like that, but you can't lie and say that wasn't some complete bs going on.

Brendan: We lost because of a damn twist. We didn't lose because we were the weakest tribe at that challenge. Had that island visit not have happened, we would've won that fair and square.

Jayda (confessional): That was so frustrating to watch play out. I can't wait to vote some of these people from the other tribes off because they are starting to get on my last nerve.

Nigel: I was hoping to take a nap but I don't think I can do that now.

Emily and Kate both went off from the group and talked about the vote.

Kate: I'm sure we both know who we want out, right?

Emily: Jayda? She completely lost it today. Brendan's at least good in challenges.

Emily (confessional): In a way it is sort of a relief that we lost, because now we can get rid of someone who just straight up drags morale on this tribe, and for me there's no better option.

Emily: You think we can get the guys on board?

Kate: Oh you kidding? I bet they'd be thrilled with that idea.

Kate then walked around for a bit and found Nigel.

Kate: Hey! Glad I caught you.

Nigel: What's the story, morning glory?

Kate: Well tribals afoot as I'm sure you've heard.

Nigel: Yep, bet I'm the popular candidate for Brendan and Jayda.

Kate: Well I wouldn't worry about it, we're gonna target Jayda tonight, all 4 of us.

Nigel: You sure Emily's on our side? Aren't her and Jayda close?

Kate: Yeah I thought so too at first but I think she knows now that they don't have her best interests at heart.

Nigel: Wow, you're a smart cookie, and I'm diabetic, we make quite the team.

Kate chuckles as she fist bumps Nigel.

During a separate conversation, Brendan and Jayda were talking to Kenny.

Brendan: I know you're close to him, but we gotta vote Nigel here

Jayda: He just hasn't been pulling his weight like everyone else, he's just gonna hold us back.

Kenny: Yeah I see what you mean.

Brendan (confessional): It's difficult coming up with a target for tribal but I think we've managed to narrow it down a bit. Nigel is gonna be an issue for us moving forward, it makes absolute sense for him to be the first one to go.

Kenny then walks back to camp.

Kenny (confessional): This is quite the issue for me. I don't want Nigel to go, and I don't want Jayda to go, but no matter what it looks like at least 2 votes are going both ways at the moment.

Nigel: Hey man.

Kenny: What's up?

Kenny (confessional): I'm gonna need to come up with an alternative. Jayda and Nigel are both explosives that I can detonate at any time.

Kenny: Where are you voting right now?

Nigel: Well it's either me or Jayda and since I can't vote for myself, probably Jayda.

Kenny: Well what's to say we can't shake things up a little?

Nigel: I'm listening.

Kenny: Brendan is a huge threat, he's physical, likable and he's got a solid thing with Jayda going on.

Nigel: Yeah, that does make sense, but I don't think we got the numbers either way.

Kenny: We won't need the numbers if we switch a couple targets around.

Kenny (confessional): As per the rules of Survivor, if there is a tied vote at tribal council, the people involved in the tie are not allowed to vote. So if things stay the same and that Jayda, Nigel and Brendan are the tied people, Emily and Kate will both still be able to vote and get out Jayda.

Nigel: Well I do know that those two weren't so high on Kate before either.

Kenny: Hmm... I got a plan. I'm gonna need you to keep the girls away from camp for now.

Nigel: How?

Kenny: I dunno dude, you're a comedian. You'll think of something. I just need the camp long enough so that I can convince Brendan and Jayda to switch targets to Kate.

Nigel: You swear Kate isn't going anywhere, right?

Kenny: If she goes, you get full custody of my immunity idol.

Nigel: Alright, deal.

Nigel walks off and signals to the girls.

Nigel: You both want to see a puppet show?

Emily: Sure.

Kate: Got nothing else to do.

Nigel (confessional): So out of nowhere, Wilder Beast Kenny has come up with this plan outta nowhere to get rid of Brendan. And at first I was pretty suspicious about it but I do love to be involved in the adrenaline, so I went along with it, brought out Mr Chef and put on a show.

Mr Chef: Greetings weary travelers! Looking to enter Croatia eh? Best be careful, seen many travelers enter, none return.

Meanwhile Kenny went to dig out his idol clue he got from Vinnie.

Kenny: Gotcha.

Kenny (confessional): Nigel did eat the idol clue but luckily I managed to get the one from the Vorona tribe to substitute. I wanted to get my hands on a second clue because before coming on this show, I had this idea that I was going to plant a clue in someone's bag to pin the target on them.

After retrieving the clue, he then scrummaged around, finding Kate's bag.

Kenny: Sorry Kate, nothing personal, you'll understand.

He then managed to place the clue in plain site, placed the bag in the shelter right in the middle.

Kenny: Step 1, complete. Step 2, bring Brendan and Jayda in and try and get one of them to spot it.

As if on cue, the duo found their way back in to camp.

Kenny: I think the shelter might need re-adjusting.

Brendan: You think so?

Jayda: I'm on it.

Jayda then wandered towards the shelter and noticed Kate's bag just laying around.

Jayda: Why does Kate always have her stuff laying around? Gets in the way.

Brendan then came up behind her.

Brendan: What's that?

Brendan looked at the clue that was poking out of the bag.

Jayda: Looks like a map of some sort.

She picked it up and looked at it.

Jayda (confessional): When Brendan and I got back to camp, we saw this piece of paper in Kate's bag. And I was like "That's real suspicious".

Jayda: It's an island map. You think it's this camp?

Brendan: Looks like it.

Kenny: You don't think...

Brendan (confessional): Oh my God...

Jayda: It all makes sense. She wants us to go after Nigel so that her and Emily stay safe with their little idol.

Brendan: How the heck did she even find this thing?

Jayda: Nigel must've gotten it when he went to the Temple. She convinced it to hand it over to her. Damn guy has no idea how to play the game.

Kenny: So does Kate have it?

Jayda: I'm not sure but right now I don't want to take the chance.

Brendan (confessional): Kate's been playing us all for fools. She's the puppet master all along.

Kenny: Can we do anything at this point?

Brendan: Let's switch it up, I'm not having an idol mess up our games.

Jayda: I'll second that.

Kenny (confessional): Holy crap they bought it hook, line and sinker.

Kenny: I'll go see if Nigel's on board.

Brendan: Cool, that should do it.

Brendan (confessional): I do love a good blindside. Kate may think she's calling the shots but after tonight, we'll see who's the real ringleader in all this.

Everyone reunited as Nigel looked at Kenny who gave him the thumbs up as he took the clue back from Kate's bag as she could grab it.

Kate (confessional): Going in to tribal, I am pretty uneasy about all this. I'm not sure if I can trust Kenny completely and at this point it's almost making me nauscious. But I'll go with my gut and hope that it all works out.

All 6 members went ahead and grabbed their belongings as they started to leave camp.

Jayda (confessional): I know something feels off about this whole thing but surely these people know that an idol is fatal in this game. I'm not sure if we should stick with the Nigel plan or if voting off Kate is the way to go. A lot to consider here.

Emily (confessional): Tribal council is going to be a ton of fun, as much as it sucks we're going to be losing a person, at least it'll be an annoying person.

TRIBAL COUNCIL NIGHT 12.

Juburi walked one behind the other to the tribal council area. They set their stuff down and each took notice of the torches laid out behind them.

Jeff: Behind each of you is a torch, go ahead and grab one, approach the flame, dip it in and get fire.

All 6 of them followed Jeff's instructions as they each grabbed a torch and dipped it in the flame.

Jeff: This is part of the ritual at tribal council because in this game, fire represents your life. As long as you have fire, you are still in the game however once it is gone, so are you.

As soon as they're torches got lit, they then placed it where they got it and all sat down in front of the flame.

Jeff: So, Juburi, first time at tribal council. There's a lot to catch up on. So, let's talk about the first 12 days. Jayda, how tough is this game physically?

Jayda: Physically, it's draining. I've had to suck up a lot and it isn't even that deep in to the game. But I'll give it to our tribe, even though we don't look the most well put together, we've actually done pretty well in these last few challenges. Today was just our first major blunder and I hope it doesn't affect us moving forward.

Jeff: Emily, what do you think? Was it tougher than what you expected?

Emily: Yeah, no doubt I definitely underestimated the whole Physical aspect of this game compared to the other aspects. But hey, this is what we signed up for. We just have to make sure it doesn't get the best of us.

Jeff: Kenny, are there any skills from your normal life that you feel you can contribute to this tribe?

Kenny: I think I'm good at keeping a level head and controlling my temper. And that does help considering we have a couple people who are quick to lose their temper when things don't go their way.

Jeff: Who does lose their temper?

Kenny: Probably the snuggle buddies to the left of me.

Brendan and Jayda both instantly laughed at this.

Brendan: The two of us have argued once, maybe twice over things.

Jayda: Yeah, we get over things quite quickly. Even though there may be tempers flying, they're easy to shoot down.

Jeff: Kate, what was the impact of you losing this challenge?

Kate: Us losing today wasn't the greatest feeling. But this challenge was different. I'm sure had the whole tribe been able to compete, we would have won. Especially since we were on quite the winning streak in terms of immunities and rewards.

Jeff: Has it given you guys a wake up call?

Kate: Without a doubt. We just hope we can move past this and perform better.

Jeff: Kenny, how did that feel, being the only one to run this challenge only to lose it for your whole tribe.

Kenny: I don't think it was just my fault. The other tribes were clearly helping each other out. And fair play to them, that was smart. They wanted to weaken us as a tribe but if anything they're only gonna make us stronger.

Jeff: Well up until today, I'd say you guys have had it pretty easy. Nigel, are you noticing some relationships forming?

Nigel: Yeah, it's no secret that Brendan and Jayda have their own thing going. Emily's kind of just been a third wheel to that, like the maid of honor. Meanwhile Kate and I are just at the back of the audience, getting drunk and Kenny is just a face in the audience.

Kenny: Wow, thanks.

Nigel: Hey, it's a compliment, at least I hope it is.

Jeff: What reason could the tribe have for voting you out tonight, Nigel?

Nigel: I mean, I'm probably not the most active in the tribe, especially compared to the other two guys. I do help out when I can, like when someone's down, I try to cheer them up the best way I can.

Jeff: Kate, you agree with that?

Kate: Yeah, I've had fun talking to Nigel, he's pretty nice to be around. He's not just your typical comedian who expects a laugh out of people every time, he knows when to just drop the act and have a genuine conversation.

Jeff: And Brendan, does it make you feel concerned that the impression formed about you and Jayda could come back to bite you?

Brendan: Of course not. We've been close since Day 1. But in terms of the game, there can only be one winner. And my commitment to the game comes first and foremost.

Jeff: So let's talk about how you're going to vote somebody off tonight. What do you base it on Jayda?

Jayda: Right now I'm thinking about the tribe and how it can be improved. We lost for a reason and we have to identify that reason and deal with it so it doesn't happen again.

Jeff: So are you basing it on who can the tribe afford to lose?

Jayda: That's one way of putting it.

Jeff: Kate, what could cause you to get voted off tonight?

Kate: I guess the fact that I struggle to fit in with the majority of the tribe and have quite a few fears that do get the better of me at times.

Jeff: Brendan, would you say that Kate does have issues in terms of bonding?

Brendan: I would yeah. And it's nothing against her as a person it's just the fact that Survivor is a social experiment and there are things that you're going to have to do that you won't see yourself usually doing to get yourself to the end.

Jeff: And you don't think she has done any of those things?

Brendan: As of right now? No.

Jeff: Kenny, worried at all that it might be you?

Kenny: Oh yeah, ever since I stepped foot off that train.

Jeff: Why should the tribe vote you out?

Kenny: Well for one I was the main reason we lost. There was that decision I made on Day 1 that gave the tribe the impression that I was out here for myself.

Jeff: Any regrets with that decision.

Kenny: Thinking back on it, no, I still repaid my debts by helping out around camp. And if that wasn't enough then I've only got myself to blame for doing more.

Jeff: Okay, it is time to vote, Brendan, you're up.

Brendan got up and headed down to vote. Next up was Kenny who was writing Brendan's name.

Kenny: I've never trusted you since the beginning, hope this works out.

Next up was Emily who cast her vote for Jayda. Jayda was next as she showed the camera her vote without revealing who it was for.

Jayda: This is for the tribe but really it's for my own benefit, I hope you leave tonight.

Nigel was next as he was pretty uneasy. Last up was Kate, also pretty nervous but kept her calm. After she put her vote in the urn, she went back to sit down.

Jeff: I'll go tally the votes.

As Jeff left, shots of the whole tribe were shown. Jeff then returned with the votes.

Jeff: Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. I'll read the votes.

Kenny debated playing his idol but decided against it, hoping he made the right call.

Jeff: First vote, Jayda.

Jayda was slightly shocked but not that surprised.

Jeff: Brendan.

Brendan chuckled at this, expecting at least 1 vote.

Jeff: Kate.

Kate was pretty upset but Nigel patted her on the back.

Jeff: Kate, that's 2 votes Kate, 1 vote Jayda, 1 vote Brendan.

Kate sighed, not even looking up.

Jeff: Brendan.

Brendan was now shocked, looking over to see who voted for him.

Jeff: We're tied, 2 votes Kate, 2 votes Brendan, 1 vote Jayda. 1 vote left.

Everyone looked forward as the last vote was pulled.

Jeff: Jayda. We have a tie.

Jayda: Oh you've gotta be kidding me.

Jeff: Here's what's going to happen, we're going to have a re-vote. Brendan, Jayda and Kate will not vote. Nigel, Emily and Kenny, you can only vote for one of those 3. Emily, come grab this.

Emily took a second to think before grabbing the urn. Her, Kenny and Nigel all then voted.

Jeff: I'll go tally the votes.

Shots of Kate, Brendan and Jayda were all shown and Jeff returned with the urn.

Jeff: I'll read the votes.

Jeff pulled the lid of the urn and pulled out the first vote.

Jeff: First vote, Brendan.

Brendan sighed at this, shaking his head.

Jeff: 4th person voted out of Survivor: Croatia, Brendan. That's 2 votes, that's enough, need to bring me your torch.

Brendan then got up, Jayda was annoyed at this, glaring daggers at the rest of the tribe.

Jeff: Brendan, the tribe has spoken.

As his torch was snuffed, Brendan wasted no time in exiting the area without a second glance at anyone.

Jeff: Well, in losing your first immunity challenge and voting out your first member, you've gotten your first taste on how this game is really played. Only question after tonight's vote is how quickly you will recover. Grab your torches and head back to camp, good night.

Everyone got up with their stuff and torches and exited tribal council.

Jayda *whispering*: Oh, it's on now.

The credits then started rolling.

Jeff: Next time on Survivor!

Jayda: I'll make sure you guys regret keeping me here. It's really on now.

Nigel: It's been on since the beginning of the competition, I dunno what game you're playing.

Jeff: Jayda declares war on her tribe.

Kenny (confessional): Part of me is starting to regret keeping Jayda now.

Jeff: Lauren spills the beans about her deal.

Lauren was shown talking to her tribe.

Lauren: While I was at Kornati, there was a deal that our tribes would look out for each other if we could.

Zane: Wow...

Jeff: But what they don't know is what's in store for our final 14.

Jeff: 2 new tribes will be formed, 2 people will win immunity, both tribes will go to tribal council, both tribes will vote someone out.

Everyone, now with their tribes dissolved, gasped at this.

Final words.

Brendan: I'm so pissed off right now. This tribe has made a major mistake in voting out one of their strongest members. I hope this spells disaster for them and I hope that none of them win the title of Sole Survivor because that'll make me feel even worse about myself. Sucks to be out this early man.

IMMUNITY IDOLS.

KORNATI IDOL: MOANA

JUBURI IDOL: KENNY

Probably one of my favorite episodes so far. Definitely better than last seasons episode 4 by a mile. I did especially like the whole reward and immunity challenges since that allowed for more cross-tribal dynamics to open up. So yeah, this next episode is going to be a big one. This will be another one of those episodes where I am going to try and aim for 20,000 words because now 2 people are going to get voted out here so I have to treat it like 2 separate episodes. It'll be different than what I'm used to since I'm not used to sending two people home at once (the finale of Panama doesn't count). I'll have to figure out a technique to write this.

Also I was originally going to use Kenny's actual idol clue from the Temple only to remember that Nigel ate it on the very first episode. Sometimes character moments can end up providing some speed bumps in your story. So that's why I kinda shoved in the whole Kenny and Vinnie convo just so I had a clue to work with. Sorry if some of the dialogue in this feels out of place, had to go through quite a few changes with this one.

Happy New Years and all that, kinda insane to think that it's been almost 2 years since I started writing Exile Island. I hope this story does just as well if not better because I still have some plans that I want to try out. Also don't forget to please vote for your favorite characters so far. I have a poll on my profile page which you can access by clicking my username above the description. You can vote for up to 3 people. It'll mean a lot to me to get some more votes in.

I'll stop talking now. Can't wait to dive right in to episode 5 and to see where I can take the story from here. Until next time, see ya'll whenever!
