Welcome back. I decided to just give up on the recap episode entirely since there was so much to cover and on top of that still had to do secret scenes while I just wanted to focus on getting the main story done. Maybe I'll do it as a side project once all the main stuff is over and done with and just add that in post season.

It is now time for us to get to the merge. Admittedly I would have liked to get this done sooner but I ended up editing a lot of stuff just to make this episode work. And I want these episodes to come out as good as I can make them. Thank you all for your patience. I know I don't have many people reading this but to those of you who are, thank you for giving my story the time of day. With that being said. Let's get to the episode.

EPISODE 7: THE LAST LAUGH

Jeff: Previously on Survivor!

Rachel: Are we okay to talk?

Sarah: I'm not too sure.

Jeff: Rachel found herself in damage control mode with Sarah when her and Damian blindsided her ally Moana. But Sarah's frustrations were mainly faced towards Damian.

Sarah (confessional): Funny how Damian can come up with a plan just to go back on it.

Jeff: At the Juburi tribe. Kenny knew he was on the outside looking in.

Kenny (confessional): I'm facing this battle all on my own, taking this game day by day.

Jeff: At the reward challenge, Kornati won a special opportunity to visit the Juburi camp for a raid.

Kate: Nigel and I have both been there, we'll go.

Jeff: Kenny took advantage of this situation, and slipped Nigel the clue to the idol, unaware that it was only good for Vorona's idol.

Kenny: If you manage to find it, let me know. We can use these to survive.

Nigel: I hope you're right.

Jeff: Once they got back, Kate got to work on making a new alliance, this time with Jayda and Sarah, when Sarah revealed a secret to her.

Sarah was shown pulling out the Kornati immunity idol.

Kate: No way...

Sarah and Kate then shook hands.

Jeff: At the immunity challenge, the two tribes had to stomach down some unique delicacies.

A compilation was shown of them gagging.

Jeff: In the end, Kornati once again came out the winners. While Kenny knew he was in trouble. Little did he and the rest of the Juburi tribe know, Jayda, who they had sent to the Temple, had an influence over the upcoming tribal.

Jayda: Before the tribe goes up to vote, you will earn the opportunity to decide which of the tribe members you want to save. They cannot vote but also cannot be voted for.

Jeff: Back at Juburi, Luke and Lauren were weighing their options after Luke learned of Vinnie's idol.

Lauren: If they both play it?

Luke: I'm screwed.

Jeff: And at tribal council, after their original target, Andy was saved by Jayda, the two of them faced a difficult decision.

Jeff: 7th person voted out of Survivor: Croatia... Vinnie.

Jeff: In the end, Vinnie was blindsided, idol in pocket.

Jeff: Vinnie, the tribe has spoken.

Jeff: 11 are left, who will be voted out tonight?

Intro.

TEMPLE OF SECRETS NIGHT 18.

The boat arrived at the Temple at night, and the two occupants were dropped off.

Andy (confessional): I was definitely surprised by the twist and even more surprised that Jayda chose me. I thought she would've wanted to save Kenny since they're both Juburi members.

Andy: Well that was a shocker and a half.

Jayda: Surprised?

Andy: Absolutely. Why didn't you save him?

Jayda: Kenny? He's dead to me in this game. He's caused nothing but trouble, trying to pin all of Juburi against each other. I'm sick of it.

Andy: Makes sense. What did he do?

Jayda: He planted that clue in Kate's bag, making me and Brendan target her. He's the reason Brendan's gone. He should've left instead.

Andy: Wow, he's smarter than I gave him credit for.

Andy (confessional): The plan was this tribal, we'd get Kenny or Luke out, if we merge, we target Kate and Nigel. I wasn't too sure where Jayda stood exactly but I do not want to waste this chance. We could work something out.

Jayda: I am not Juburi strong. That being said, there are others I wouldn't mind targeting.

Andy: Who would that be?

Jayda: For me it's Damian. He's a control freak. He was the one that kick started the whole anti Juburi plan only because we were winning so much. And turned on it for his own personal gain.

Jayda (confessional): I wanted Andy to know that I am a lone wolf. If he needed another number on his side, I was that number.

Andy: The ideal group could be you, me, we bring Zane and Vinnie in. Nigel and Kate are desperate so we make a deal to get Damian out

Jayda: And Sarah I know is mad at Damian.

Andy: Perfect.

Andy (confessional): This twist couldn't have been better for me. I now have a possible voting block. Glad I ended up with the most anti Juburi-Juburi member here.

JUBURI DAY 19.

Things were relatively quiet, yet tense. With only 4 members present at camp, there was less talk than usual. Kenny woke up, still elated to be here.

Kenny (confessional): I have officially been resurrected from the dead. I am back in this game. Luke and Lauren have proven they do want to work with me. And I couldn't be happier.

Luke and Lauren were both sitting by the fire.

Luke: Is he out by the river again?

Lauren: Yeah, I'm surprised he didn't yell at us. He'd usually do that after every tribal.

Luke: Thank you again for that, it meant a lot.

Lauren: You guys owe me big time. Usually I hate having to turn my back on people but I saw a chance, and I took it.

Luke: You weren't really gonna stay with them, were you?

Lauren: They left me no other choice after Gail left. This has been my dream, and I want to make the most of it.

Luke: I think you made the right choice.

Lauren: I hope so.

Lauren (Confessional): I was at Vorona's mercy for pretty much since the start of this game but ever since I've gotten to know people on the other tribes, I know that in Survivor, you have to find out who's with you and who's against you. And with how Vinnie was playing, I knew he was against me.

Zane meanwhile was skimming rocks over by the river.

Zane: Getting better.

Zane (confessional): It is me left alone with the three morons. They took Vinnie out when we had an anti-Juburi agreement. I kept Lauren in this game, even when she voted for me. I'm tired of tribal, I'm tired of these people spinning me in circles, I just want to get off of this tribe.

Lauren meanwhile walked over to Kenny.

Lauren: So what does the idol look like anyway?

Kenny: You know too huh?

Lauren: Don't worry, think it's only us three.

Kenny took the purple necklace out and showed it to Lauren.

Lauren: Pretty. Goes with my hair.

Kenny: Could get with a couple earrings.

Lauren: Heh, yeah. Listen, I'm sorry if I ever made you feel like you were an outsider in all this.

Kenny: You didn't. They did.

Lauren: I get the feeling. When Damian approached me with the deal, I thought it was my only chance at surviving. Otherwise, I knew I was next to go on that group. I just didn't want you to have that same feeling when we got here, since I do actually like you.

Kenny: Damian does tend to cut a load of deals. He was the whole reason I got the idol in the first place.

Lauren: Can we trust him?

Kenny: Nigel was telling me during the camp raid that he turned on Moana so he probably has that target on him now

Lauren: Good to know.

Lauren (confessional): I was going back and forth in my mind about whether I made the right decision but seeing how much Kenny and Luke have been helping me, I do want to return the favor. Now it's just a case of what to do next.

KORNATI DAY 19.

The Kornati tribe was more active, however the silence was still apparent. Damian was the last to wake up.

Damian (confessional): So today I woke up, and something just felt different. Barely anyone would make eye contact with me. And I know from experience when people tend to avoid you, it means you've either beaten up the biggest kid in the yard, or rumors are being spread about you

Damian exited the camp temporarily to find Rachel collecting coconuts.

Damian: Hey, is everything okay? People are being quiet with me.

Rachel: I'm not sure to be honest.

Damian: Well I just want to check in and make sure we're still good.

Rachel: When you see people walk off, in groups specifically and you aren't a part of those groups, that's a big signal that you've messed up.

Damian: What do you mean?

Rachel: I shouldn't have voted out Moana, that was a sign that I screwed up. Sarah's pissed at us, and you know Juburi's gonna take advantage of that.

Damian: If we had kept Moana around, she woulda ran this tribe in to the ground.

Rachel: Well that's not what the rest of the tribe thinks.

Damian grew quiet over this.

Damian: Had we lost yesterday, it would've been me.

Rachel: I don't really know how else to say this but you dug yourself in to one hell of a hole buddy.

Damian (confessional): I might have made a game ending blunder by deciding to go back on my word. Jubur might now sitting pretty, Sarah's pissed at me, Rachel's even more pissed at me. Should've voted Kate off like we agreed.

Damian: What the hell do I do now?

Rachel: Wish I had the right advice for you

Rachel then walked away from the conversation to deliver the coconuts back to camp.

Rachel (confessional): The bottom line is I am done trying to work with other people because it has landed myself in a ditch and has only worked against me. Damian's made his choice and now I've made mine, that's all there is to it.

DAY 19.

Jeff: Come on in guys!

Jeff was awaiting the castaways as Kornati were the first to show up.

Jeff: Kornati getting their first look at the new Juburi tribe...

The 4 Juburi members all made their way on to the beach, leaving Kornati puzzled that two of them were missing.

Nigel: Two are gone?

Jeff: Vinnie voted out at the last tribal council

A lot of the group were shocked however Damian seemed pleased by this news.

Jeff: We'll now bring in Andy and Jayda returning from the Temple of Secrets.

Andy and Jayda came in on a boat, equally as surprised at Vinnie's exit.

Jeff: You guys are also getting your last look at your new tribes. Everyone, drop your buffs.

Kate: Oh no.

Zane: Again?

Jeff: You guys are going from two tribes...

Shots of both groups were shown.

Jeff: To one. Congratulations, we are merged.

Everyone erupted in cheers as they tossed their buffs away.

Jeff: We are now in the individual portion of this game. You will compete for immunity as individuals, you will be going to tribal council from now on. Here are your new buffs.

Jeff tossed a bag as one at a time, buffs were handed out. They were a forest green color.

Jeff: And you can't truly appreciate getting this far in this game without a proper celebration.

Jeff then walked over to the covered table and revealed a buffet. This was met with claps and cheers from everyone.

Jeff: Now before you are able to enjoy this merge feast, you all have your first decision to make as a group. Two people, one from each group must volunteer to not take part in the feast.

This left everyone floored with multiple people staring at each other.

Jeff: Luke, what's the dilemma that comes with this?

Luke: On one hand, you want to be able to provide for everyone but at the same time, this could be your last chance at a meal for a long time.

Things grew silent for a couple seconds.

Kenny: I'll do it.

Luke: You sure man?

Kenny: I'm fine with it, I can catch fish, you guys need the food more, I promise.

Jeff: Kenny, first to volunteer.

Kenny: I owe it to these guys. And I know plenty of people back home that woulda done the same.

Zane (confessional): I wasn't going to volunteer, no chance in hell. I wanted that food, I needed that food. And I think Kenny is trying to score some brownie points since he knows he's a big target. He just made it easier to beat him at immunity.

Kate: Guys it is my birthday in 3 days, I don't want to spend it looking like skin and bones.

Nigel: That's fine with me.

Jeff: Still looking for one more volunteer.

Damian: If no one else wants to, I'm fine with it.

Jeff: You're gonna do it?

Damian: I got a couple coconuts in me today, I think I can handle it.

Luke: Thanks man.

Lauren: You can have all the rice you want back at camp.

Damian: I'm okay thanks. Go ahead and enjoy your feast.

Damian (confessional): When Kenny went ahead and volunteered, I decided to go ahead and do it because I needed a chance to talk to him as soon as I can and with this circumstance, people won't find it as suspicious.

Jeff: Alright, you guys can head over and start whenever you're ready. Damian and Kenny, bench off by the side for you both.

Multiple people hugged the two volunteers before they walked off.

Andy (confessional): Every decision in this game is calculated. It felt like there was more to that decision than those two were letting on. Now that we're merged, it's time to start playing. This game just gone up a level.

The group of 9 all reached the feast as they all reached for their favorite foods.

Nigel: This brings me back to my 8th birthday party when you have the kids all run over and get their food.

Sarah: I'm gonna be sick after this.

Sarah (confessional): Making the merge with 11 of us is just the break I needed. I have a partnership with Kate and hopefully Jayda too. And I have my immunity idol that only Kate knows about. And we have a couple big targets off by the benches who aren't even eating.

Kenny and Damian were off a few metres away from the feast as they put on their new buffs.

Kenny: Glad we both made it.

Damian: Me too. I'm not sure how much this whole anti Juburi plan is still in place but I know I'm not the most popular either.

Kenny: I only barely survived tribal thanks to Luke and Lauren. Those two have been a big help.

Damian: Yeah Luke and I have been tight since the beginning.

Kenny: He's a good dude.

Damian (confessional): Talking to Kenny was actually a great opportunity. We both agree that Luke and Lauren have been a major help for both of our games. And as of right now that looks like the alliance I'll be rolling with because I've got no one else looking out for me.

Kenny: You and I stick together, we're gonna be alright.

Damian: I believe you man.

VORONA CAMP DAY 19.

The tribe all arrived together in one boat on the old Vorona beach.

Zane: Home sweet home.

Andy: Can't say I missed this place. Looks so empty now.

Zane (Confessional): I wasn't too thrilled when I found out we had to come back to the old Vorona camp. Not too many supplies to be found here plus the shelter has been left to rot for a few days so it's gonna kick our asses.

People were shown unloading their belongings and hugging each other.

Luke: Hi, I'm Luke

Jayda: Jayda, nice to meet you.

Luke (Confessional): I was pretty nervous when we all met up, no where else to hide, no more tribes. And I'm aligned with all the big targets it looks like, so we'll see how this plays out and how far I'll be able to last.

Nigel: Green is definitely more my color.

Sarah: No kidding, these buffs look awesome.

Nigel (Confessional): I made the merge! I always thought I'd be an early out from the get go but I don't have a tribe to weigh down anymore. This is a weird feeling but one I can get used to.

Everyone now settled down in front of the shelter.

Nigel: Where do you work?

Andy: Tried out retail for a while, ended up not suiting me.

Nigel: That where you have a buncha old people nagging you about prices?

Andy: You'd be surprised how stingy people are.

Nigel: I'll drink to that.

Andy (Confessional): Usually I'm used to just having a general "Hi" or "How are you?" as typical conversation starters. With Nigel, it can go any which way with that guy. Someone worth keeping around just for being easy to talk with.

Damian: When you have time, I'd love to talk.

Luke: Sure thing.

Luke (Confessional): Damian I've been more doubtful of the further we've gotten in the game. It did seem like he was always wanting to be the one in control and that just doesn't settle with me. And with my relationships with Lauren and Kenny, I almost wanna be like "I want to play with these people now".

Damian and Luke were both off by the beach.

Damian: Are you still mad at me?

Luke: I just have my doubts, that's all.

Damian: Honestly, that's fair, I was just trying to take advantage of a situation.

Luke: Do you still want to play this game with me?

Damian: Absolutely man, I wouldn't have gotten to this point without you.

Luke: I just don't feel like I fit in to Kornati's plans at all.

Damian: Neither do I, I was supposed to be next out if we lost.

Luke: You, me, Kenny and Lauren have all been the popular targets so far.

Damian: I mean that sounds about as good of an alliance as any for me right now.

Luke: If I know you're fine with them too then we're cool.

Damian: Absolutely.

The two shook hands.

Damian (Confessional): I wasn't sure how Luke was going to be after that whole sumo challenge incident but we're at a whole new game at this point. The tribe shuffle has only shown where the both of us stand and we gotta do something about it.

Nigel meanwhile was putting clothes out to dry.

Nigel (Confessional): Trying to make a good first impression with the group. So while everyone, well mostly everyone, was getting more bamboo for the shelter, I went ahead and got everyone's clothes out to try and get them all dry. I mean the last thing we want is to spend our first night in wet clothes, that'll cause all kinds of diaper rash.

Nigel: What the?

Nigel (Confessional): When i got to Sarah's stuff, was taking things out of her bag and I felt something.

He then quickly put some of her stuff back in to not look suspicious.

Nigel: Wow.

Nigel (Confessional): If that wasn't a plot twist and a half, I don't know what is, Sarah has the flipping immunity idol now. Kenny showed me his so I know what they look like and that wasn't much different.

Sarah and Kate were watching from a distance.

Sarah: He has to know right? That's the bag the idol is in.

Kate: I'll have to talk to him.

Sarah: Yeah that's a good idea.

Kate got up from where she was sitting.

Sarah: Dammit, well that didn't take long.

Sarah (Confessional): Was literally about to go and hide the idol, I thought that I had enough time inbetween. I'm sure Nigel was only acting out of his heart.

Kate (Confessional): I didn't get around to telling Nigel about the idol because I wanted it to be Sarah's to tell but chances are he might already know now so I gotta just rip that bandaid off and let him know anyway.

Nigel: So you knew about it?

Kate: I... fine, yes, I did. I wanted it to be hers to share. We're only just starting off our trust with each other.

Nigel: I mean that's fine and everything but what if she was never gonna tell me?

Kate: I would have told you at some point, I swear.

Nigel: I mean as far as I know, it's no big deal, the Vorona and Juburi ones should be outta the way anyway, Kenny had to have played his.

Kate: Most likely.

Nigel (Confessional): I love Kate and all but after today, finding out that she knew about Sarah having the idol and didn't tell me, it's just saying that she's got a lot of hands in more cookie jars than the one I shared with her.

Kate: Right now I think we can trust Sarah, we can link up with whatever Andy and Zane have going on and can make it through this.

Nigel: As long as it keeps our names out of it, I'm good.

The two then fist bumped as they walked off.

MERGED TRIBE DAY 20.

Everyone managed to get as good of a night's rest as they could. This morning, they were working on their flag.

Andy: How's it going?

Jayda: We still gotta figure out a name to go with this.

Damian: We could do mesh ups of old tribes but nearly every season does that. What can we do with our tribes.

Kate: We have Juburi, Vorona and Kornati. Juroti?

Damian: Yeah doesn't exactly roll off the tongue as well.

Zane: How's about Juroni? That sounds better in my book.

Andy: Sounds exotic, I like it.

Kate: Definitely different than a lot of names I was thinking of. We'll go with that.

Jayda (Confessional): Zane was the last person I was expecting to be able to come up with a solid tribe name. Impressive stuff.

Zane (Confessional): Juroni is the name of one of my favorite songs made by one of my favorite singers. Don't know why that came to mind but seemed like a cool name for a Survivor Tribe.

During the day, Nigel and Kenny were both out by the rocks.

Nigel: It's always weird whenever you move to a new beach.

Kenny: Tell me about it, I thought I'd be stuck on Juburi for the whole game.

Nigel: Can imagine that, was a nice place though.

Kenny (Confessional): I feel like I'm slowly but surely managing to build my relationships back up. Nigel has told me he has my back.

Nigel: I know that I got you as long as you got me.

Kenny: You betcha.

Kenny (Confessional): So I feel I can get him on my side with the 4 of us outsiders. And I want to make sure we got a majority going.

He was then shown walking towards the water well with Andy ahead of him.

Kenny (Confessional): Andy is a gamer like me and we seem to get along pretty well. He hasn't targeted me directly, only Zane and Vinnie have.

Kenny: I respect how straight up you've been, you aren't on my radar at all.

Andy: I appreciate that, I do feel good with you. Vinnie's just had this stranglehold on wanting you out.

Kenny: I can't think of anyone who would want you out, I only voted for you because I didn't want to vote for Emily. And I didn't play my idol for her when I knew she was the boot.

Andy: Yeah honestly no bad blood here. We should be in a great spot.

Kenny: I'm just trying to think of who would try to take me out.

Andy: I think probably the girls are wanting to lean that way.

Andy (Confessional): I had a good conversation with Kenny at the well, and I feel great with him... that's a lie. I just wanted to get his bag alone for the next 10 minutes.

FLASHBACK.

Andy, Zane and Jayda were all gathered.

Andy: I'll try and keep him busy, he's desperate so I'll make it seem like I'm interested.

Jayda: We should try and search his bag.

Zane: I'll keep on lookout.

Andy (Confessional): The rumors of Kenny having the idol have been driving me insane. If I want him gone, I have to make sure he doesn't have anything to defend himself with. So I'm keeping him busy while Jayda and Zane go idol fishing.

Jayda and Zane were shown rumaging through Kenny's belongings while Kenny and Andy were returning from the water well.

Zane: They're coming back, hurry.

Zane (Confessional): It was like a cool little spy mission to try and see what you can find without getting caught. We didn't manage to find anything though.

Jayda: Maybe he wasn't able to find it and was just acting.

Zane: Probably, people were really convinced he had something.

Jayda: Not having me fooled anymore.

Kenny then left Andy and met up with Lauren.

Kenny: How's your day going?

Lauren: It's going, that's for sure. Having a whole ton of people to meet for the first time, gets overwhelming.

Kenny: Well as long as we have the idol, we're in good shape.

Lauren: Where did you put it?

Kenny: Oh, my hat.

Kenny took his hat off where the necklace was being kept.

Kenny: Saw Nigel and a couple others cleaning clothes the other day so had to move it.

Lauren: Makes sense.

It was later in the afternoon, Lauren and Luke were both relaxing together on the beach.

Luke: The more I play this game, the more messy my head gets.

Lauren: I get that feeling all too well.

Luke: So you want to play the rest of this game together right?

Lauren: I've never wanted anything more. I trust you the most out of everyone and it's not even close.

Luke: I don't think I would've still been here if it wasn't for you.

Lauren: Crazy how it started with my trip to the Temple and it all just tumbled down like dominos from there.

Luke: Everything happens for a reason. Weird seeing so many people go off without us.

Lauren: You ever been the popular kid?

Luke: Me? Nah, never.

Lauren: Me neither but that was more a choice thing than anything.

Luke: What happened?

Lauren: You know how there's this stigma where if you're not popular, you're an outcast and those feelings will seep in to your future?

Luke: Might've heard that somewhere.

Lauren: Well that's kind of why I wanted to just stick in the crowd, not stick out, hang out with the cheer squad for a while so that I could leave school with that confidence.

Luke: How were they?

Lauren: Not the best. They treated everyone around them like crap. Always dated the motorcycle macho guys. I felt the peer pressure a ton just to get with someone to feel like I belong. I met with the counselor and she steered me in the right path. I quit cheering, I cut ties and focused on my own future. Best decision I ever made.

Luke: That's really cool to hear. And you work in ice cream now right?

Lauren: Not where I thought I'd end up working but it's been working out well for me.

Lauren (Confessional): I've always shyed away from dating since it's always been awkward for me to express myself in that way. And those high school years can carry a lot of baggage with them. If there's one person I want to love more than anyone, it's me.

Lauren: I gotta go check on the rice. Force of habit now. See ya.

Luke: Later.

Luke (Confessional): The more I get to know Lauren, the more I just want to hang out with her. One of the nicest people I've met and just in general someone who I'd be friends with outside of this.

As if right on cue, Damian showed up just as Lauren left to hang out with Luke.

Damian: So...

Luke: Were you watching?

Damian: I wasn't eavesdropping or nothing. Whatever you two say is your own business. You do look cute together though.

Luke: Shut up. We haven't even known each other for that long.

Damian: So it's not a crush for you?

Luke: I don't have feelings for her, I enjoy hanging out with her.

Damian: Well whatever you're doing, it's working out for her. You don't want my advice on girls.

Luke: That reminds me, how'd the time with Rachel go?

Damian: We have our moments. It does make me think that without the context of this game, we could become real close.

Luke: So the game has kinda made things awkward.

Damian: We both have different plans and so far working together has only put a target on us.

Luke: You do like her though, right?

Damian: We've gotten to share a lot together. Even ended up using your star gazing net.

Luke: I was wondering if anyone used that thing. Was bummed I couldn't after leaving Kornati.

Damian: Yeah it was reallly nice. Rain kinda ruined it though.

Luke: It's fine, hopefully I can made another one.

Damian (Confessional): I enjoy Luke in a sense that we're both awkward with relationships. It's like two ends of the same scale. Makes you wonder what would happen if he ever ended up with a criminal record.

They both then headed back up to enjoy their rice. It was getting late and everyone had decided to try and get an early night to prepare for tomorrow's immunity.

IMMUNITY CHALLENGE DAY 21.

After the first few chaotic events of the merge, it was officially time for the first individual immunity challenge.

Jeff: Come on in guys!

One by one, everyone walked in and noticed the platform used for the sumo challenge. To the left of it were 11 perches. Everyone lined up at the beach as Jeff stood waiting for them with a covered object to the right of him.

Jeff: Welcome guys. Now down to 11, the game is now individual. You are now playing for yourselves. You guys ready to get to today's challenge?

Everyone nodded in response.

Jeff: First things first, I will take back tribal immunity.

Andy stepped forward, handing back the statue.

Jeff: Tribal immunity is no more. From now until the final 2, this is what you covet.

Jeff removed the cover, revealing not 1, but 2 individual immunity necklaces. These were the same necklaces shown during the individual challenge at the pre-merge therefore everyone was familiar with what they looked like.

Jeff: With immunity, you are safe from the upcoming tribal council, you cannot be voted out of this game.

Everyone nodded, still wondering why there are 2 necklaces.

Jeff: Today's challenge is very simple. It is going to test your will power and what you truly value at this stage of the game. Each of you are going to be standing on a perch in the water. If you fall off that perch, you jump off of that perch or if any part of your body apart from your feet touch the perch at any time, you are out. Last person left standing on their perch, wins immunity.

Some were nervous about this challenge, others were excited.

Jeff: Now, there are 2 necklaces, and that's because there is a little something extra at stake for this first vote. The winner of today's challenge will win both necklaces. One for themselves, the other to give away to anyone of their choice at tonight's tribal council, or if they want, they can keep it, it's their call. Since this is a lot of you guys' first time meeting each other, there's a lot more at stake going in to these last 18 days. So, this means 2 of you will be safe. The rest of you are left vulnerable.

Everyone grew shocked at this as they all looked at each other.

Jeff: Another thing, the person voted out tonight will become the first member of our jury.

Jayda: Wow...

Luke: That's crazy...

Jeff: So the game is shifting right now. Not only are you all competing individually. You are also now going to be voting people off who are going to come back and vote for one of you to win this game. Alright, everyone take your spots. We'll get started.

Everyone swam out to one of the perches where they climbed up. Some took longer than others to get used to the size.

Jeff: Alright, this challenge is now on. This could go a while.

Things grew silent for the first few minutes as the group were just focused on themselves.

Jeff: Right now numbers remain pretty even across tribes. 4 Kornati, 4 Juburi, and 3 Vorona players left. Andy, they could very well group up and vote you three out.

Andy: They could. Not sure where they would find the benefit other than just wanting to get further.

Zane: I mean there are already alliances in this. We've all had our targets in mind from the past week. I don't see that changing personally.

Everyone then grew silent once again.

ELAPSED TIME: 1 HOUR

Jeff: Alright, you've been out here one hour. Think it's time to put your willpower to the test.

Nigel: I see donuts.

Sarah: You're kidding...

The host presented a plate of donuts right next to him.

Lauren: This first one in?

Jeff: I've got plenty more donuts.

Nigel: If I jump in, I want every one of those.

Rachel: C'mon, don't be greedy.

Andy: If you got a milkshake as well, I'd be in.

Nigel: You guys wouldn't turn that down, right?

Jeff: I can do 2 donuts each and a milkshake to go with it.

Nigel: Mine.

Andy: I'm out.

The two guys jumped in and swam away to shore for their share.

Jeff: Andy and Nigel are in, giving up immunity for donuts.

Nigel then took a bite and was blown away.

Kate: How is it.

Nigel: Jam filling too.

Andy: Got all I need right here.

Rachel: You guys suck...

Jeff: So what does that say when two people voluntarily give up immunity for a couple of donuts?

Kenny: Guess they feel pretty comfortable where they are.

The sun rose higher as morning turned slowly in to afternoon.

ELAPSED TIME: 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES

Jeff: You guys are now at an hour thirty.

Zane: So what're you guys waiting to jump for?

Kenny: I ain't jumping for anything, you guys are in for a long wait.

Damian: You sure about that?

Nigel: You know what else would wash down those donuts?

Zane: Don't...

Nigel: A tall glass of cow's blood.

Zane: You're lucky I ain't over there right now.

Nigel: Invitation is always open.

Zane: Not happening.

ELAPSED TIME: 1 HOUR 53 MINUTES

Jeff: As we're getting to the 2 hour mark, got something else ready for you guys.

He then brought out the next plate.

Jeff: 15 chocolate chip cookies and 15 brownies with plenty of milk. Offer is open for 15 seconds.

Rachel: I'm going!

Jayda: Taking it!

Luke then lost his balance and fell in.

Jeff: Rachel and Jayda are in, Luke loses balance, was that intentional?

Luke: Cookies threw me off.

Jeff: Well since you jumped in in time, you can go ahead and enjoy them with the girls.

Luke: Great. Thanks.

Jeff: 5 seconds left.

Kate: Screw it.

Kate then leaps in from her perch.

Jeff: Kate is in too! 4 people, this changes the challenge.

The group were all enjoying their treats as the rest watched on.

Jeff: Now down to 5 people. Sarah, Kenny, Lauren, Zane and Damian. All fighting for 2 immunity necklaces.

The next few minutes were spend watching the group devour the plates.

Sarah: How were they?

Jayda: Worth every bite.

The remaining players are looked at each other as they started struggling.

Lauren: My legs are going numb...

Damian: Hang in there.

ELAPSED TIME: 2 HOURS 30 MINUTES

Jeff then returned with covered bowl.

Jeff: You guys are at 2 hours 30 minutes. Here's the deal...

Lauren: Oh great.

Jeff: After I uncover this, you guys have 10 seconds to get in the water or not. If no one takes it, these guys get it.

Damian: I don't wanna feed them.

Kenny: Same here, I don't know.

Jeff then uncovered the item.

Jeff: Chicken wings! 20 of them! 5 seconds.

Damian: I'll take it.

Sarah: Me too.

The two then dived in.

Jeff: Damian is in! Sarah is in! 10 seconds are up! We are down to 3. Lauren, Kenny and Zane.

Kenny: How are you still here?

Zane: You can't trust any of those shady people over there.

Lauren: Thanks.

ELAPSED TIME: 3 HOURS.

Jeff: Okay, we're at 3 hours. Going to add more of a challenge to this. You guys have 10 seconds to go on one foot. This is a live transition. You fall in, you're out.

All three looked at each other before trying to lift their feet up, already proving challenging by the small platform.

Jeff: 5 seconds left.

Kenny then tried for a couple seconds before losing his balance on the perch.

Jeff: Kenny is out, he can't make the transition.

Both Zane and Lauren managed to hold their feet up for a few seconds.

Jeff: Immunity, on the line. Who's going to take it?

They kept going until one fell.

Jeff: Lauren falls in! Zane wins the first individual immunity!

Zane then claps his hands above his head and jumps in.

Andy: Good job Zane.

Jeff then got both necklaces.

Jeff: Zane come on over.

Zane then jogged over, excited for his win.

Jeff: You are safe at tonight's vote, guarenteed a spot in the final 10, in addition, you have an important decision to make, who else will get immunity. You will make your decision at tribal council. As for the rest of you, hope you got what you wanted, but tonight, one of you will be the 8th person voted out and the first member of the jury. Head on out.

Kenny: Dammit...

The group gathered their left overs and left the stage.

JURONI DAY 21.

Everyone got back to camp and set down their things.

Rachel: Nice job again Zane.

Zane: Thanks guys.

Zane (Confessional): After Vinnie left, I didn't want to take any chances and let those guys have their way again. Still, wasn't expecting to win anything. And now it's even better because I can cut deals with who to give the second necklace too.

Kenny (Confessional): There wasn't one challenge we needed to win more than this one, we could've protected two of us and my idol would've came in handy. But we lost to Zane of all people and I'm probably public enemy number one.

Andy was shown talking to Sarah and Rachel.

Sarah: Are we sure he doesn't have it?

Andy: We checked his bag while he was gone. Either he never found it or he lost it somewhere.

Rachel: Sounds fine with me. You know what Zane is gonna do?

Andy: No clue. We'll have to check in with him this afternoon.

Andy (Confessional): Zane winning was probably best case scenario for me. Though I just have to make sure he doesn't make any rash decisions.

Andy and Zane were then talking down the beach.

Zane: Think I'm probably gonna give it to you.

Andy: You sure that's a good idea? That'll just tell everyone else "Hey, those two are really close" and it'll mess with their minds. And everyone will try and take advantage of that.

Zane: I mean who else do I give it to who I know won't be the boot?

Andy: I guess just try asking around. No doubt those 4 will try and swindle you in to some deal with them.

Zane: Probably true.

Zane (Confessional): I like Andy and all but he's always leaving me to do the heavy lifting around here. Like I just want to make an easy decision and he's just making it complicated.

Luke, Damian, Lauren and Kenny were all left in the shelter whilst everyone else was going off talking with each other.

Damian: Well this is awkward.

Kenny: I think no matter what, we're always gonna get lumped together.

Lauren: Well who do we think they're gonna vote for.

Kenny: Hopefully it won't matter. I think there are a couple double agents out there.

Luke: Meaning?

Kenny: Well maybe it'd be a waste to play the idol tonight. It's only a 25% shot. Plus don't you think it'd be good to save something like that for next time?

Lauren: You sure that's a good idea?

Kenny: I've taken the risk last time. Sometimes when people think you have something, they wouldn't want to risk gunning for that side.

Lauren (Confessional): It's mind blowing for me. If I had one of those, I'd play it almost straight away, no questions asked. He wants to save it when there's a chance he'll get voted out with it? I just don't get it.

Luke: Whatever you say man. We settled on who we're voting for?

Damian: Personally I want Sarah out, outta everyone she's the one that scares me the most and is probably the one that's lead the charge against me.

Lauren: I see Andy as the bigger threat personally but I think Sarah has more of a shot to win more challenges.

Damian: Exactly, she can make connections just like that.

Luke: I guess that's true.

Luke (Confessional): I hate that we have to vote Sarah off. I think once the tribe swap has happened, it's been impossible for us to be on the same page again. But I guess this is what the game is about and it isn't going to get easier.

Kenny: Let's lock this in, this will be the final 4. The bottom feeders.

Damian: Love that name.

The four then high fived each other. Meanwhile Sarah, Kate, Nigel and Rachel were all out near the rockpools.

Rachel: Andy has told us that he doesn't have it.

Kate: It's been many tribals, he's had to have played it, right?

Sarah: Or he never found it to begin with.

Sarah (Confessional): I'm pretty nervous going in to tonight's vote. The group consensus seems to be that Kenny doesn't have the idol and we can just take a free shot at him or Damian.

Nigel: Why can't we get rid of Damian next like our tribe agreed on?

Rachel: Look at Damian and look at Kenny, who would you wager to win more immunities?

Kate: Damian's a free shot any round. The only person who's willing to vote with him is Luke.

Kate (Confessional): In our anti Kenny and Damian alliance, there pretty much seems to be two factions forming. The Kornati faction and the Vorona + Jayda faction. Andy and Jayda both went to the Temple of Secrets last time. So that's probably bonded them closer. I do want to get those three out at some point but right now we all have a common target and I don't want to mess that up right now.

Rachel (Confessional): If we are able to pick those guys off then that puts me in a great position. I want to make everyone think I'm open to working with them, that's what always gets you to the end in Survivor.

Sarah: So we get Kenny first, Damian second and see what happens from there.

Nigel: Roger that.

Nigel then walks away to fill his water bottle back up. Then sees Kenny around.

Nigel: Down here.

Kenny then spots and approaches him.

Kenny: You know what's going on?

Nigel: I've heard a lot.

Kenny: You're making me nervous.

Nigel: They don't think you have it.

Kenny: The idol?

Nigel: Mhm, they think it was all just a facade and that you only found the clue. And if you did have it, you woulda played it last time.

Kenny: I don't even know how they came to that conclusion. So they're voting for me?

Nigel: They're still deliberating. Right now it's between you and Damian but it could change last minute for all I know.

Kenny: If you give me a heads up, I can use it.

Nigel: Who're you planning on voting for?

Kenny: Right now Sarah but we can switch it up if you want.

Kenny (Confessional): At post swap Juburi, I tried to wager this deal with Luke that he would give Emily and i the heads up on who they're voting for. Obviously that didn't work out and they sent Emily home. This time I'm trying again but trying to give more of the power to Nigel.

Kenny: All you gotta do is tell us who the vote is and we can boot whoever you want. No one knows you have any part in this.

Nigel: Sounds like a solid bet.

Nigel (Confessional): I don't wanna be that guy who just votes wherever I'm told. I want to make this game exciting. Getting Sarah out would be great since her and Kate have gotten annoyingly close and they didn't tell me about Sarah's idol. Looks like she doesn't trust me a bunch.

Kenny: I am concerned about who Zane would give the necklace to.

Nigel: He might try and mess with those plans.

Kenny: I don't think he'll listen to me no matter what I say. I can't give anything away.

Nigel: I'll try and see where his head is at.

Jayda and Zane were sitting at the beach as the sun was starting to set.

Zane: I might just tell everyone to draw sticks at this point.

Jayda: Not the big on that plan but I don't see it being bad anyway.

Nigel: Hey what's popping?

Zane: We cool?

Nigel: Waving the white flag, we're cool. Got the same person in mind after all.

Zane: Right. Are you here to try and wager for that immunity?

Nigel: Close. But I don't think that'll do much for either of us.

Jayda: I doubt those guys would want to gun for you.

Nigel: And that's probably why they wanted me on board. They've been scrambling like hell. They think Kate is this ringleader. She's the one in control.

Jayda: Why her of all people?

Nigel: Well they think she must have done something if Kornati was gonna target her only to survive and have an alliance.

Jayda: Hmm...

Jayda (Confessional): Nigel is sketchy, not only that. I don't expect someone like him to be this invested in the vote. I don't know if something's up, but if I find out it is, he won't live to see tomorrow.

Zane: So they want Kate out?

Nigel: Would be cool if you got to mess that up.

Zane: Yeah, I'd love to get payback on Kenny.

Nigel: Not only that...

Zane: Huh?

Nigel: Kate did talk to me about how much this meant to her and I can't imagine how miserable it would be having to spend your 20th birthday alone in Ponderosa.

Zane: Yeah I'd hate that. She seems like a nice young lady too.

Jayda: Nice I'd say is a stretch but go on.

Nigel: You wouldn't have any hate going that way, at least not from where I'm standing.

Zane: Yeah I'll think about it.

Jayda: If we can get a grasp on who they think is the leader and the ones in control. We can try and take advantage of that since they'll be on the jury after tonight.

Zane: I can see that working out.

They all got up and re-joined the others as they packed up.

Nigel (Confessional): Got a lot weighing on me. Do I commit to Kenny for just one more vote or do I try and get him out and ride out with this solid alliance with people who annoy me more?

As the sun started to set, everyone left camp, starting their journey to tribal council.

TRIBAL COUNCIL NIGHT 21.

The group walked in a solid line one by one to tribal council where they all sat their stuff down and sat in front of the host.

Jeff: Now I'm sure you're all familiar with tribal council. Some of you been here 2, 3, maybe 4 times. Now it's essential to come here for the rest of the game since you're all one tribe. Zane, you, Andy and Lauren have been to tribal council the most out of anyone, and now here you sit with immunity.

Zane: I gotta say it's a pretty swell feeling. And I hope to be wearing this as much as I can.

Jeff: And the twist for tonight is of course, you're wearing 2 necklaces. One for yourself, one for someone else if you choose to give it to them. Have many people came up to you this afternoon to pitch their case.

Zane: A few people have. Some more convincing than others. A few were pretty certain I wouldn't give it to them no matter what.

Jeff: Andy, how was it meeting a few of the Kornati and Juburi tribe for the first time?

Andy: It was really cool. I was hoping to get to know everyone before we merged but we all had that work cut out for us.

Jeff: Rachel, how is it all living together as a tribe of 11 than when it was at the start with just 6 of you?

Rachel: I prefer this more only because I don't have to worry about what's been going down on other tribes since I'm not on the same beach as them. Plus it's more people who help out around camp.

Jeff: Damian could this first vote really be as simple as just not pulling your weight around camp? You guys have 18 days left after all.

Damian: It could fall back on anything but I think people are mainly taking past tribal councils as a sign of where they stand.

Jeff: Sarah, you agree with that?

Sarah: I'm a firm believer that actions speak louder than words and the actions that I've seen proves who I can and can't trust.

Jeff: Nigel, is that what it comes down to? Trust?

Nigel: I'm sure a good chunk of us have had to go back on our word at least once through out this game. I'm not saying my hands are clean, I just don't think others are as innocent as they're trying to make it seem.

Jeff: Kate, were there any fractures that you witnessed that could split any of these tribes?

Kate: I think we all know where the divisions are. The flippers on one side and the people who deserve to be here on the other.

Damian: Pretty brash statement.

Kate: Like the drama you've been trying to stir is any better. Don't go there man.

Damian: Need I remind you that your ass would've been gone a while ago had I not stepped in.

Sarah: You betrayed trust to gain trust, that doesn't go a long way.

Jeff: So Sarah, what you're saying is someone who flips on their alliance can flip on any alliance where as those who stay true to theirs, no matter who they target, are true to their word?

Sarah: Exactly. I don't think people who flip should be given as much trust as people who had their alliances taken out and have proven loyalty.

Jeff: Luke, loyalty go a long way for you?

Luke: Absolutely Jeff. And it's taken me a while to find my footing with people I can not only trust but who I want to play the rest of this game with.

Jeff: And now we get to another crucial part of this game which is the jury. Jayda, does that come in to play that from now on the people you vote out now control who wins this game?

Jayda: The further we get I think the more it will matter. There are plenty of tribals, plenty of people to be voted out, plenty of jurors who you could work for.

Jeff: Kenny, what argument do you make to make sure you don't end up on the jury?

Kenny: I think people are losing track of the fact that this is a numbers game. It's a totem pole. If they want to get rid of the disloyal people such as Damian and myself, we have no one in our corner left to betray or backstab. You do us a solid and we'll give you a better amount of security than an alliance of the rest of the tribe.

Jeff: Now let's talk about another layer. Hidden Immunity idols. Lauren, has there been talk of who could have one?

Lauren: Well from what I've been hearing these last few days, Moana had one and got voted out with it, Vinnie made it no secret that he had one and he got the boot without even playing it. Whether they got re-hidden or not. No clue.

Jeff: So by what you're saying is that there's only one idol left, that being in the Juburi camp.

Lauren: Yeah but we're unsure if that's even gotten found at this point. They did seem to be in difficult places. I tried searching for it and came up short.

Jeff: Sarah, what are the chances of an idol being found versus an idol not being found.

Sarah: From when I was searching for it back at Kornati, it was pretty less a needle in a haystack situation and more a needle in a farm situation. I wouldn't be surprised if the idol went undiscovered.

Kate: And now that we're merged and no longer on Juburi beach, we can never know for sure whether it was found. We can only wait to see if it's played.

Jeff: Rachel, might there be a chance of another idol coming in to play?

Rachel: I'd be very surprised if there was and it would make me question everything I thought I knew coming in to this vote. But that's Survivor, you never know everything that's going on.

Jeff: Sarah, concerned it could be you tonight? Or someone else who was close to winning immunity today or could win in challenges later on.

Sarah: I'm definitely aware of the target on my back. There is that stigma of being Moana's only ally and being out for vengeance.

Jeff: Kate, should Sarah be worried?

Kate: Everyone should be worried. We all are playing our own games. Just comes down to who's gameplay is the most threatening in people's eyes.

Jeff: Okay, it is time to get to the vote. For the first time ever, we have one person controlling two necklaces.

Zane nodds as he holds both up.

Jeff: First question Zane, are you keeping the first necklace for yourself?

Zane: After today and all the madness going on, yes.

Jeff: And second and most importantly. Are you giving the second necklace to anyone and if so, who?

Zane then takes his second necklace off.

Zane: I am gonna give it away.

Everyone then looks over at him.

Zane: I've played this game with my integrity and that's how I'll continue to play. Someone's birthday is coming up and I want them to rest easy tonight. Kate, this is for you.

Kate: Wow, really? Thanks.

Kate then accepted the necklace and put it around her neck.

Jeff: Okay, so you cannot vote for Zane, you cannot vote for Kate. If anyone has an immunity idol to play, we will find out before the votes are read. It is time to vote. Sarah, you're up.

Sarah was first to vote. She, followed by a few others, casted their votes. A couple spoke to the camera without revealing their votes.

Sarah: Hopefully this is the final nail in your coffin.

Jayda: Take this as a compliment. You get a first row seat to watch players who are better than you.

Damian: I don't know if this will work but if it does, it will be the best feeling ever.

After Lauren, the last one, cast her vote. She re-joined everyone else in their seats.

Jeff: I'll go tally the votes.

Jeff left as everything was ominously quiet. Shots of multiple people were shown.

Jeff: Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. If anybody has a hidden immunity idol and they'd like to play it, now would be the time to do so.

All was silent with a few players staring each other down. Until...

Kenny: I think that's my cue.

As Kenny got up, many shocked faces were shown.

Kenny: My mother always told me, hang on until your fingers bleed. And my fingers have been holding on to this for long enough.

Kenny then handed Jeff the trinket before re-joining the others.

Jeff: The rules of Survivor state that if anyone plays a hidden immunity idol, then any votes cast against that person will not count and the person with the next highest number of votes will be voted off...

Sarah paused, debating whether to play hers as well.

Jeff: This is a hidden immunity idol, any votes cast for Kenny will not count.

Kenny took a deep breath as his allies looked at him.

Jeff: I'll read the votes.

It's as if time had slowed down. Jeff paused as he took out the first vote.

Jeff: First vote...

...

Jeff: ...Kenny. Does not count.

He sighed in relief at this as Damian patted him on the back.

Jeff: Kenny. Does not count.

Luke *whispering*: Yes...

Kenny smiled at the life guard, sharing his enjoyment.

Jeff: Kenny. That's 3 votes Kenny, none of them count.

Kenny's nervousness started to lower as he saw his name come up more and more.

Jeff: Kenny. Does not count.

Lauren had her face in her hands in disbelief.

Lauren *whispering*: This is insane

Jeff: Kenny. Does not count. Nobody still has any votes.

Nigel glanced at the group, keeping a neutral facial expression through out as he turned back to Jeff.

Jeff: Kenny. Does not count.

Rachel: Now what?

Sarah shrugged as she looked back. Pondering if she made the right call.

Jeff: Kenny. Does not count.

The nerves now shifted from one side to the other. Multiple people were either closing their eyes or looking away. Jeff then pulled out the next vote.

Jeff: ...Jayda.

The realization hit Jayda like a mountain of rocks.

Jeff: That's 1 vote Jayda.

Jayda: Gotta be kidding me...

Jeff: Jayda. 2 votes Jayda.

The same necklace that she caught Kenny with back on Juburi would be the one to have sealed her fate.

Jeff: 8th person voted out of Survivor: Croatia and the 1st member of our jury, Jayda. That's 3 and tonight, that's enough.

Jayda: I'm such an idiot.

Most of the tribe saw her off in sympathy but Nigel could barely contain his excitement. Meanwhile Kenny was looking back at his group, relieved.

Damian: What a show.

Jeff: Jayda, the tribe has spoken.

Jayda then watched as her dreams of making it further in to the game were extinguished. She made her way off to the far left.

Jeff: Well you guys have all got your first taste of what it's like playing an individual game, some of you more than others. But with many more tribals to come, and the jury just starting, the looming question on everyone's minds should be "Am I next?". Grab your torches, head back to camp. Goodnight.

The 10 remaining players all got up, some more enthusiastically than others with Nigel hiding his joy. The credits started rolling as they left tribal.

Jeff: Next time on Survivor!

Andy: We have to stick to the plan, it's too early to make a move now.

Zane (confessional): I am sick and tired of being told what to do around here.

Jeff: As Damian and Kenny struggle for Survival, splinters in the majority alliance could be their way in.

Damian: Do we trust Zane?

Kenny: I'm not sure, I think he'd be easier to target personally.

Jeff: And a blow up over a birthday makes this reward anything but a celebration.

Rachel: You've been stirring everything up ever since we got here.

Zane: If you have something to say to someone, say it to their face and be done with it!

Jeff: And the mystery of the cursed idol is revealed.

An idol with a skull symbol on it came to view.

Final words.

Jayda: I should've ratted Kenny out when I did and maybe I'd still be in the running for a million dollars. It should've clicked in my head but it didn't.

Kenny (Voting Confessional): You managed to rally your entire tribe against me. Don't worry, I'll be sure to stick true to my word and make you a necklace as a reminder.

Jayda: To Andy and Sarah, good luck. If they play their cards right I can see either of them going all the way.

Nigel (Voting Confessional): The next time you guys want to keep a secret from a comedian, better be sure who's gonna get the last laugh. Oh yeah, and Happy Birthday Kate.

Jayda: Maybe I should've made the best use of my time at the Temple of Secrets but I didn't want to mess up my game. And it ended up costing me big time. At least jury life will be more forgiving hopefully.

Well there we have it, Kenny finally plays his idol after having it for a while, and it couldn't have come at a better time. Truthfully I struggled to find out what I wanted to do with Jayda. I wanted to build her up as this potential power player moving forward and for a while it seemed like she'd make a deep run but I guess that was the case with a lot of players who get idoled out. We're now down to the final 10, I guess you can call this the halfway point in the season. Pretty solid accomplishment for me since I've struggled more with being active this season than I ever have with Panama.

Next episode I'm not sure how long it'll take. I still have to figure out the reward challenge as well as what to do with certain characters but I'm hoping it'll be another strong one for the season. Until next time, see you whenever!
