Total Drama World Tour: Pharoah's Gold, Part 1

The camera fades in to reveal Toronto-Pearson International Airport. The air was radiating hot, spring vibes, and it was a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Of course, our favorite sadistic host stood in the middle of the tarmac, and he was about to start…

"Season three of Total Drama, folks!" Chris McLean enthusiastically greets the viewers, holding his arms out to express the volumes of excitement the reality show will bring, "The world is going to be mine, from sea to shining sea!" Chris emphasized by moving his right arm from his left to his right.

"Sadly, I'm forced to share my world with a free ring traveling team freak show." He turned his head to his right to see an old, nearly broken-down bus park next to him, "They'll be competing all around the globe for, another. Million. Dollars!" Chris started to make his way to the bus door.

"So, let's meet our veterans; the ones I've saved from the hands of death a few weeks back!" Chris introduced the seven teens who walked off the bus with their belongings on hand. Most of them waved to the cameras as they walked across the screen, "Trent, Sadie, Katie, Justin, Beth, Eva, and Geoff!"

"Yeah, baby!" Geoff was the first to chirp, "Another season of Total Drama, and it's gonna be a real thriller!" However, not everyone shared the same attitude as he did.

"Well that's just as fascinating as the first seven-hundred times you've told us that…" Eva rolled her eyes, "Chances are, you'll probably be prime for a first boot." But she was met with a sour gaze.

"Do you ever smile?" asked an annoyed Katie, "'Cause, like, a million dollars is a big deal!"

"It's not just a big deal, Katie," Sadie interjected, "It's, a super-mega-ultra-hyper-mumbo-jumbo-tremendo deal! We are so going to use that prize dough-ray-me to make that ice cream parlor by the pier." Katie smiled back, but her smile wasn't as big or enthusiastic as her BFFFL's. Meanwhile, Beth was feeling a mix of emotions, between joy and fear.

"I'm hoping I've had enough of my shots for the show." she said.

"Why would you be concerned about that?" asked Justin, "There's not too many viruses worldwide, and odds are, you're just completely fine."

"I hope so." Beth sighed, "I just hope I don't have to go back-" But she was cut off by Justin, who let out a heavy sigh.

"We know, you don't want to go back to France." he groaned, "You've told us that story over a hundred times."

Geoff walked over to Beth and Justin, "Hey dudes!" he greeted, "Ahaw, man, I cannot wait to go around the world! Boy, if Chris didn't make it come true, this party would never be here to begin with!" Justin didn't share the same reaction as he did. Though he initially had some enthusiasm getting off the bus, it faded after a few seconds.

"Uh huh, yeah…" was all he could reply, which did not go unnoticed by the party boy.

"Something wrong, man?" asked Geoff.

"I don't know, ever since we met this Alejandro character, I feel like he rubs me the wrong way…" Justin shrugged, "He's just, um… well, he's…" As Justin was trailing off, the camera showed Trent, who was looking around, confused.

"Hey, where's the jumbo jet at, man?" he asked.

Chris walked over to the septuplet of seasoned veterans. "I was just getting to that, actually!" he told him, "But first, all of you might want to take a few steps back!" The veterans looked at each other, confused.

"How come?" asked Katie. But her curiosity turned into shock as a deafening, low-pitched horn could be heard in the distance. Chris was the first to take his steps off the tarmac, as the rest of the contestants saw a vehicle coming their way at top speed. In a flash, the contestants scrambled off the tarmac to make way for a huge eighteen-wheeler with monster truck wheels and an extra large trailer on its back, barrelling into their direction. The behemoth vehicle would skid to a halt as it strikes and totally decimates the bus that carried the veterans.

Chris comes back into view, "And now to mix things up and keep it all fresh, we're adding nineteen new competitors!" he exclaims, "That's right, nineteen, and here they come now!"

The monstrous truck opens a door from the tremendous white box, and a set of stairs rolls its way to the tarmac.

"Introducing… a genius who spent his life stuck inside of a bubble, Cameron!" Chris presents as the camera moves to the entrance, where a short black boy with short hair and large glasses walks over, carrying a briefcase that he could barely muster with his right arm. He wore a maroon hoodie, dark yellow shorts, and red sneakers with white kneesocks. He looked out to embrace the open, real world.

"Fresh air! A real airport! Planes!" he cries out in amazement, before someone else inside the trailer knocks him over in a rush.

"I said I was goin' first, smart guy!" The figure spat, as he was revealed to be a taller, muscular black boy with a short black buzz cut. He wore a navy blue jersey with white and gold outlines, his number being a gold #1 with a white outline on the outside, green khaki shorts, and sky blue sneakers. He also wore earrings and a necklace with a lightning bolt. He was carrying what looked to be a gym bag on his left arm.

Cameron landed on the ground with a painful sound to accompany it, as the camera showed Chris and the veterans uncomfortably recoiling from the sound of Cameron's landing.

"Is this what pain tastes like?" the boy said in an obvious pained voice, as his briefcase opened up to reveal his underpants. The sound of a wolf whistle could be heard.

Chris shrugs off Cameron's accident and returns the focus back onto the next contestant, "Our next newbie is an up-and-coming football star hoping to follow his father's footsteps, Lightning!"

Lightning takes a moment to show off his physique and his adoration for the attention, "Hello, gorgeous!" he greets, kissing his biceps in the process. He takes his gym bag and walks off the trailer to make his way across the tarmac, but not before picking up Cameron, who still laid in agonizing pain and hoisting him over his shoulders, pretending that nothing happened.

"Next in line… she's a grown-ass woman who does not take anything kindly if you get on her bad side, Momma DJ!" Chris greets the curvy woman in her late 40's. She had wavy black hair that extended down to her back, wearing a magenta leather jacket, a pink turtleneck sweater underneath, a navy blue skirt, and violet flats. She also wore a sun hat with flowers and a peacock feather, as well as a necklace with a hoop. She was carrying a heavy backpack that looked larger than herself, but she was having no trouble carrying it.

"I'm sure you'd need some help carrying that-" Chris offered the grown woman, only for her to retaliate by whipping out a can of pepper spray and activating it onto Chris' eyes, causing the host to cry out in pain.

"I don't need your so-called help, sonny!" she insisted, "I'm fine the way I want to be!" She kept on walking.

Chris could only cover his eyes as he's helplessly getting the capsaicin-laced substance out of his eyes. "Cut the cameras, cut them!" he pleaded to the cameramen.

*PLEASE STAND BY*

The camera fades back to reveal Chris, who is now holding tissues for his eyes to relieve himself from the pain. "Anyways, our next newbie is a girl who is an expert with the technical gaming systems, Giovanna!"

The contestant to step off was a tall pale girl with a short blonde ponytail, with pink color strands. She wore a white tank top with a black game controller symbol, black wristbands on both her arms, gray sweatpants, and purple sandals. She carried a purple game bag on her back.

"Game on, scrubs." she stated with a look of determination, as she walked off the stairs and followed the other new bloods.

"He's a studious fellow who hopes to fly to the Moon someday, Harvey!" Chris states as a figure was just thrown out of the trailer. The camera shows him lying on the ground in a pained position (similar to Cameron earlier), revealing himself to be a boy with freckles, glasses, and dark brown (almost totally black) hair, wearing a dark blue sweatshirt with a full moon on his torso, khaki shorts, and black shoes. As the boy groaned in pain, he was thrown his luggage by another player.

"He's a hardy young man who led his wrestling team to the regional championships in just two seasons, Wylie!" He was the figure who had thrown Harvey off the trailer, revealing himself to be a short, chubby yet muscle-built boy with a messy dirty blonde mullet. He wore a white t-shirt with a dark blue sleeveless letterman vest over it, khaki shorts, and red shoes with white kneesocks.

"Next time, don't bore me with random facts I don't care about!" he spat at Harvey, "No one cares about the 'asteroid belt' and how it surrounds five planets!" Wylie tromped off the stairs carrying his large gym bag.

"Technically, there are four, and the Sun is in the middle." Harvey tried to correct the wrestler, only for him to be met with a kick to the butt.

"Technically, you need to shut up." Wylie responded in no kind. Harvey could only lay on the tarmac, just as Chris would make his statement to him, snapping his fingers.

"Dude, get up." he ordered, "You're blocking the tarmac for the others." Harvey could only groan in pain as he started to slowly, and painfully, pick himself and his luggage up.

Chris looked back into the cameras to introduce the next newcomer. "Next up, she's a basketball player in the making who has a serious ethic of winning big, Bronagh!" At that moment, a basketball flew out of the door, just hitting Harvey in time for him to double over and lie on the tarmac in time.

"Why?" he grunted in agony, just as a slightly tall chubby girl with a slight muscular build and long blonde hair steps over to him, annoyed. The girl wore a red vest with a small cougar face on her left arm, a black and white striped t-shirt underneath, blue pants, and white tennis shoes with pink soles. The girl picked the basketball up and she looked more annoyed with Harvey.

"Hey!" she said in a huff, "You scraped my ball!" But before Harvey could respond, she slammed the ball onto his back, causing him to collapse on the ground. Bronagh would walk off with the ball in hand, not looking back at Harvey whatsoever.

"Next up, she's a divalicious drama queen who loves the attention, Jasmine!" Chris introduces a mulatto girl with brown shoulder-length hair. She had on a light blue flat hat on her head, a lily pad green crop top, a baby blue necklace, light denim shorts, and dark blue high heels. She smiled towards the camera as she carried her purse.

"Hey, sistas!" she greeted, "I hope to give you guys the greatest show you'll ever see!" She walks off the stairs to find Harvey, who was groggily picking himself up. "Hey there, handsome." she greets the space fanatic, "Are you interested in the play, 'Romeo and Juliet'?"

"I've heard of it?" Harvey said to her as he finally picked himself up.

"How would you care to have yourself a play script? Yours to keep, free, signed by yours truly…" Jasmine asked, holding out a copy of papers, with the front paper having the title and credentials of 'Romeo and Juliet', as well as a signature that most likely looks like Jasmine's. The theatre girl smiles at Harvey with a look of seductive glee, her eyebrows bouncing twice.

"Well, uh-" Harvey was about to say, only to be met with Jasmine shoving the play script. Her shove was too rough, it caused him to double over again on the tarmac.

"No need to thank me, hon!" she happily giggles, "Just doin' my best to appease my beautiful fans!" Jasmine struts as she lets Harvey lie on the ground, whom he is in even more pain from being on the ground three times.

"Dude, how long are you going to keep this up?" Chris asks Harvey, irritated, "I know reality television is hard for, like, everybody, but you need to get your act together and be with the rest of the competition. Not everything's about you!"

"You tell 'em, Chris!" a voice was heard from the doorway, revealing himself to be an optimistic slightly tall boy with a neat dirty blonde look, his hair combed back that makes it almost look like he had a pompadour. He wore a teal polo sweater with a peacock stripe on his torso, khaki pants, and peacock dress shoes with white soles. Before Chris could say anything, the boy charged down the stairs to vigorously shake the host's hand.

"It is such an honor to finally meet you!" the boy said, "I can't believe I'm actually meeting my biggest idol!" He turns to Harvey, who continues to lie on the ground, "Can you believe we're here?"

"Wouldn't believe it if I weren't here…" Harvey grumbled as he tried to pick himself up (again).

"This is Topher, the nephew of another reality television show host, and hopes to follow his footsteps." Chris introduces the enthused boy.

"Are you kidding?" Topher inquires, "I'm not just following Uncle Donovan's footsteps. I'm following everyone's footsteps; but I'm more focused on following yours!" He poked Chris on the chest, which made Chris slightly annoyed.

"Uh huh…" was all Chris could say.

"I'm looking forward to all the challenges you'll bring, and all the twists and turns- I mean, honestly!" Topher rambled, "A reality show around the world?! That's awesome!"

"Yeah, sure." the host nonchalantly agreed, "Just go meet the others."

"Will do!" Topher exclaimed as he walked off, carrying his carry-ons with him. Chris repositioned himself back to introducing the next contestants.

"Anywho…" he started, "She's an up-and-coming R&B star who made her debut as a baby from an old 90s sitcom, Ebonie!"

A short black girl with a buzz cut dyed blonde strutted off the trailer, carrying nothing but a purse. She had on hoop earrings, a black leather jacket, a sparkly red dress shirt underneath, a purple skirt, and red high heels. She noticed the camera that was spotting her and she blew it a kiss in response.

"What's happenin', love?" she greeted Chris, "I heard we were doin' some music, and stuff."

"Eyup!" Chris nodded, "And it's gonna be a symphony to be on this show!"

"If it's gonna be heard 'round the world, then the world shall be mine." Ebonie smiled, raising her left arm in the air and balling her hand into a fist. This annoyed Chris to an extent, as he was planning on 'taking over the world' himself.

"Yeah… we'll see about that." Chris sighed heavily, looking away from the direction of the child star, as she made her way across the tarmac, ignoring Harvey, who was still lying on the hot pavement, writhing in pain.

"He's a clergy hopeful who has the heart of a pure Protestant, whatever that's supposed to mean…" Chris introduced the next contestant with uneasiness, "Bree!"

A slightly tall boy with dirty blonde hair walks off the trailer, carrying a backpack on his back and a Bible in his left hand. He wore rectangular gray glasses, a white button-down shirt, khaki pants, a black wristwatch, and dark chocolate-colored dress shoes. He embraced the host with a coy grin.

"Greetings, Christopher." Bree introduces himself to the host, "I'm happy to oblige with your journey over the ocean and prairie. Our Father shall be sure to give us our strength."

"Uh huh, right…" Chris nodded, feigning agreement.

"As long as your music isn't too inclined to worship the Devil, I hope to look forward to these musical games." said Bree.

"What do you mean you don't want the music to worship the Devil?" Ebonie turned around and spat in his direction, "When I told you who I was, you said something about some 'lord who should save me', and then he should 'purify my soul'."

Bree simply huffed and took his belongings with him, "Well, I'd never!" he hissed, insulted, "You should never take the name of the Lord in vain! And I only said that about your music because your songs are filled with constant expletives!" He advanced towards the rest of the newbies.

Chris shuddered in disbelief, as the next contestant was about to be introduced. Chris says, "She's a young surfer who has won multiple championships so far in her teenage years, Candice!"

A girl with a blonde ponytail walked off, carrying an extra-large beach bag. She wore a red long-sleeve surf suit, royal blue sweatpants, and white flip flops, as well as having on a necklace with a seashell on it. She embraces the host.

"Well hey there, Chris." she said with a flirtatious smile, "Nice to meet you." She took Chris' hand and shook it.

"Likewise." says Chris, "I hope you're ready for the trip around the world! Though you'll be sharing it with yours truly, of course," Chris gestures to himself, "And these guys…" He points over to the other contestants. Candice looks ahead to see the guys, who are stunned by her beauty.

"Hey there, boys…" Candice greets the boys with a slow 'princess wave', which in return causes Bree, Topher, Wylie, and Lightning to salivate over her. With Candice out of the way, Chris resumes to the introductions.

"She's a sweetheart who is quieter than the average mouse, Valeria!" Chris greets as a tall girl with short black hair and black round glasses walks off, carrying nothing but a suitcase. She wore a red headband on her head, denim jacket, a black tank top underneath, a beaded necklace, a string bracelet, a red and black plaid skirt, white kneesocks, and black boots. She sees the host, but says nothing. Instead, she shyly walks past him, without vocally acknowledging him, which annoys the host again.

"Okay then." Chris rolled his eyes, "Nice chat."

Valeria notices Harvey, who was still on the ground. Stopping, she shakily extends her arm. Harvey takes notice of this, and reaches for her hand.

"Uh, thanks." Harvey let out a short smile, back on his two feet (and hopefully finally). But Valeria doesn't respond to him and she walks away. Harvey is left confused, but nevertheless follows her to meet the other contestants.

"She was raised from the farm to become the ultimate pageant queen, Sugar!" Chris introduces a curvy girl with messy blonde hair. She wore a pink croc top, dark denim jeans, a belt with a gray sphere, and pink high heels. She carried a cow-colored purse on her right arm and a large bag on her left.

"Howdy, Chris!" she enthusiastically greeted, her buck chipped teeth revealed in her smile, "I'm ready to shake this, here, pageant up!" She unzipped her purse to take out a diamond tiara and a flower bouquet, which uneases Chris some more. "Fellow Total Drama-lings who have no shot at beatin' me, I'd like to thank y'all for your undyin' support! Y'all are no match for me, the future Queen of the Universe, but frankly, that's alright! In my eyes, not evr'yone is perfect, that is unless one of y'all is me, which you ain't…" She blew a kiss to the other contestants, who weren't feeling too high spirited with the pageant queen.

With Sugar out of his way, Chris was going to introduce the next contestant. However, there was a commotion going on inside.

"What are you doing?!" cried a male voice, "Put that out!"

"Never!" a maniacal male voice exclaimed, his voice mixed with his constant chortling, "I want to make an entrance that will make everyone explode!"

"I didn't think you'd do it literally!" the first male voice argued. Just then, the pair started wrestling each other, and they were revealed to be two boys. The one on the floor was holding what looked like a stick of dynamite and a lighter. He was a short half-asian/caucasian boy with black hair dyed blue, wearing a black baseball cap facing backwards, a black shirt with gray long sleeves, black pants with a flame design on each leg; his left leg was colored in orange and red shades, his right colored in blue and white shades, and red sneakers with black soles. The other boy on top of him was a taller boy with black hair, wearing gray rectangular glasses, a striped button-down polo shirt with shades of blue, black pants, and blue sneakers with white soles.

"Holy smokes!" Chris shouted at the sight of a lit dynamite stick. But before he could do anything to stop it, the neat boy pried the stick of dynamite out of the other boy's hands, and chucked it long and far. The cameras couldn't get a view to where it could be, but it didn't matter because the dynamite exploded.

"Okay…" an annoyed Chris stated, "This is a pyromaniac who always wants to have a sense of adventure-"

"Fiery adventure!" the boy corrected the host.

"Whatever…" Chris rolled his eyes, knowing that any explosive the boy takes could result in dangerous situations on the show, as well as lawsuits. "Howie…"

The boy with the fire pants stood up and had a wicked grin on his face. "It's okay!" he stated with sadistic confidence, "I have much more where that came from…"

"Which you won't be using at all!" Chris sternly informed Howie, "Federal regulation laws have made it clear that you can't take explosives on aviation of any kind."

"Why, you've done it yourself." Howie argued.

"Moving on!" Chris shoved Howie to the side, "And he's a studious child who hopes to join the judicial ranks, Randy!"

"Wait a minute!" the boy, Randy, placed his hands on his hips with suspicion, "He might have a point. Didn't you smuggle fireworks across Canada one time?"

"That, was last year." Chris corrected Randy, "And they were not filled with gunpowder last I checked. They were for Total Drama Action, so that I can fill them up with gunpowder, and then light them up for that season's finale." Randy just shook his head, still not buying it.

"But, didn't you have to-" But before the law school hopeful was about to state his case, Chris shoves him to the side as well.

Refocusing on the camera, Chris begins to introduce the next newcomer, "He's a motorcycle expert at a young age, but he lives for danger."

"Danger?!" Howie enthusiastically exclaimed, running back into the camera frame, "He's speaking my language!" But Chris shoves him to the side and introduces the next contestant…

"Otto!" he exclaims, but nobody came out. Chris peered to the side of the trailer entrance and exclaimed again, "Otto!" But still no one came out. This agitated Chris (yet) again, having to put up with this process of introducing contestants who are either crazy, off-schedule, or in the case of Otto, no-shows.

"Okay, where the hell is Otto?" Chris looked around, specifically eyeing Howie and Randy.

"Woah, don't look at me," Howie defended himself, "I didn't blow him up."

"That was all the newbies in that block." Randy shrugged. But everyone's attention was drawn to a motorcycle with a ferocious engine, where the figure driving it brewed through the runway, its tires making skid marks across the tarmac. The motorcycle tipped upwards as if it were doing tricks. The motorcycle approached the group, and they all stepped back to steer clear of it. The driver stepped on the brakes and the bike skidded to a halt.

The biker hopped off the bike and took off his helmet. He was a tall teen from South Asian-descent with short brown hair, a slight five o'clock shadow on the bottom of his face, and a slight muscular build. He took off his black biker jacket, and he was wearing a gray t-shirt with a tire mark, ripped denim jeans, and black boots. He had a circular burn on the side of his left arm and a cut on his right hand. He was carrying his jacket across his right shoulder.

"Are you Otto?" Chris asked as the young man approached him.

"Hmm…" The boy, Otto, responded, very noncommittal or nonverbal. He walked off, carrying a small satchel on his back. None of the other contestants acknowledged the young man, mainly because he didn't call the first shots. Meanwhile, someone else was getting antsy from all these introductions…

"When are we going to get started, man?" asked Geoff, "This party's taking forever!" Someone saddled up right next to him…

"Don't sweat it, Geoff…" said Candice, who had an arm around the party boy's shoulder, "We'll get there…"

"She's right!" Chris explained, "We have two more newbies left… He's an honor roll student with a diplomat for a dad, and an amazing ability to charm the pants off most species: Alejandro!"

The doors of the truck finally opened, just as the handsome tall young man from Celebrity Manhunt hopped out. Taking off his cool-looking shades, he was embraced by the lot of the contestants, mostly female.

"Buenos dias, bellezas." Alejandro winked at the girls. With the camera panning left to right to catch a view of the girls' reactions… Sugar shouted, "Holy COW!", Jasmine gasped, "Wowee…", Valeria blushed, covering her lips, Ebonie giggled, Katie and Sadie hugged each other, squealing., and Beth swooned… Alejandro walked past them and saw the guys.

"And amigos," he greeted with diplomacy and kindness, "Pleasure to meet you." Trent and Topher smiled at the sight of Alejandro, Harvey and Cameron looked at each other, confused, Wylie rolled his eyes, and Justin sneered at the man. The only person who would return Alejandro's gesture in a handshake was…

"Likewise." Randy responded, just as the camera returned to Chris.

"And last but not least, she's a sugar-addicted superfan, with 60 Total Drama blogs, Sierra!" The tall girl jumped out of the truck with high adrenaline in her blood.

"OHMYGOSH I love you guys! And this is the greatest day of my life!" she squealed, hyperventilating like a baby chimp, "Anybody got a paper bag I can breathe into?!" She gasped with excitement, "The only thing that would make it a hundred thousand times better would be if Cody were here!"

"But he's not here…" Trent muttered to himself, uneasy about how he, and the others, have to deal with her.

"Chrissy, is that everyone?" asked Howie.

"Yes it is." Chris confirmed.

"Brilliant!" Howie exclaimed, with the same amount of energy as Sierra, "Which means it's time for this…" He held up what looked like a remote control, only it wasn't. It was a detonator, and the boy pressed a big red button.

"Dude, what did you press?" asked Chris, as a beeping sound could be heard from the box interior.

"I'll tell you in a bit, but you might want to run as soon as these thirty seconds are up." Howie sadistically smiled at the host, just as he made a break for it.

"Hey, who do you think is hosting this crap?" Chris asked, offended, but his question would fall on deaf ears, as Howie still ran away.

"Uh, Chris?" Topher was the first to peep, "First off, I want to say again that it's a HUGE honor to be on this show, and I LOVE whatever twists and turns you're gonna pull off, but did you plan this to happen?" But Chris' annoyance turned into concern, as the beeping started to pace faster.

"No…" Chris could say as he put the pieces of the puzzle together, "Everyone RUN!" The other contestants sped away from the truck, meeting the enthusiastic Howie at Chris' jumbo jet, which had a picture of Chris McLean dressed as a pilot by the front of the plane (on each side at least). The contestants turned around as they saw the truck at a far distance, as it and the container that held the newbies (as well as what remained of the bus that carried the veteran contestants) blew up in a fiery explosion. Nobody could say a word, except for Howie, who jumped up and down wildly, laughing maniacally.

"YES!" he squealed, "It's a miracle!" But this made the other contestants stare at him with indignance and disapproval. Chris, himself, was disgusted with his behavior, but he composed himself with a few rounds of breaths. He finally walks up to the destruction-bringer to speak.

"Alright, Howie." he told him, sternly, "I really hope that's the last time you're gonna use explosives of any kind. I told you that if you take any explosive onboard the plane, or use any throughout your duration, you'll worry about something worse than being disqualified."

"Ah, don't worry…" Howie's chuckling died down, "I won't hurt them."

"I mean it, dude." Chris remained defiant, "I like these games as much as you do, but if you're gonna keep doing that, someone's gonna get hurt."

"Oh Chris…" Sierra fluttered, "I just love how you have a caring side. It's why you're so affectionate with your dogs!" Chris tried to respond with appreciation, but Sierra cut him off again, "Actually, not just your dogs, but ALL of your pets!"

"I concur!" Topher spoke up, interrupting the purple-haired superfan, "I hear in addition to three dogs, you have two parrots, a bronco, a longhorn, a family of octopi, and, surprisingly, a venus flytrap."

"He's really exotic, ain't he?" Bree elbowed Alejandro, who just simply smirked and shrugged.

"I always wanted to get a venus flytrap!" Giovanna raised her hand, "But my mom won't allow it. She says that it could grow up to be a monstrous killer."

"You've watched that plant shop movie one too many times, haven't you?" asked Harvey, which earned him a look of annoyance from the gamer girl, "A movie I'd like you to watch is a personal favorite of mine, and it's a-" Suddenly, the sound of an air horn was heard.

Chris stowed the tool away and said, "Anyways, here is our home for the next month!" Chris gestured everyone to the giant jet, as the camera quickly zoomed out to reveal the large winged boat of steel that laid on Toronto-Pearson's tarmac.

"Um, would it be terrible if I voiced my concern about our ride's safety?" Randy raised his hand.

"Relax!" Chris reassured the lawyer hopeful, "It's perfectly safe."

A piece of steel, which looked to be the door to the cargo hold, fell open. On it was a mouse and a raccoon, as the mouse started to make a sprint for it, and the raccoon started chasing it around the pavement.

"Now boarding…" Chris announced.

"Well at least no one's afraid to fly…" Lightning said with cockiness in his voice. Cameron tried to speak up, but he was quickly given a mouthful of Lightning's hand before he could get the chance to say something…

"Lightning's right." Chris agreed, nodding, "Now, let's get started with the process before we lose the chance." He checks his watch, "Seriously, air traffic control doesn't want any more delays coming from our end!"

"Oh yeah!" Topher cheered.

"Can't wait for it!" Bronagh pumped her fist in the air.

"I get the window seat!" Sugar announced.

"Now boarding…" Chris began his monologue, "On a voyage to a million big ones!" He turned to the camera, "We're saving you a first-class seat for all the action! Right here, on Total. Drama. Woooooorrrrrlllld Tooooooooouuuuurrr-"

Chris tried to sing the last two words, trying to emphasize that this season was going to be a musical season, but he was cut off by a voice he was all too familiar hearing…

"Yo yo!" the voice of a certain homeschooled prairie boy was heard. The group watched out in the distant as Ezekiel could be seen speeding on a bicycle across the runway, making his way to the tarmac.

"Wait for me, homie!" he yelled, "You can't start this show without me, yo! Over here!"

"Ezekiel?" Chris raised an eyebrow. He didn't remember him being on the bus with the other contestants. Everyone else looked at each other with either confusion or annoyance, some whispering to each other about his presence.

"Dude cannot be serious…" Geoff, in particular, whispered, shocked that his former teammate wants to be on the show again.

"Halt the plane, dude!" Zeke desperately cried as he neared the jumbo jet and Chris, "Halt the- woah!" But he started to lose control of his bike, and this resulted in it falling forward and causing Ezekiel to tumble across the tarmac, before he stopped in front of the feet of the host, who was annoyed with the homeschooled boy delaying their departure.

"Uh, what are you doing here?" Chris asked.

And thus begins the start of Total Drama World Tour: A Different Approach! I've tried my best to showcase each contestant as much as possible. I know it's going to be difficult to write each contestant and give them some focus, but I'm up for the challenge! But just know that any contestant is going to be eliminated at some point.

Here's how each chapter is going to work: With the exception of this episode, I am dividing each episode into two chapters. The latter chapter will have an elimination ceremony. There will be non-elimination rounds at some points during the competitions. There will be a total of thirty episodes throughout this story, and that's including the Aftermath segments, which will also be divided in two. I'm also throwing in four more locations in addition to the twenty-one that are in the canon.

What do you think about the newbie contestants? Veterans? Which location (besides the canon ones) do you think everyone will visit? What are your predictions for the teams? Team names? Why is Ezekiel here? Read, review, and follow for more throughout this story. Until next time!
