"The Desire Grand Prix. A game where you have to fight for your ideal world. I guess competing in the games must run in the family because our Uncle used to participate in this. He went missing on a mission a few years back. But he left a clue in the form of the Rider Gears. Little gears that hold info about other worlds. We're not gonna rest until we get Uncle Ace home! Even though Stinkoln doesn't want us to get involved. Besides, we haven't seen him in a long time. I hope he's-"
"LYNN! Could you knock it off?" Lynn Loud Jr sighed in annoyance. She turned off her phone and faced the others. They had gathered in Lori and Leni's room for a sibling meeting. Lincoln wasn't anywhere to be seen, and Lynn was starting to worry about him. He didn't seem to be acting like himself. She shook her head, dismissing the superstition. Since joining the Desire Grand Prix, she had become very good at keeping them in check. All of the Loud sisters were in their casual wear.
"Alright, I think we all know why we're here." Lori said, looking at her sisters with a serious look. "Lincoln's been avoiding us." "Yeah, I know. He just walked past me when I said good morning to him." Leni said. "That's weird." Lisa admitted. "But I do have some good news. You see, I found Uncle Ace's research." The 4-year-old genius held up a USB drive with a fox-like mark on it.
"Lisa, how did you do this? " Lori asked in surprise. "Uncle Ace gave it to me when I was 2." Lisa told her sisters. "He told me that I needed to keep this safe for our brother. I didn't want to tell you in case you got mad at me." Lori smiled at her little sister. "It's not Uncle Ace, but it's a start to finding him" She replied. "But what about Linky?" Lola asked concerned. "Lola's right. we definitely need to do something about our brother." Luan agreed.
"What about-" Leni started to say. "LENI! We are not sending him to Aunt Ruth's!" Lori snapped at her. "I wasn't gonna suggest that. Maybe Linky would love us again if we looked... fancier." Leni explained. "What do you mean, Dudette?" Luna asked. "Well, let's face it, we basically wear these outfits a lot. Maybe if we looked a bit... fancier, Linky would talk to us again." Leni said. Lola smiled at Leni's idea."I was just thinking that!" She exclaimed in joy. "And I think I got an idea of what we can wear to impress our brother! But I'm afraid Lana and Lynn might not like it." "Could you just tell us?" Lori asked. Lola took a deep breath before saying one word.
"Ballgowns."

"What?" Lori said in disbelief, breaking the silence that filled her and Leni's room. "You heard me right." Lola said, nervously twiddling her fingers. " I want big, puffy, shiny, colourful ballgowns. With long opera gloves." "For... All of us?" Lynn asked. "Yes." Lola said sheepishly. The rest of the Louds remained surprised for a minute, although soon enough realized it wasn't something too out of the realm of what Lola might say. "So you want us to look like…" Luna started to say before Lola finished for her. "Princesses? Not really. And I'm not blackmailing you guys! I'm asking you to do this."
To her surprise, Lynn nodded in approval. "That could work. The rules state that formal attire is mandatory for participants." She explained. "Well, if it'll get Lincoln's attention I'd say we give it a shot. All in favour?" Lori asked. Nine of the ten sisters raised their hands. Lana sighed in irritation but begrudgingly accepted the idea. "Great! Leni, think you can make these ballgowns for us?" Lori asked. "Totes! I'm on it!" Leni said smiling, that she had a chance to do what she loved to do the most. "I'll help." Lola said, smiling that her idea had impressed her siblings.
After the others left the room. Leni and Lola got to work. They discussed how the dresses would look, And Lola gave Leni some essential hints for her design. She even showed Leni some of the gowns she wore at pageants to give her some idea of what she was making. They decided the colours for the gowns would be their signature colours of light blue, seafoam green, purple, yellow, red, black, dark blue, pink, green and lavender purple. That way each Loud would be identifiable when they were wearing. But even with Lola's help, Leni was still struggling to make the ballgowns. "I'm just not sure how to do this! I'm used to doing normal dresses but not something this fancy." Leni explained to Lori when she and the other sisters were getting Lunch. Lincoln still hadn't come home yet. Lori was a little worried. Their little brother was never one to miss a meal. "You'll be fine Leni. Why don't you head to Reininger's? That might help you with the Ballgown's designs." She suggested. "Oh! Good idea Lori." Leni said cheerfully. Just then Lynn's phone buzzed. It was a message from Kaiba Corp.
GATHER ROUND
"Oh no! Not again!" Lynn moaned as she looked at the location where the Shadows had attacked. "Lori, I need a ride to Reininger's!"
When the Louds arrived at Reininger's, it was complete chaos! Store employees and customers were running in terror. Items were thrown everywhere and clothes were on the floor. Leni was shocked by this. "We better handle this or I'm gonna lose my job!" She exclaimed in horror. "I think I can see the problem. Look!" Luan said pointing at a monster that looked like a sorcerer. Its head almost looked like a ring.
WIZARD!
"Ugh, someone better give this guy an extreme makeover." Leni said in disgust. then Lynn saw something near her feet. She gasped in horror as she picked it up. It was Lincoln's ID core! "No!" Lynn whispered in horror. She couldn't believe it. Her brother couldn't be... "Lynn? What's wrong?" Lori asked. "He's ... he's gone." Lynn said sadly. She looked at the monster and narrowed her eyes. "Now you've done it!" She hissed as she pulled out the Magnum Buckle and inserted it onto her Desire Driver.
SET!
Lynn stretched out her arms and took a defensive stance. "Hen-shin!" She said as she spun the barrel and pulled the trigger.
MAGNUM! READY? FIGHT!
The other siblings were surprised as Lynn charged at the monster, firing the Magnum Shooter 40X. "This just got personal!" She yelled as she reloaded. This monster was gonna get what was coming to him, one way or another.
Meanwhile, back at the Kaiba Dome, Kaiba was seeing the whole thing unfurl. Lynn was engaging the monster and the Loud sisters were getting people to safety. Mokuba was on the phone to his broker. He could hear him from where he was standing. "Big Ernie! Mokuba. How ya doin'? Listen, 50 bucks on Lynn and put a couple of cents on the monster." Kaiba rolled his eyes as he continued to monitor the fight.

Lynn fired a shot at the monster, hoping to throw it off balance. But somehow the bullets didn't phase it! The monster somehow kept dodging it. Just then the monster did something completely unexpected. It flicked its hand and sent a blast of fire towards Lynn! Lynn ended up getting winded by it. "Uh, Lynn, a bit of a tip? Can you try NOT to bust up where I work?" Leni asked, concerned as her little sister crashed into a nearby dress rack. "Ooooh! That's gotta be embarrassing." Lana muttered to Lola. When Lynn emerged, she somehow ended up in an outfit similar to Leni's! Luckily, she was still wearing her Desire Driver and holding the Magnum Shooter 40X. "Wait, Bright red?! I'm actually more of a crimson." Lynn said in embarrassment. But before she could retaliate, the monster disappeared! "Hey wait!" Lynn yelled. But it was too late. The damage was already done "Oh, great." Leni groaned looking around the ruined shop. "The store's messier than before! You'd have thought that it wouldn't be possible." "Uh, guys? I think Linky's been here." Lola said holding up the Boost Buckle. It's all my fault! Lynn thought sadly as she looked at her brother's ID core. She ambled towards the door. "You know that you have to pay for that right?" Leni reminded her.
Back at the Loud House, all of Lincoln's sisters had gathered in Lori and Leni's room for a sibling meeting. Leni was still having trouble with making the ballgowns even with Lola's help and their stop at Reininger's so she was struggling. Lori banged her shoe on the dresser, bringing the meeting to order. "We got a clue to Lincoln's location. So he was at Reininger's sometime today." "But unfortunately, there wasn't anything on the security cameras. Must've blacked out when the fight started." Lisa informed her. "That's a bummer!" Luna said with a British accent. "But what was up with that? It's like Lynn's attacks couldn't phase him." Lola asked in confusion. "And we couldn't see Lincoln anywhere while we were helping Leni clean up!" Luan said with a worried look. "He's gone." Lynn said sadly. "What?" Lori asked. "Lincoln's ... been vented." Lynn said, looking up. "Vented? But being in the vents is Lucy's schtick." Luan said confused. "Not really. It's what happens to a Desire Grand Prix competitor when they lose. Probably lost in the Advent Void by now." Lynn explained.
"So he's..." Lori started to say. "Yep. He's gone. He's never coming back." Lynn admitted sadly. "Oh no." Luna said, shocked. "No, Lincoln..." Lola whispered, tears forming in her eyes. "I'm sorry guys." Lynn said, looking down in shame. "It's all my fault. I should've stopped him. But now he can never come home again." "But what are we gonna tell Mum and Dad?" Lucy asked. Lynn gently placed her brother's ID core on the dresser. "We can't tell them about the Desire Grand Prix." She said. "And there's nothing we can do to get him back." The Louds were all silent as they mourned their brother. "I guess the ballgown idea's off then." Leni said.
Meanwhile, back at the Kaiba Dome, Kaiba saw the Louds mourning Lincoln. He bowed his head in respect. "There goes another one. Just like Ace." He whispered. He had seen the whole thing unfurl on the monitors. And he knew that the sacrifice wasn't in had given his life to save the world he loved. He knew that the Louds were upset over his death. He only wished he could tell them what Lincoln did wasn't for nothing. but they wouldn't believe him.
The weeks after the accident were kind of unnerving for the girls. They had told their parents that Lincoln was off at Clyde's place and luckily they believed them. Lynn stopped by the Kaiba Dome a couple of times to upgrade her buckles. She knew that she had to improve her game so that no one else would lose their life the way Lincoln did. The police had sealed off Reininger's for investigation so Leni hadn't been going to work. She had been working on the ballgowns though so she was happy to take a few days off. But Lynn knew that the police wouldn't find much. She rode past the crime scene on the Boostriker and saw the place was still wrecked and closed off to the public just like Miss Liza's Pageant Training Center. She shook her head and continued her way on. She didn't want to go where her brother passed away.
Back at home things weren't good either. Even though Leni and Lola were still working on the ballgowns, the others were upset that they never got to try Lola's plan. Lynn shook her head trying not to think about her brother's death. but while Lynn was riding on the Boostriker a quake in the ground disturbed her thoughts. She stopped the bike and saw the ringlike monster in front of her. Lynn growled as she equipped her Desire Driver and slotted the Boost and Magnum buckles onto both sides of the buckles.
SET!
Lynn stretched out her arms and took a defensive stance. "Hen-shin!" She said as she spun the barrel and pulled the trigger and revved the handle on both buckles.
DUAL ON! GET READY FOR BOOST AND MAGNUM! READY? FIGHT!
"Ready for round 2?" Lynn said, cocking the Magnum Shooter 40x. The monster growled at her, looking like it was ready to go. "Alright, game on!" She grinned as she let off a warning shot.

Lynn fired a round at the monster. Like before, it dodged them all. Lynn groaned in annoyance. "Hold still will you!?" She yelled. The monster roared at her. "Well, at least I got the-" But before she could finish, Lincoln somehow appeared. He was wearing a purple frock coat, a velvet waistcoat and a bow tie. "The Boost buckle! Just what we need. Good work, Lynn!" He said smiling. "What the- Stinkoln? How are you doing this? " Lynn gasped in disbelief. "Just in case you need help, but it looks like you're doing fine." Lincoln explained calmly. "So you want me to blow it up? Is it ok?" Lynn asked, getting more and more confused by the minute. "It's never fine to blow stuff up." Lincoln said, shaking his head."Sometimes, sadly, it's the only solution. But only after fair warning." Lynn looked at her little brother in surprise. He sounded so calm that it scared her. "Hey Stinkoln, I'm sorry. For everything. I didn't want you to leave us." Lynn said sadly, looking away from her brother. But Lincoln just smiled at her. "All children leave home sooner or later." He said, putting a hand on Lynn's shoulder. "The joy is to watch them fly." Hearing this made Lynn look at her brother in surprise. "So... we're good?" She asked. "Oh, we're more than good." Lincoln grinned. "We're ace!"
Hearing this made Lynn smile. She handed Lincoln the Boost buckle and his ID core. "I believe this is yours." She said. "Thanks." Lincoln said, pulling out a Desire Driver and equipping it to his waist. He then noticed Lynn looking at him funny. " What?" He asked concerned."I missed you, Little brother." Lynn said. Lincoln grinned at this. "I missed you too." He said. He inserted the ID core into the belt.
ENTRY.
Lynn watched as her little brother pulled out the Boost buckle and slotted it onto the left side of his Desire Driver.
SET!
Lincoln struck a heroic pose and snapped his fingers. SNAP! "Henshin!" Lincoln said as he revved the handle on the Boost buckle, transforming into his Ace Savvy suit with the Boost armour on his top half.
BOOST! READY? FIGHT!
"Here comes the highlight!" Lincoln said as he and Lynn charged at the monster.

Lincoln swung his hand at the monster making an impact. Then Lynn fired the Magnum Shooter 40x at it. "Bullets won't phase it!" Lincoln called to her. "Now you tell me!" Lynn called back. Lincoln seemed to be making a dent in the monster's attack pattern. It seemed to be losing steam as Lincoln struck it. He tossed Lynn the red and blue buckle. "Give it a whirl!" Lynn grinned as she rotated the Desire Driver around 180 degrees.
REVOLVE ON!
As soon as the Magnum armour was on her legs, she inserted the red and blue buckle onto her Desire Driver.
BUILD DRIVER!
"Weird name but I'm gonna go with it." Lynn said before she pressed the middle of the buckle. Instantly she was equipped with the red and blue armour.
DUAL ON! BEST MATCH! BUILD! MAGNUM! READY? FIGHT!
Lynn checked out the suit, smiling that she had gotten an advantage over the monster. But when she looked at the Magnum Shooter 40X, she found that she was holding a different weapon.
HAWK GATTLINGER!
"What the-?! When was I holding this?" Lynn asked in confusion. "Toss it over here!" Lincoln called to her. Lynn handed the weapon to her brother who spun the barrel chamber.
10! 20! 30! 40! 50! 60! 70! 80! 90! 100! FULL BULLET!
Lincoln fired a round of bullets at the monster who roared in pain. It looked like Lincoln had somehow managed to inflict damage to it. "How'd you do that?" Lynn asked. "I'll explain later!" Lincoln replied before revving the Boost buckle.
BOOST TIME!
Lincoln's body seemed to get engulfed in flames as he revved the Boost buckle. Lynn pressed the middle of the red and blue buckle and spun the barrel of the Magnum buckle.
BOOST! GRAND STRIKE!
VOLTECH! MAGNUM! VICTORY!
Both Louds executed their finishers, hitting the monster at exactly the same time. The monster exploded like fireworks as Lynn picked up the gear that the monster dropped. On the gear was a picture of a mage-like hero who looked like a jewel with the year 2012 on it. "Good job Lin-" Lynn started to say. But her little brother was gone. It was like he was never there in the first place. Lynn sighed as she walked away, upset that she could never see her brother ever again. But little did she know, that fate had other plans for her family. And that included her little brother.
