Story Start!

Saber was so... beautiful.

'She has the innocent beauty of a child, and the grand aura of a king... the more I watch her, the harder it is going to become to unleash my arrow.' Atalanta was becoming more aware of the charms of her enemy as she stalked her. Saber was her prey, but by watching her innocently smile and watch over her Master like a King would a loyal subject was giving her vibes that made her jealous, envious of the woman.

Still, she knew she would have to kill her.

She would have to kill this innocent king, one who had the body of an adult, but the soul of a child who was caged and never allowed to be a child.

"Atalanta, I am approaching Medea now... she has set up her base at Ryudo Temple, there is a POWERFUL and advanced magecraft summoning ritual set up here... practically the entire mountain is covered by it... stay far away, if anything happens I want to make sure you can help us... do not get caught up in it."

"Master... I should be by your side." Atalanta disagreed.

"Atalanta, I WILL use a Command Spell to keep you away from the temple if I have to. I have a gut feeling that if you are on this mountain, then something bad will happen."

"A gut feeling... those hadn't led us astray before, I trust thee, my Master." Atalanta spoke more respectfully, with some bite to her voice that Naruto was so serious about this he would even threaten to ruin their plan to use her death to assassinate other servants from the shadows. It was a perfect plan, and she wasn't fond of him ruining it by revealing she was still alive and well.

So she spoke very respectfully.

It was her way of being a little defiant towards him, but she knew he meant well so she wasn't that angry. She still believed that as his servant, her place was by his side if he was walking into danger.

-With Naruto-

"Master you're shaking."

"... I've got a bad feeling about all of this... Archer always told me Medea was a threat, perhaps one of the biggest threats to the war. It is terrifying to... uuuuuh..." Naruto didn't know what so say as he came up the steps to Ryudo temple, and he saw the middle of the temple was glowing brightly as the leylines of the area were lit up and glowing.

He had a bad feeling.

Not a gut feeling, but it was worse, he had a genuinely bad feeling that something horrible was going to happen.

"Assassin... it seems you have a proper Master now."

Caster Medea came from behind them, and walked right towards the center of the temple. She sat down in the middle of the summoning circle, and pulled her hood down to reveal her face. She looked right into Naruto's eyes. She looked towards Serenity, who moved so that she was standing between her master and her enemy.

"So, what do you need allies for?" Naruto asked casually.

Medea smiled.

"I don't, but it would be easier to have more people not trying to stop me... thanks to this limitless supply of mana in the air, the dirt, the water... I can do things I never thought possible. So... I plan to change the world, incarnate all of the servants to life, so that they will no longer be bound by the grail." Medea had a simple plan that would benefit all of the still remaining servants in the war. All she needed to do was summon the perfect entity that could help her change the world into one that she wished for.

"Limitless mana supply?"

"Yes, it seems somebody in this city produces so much mana, that they are the reason why this has turned into a Grand War... and of course, thanks to that endless mana supply, and my own impressive knowledge, it is quite easy for me to use the mana in the air to hijack the holy grail and use it to summon a new servant." Medea had already done most of the preparations.

She just needed 1 more ingredient.

1 more important ingredient, and she could summon something that could make everything different, and better.

"Oh yeah... so how exactly will this summon a new servant?"

"Simple, the sheer amount of mana in the air alone outclasses the amount stored in several Holy Grails. All I need is to craft a powerful enough catalyst... and I already have most of what I need." Medea had no problems explaining what she was doing.

She was oblivious.

Sand was creeping along the ground towards her slowly, while Naruto and Serenity kept her distracted. Naruto could see a dagger inside of the sand, and Jing Ke was hiding beneath the sand and using her abilities to keep both herself and the sand concealed from Medeas eyes.

"Most?" Naruto asked.

He had to keep her distracted, play the bait, put himself up close to her and get her to drop her guard. It was enough to crack the nerves of anyone else, but Naruto stayed firm and looked towards her without so much as glancing at the sand.

"Since Heracles was killed, I managed to get a piece of his Spirit Origin as he was getting drained into the grail... the same with Rider of Black, thanks to Assassin of White here." Medea was happy to explain.

More than happy.

She wanted somebody to hear her.

"Spirit Origin?"

"Now, I just need the Spirit Origins of a Caster and an Assassin, and I can create a new spirit origin, and use it as the catalyst needed to summon a new servant into this... I have more than enough mana to use after all... and with this entire mountain as my summoning ritual, I could even summon a goddess."

"Cool, so, why an Assassin and a Caster?"

"Well, you could say there is a certain affinity between Assassin, Rider, and Caster, and Berserker fits in the middle of that... of course..."

"By Command Spell, I order you Serenity... go back to base." Naruto raised his hand the second he realized the amount of danger that Serenity was in just by standing on top of the summoning circle. Serenity vanished, leaving Naruto by himself in front of Medea. Naruto backed up a few steps from her, and raised his hands.

Chances, not great.

"So, negotiations have broken down... or do you simply not want to use your Assassin for the ritual... you can lower your hands boy." Medea flicked her wrist behind her.

"Gaara, move!"

Naruto fired a energy ball spell at Medea, but the sand that Gaara had been controlling turned into hardened stone, trapping Jing Ke in stone and Gaara as well in the bushes.

"You need to understand child, with this unlimited power in the air, and with the source of the mana standing right in front of me, I'm invincible." Medea looked directly at Naruto. "... and... dead..." Medea crushed the immobilized Jing Ke in stone, with instant death awaiting her. A glowing light rushed out of Jing Ke's body, and floated above Medea.

2 more lights appeared as well.

She summoned a jagged dagger to her hand, and all of the lights rushed into the dagger. Lines spread across the mountain as the ritual began.

She took a fist to her face.

"I'm not going to complete your ritual! It will be over my dead body!" Naruto grabbed her wrist, and he could see that his punch had actually managed to stun her slightly. She kept her fist clenched around her dagger. "Gaara, get out of here! Atalanta and Serenity will help you, I need you to..."

"So Archer is Atalanta... and she is alive... heh... now that is VERY interesting! Lets just break that contract of yours!" Medea placed her other hand on her dagger and started to push it towards Naruto's body. "I can't kill you because of the ritual, but I don't need you to be a Master for you to have mana... Atalanta could be a problem after all."

Sand grabbed Naruto.

He was pulled away from Medea the second she started to overpower him, and her dagger stabbed into the ground. All of the ritual lines glowed with twice the intensity, while Naruto was pulled high into the sky.

"Gaara, forget about me! Kill Medea! She's about to summon something terrible, you need to kill her and forget about me!" Naruto could see that Gaara had raised his hand and broken the stone around his arms.

"No... you're more important."

"Then you're coming with me! You aren't dying today!" Naruto pointed his hand at Gaara.

He used the magic Gaara taught him, and shattered the stone around him with wind. A tornado of air picked Gaara up and brought him right to Naruto. Soon enough they were both flying above the mountain, just as it happened.

A reddish black mud started to burst forth from the center of the temple.

At the center of it was Medea.

She was quickly consumed by the mud, the mud that started to form a figure that grew and grew.

-With Atalanta-

Primal fear.

"... Master!" Atalanta started to run towards where she sensed her master in danger, but she instantly froze when she saw the mountain in the distance.

A woman.

A giant woman was floating above the mountain, arising from the mud and giving off such a powerful aura that it froze her where she stood. Even from where she stood, she could very clearly see the giant horns the giant woman had. The entire mountain was covered in mud that slowly spread down towards the city.

'Atalanta, do NOT touch the mud! I'm safe, Gaara managed to save me at the last second. Medea knew we planned to take her out, and she used herself as a catalyst to summon this monster! The plan was doomed to fail from the start... and she used my mana to summon this beast.'

"Master... even from here, I can sense it... that is a divinity of the highest of ranks."

'Atalanta, do NOT lose hope! Screw the plan though, go get Saber and Archer, and their masters, and get them back to our secret base.'

-With Naruto-

"Since you have been summoned with my mana, monster, I order you by the power of my Command Spell... be sealed!" Naruto couldn't think of the right thing to do, but he raised his hand and used another command spell.

It worked.

The giant woman summoned slowly, mindlessly raised her arms up and placed her legs together, and magical chains formed around them that bound them together, keeping her from moving her limps.

"That worked?" Gaara asked.

"Not for long, since she was summoned with my mana, I thought maybe my command spells could control her... but I can feel my connection to her got strengthened... and she is resisting. Soon enough those chains won't hold her... we need to gather all the remaining masters and bring them to the base..." Naruto grabbed Gaara's shoulder as they flew on the floating platform of sand.

He squeezed it.

'... love...'

Naruto squeezed Gaara's shoulder harder when he heard that word in his mind.

"... I messed up... and I'm going to fix this." Naruto promised himself with his eyes full of fire and determination.

He didn't know if this situation even could be fixed.

He was going to do his best to try though.
