Not long after the False Council was defeated, things returned to normal on Cybertron . . . for the Autobots. For everyone else, life continues to go downhill. It takes a small, rag-tag group of these sentient robots to put aside their differences, or maybe even embrace them, in the hopes of finding a safe haven for those who feel oppressed.

During a mission, the Autobots discover the existence of human-cybertronians hybrids. Made in a lab to be used as weapons, they escaped and then destroyed the base in hope that no more hybrids would be made. Although the Autobots are horrified by the existence of the hybrids, they provide help while also trying to make sure their creators are as dead as the hybrids hope.

A seemingly orphaned girl who has misfortune for the majority of her life, with only a special crystal as the only connection her birthparents, learns that she is not all as normal as she thinks. And when she tries to find a good life somewhere else, her world comes to a crashing renewal as she is set upon by decepticons. And she does not know why, until she meets the autobots.

With the loss of control over space bridge technology, the Autobots have lost the war. As the Decepticons mold the universe to their will, Prowl and Bumblebee find themselves trapped with Blurr, a near stranger, in a predicament quickly spiraling out of hand. Though unpredictable and difficult, their new life still has room for hope, dreams, and even love.

Starscream is accidentally sparked by Megatron, which leads to him being kicked out. In desperation, he moves in with his old friend, Knock Out. But after putting his son in danger, Starscream finds himself in a nasty custody battle with Knock Out over the sparkling. In this take of Transformers Prime, an army of humans is reformatted into Transformers to help the Autobots take on the Decepticon army.
