Ceci's theme song
"Ceci Spirit!
Here's the situation
I'm a combination
One that can't be defined!
Ceci Spirit!
No need for an explanation!
I'll give you a demonstration!
Ceci Spirit!
The supernatural powers our mine!
Because what I do every day I cannot say!
Ceci Spirit!
I will use them
to defend my hometown from
those who abuse them!
Ceci Spirit!
I've got the powers.
So I'll use them!
To change the world
I'm keeping them a secret!
Now I'll cast an illusion.
Over you!
Ceci Spirit!
Now it's time to Spirit Up!
So I can be free to be me!
Ceci Spirit, that's me!
Ceci Spirit!
Sam Manson had just returned home after spending the day in Peace Valley. It was the hometown of Danny's older half-sister Ceci Masters. Due to the crisis that Clockwork's younger brother had created, the Ancients had called upon the two groups to try and save the multiverse. They're incredibly insisted that the groups forge strong bonds with each other.
Sam had initially not liked that she'd been forcefully paired with a boy named Jamie Ramsey. Despite being Jewish, he didn't have a typical Jewish last name. He'd explained this was because his maternal grandmother had married a non-Jew man. So their last name wasn't Jewish anymore. Even though his grandmother's husband had converted during their marriage, it explained why his name didn't sound Jewish.
Strangely enough, that was the same reason her last name Manson wasn't a Jewish last name either. Still, spending the day with someone else who understood her religious viewpoint had been nice. She grabbed her purple bat-shaped journal and began writing about today's events.
"Yahweh, help me! I never expected what happened today. Honestly, I never expected to find out the multiverse was real. I thought it was just a comic book/superhero movie idea. Still, I spend the day with a Jewish gay boy named Jamie Ramsey. For someone two years older then me, he's incredibly short. Still, he's an overall nice person. He does tell bad jokes, but again is nice.
I'm sure he's a good friend to Danny's older half-sister, Ceci. He told me he's been into acting since he was a child. He isn't sure if he wants to do it as a career, but he's leaning heavily toward it. Admittingly, I wouldn't say I liked how he scolded me a few days ago. Yet, I realize now I deserved it. After all, I've not been the nicest person. I was taking out my anger and frustration at my parents out on others.
Neither Danny nor Tucker deserve to be on the receiving end of my anger. I guess I seriously did need a wake-up call. I was being a hypocrite when it came to the diet thing. It hurts when the shoe is on the other foot. Perhaps I should do as Jamie suggested: a few family therapy sessions with a neutral third party. Maybe then Mom and Dad would listen to me. It's worth a try.
I can't keep venting my anger and frustration on my friends and classmates. So for their sake and my mental health, that does seem the best suggestion. I'll run it by Bubbe. I know Dad will at least listen to his mother.
I guess Yahweh played a part in me spending the day with Jamie. Also? I now have a craving for hamantaschen! Again, I'll see if Bubbe can make some before talking to Mom and Dad. I know they are also Dad's favorite. So he should listen a little better with a platter of them. Either way? I need to sleep on this before taking action—time to embrace the night!" as she returned her journal to its hiding place. Then she turned off the light and was out like one too.
