Disclaimer: I don't own anything associated with the cartoon Hailey's On It, nor do I own any of the characters related to the show itself. All of the characters of the show are owned by Disney and nothing but Disney, so let's leave it at that. Anyway, here's my first shot at a Hailey's On It fanfic. Hope you all enjoy.

"Oh god, what do I do? What do I do?"

Said a frantic and panicked Hailey Banks, who at this point was circling across the room being a little conflicted on what to do. The 14-year old teenager was in a bit of a dilemma truth be told. So much so that her best friend Beta could immediately notice it from the magazine he was reading.

He took focus off of his book for once and said to Hailey, "Man, why are you going back and forth like that? You trying to see how many times you can power walk in circles?"

"I wish," Hailey rolled her eyes at a second's notice. "I'm in a bit of situation."

A grin shot around Beta's face, "Ah, I get it. You finally gonna admit your feelings to Scott?"

Hailey nervously rubbed her neck, "Uh, actually–"

"Oh, I knew it, you ARE gonna tell Scott how you feel about him after all this time!" Beta said, putting down the book as he playfully punched Hailey in the arm, "You know, I've been waiting for the day you finally stepped up to the plate. The picture of you finally being boyfriend and girlfriend after all this waiting is gonna be worth it, my friend."

Hailey rolled her eyes to Beta saying, "Beta, this actually isn't about–"

Before she could actually finish that word however…

"Hey, Hailey. It's me, can I come in?"

Said a mysterious voice who also tapped on the bedroom window.

Hailey turned around on her shoulder and felt a state of relief when she saw her bestie, Kristine Sanchez, right at her window looking very cheerful as ever.

"Oh, thank goodness she's here." Hailey thought to herself before shouting to Kristine, "Go ahead, the window's open."

Realizing she got the go-ahead already coming from Hailey, the hat-wearing Kristine slid the bedroom window right away before coming in to greet Hailey with her smile, "Thanks, I figured I'd come in through your bedroom the easy way since there was a ladder in front of the driveway."

"Yeah, my Dad kinda put it there since Frank kinda threw up through the window." Hailey replied, referring to her pet flamingo.

"Thank goodness I entered through the front side of the house then." Kristine breathed a sigh of relief. She then sat on Hailey's couch asking, "Anyway, you have a little love problem, right?"

"Yeah, it's kinda something like that…" Hailey rubbed her neck nervously.

"Well say no more, that's why I'm here!" Kristine gleefully said, all before patting the bed as a way to have Hailey sit down with her, which she did by the way. "So, tell me what's your problem. I wanna hear all about it."

Hailey took her time letting out a deep breath for a good second before asking Kristine, "Before I ask, how do you feel about somebody being attracted to the… other sex?"

Kristine immediately felt a bit surprised hearing this from her best friend. She knew Hailey felt a bit curious when it came to those kinds of relationships she and Kristine witnessed in school, regarding about the same sex. Yet despite being caught off-guard by a question like this, Kristine managed to stay positive as ever.

"I'm really glad you asked that, Hailey." She nodded, patting Hayley on the shoulders. "I believe that it's perfectly normal for a girl to be attracted to another girl. If that's the way you wanna run that road, then I'll support you if that's what you're cool with."

Hailey blushed as a result saying, "So you don't have a problem with me being a bit bi?"

"Of course not," Kristine shook his head with a smile. "After all, I got some of my girlfriends who are attracted to both boys and girls of every kind. I'm totally cool with that."

"Oh, thank goodness. I thought you were gonna get turned off of what I said." Hailey chuckled, breathing a sigh of relief once more.

"You're my best friend, Hailey." Kristine patted her yet again, "You can transform yourself into a flamingo and I'd still be okay with it."

"Thank goodness for that." Hailey nodded back for a second. She then proceeded to rub her arm a bit gently yet nervously, "Because truth be told, there is someone I've liked all along."

Kristine let out her signature squees, "Eeeeeeeee! I knew we're getting there! So tell me, who's the lucky guy or woman?"

Hailey immediately rubbed her arm nervously at first, all while letting out the brightest blush that even Kristine Sanchez herself could see close up from where she was sitting at.

"I didn't exactly want to tell because it's kinda confusing at first, so I hope you won't hold anything against me what I'm about to do." Hailey said, letting out a sigh.

"Of course I wouldn't." Kristine shrugged, "Just tell me who you're crushing on and I promise you that no matter what, I will be there to support you and that special someone."

Hailey let out another sigh saying to.herself, "Okay, here goes…"

Kristine watched out with such curiosity as he got a good glimpse of Hailey turning her head to face her head-on.

Surprisingly, it would turn out to be last thing Kristine would see as all of a sudden, Hailey's lips shockingly met hers in an unsuspecting kiss. One that somehow caught Kristine off-guard and the kind that immediately forced time to stop all around Kristine's entire mind. Even Beta was watching this all unfold from under the bed, watching with pure shock and surprise once he leaned forward from the bed edge and took a quick look at Hailey smooching Kristine right in the lips. He definitely had to admit it was the plot twist he didn't see it coming after all the times he had begged to see Hailey end up with Scott Denoga. Talk about an unexpected turnaround.

Kristine was left speechless for a second, even when Hailey broke off the kiss after only what seemed to be seven seconds from that tender smooch. Kristine really didn't know if she felt angry, upset, frustrated, confused or conflicted of what Hailey had just done to her right now.

All she could do at this point was utter out a surprised shudder, "Hailey…"

"I'm really sorry if I did that, okay, but I really like you, Kristine." Hailey replied, making this shocking confession of hers to a still-stunned-as-hell Kristine. She still continued on constantly in defense, "Even when I feel like I was crushing on Scott throughout this whole time, I always felt something very special when I was with you. When I helped you with your cheerleading team, your Quinceañera, the way you helped me fix up that light tower from crumbling down, all of it was a way for me to get close to you. I know you want to snap at me and I won't hold it against you if you do, but that's the way I ACTUALLY feel about you, Kristine. Please understand, this wasn't easy for me to let my feelings out like this, but I just had to. Please don't hurt me!"

All Hailey did next after finishing her sentence was close his eyes and flinched a little, hoping to dodge whatever angry response Kristine was bound to get from Hailey's point of view. She knew she had to expect a response coming from Kristine sooner or later.

As much as she wanted some sort of retaliation coming from Kristine herself…

…Hailey surprisingly didn't get one.

"Hailey, calm down. I'm not angry and I'm not gonna hurt you."

"Wait, you're not mad at me?" Hailey gasped, opening her eyes to face Kristine.

She shook her head before breaking out a blush herself, "No, I'm not. Because the truth is… I really like you too, Hailey Banks."

Hailey heard those surprising words come right through Kristine's lips, leaving her quite surprised like she was just a few minutes ago.

"You really like me too?" She gasped again.

"Of course," Kristine nodded, all while placing her hand on Hailey's shoulder with a gentle caress. "Hailey, I've really been waiting a long time for you to express those feelings to me. I felt like every moment we had together was just a way for us to be closer to one another. And even when I felt like I was dating Scott, I felt like I was really spending time with you for some reason. You're quite special to me, Hailey Banks, and I would never change a thing about you."

All of those words that continued to shoot out from Kristine's mouth immediately made Hailey sigh out with a smile saying, "Thanks, Kristine. I'm really grateful you actually feel that way about me."

"I know," Kristine nodded while biting her lip a bit teasingly. "And I'm also quite grateful for this too…"

Before Hailey suddenly knew it herself, she watched with amazement as Kristine returned the kiss Hailey had given her a few minutes back. This time, the kiss that Kristine gave to Hailey was more romantic and a lot more passionate than both girls imagined it would be. Oh, how it was the kind of kiss that both Hailey and Kristine imagined it would be and nothing else was gonna top that list.

Beta watched with so much interest that all he could do at this point was squeal in his mind just like Kristine would every single time. It got him to the point where he retreated back under Hailey's bed and wrote on his private journal under these bold black words:

"Today is July 11th, 2023. The moment that Kristine and Hailey, aka Kristley, was born."

"Oh, I swear, I'm good when it comes to couple names…" Beta thought to himself, continuing to write on as he let her companion Hailey share her moment with her newfound girlfriend Kristine in the comfort of her own privacy.

In Hailey's mind, this was gonna be quite a task crossed off from her big book of things she wanted to do. Okay, she never thought of putting "Kiss Kristine Sanchez instead of Scott Denoga" on that list herself, but if she did, it was a mission worth completing regardless.

And she and Kristine together couldn't have it any other way.

Yeah, you all thought it was gonna be Scott's sister, Becker, wasn't it? Well, I sure caught all of you with a swerve. Even though I remain a loyal Hailey/Scott shipper (Yes, I ship Scott/Kristine too), I will admit I got a little love for Hailey/Kristine too. Heck, I'd thank Beta for that nice little couple name he came up with for the story. Kristley's taking off, baybay (LOL)!

Okay, enough about that. What did you all guys and girls think? Read, review and leave some feedbacks if you can! And don't forget to watch Hailey's On It if you can. IT'S THAT GOOD.

Until next time, peace out.
