The early morning was cold, so Wednesday often sat on the balcony and enjoyed the dark mornings before the sun rose. Cello in hand, they often played a beautiful piece, which both lulled one to sleep and kept one awake during the evening. At first, many in Ophelia hall would be kept up from the serinating lullaby. The tale went on, winding it's complex notes until a sudden movement of the bow, a miscalculation that caused an ill sound that didn't fit with the song, despite it's low and disgusting verbrato.
The young Addams stood up suddenly, music ceasing as they held their bow and cello carefully, the music stand knocked to the stone floor of the balcony in their dismay. Their nostrils flared, the familiar scent and taste on their tongue. No, it couldn't be, why were they here?
The car rolled into the gravel parkway of the school, shaking and jumping along with Lurch's driving. Wednesday watched, silently putting away their cello, looking away for just a few minutes before they felt the uncomfortable dread of being watched. it wasn't of fear, but of the smirking sight of their mother, who knew of her Raven was capable of.
They resigned themselves to sleep, forcing their own body to dress in pajamas and climb into bed, arms crossed over their chest and back rod straight while sleeping, the night dress a gentle silk that revealed much of their torso's defined muscles, but provided them with comfort. Their scars were on display, two twin batlike scars, large and unhidden from their battle with the general of the titty committee.
With exhaustion finally pulling them into the land of dreams, they allowed themselves to relax.

Sunlight was uncomfortable against their eyes as it crept into the window, they growled as they turned to the side to avoid it. A small laugh from across the room woke them up enough for them to open their eyes, pouting at the young wolf in front of them.
Awakened by the laughter of their to be mate, and the panic of realizing that their parents were at the school, for all the students to see, made them rise from the bed.
"Wake up My mistress, we have someone here I loathe for you to meet. But, knowing their stubbornness they'll come visit me soon." Wednesday allowed themselves to scowl, dark eyes looking at the dorm room door as a knock sounded against wood. A whine settled in their chest, the comforting scent of their family so close yet so far away. It was so embarrassing to long for their family while pursuing their mistress like this.
"H- Huh?" Enid was tired, her hair messy and face without her morning makeup. She looked more enchanting without it, but Wednesday knew how self conscious their mate could be.
"My parents, have come to meet you." They spoke quietly, explaining as they went to Enid's side, helping her from the bed with careful, gentle movements. They picked her up with ease, holding her as she flailed and panicked. Wednesday chuckled darkly, amused by their scars little wolf.
"My Nightingale, you'll open the door. Won't you?" Wednesday sighed, carrying Enid with them despite her cries of embarrassment.
"Wait! Wait! Wait! I'm not prepared to meet your parents Willa!" It was ignored and Wednesday opened the dorm's door, continuing to scowl at the beaming faces of their family. Their mother, a tall woman that demanded power, skin just as pale as their own yet without teeth as sharp. Enid recognized the resemblance from them, the permanent blank face, cold eyes that would scan a room and only light up whenever passionate about a horrid subject that would surely make her sick.
She stepped closer, giving Enid a charming smile that just made the stuttering wolf all the more nervous. A stout man stepped beside his wife, short horns that were large and curved like a ram, sharp, jagged teeth were gapped and grinning, his expression just as pleasant as his wife. A large sword was held to his belt, his striped suit of grey and black matching the black flowing dress the taller demon wore, and Enid could truly see the parts that Wednesday tried to hide from her. The kindness, the passion, the elegant yet deadly portrayal of gentleness. It was a trap, for it ran among the Addams line to ensnare any poor soul that fell in love with them. Enid was their most recent capture, and she found that she didn't mind.
"Raven!" A small boy launched himself from behind the two imposing parents, one who looked too much like his father, black eyes matching that of his mother, yet irises slitted as if a cat looked upon the taller demon. Wednesday stepped to the left of the attempted tackling hug, causing the younger demon to fall to the floor instead of against his older sibling.
"Pugsley, do avoid attempting to touch me so early in the morning, or I won't be as kind with your bones as I am today." Wednesday stifled a yawn, looking at Enid who laughed nervously, blushing in embarrassment.
Pugsley got up, his eyes shining with mirth as he adjusted his striped black and white shirt. He laughed, a bostful cackle that sounded too much like their father's own laughter.
"I still want that hug later." Wednesday hummed softly, nodding in acknowledge.
"This must be your little wolf, right?" Pugsley rushed to Enid's side, enveloping her into a tight up before she could refuse. Wednesday snarled, feeling bothered by seeing their wolf held in such a way by their brother. Pugsley ignored them, excitedly chattering to Enid and asking a multitude of questions.
"My viper, it seems your botany teacher had an accident in the greenhouse." Gomez started, Stepping away from his wife and whispering softly
into his eldest child's ear.
"It seems she desired your brother's service for a plot of revenge, just as most mortals do." Wednesday hummed, nodding at their father to continue.
"Yes, I caught my brother's stench upon the woman's body whilst meeting in the hall. She was my dorm mother for a time, will Mother fill such a role now?"
"Naturally, darling. Larissa picked us to assist you in your courtship, and to make sure there would be no trouble. What was the name of that boy you slaughtered, Ajax?" Morticia smiled at Wednesday, gently setting her hand on their shoulder for a light squeeze before pulling away, aware of the child's distain of physical contact.
"Petropolus, wasn't it? An act of love I would assume, how romantic!" Wednesday blushed at their father's declaration, their tale, spiked and long of sharp blade like talons, smacked their father against his horns, aware of how sensitive they were. The man laughed, grinning at his heir.
"Come along Pugsley, we must get your uniform and get to the cafeteria to prepare for the announcement. Your sibling will provide you with a tour of the school." Morticia smiled at Enid before guiding the excited human boy out of the room, Gomez following with a wave and a grinning face of fangs.
"Adiós mi víbora y loba!"
Wednesday let out a frustrated huff, Enid looking at them with a small laugh at their grumbling complaints, she quickly shut up to admire them, until they managed to shoo her off to change into their uniforms.
