"So, we on for smoothies?" Marinette asked, shutting her locker door and donning her purse. "I'm in, and I know Nino's been talking about a smoothie since this morning."

There had been a heat wave going through Paris, and if the kids weren't at the pool, they were at the smoothie shop. After all, who would turn down free air conditioning and a cold drink?

Adrien sighed, gathering his books quietly. "I'd love to, but you know Father would never allow it. And if I do sneak away, no doubt my fans will find me." Marinette's face had a determined look on her face. "You deserve to have fun with friends. Let's think of a idea!" Adrien smiled at her, reaching for her hand.

"I got it!" They looked up as Nino snapped his fingers. "You need a disguise!" Adrien laughed, and held up his hands. "Its a great idea, but I don't think a fake mustache will cut it." "No, dude! For starters, wear my cap!" Nino plonked it down on his buddy's head. "Its not enough," Alya said. "Quick, Nino, let's check what's in your locker."

The group ran to Nino's lockers. "Ew! Nino how many gum wrappers are in here?" Alya squealed. "Not that many. And look what I found. Shades!" Adrien gulped and took the shades which were a bit sticky. "I think I'll wash these off first," he said.

When Adrien came back, Alya said, "What do you think Marinette, O Fashion Designer? Is he ready to hit the streets?" Marinette rubbed her chin, staring at her boyfriend critically. Adrien, in a moment of goofiness struck a pose. Marinette burst out laughing. "Not helping, love! It just needs one more thing, and that's a scarf!"

"I have that in my locker!" Adrien cried. "My dude, why do you have a scarf in there? Its almost summer." "Um," Adrien had to quickly think of an excuse. Plagg liked to take naps on it while Adrien had fencing lessons. "I forgot to take it home?"

Soon, the group was heading down the sidewalk, and Adrien peeked over his shades. "I feel silly!" "Just think of yourself as an artist or a musician!" Nino tried to reassure him. Adrien did get some stares, but he could tell it was just from his outfit. Marinette on the other hand, couldn't stop giggling. "Well, I'm glad someone's amused!" he smiled, and leaned down to give her a kiss. Bonk! "Oh, jam and butter," Adrien mumbled beneath his breath. He couldn't kiss her with the hat on, and if he took it off, the cameras would find him for sure!

Finally, they made to the smoothie place. "Mission accomplished!" Adrien grinned, handing the cap and glasses back to Nino.

Later that night, Plagg watched Adrien brush his teeth. "Betcha like the mask even more, huh?" Adrien grinned at him. "Trust me, Plagg, I want to know who Bugaboo is someday. But at least wearing a mask is easier then a disguise!"
