Lynn was taking a walk after a hard day of winning a baseball tournament. Int he process, she ended up pushing her brother to the side due to believing him to be bad luck and influenced her family to follow her lead, but now that he had a good-luck charm to counterbalance it (the squirrel suit), it's all water under the bridge. She was humming a tune like no tomorrow while taking her stroll.
"Ah, what a heck of a day," Lynn said to herself, "With Lincoln wearing that suit, we'll have nothing but good luck from here on out."
She comes across a crossing road and waits until the sign says she can walk across. When it does, Lynn slowly walks across it but she hears some tires screeching and notices a car driving quickly in her direction. Lynn gasps in shock before running tot he other side of the road, but in a panic, she keeps running and looks behind her before accidentally tripping over an exposed root of a tree and tumbles her way over to a small cliff. Lynn hit some stuff on the way down and ended up in a lard factory where she landed in a vat. The vat's contents are slowly consumed by Lynn as she ate it while crawling her way back up to the top.
...
Luckily for Lynn, she survived, bu result of consuming so much lard, she now weights about the same as a baby hippopotamus and is confined to a wheelchair as has contracted type 2 diabetes, meaning that she has to carry her disproportionate weight around for the rest of her days and her sports career is pretty much over. Lynn stared outside her window in sadness while in her wheelchair.
"Well, I guess I deserve this after treating Lincoln like crud."
