A traditional Japanese-style school is the opening setting for this story. It begins with the rays of the bright morning sun highlighting a young man with blonde hair who is sitting under a shady tree on the side of a pitch that has an athletics track.
What is that young man doing? He was watching a girl with dark green hair and a panda who were training sparring using weapons and bare hands.
"Naruto, come here! I'll fight you with Panda at once!" Yelled the glasses girl, delaying her training for a moment.
Naruto, the name of the blonde young man who sat under the tree, smiled faintly at her. "No, Senior. I'm not in the mood to train today" he replied.
"Huh? Alright, I understand. And how many times have I told you, stop calling me Senior. We're both in our second year, you know?" Reply Maki, the name of the glasses girl.
"Yes, that's true. I feel bad and feel old," said Panda while stroking his head.
"You're old indeed, idiot" Maki.
"Salmon" said a young man with platinum blonde hair and short body, and his mouth was closed by the zipper of his high uniform. Toge, the name of the young man.
"No, I will still call you and the others by that title. Because you are the ones who welcomed me and guided me well here" Naruto got up from his seat and walked over to them.
"Ah, Naruto. There's something important for you" a man's voice stopped Naruto from approaching his classmates. The voice came from a black-haired man wearing a suit and glasses.
"What's wrong Mr. Ijichi?" Naruto replied. He was curious about the important call.
"The higher-ups. You are asked to face them immediately," Ijichi replied. Naruto nodded in understanding and turned towards Ijichi.
"Okay, please lead the way. Senior, excuse me" Naruto said goodbye to them.
"Yeah, take care" Maki said.
"Remember, don't be swayed by anything they say" Panda advised.
"Spicy cod roe" said Toge with a thumbs up.
"I understand. Thanks for reminding me" Naruto smiled at them then walked following Ijichi behind.
They walked along the path, dozens of Torii Gates, and climbed hundreds of stairs to arrive at the Jujutsu higher-ups building.
The school occupied by Naruto is Jujutsu High. An academy that is devoted to those who have supernatural powers called Jujutsu.
Jujutsu refers to all the skills and forms of magic that sorcerers and cursed spirits have access to through the manipulation of their own cursed energy. The term "Jujutsu" is an umbrella that includes all the mystical arts related to curses. It is also often used as a prefix for most terms in the jujutsu community (Jujutsu Sorcerer, and Non-sorcerer,)
Someone who is able to use jujutsu in everyday language is referred to as a "Jujutsu Sorcerer", while someone who cannot use jujutsu is called a "Non-Sorcerer".
It's not known how long exactly, but jujutsu has been around for thousands of years, during which a curse still roamed the Earth.
The Heian Era, the era in which the King of the Curses, Ryomen Sukuna was defeated is considered the "Golden Age of Jujutsu". He describes jujutsu sorcerers as having been a problem for cursed spirits in every age. In the ceaseless war between the jujutsu-wielding parties, an organized society of humans with the ability to resist curses has been formed.
In the modern era, the sorcerers families that have existed for centuries now rule the landscape of their communities. The Three Great Sorcerer Clans were descended from the Three Great Vengeful Spirits, all of whom were famous magicians in the Heian Era. They are the Gojo Clan, the Zenin Clan, and the Kamo Clan. The clan of sorcerers has maintained their preeminence thanks to their advanced cursed techniques passed down through their families. Because of that, most of the clans were obsessed with their bloodline and passed down this technique.
Jujutsu sorcerers are currently selected and trained through two jujutsu educational facilities in Tokyo and Kyoto. The two schools are considered pillars of the jujutsu community. As the population in Japan increases, so does the power of the curse. What keeps them under control are the armor and barrier belonging to an ancient sorcerer named Tengen, as well as the crown jewels of the Gojo family: Six Eyes and Limitless.

"So, Mr. Ijichi. Any news about Senior Yuta?" asked Naruto as he and Ijichi walked towards the higher ups place.
"He's still busy with his mission and training in Africa. I also don't know when he'll be back," Ijichi replied.
"Hm, is that so? Then, where is Gojo-sensei? I haven't seen him anywhere since earlier" Naruto asked again.
"He's busy with welcoming two new students for first year" Ijichi replied.
"Two? Finally Megumi has a classmate. Sometimes I feel sorry for him who has to study and train alone with that damn blindfolded, including dealing with all of his shit" Naruto chuckled softly. Soon the two of them arrived at the Jujutsu higher-ups building.
"I can only take you here, Naruto." said Ijichi flatly.
"Yes, Thank you in advance" Naruto bowed respectfully to him, then took a deep breath before entering a dark room that was only lit by candles.
Inside the room there are 5 boxes with partition walls containing the silhouettes of Jujutsu higher-ups, who can be ascertained that all of them are old men.
"Uzumaki Naruto, without further ado. We called you here to give you an important assignment," said the first higher-ups.
"I'm listening" Naruto replied simply, without showing any expression.
"Recently, we accepted two new first year students. But the problem is, one of them has swallowed a cursed object of a special grade. The finger of the King of Curses a.k.a Ryomen Sukuna and also a vessel for him" said the second higher-ups. That made Naruto's eyes widen in surprise suddenly. He thought what kind of human would dare to swallow such a horrible thing? Not only that, he was also thinking about the vessel for the King of Curses, and surely that was a bad thing.
'So, one of the new students is Sukuna's vessel, and he will become Megumi's classmate. Gosh, what did I dream last night?' Naruto thought.
"After a long discussion, we have decided to sentence him to death in the form of execution. But the execution was postponed until he swallowed all of Sukuna's 20 fingers. That will coincide with Sukuna's disappearance from this world," said the third higher-ups.
"I understand. So, what should I do?" asked Naruto. The task assigned to him was not an easy one. He must do it carefully.
"Your task is to look for the remains of Sukuna's fingers scattered in several cities in Japan. As you know, after the failure of the merger between Master Tengen and the Star Plasma Vessel, Amanai Riko due to being killed by Fushiguro Toji 12 years ago, several protectors and barriers protecting Japan from the threat of cursed spirits is starting to weaken. That's causing cursed spirits to start coming out more than before" replied the fourth higher-ups.
"For Tokyo city, Gojo Satoru and his students will be in charge of the search. Meanwhile you will be assigned to search the small towns outside of Tokyo. We have traced and identified about the traces of the cursed energy emitted by that finger. It is located in a town called Kuoh" The Fifth higher-ups was showing a view of a town through a projector that appeared out of nowhere.
"However, you have to be a little careful. Because we also detected a lot of strange activity and energy apart from cursed spirit energy. We didn't investigate further due to limited information. How about that Naruto, can you handle it?" asked the first higher-ups, waiting for Naruto's final decision.
In his mind, this mission is very heavy and quite challenging. It can even be categorized as a special level mission. Apart from that, Naruto also has a wish that the life he lives can change. He wants to live a normal life without any interference from cursed spirits or other supernatural activities, but fate has other plans. He must live his life as a Jujutsu Sorcerer.
"I accept. When will I leave?" Naruto had already made up his mind. He will carry out the task.
"Tonight. If you want, you can bring another sorcerer to accompany you" said the second higher-ups.
"Hmm, I'll consider it first" he replied.
"Okay. That's all we want to tell you. You may go" said the first higher-ups.
"Excuse me" Naruto bowed respectfully at the five of them then said goodbye to leave. He came out of the building with various mixed feelings inside him. He couldn't describe what kind of feeling he was feeling right now. Whether it was joy, enthusiasm, fear, or whatever it was, he didn't know.
Naruto stepped back onto the training ground. But when he got there, Maki, Panda, and Toge were gone.
"Looks like their training is over. Even though I was just in the mood to train" he muttered.
"What are you doing here, Naruto?" Once again, a man voice caught Naruto's attention. The voice that seemed firm and piercing came from a man with dark blonde hair and wearing a cream-colored suit, and a glasses that had no ear supports.
"Ah, Mr. Nanami. I just returned from the higher ups. They gave me a mission" the answer that came out of Naruto's mouth made Nanami raise his eyebrows.
'A mission from the higher ups?' he thought. Increasingly curious, Nanami decided to ask more. "What kind of mission did they give you?"
"Did you already know about one of the new students from Gojo-sensei who ate Sukuna's finger? I was assigned by the higher-ups to look for the remains of those fingers outside of Tokyo" Naruto replied.
"Is that so? I see. Do you know the location yet?
"Yes, they already told me. The location is in a town called Kuoh" Nanami's eyes widened when he heard the name of the town Naruto mentioned. He immediately dragged him away from the training ground
"Eh? why are you dragging me?" Naruto just made a confused face.
"Not here. We'll talk in your room" Nanami dragged him to the men's dormitory and into the room where Naruto lived, not forgetting to lock the door and close the window.
"What's the matter? Why does it have to be in a closed place like this?" Naruto couldn't stop thinking.
"First of all, what do you know about Kuoh?" Asked Nanami in a firm and piercing tone as usual.
"I-I...I really don't know. I just heard about it from the higher ups. They said that the town was suspected of being a cursed spirit gathering place. In addition, they also detected strange activity and energy apart from cursed spirits" Naruto quoted based on what he heard from the higher ups.
"Strange activity and energy apart from cursed spirits, watch this" Nanami reached into his phone and showed a videotape to Naruto.
"What the hell is this?" Naruto was a little surprised to see what was shown in the video recording. Various strange creatures such as monsters that take the form of animals such as wolf, snake, ox, and others. Almost like a cursed spirit.
"That's what I mean. I got this recording from my spies scattered in several places outside Tokyo, including Kuoh. I didn't even tell the higher-ups," replied Nanami. Naruto was silent while listening to Nanami's next words.
"The creatures you saw in the video footage are called Stray Devil. They are devil driven from hell. Of course they are different from cursed spirits, but in form they have similarities" he added.
"So you're saying I'm going to that town to find the Sukuna finger, as well as exorcise the cursed spirit and that creature you call a Stray Devil?"
"Exactly. I don't doubt you as a grade 2 sorcerer. I think you're as great and talented as Fushiguro. But what you're about to face is beyond of the Jujutsu Society. At least bring someone to help you" Nanami suggested.
"The higher ups also told me the same thing. Hmm, fine. I'll bring one person. Do you have any suggestions?" Naruto said.
"What about Ino? He's also a grade 2 srocerer like you. His ability in close combat will be very helpful" he replied.
"Takuma? I wouldn't hesitate if I had to choose him. I have to admit he's quite great in close combat." Even though he had never trained or carried out a mission together, Naruto himself had witnessed and admitted how great the ski masked sorcerer was.
"I'll call and tell him to get ready. When are you leaving?" Nanami asked again.
"Tonight. According to Maps, the distance between Tokyo and Kuoh isn't that far. It's only 30 minutes if you use the bullet train," Naruto replied.
"Okay, I guess that's all I wanted to give you. Good luck and . . ." Nanami paused his words.

From the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, the setting moves to a town not far from the capital of Japan. A town called Kuoh which is likened to a support for Tokyo.
"Is this your first time on a mission outside Tokyo, Naruto?" said a grade 2 sorcerer who will accompany Naruto on this mission. A man with messy brown hair, dressed all in black and wearing a beanie that can function as a mask, Ino Takuma.
"Yeah, it's my first time. How about you, Takuma?" Naruto replied, as they got off the Shinkansen/ bullet train that stopped at the train station.
"Me too. This is quite a challenge for me. A pair of grade 2 sorcerer are assigned to find a special grade cursed object. I have to do my best so I can get a recommendation from Nanami-san to promote to semi grade 1," said Takuma while shouldering his backpack.
"Are you still thinking about grades? I don't think it's too important. As long as you have the ability to fight and exorcise cursed spirits, anything can happen," Naruto replied with a faint smile.
"Yeah, you can say that because you're quite close with grade the 1 sorcerers, say Nanami, Kusakabe, Mei Mei, even with Gojo and Okkotsu who are special grades. Meanwhile, I only rely on recommendations from Nanami, it's quite hard tho" Takuma complain while looking away.
"Aha ha ha ha...To be honest I didn't expect that either, Takuma. At first I was just a new kid who was found and brought in by Senior Yuta into Jujutsu High, but over time I made lots of acquaintances with important people" Naruto chuckled softly in response to Takuma's complaint.
A sorcerer can receive a promotion if they has good achievements and the ability to exorcise cursed spirits, then they must get recommendations from two grade 1 sorcerers. These two things will then be decided by the higher ups.
The level of sorcerer in the Jujutsu society is divided into 6 grades. Starting from the lowest is grade 4, grade 3, grade 2, semi grade 1, grade 1 and the highest is special grade. The same goes for the cursed spirit level.
As soon as they got out of the train, they felt a lot of aura from the cursed spirit spreading everywhere. However, the energy they emit is relatively small and static. Not even to the level of serious threatening.
'You could say they're newborn cursed spirits. Their threat level doesn't even reach grade 4' thought Naruto as he kept looking around.
'What the hell is this? It wasn't thrilling and adrenaline pumping at all' while Takuma felt disappointed.
In their view, it was clear that there were many small cursed spirits perched in several places, such as billboards, trash cans, toilets, and lampposts. They also heard the chatter which was the worries of the cursed spirits.
"I want my waifu to be real!"
"Trucks, buses, or whatever please run over me! I want to reincarnate in Isekai and have a harem!"
That's what they heard from the cursed spirits. And of course only Naruto and Takuma can see it, while the local people can't.
"How sad" Takuma said.
"Yes, I agree. This is one of the reasons why our country is depopulated," said Naruto.
They continued to walk along the streets of Kuoh town at night, not forgetting to the cursed spirits who were not at all threatening and their absurd worries. Their current goal is to find a place to live that has been determined by Nanami.
"Hoi Naruto. Is this really the place?" Takuma was starting to feel bored.
"Nanami said that the place we are going to live in is a two-story flat with 6 doors" Naruto replied while continuing to check his phone.

Moments after that, both Naruto and Takuma felt a greater radiance of cursed energy than they had felt at the previous train station.
"This energy... there's no doubt, cursed spirit" Takuma looked around, looking for where the cursed energy was emitting from.
"I estimate the level of threat reaches grade 3. Wait? What is this? I also detected strange energy apart from cursed energy. Is this what Nanami meant?" Due to having better sensory abilities than Takuma, Naruto could immediately conclude the results of his analysis.
"Instead of us just dying here out of curiosity, we better go to the source directly. Lead the way, Naruto!"
"Follow me, this way!" They rushed to the place where the cursed energy and the strange energy that Naruto was referring to. They ran in and out of alleys until they came to an old, abandoned building.
The two grade 2 sorcerers witnessed with their own eyes how a group of young highschooler faced two big cursed spirits with disorganized body structures.
"Who are they? Are they sorcerers too?" Takuma wondered.
"No, they aren't, Takuma. They don't have curse energy at all, but the strange energy that I felt before came from them" Naruto replied, while watching the group of highschooler seem to have hard time to facing the two cursed spirits.
"Then, what are we going to do? Are we just going to stay here?" Takuma couldn't wait to fight.
"Of course not. We are Jujutsu sorcerers, our job is to exorcise curses. Prepare yourself, Takuma!"
SHIN...
A pair of swords appeared in Naruto's hands.
"Yosh! I've been waiting for this moment!" Takuma pulled on his beanie to change into a ski mask.

Meanwhile, the setting focuses on an abandoned building where a group of highschooler are fighting against two cursed spirits. They were in troublw and frustrated because none of their attacks worked.
"Woooooghhh...!!! Beautiful girls! Beautiful girls! Give them to me!" The cursed spirits expressed their shit.
SYUUTT
"Urgh! It's useless Madam Prez! These creatures can't die! I can't absorb their powers!" The lone male in the group used something in the form of tendrils to bind the body of one of the cursed spirits.
WOOSHH
"Saji! Look out!" One of the glasses girls yelled warning the boy named Saji of the presence of the other cursed spirit that was about to strike the ground with its giant hand.
SLASHH
A split second after Saji turned his head, the cursed spirit suddenly died by being split into two. No fresh blood was splattered as the cursed spirit's body vanished in black smoke.
They all widened their eyes as they watched how that cursed spirit died in just the blink of an eye. Their attention was then drawn to the figure of a young man same age with them with blond hair dressed like a school uniform with a red hoodie and holding a pair of swords.
"Are you guys okay?" Said the blonde young man a.k.a Naruto, the culprit of the death of the cursed spirit.
WOOSHH
"Watch out!" The glasses girl called Madam Prez tries to warn Naruto of another cursed spirit. But Naruto didn't budge from where he stood.
BOOMMM
There's another another surprise where the second cursed spirit suddenly died too after receiving a powerful blow that landed on the head. They squinted at the sight of the culprit of the brutal attack being someone wearing a ski mask.
"That's too much, Takuma" said Naruto, as he kept his swords in nothingness.
"I just don't want to linger. It's already late at night, I want to sleep a.s.a.p" he replied, then looked at the group of highschooler who had fought against the cursed spirits.
"Hey, you guys okay?-"
"Who are you?" Takuma's words were cut off by the glasses girl with the bobbed black-haired. Followed by them being surrounded from all sides.
"Hoi hoi! What the hell is this? We didn't mean anything bad!" Takuma took off his ski mask and revealed his confused face.
"First of all, we apologize about our presence. My name is Naruto, and he is Takuma. We both came from Tokyo looking for something that very important for us" Naruto tried to cool the atmosphere.
"And you think we'll just believe it?" Madam Prez a.k.a Sona Sitri glared at them.
"Whatever, we also don't expect you to believe us" Naruto tried to stay calm.
Meanwhile Sona raised her eyebrows when she got a response from Naruto which she thought was full of meaning. Especially from the expression and the look in the eyes.
'Looks like he's really expert in things like this' thought Sona.
"Fine, but before that I want to ask. Who exactly are you guys? And what are you looking for in Kuoh town?" Sona demands an explanation.
"Should we tell them?" Takuma whispered.
"Just let it be, they've seen us anyway" Naruto replied, then took a breath for a moment to answer Sona's question. "We are Jujutsu sorcerers, a community of sorcerers based in the city of Tokyo. And our goal in coming to this city is..."

From the town of Kuoh, the setting moves to a middle of nowhere in the form of a dark room with lights. Inside the room were two figures of people playing cards.
"Can I ask something?" The figure of the first person to speak. She is a woman with white bobbed hair with red blotches on the back, pink eyes, and wears a white monk's robe.
"What do you want to ask?" The second figure replies, which is a man with long black hair tied in a ponytail with a single bang in front, black eyes, horizontal stitches across his forehead, dressed in a golden kasaya over a black yukata, and earrings.
"Why did you hide Lord Sukuna's fingers in that town?"
The question made the man rise from his seat and walk towards the window. Staring towards the shining moon.

"I did it on purpose. Because that town is the base of 3 supernatural factions that are outside of the Jujutsu society. Well, I plan to pit them against the Jujutsu sorcerers. Who knows if they turn out to be interesting and can join in on the plot I'm making. Maybe this can affect the fate and balance of the world"
