Kate Steward, the top scientific expert of UNIT, is faced with a global threat jeopardizing the safety and peace of humanity. To prevent a potential disaster, she initiates a recruitment process to gather a team from around the world.

Somewhere in deep space on a planet far away in the middle of a city, a blue tank-like robot approached a golden tank-like robot on top of a tower-like throne in the corner of a room with four tank-like silver robot with black domes guarding it. "The time has come, Emperor." "excellent! Is the timelord ready for this mission?" asked the Emperor in a deep booming voice. "Affirmative Emperor, the Moment has awakened on Earth, the humans may wield its power but our ally knows its workings as the humans never will. He is ready to lead our forces, the Daleks will follow his every command. A world his. The universe is yours. And the humans, what can they do but destroy themselves!"

A plane belonging to the presidential class landed on a runway after flying over mountains on Earth. Four individuals emerged from the aircraft.

"So what have we got?" The Doctor asked. "The Moment is active Doctor, we can't stop it from activating," Kate replied. "Osgood 1, what's your estimation?" "Well the Moment was created to wipe out all life on a single planet so it could potentially wipe out every living thing on the planet." "Look Doctor the Moment is a Gallifreyan weapon of mass destruction only you know how it works and if we can't shut it down then billions will die." "Kate as president of Earth it's my responsibility to keep everyone on this planet safe now go and evacuate everyone." "Yes, Mr President," replied Kate. "Inhaler." Kate reminded both Osgoods to take their inhalers.

The Doctor guided Kate and the Osgoods through the underground pathway of the base, with the group following closely behind. "Ah, Romana, how have you been?" asked the doctor. "Oh, you know me just fine," replied Romana. "Excellent, so tell me what we know about the current status of the moment?" asked the doctor. "Well as of now the moment hasn't unleashed its destructive energy but is rather building up energy, but from what I know it seems to be holding itself back," Romana replied. "Ah yes, I should've probably mentioned that the moment has a consciousness of its own so it can think independently and project a holographic form from the past or the future." "The Doctor's right. I do indeed have a consciousness of my own and right now I am building up temporal energy." as the moment confirmed. "So how have you been, you bad wolf?" asked the Doctor. "Please we all know that I am a very destructive Gallifreyan weapon of mass destruction, Doctor." the Moment replied. "So the question is how are you storing up temporal energy?" asked Kate. "I can open windows to one's past and future, however, the amount of temporal energy I'm storing up is massive and honestly there is a destination for the temporal energy." "And that is?" the doctor questioned. "Skaro." replied the moment. The doctor began to fill with dread. "How long have we got?" asked the doctor. "45 minutes at most doctor," answered Romana. The doctor turned over to Kate. "Where's Agent Smith?" asked the doctor. "Mickey Smith? Just right over there." Kate replied. "Thanks, Kate." The doctor walks to Mickey. "Hey, Mick, Mickey." "Hey boss, long time no see." "How's Rose?" questioned the doctor. "Oh Rose she's fine you know here and there." "Yeah I figured she would be like that." then suddenly the moment unleashed a temporal window and out of the portal came a TARDIS.

As a TARDIS exited the time window the door opened and revealed the former prime minister of Great Britain the Master.

"So we meet again… doctor." "impossible but it can't be you?" "Were killed by your hands doctor and as for your punishment here's what I'm going to do." The master uses his sonic laser screwdriver to take control of UNIT's armed forces, Romana, the two Osgoods, Kate and Mickey. "No, what have you done, I demand that you bring them back!" "oh please you command nothing doctor now I am in charge kill him." but as the master ordered his slaves to kill the doctor, the doctor's TARDIS materialise around him and dematerialised to take the doctor away to safety. "Hmph what a coward you always are, doctor never mind that you lot grab all the equipment, anything and everything essential I'm taking the moment." the master takes the moment into his TARDIS and dematerialises.

Near Powell's estate as Rose walks through the streets of England she receives a phone call from the doctor. "Doctor is that you?" asked Rose. "Hello Rose, it is me, the doctor and I'm afraid we have a problem." "And that is?" asked Rose. "It's the master and he has Romana, Kate, the Osgoods, UNIT, and even Mickey under his control and we're going to need help." "I'm on my way." "no need I've already homed on your phone signals." The TARDIS materialised and as Rose entered she was shocked at how the interior was so intricate and beautiful. "Oh my god, you redecorated." "Indeed I have Rose Tyler welcome back to the TARDIS." Rose laughed with glee followed by the Doctor who flipped the flight lever switch and dematerialises the TARDIS.

In the 51st century, Jack Harkness was looking at his vortex manipulator when he detected Artron energy. "No way you have got to be kidding me." the TARDIS materialises in front of him. "Doctor?" asked Jack. "Captain." "Hi, Jack." "Rose, come here you beauty." Jack and Rose run over to each other and proceed to hug. "Oh, I missed you." "yeah well, I could say the same to you." Both Jack and Rose share a laugh. "Right then off we go." "Where doctor?" asked Rose. "Let's go and pick up Sarah Jane." Rose and Jack smiled.

At 13 Bannerman Road, Mr Smith detected Artron energy signatures crossed referenced with the TARDIS. "Mr Smith, is something alright?" questioned Sarah Jane. "TARDIS heading for grid reference 1108569-8543691, vector alpha, grid cross reference 88561523." "oh doctor okay Luke, I'm going to find the doctor I need you to stay here call me if anything happens." "I will protect the boy Sarah Jane." "I love you, remember that." Sarah ran out of the house and got inside her car and drove to where the TARDIS landed.

"So what do we do assuming we know that Sarah Jane got the message, and we also need to stop the master from unleashing the moment's destructive power on earth and wiping out all life?" asked Rose. "Well here's the thing: the master doesn't know that the moment can only be activated without my voice print, assuming he doesn't know that." replied the doctor. Then suddenly the TARDIS cloister bell sounds. "Doctor what's happening?!" asked Rose. "I don't know but whatever's happening can't be good." The TARDIS is suddenly extracted from the time vortex, whilst Sarah Jane halts the car when she sees a UNIT soldier. "all transport is forbidden!" the UNIT soldier demanded. "I surrender, I'm sorry!" as Sarah Jane begged for her life to be spared. "Daleks do not accept apologies you will be exterminated, EXTERMINATE, EXTERMINATE, EXTERMINATE, EXTERMINATE, EXTERMINATE!"

As the TARDIS is extracted from the time vortex it appears inside the sewers underneath the empire state building.

The Doctor, Rose and Jack exit the TARDIS as the time vessel dematerialised. "Is it me or did the TARDIS just leave us here?" asked Rose. "I don't think the TARDIS hasn't gone very far." the Doctor replied. "What do you mean doctor?" asked Jack. "What I mean is that the TARDIS has materialised somewhere else and if I'm right according to the Sonic the TARDIS is just a few floors above." "WHAT!" This shocked both Rose and Jack.

"EXTERMINATE, EXTERMINATE, EXTERMINATE!" As the UNIT soldier was about to pull the trigger a Dalek appeared behind him and shot him dead. "EXTERMINATE!" "ARGH!" The UNIT soldier died in agony. "Halt human stay where you are do not move!" the Dalek demanded. Sarah Jane put her hands above her head. "Scanning identity confirmed you are Sarah Jane Smith. You are a known associate of the doctor, you will take me to him." the Dalek demanded. "Even if I did, I wouldn't tell you." Sarah Jane replied. "Increased fear levels detected." as the Dalek scanned her. "My designation is rusty." as the Dalek revealed its name "Daleks don't have names." "The doctor gave me a name, thus I exterminated all Daleks." "Oh you're killing your kind, you must be glad," replied Sarah Jane. "The doctor taught me to hate the Daleks. His hatred for my species is good, thus he is a good Dalek." "The doctor is not a Dalek," replied Sarah Jane. "The Doctor IS a good Dalek, that is why all Dalek life must be exterminated." Rusty talked back to Sarah Jane. "just why are you here?" asked Sarah Jane. "I received a distress signal from the TARDIS, its last known location is Manhattan, New York City, the location specified under the sewers of the Empire State Building." "Then please take me there. I beg of you." Sarah Jane cried in front of the Dalek. "Only if you agree that the doctor is a good Dalek." "I agree that the doctor is a good Dalek." replied Sarah Jane. "excellent! Initiating emergency spatial shift." The Dalek teleports both itself and Sarah Jane to the sewers underneath the empire state building.

"So why are we here? Why did the TARDIS drop us off here?" asked Rose. "Before the TARDIS left I was able to pick up Artron energy from the empire state building and it can mean only one thing: the master." "Report!" the master demanded the mind-controlled Kate Steward. "Everything is ready, according to both of the Osgoods' calculations merging both your TARDIS and the doctor's TARDIS will be strong enough to keep the time window open to allow the fleet to pass through," Kate reported. "Excellent, everything is going well according to plan, Romana. How long have we got until the gamma strike?" asked the master. "40 Rels," Romana replied. "Excellent not long now get the moment into position immediately!" the master commanded. "WE OBEY!"

As the doctor, Jack and Rose transverse in the sewers they see shadows coming towards them which are revealed to be Sarah Jane and Rusty. "Doctor!" "Sarah Jane oh how much I missed you." Both came running to hug each other and both Jack and Rose shared the hug with them. "So rusty you're going to give me everything I want!" the doctor demanded. "The timelord known as the master has merged both his TARDIS and your TARDIS and has connected them to the moment to open a time window allowing the Dalek war fleet to pass through and invade this planet." "Blimey this is going to be worse than I thought." So what do we do?" asked Rose. "ah I'm glad you asked Rose, Rusty how long have got left before the time window opens?" the doctor asked. "Less than 20 rels," Rusty replied.

"Right then all of you upstairs now we're going to Dalek control." the others nodded in agreement.

"Ah, soon my plan will succeed." "Think again." what?" The master looked confused. "Hello, you missed me." "Doctor, I thought I got rid of you?" The master looks on as he thought the doctor could never find him up to Dalek's control. "Yeah well, it's going to take a lot more than that to stop me." "You fool doctor, it's already too late, we only have five seconds left, 4, 3, 2, 1." The room suddenly went dark but then flashed up brightly as the moment opened up a time portal into outer space and out of it came a Dalek ship but this was no ordinary Dalek saucer this was the exterminator the flagship of the Dalek inquisitor general Dalek x. "No, it can't be that's the exterminator." "correct doctor." three daleks teleported behind the doctor's friends with the centre dalek being a high-ranking dalek as identified with the casing being black but with the solar panels and the globes being bronze in contrast to his elite with the entire casing just mainly bronze but the dome black. Dalek X turns to the elite guard Dalek on his right. "Report!" Dalek X commanded. "The fleet remains in Skaro's orbit." the elite guard reported. "Understood." Dalek X turns to the elite guard on his left. "Inform all Dalek units aboard the flagship to commence the attack." Dalek X demanded. "I obey." the elite guard Dalek replied. "I am not having this Dalek x." "You have no choice doctor both you and your human friends have failed, now watch as your precious earth falls to the might of the Daleks." "Not if I have anything to say about it." The doctor uses his sonic screwdriver to cause pain to the master's hand causing the timelord to drop the laser screwdriver and free UNIT, Mickey and Romana from his control. "NO" "Everybody RUN!" Everybody ran inside the lift. "EXTERMINATE!" Dalek X and his elite guards try to shoot the doctor and his friends but fail as the lift descends. "The doctor has escaped." one of the elite guards reports "You fools your aim is terrible! Now the doctor is going to ruin our plan because of your stupidity!" the master shouts at the Daleks until one of the elite guards talks back to the master. "You will show respect to the Dalek inquisitor general." "The doctor's escape does not matter." "What? The doctor is going to ruin everything if you don't do something." "It is of no consequence, your purpose must be fulfilled, you must kill the doctor." "I obey, for now," the master replied.

The doctor and his friends run through the sewers and head up a ladder that leads them to the surface and is shocked to find the destruction the Daleks wrought upon New York City. "Okay, now this is extremely bad." "I'm getting reports that every city in America is suffering from heavy Dalek fire." "Doctor, what do we do?" Rose asked. "I don't know too many variables are going on inside my head. My brain is trying to think harder outside the box." the doctor replied. "This must be the biggest Dalek attack ever yet." "you're right Romana, tell me Kate does UNIT have anything effective against Daleks?" the doctor asked. "I think so," Kate replied. "Then let's go."

"Report!" Dalek X demanded. "The doctor and the humans have not been found; they must be hiding in an area which cannot be detected by tracking scanners." one of the elite guards reported. "ALERT multiple Dalek units are being decimated by heavy fire!" "Establish visual contact lower communications barriers." "I obey." shortly a visual link was opened and in seconds turned into nothing but static. "See I told you the doctor would be up to something and now he is destroying your forces." "Casualty report!" Dalek X demanded. "Over 50% of our attack squadron have been destroyed." one of the elite guards reported. "Summon the fleet." "WE OBEY."

The doctor and his friends felt a rumbling sound, an earthquake of sorts but it was the time portal expanding and out of it came the Dalek war fleet. "No, no, no, no this can't be happening." "Doctor, what's happening?" Rose asked. "Dalek X has just summoned the Dalek war fleet and with millions of Daleks at his disposal he'll be able to conquer the planet." "What do we do?" Sarah Jane asked. The others looked at the doctor as he put a worried expression on his face. "I'm sorry there's no we, only me." This shocked the group. "Doctor, please don't." Rose cried in the doctor's arms. "I'm sorry Rose, I'm so sorry." "Don't worry Rose he'll be back he always comes back" Mickey reassured Rose, and the doctor runs off.

"Dalek Squadron 35 reports that the humans have been exterminated, Dalek Squadron 79 has reported that all current African population have been exterminated. One of the elite guards reports this to Dalek X. "Excellent, the Daleks will be victorious, no power in this universe can stop the Daleks, now we are the masters of earth." the three Daleks chant. "Daleks are the masters of the earth, Daleks are the masters of earth." "I highly doubt that, inquisitor general." "alert alert it is the doctor." "Halt, do not exterminate the doctor." "I obey." "So what's it going to be Dalek x surrender or destruction because if I activate the moment all life on this will die." "Then prove yourself doctor, what are you, coward or killer." The doctor grabs his Sonic and points it out to the moment he tries to activate it but holds himself back and puts the Sonic away finally he admits. "Coward, any day." "both you and the humans will be exterminated because of your weakness." "Maybe it's time." "Doctor, you don't have to do this alone. I am here for you wherever you are. I am still your friend." "thank you now let's do this." Both the master and the doctor grab out their respective screwdrivers and activate the moment. "EXTERMINATE!" However, before the three Daleks could kill both time lords they were wiped out of existence and the same applied to the Dalek fleet millions of Daleks were destroyed by the moment's destructive power and as the energy wave reached the humans they weren't wiped out as the doctor and the master set the settings to dalek DNA wiping out the Dalek war fleet and closing the time window to Skaro cutting off the Dalek empire's direct route to earth thus ending the Dalek invasion of earth.

As the humans ran inside Dalek control within the Empire State Building they found the time lords beginning their regeneration process as the doctor remains a man but younger and the master regenerated into a female incarnation now called Missy short for mistress. "Rose?" The doctor asked. "Doctor, do you remember me?" Asked Rose. "Hello, Rose Tyler." The doctor and Rose shared a hug and extended it to Sarah Jane, Jack, Romana, Mickey, the two Osgoods and Kate. "Doctor, do you have to be so loving towards the humans? Missy asked. "They are my friends and I will never kill them just like how you do for fun." "So what do we do with her now?" Kate asked, "I'll take her and the moment back with me to Gallifrey where both will be under the heaviest guard." The doctor replied. "Oh lovely," Missy said. "Don't patronise me." The doctor said. "Will he be back?" Rose asked. "Don't worry Rose he'll be back," Kate replied. "Now let's go I've arranged transport to take us back to London."

Meanwhile, on Skaro, the Dalek time strategist informed the Dalek emperor, the black Dalek supreme, and the red Dalek commander.

"Strategist report!" The emperor said in his dark booming voice. "The invasion of the earth has failed." "How?" Asked the black Dalek. "Both the doctor and the master used their sonic devices to overload the moment destroying millions of Daleks and resulting in the regeneration of both time lords." The Dalek time strategist replied. "Not possible the probability of success was high what was the miscalculation?" The red Dalek commander asked. "The master had turned on us at the ending climax of our plan with the betrayal of the master she is now an enemy of the Daleks alongside the doctor." The Dalek time strategist replied. "Nonetheless the master, the doctor and his companions will be exterminated as all enemies of the Daleks but once we have the seven key elements to enact the final end of all life in the universe, Daleks are supreme, all hail the Daleks." The Dalek time strategist repeated the emperor's words. "Daleks are supreme, all hail the Daleks." the emperor repeated again. "Daleks are supreme, all hail the Daleks." Soon the other Daleks chanted the emperor's words repeatedly. "Daleks are supreme, all hail the Daleks, Daleks are supreme, all hail the Daleks, Daleks are supreme, all hail the Daleks."
