Gremory Manor Dining Room Next Morning-
Rias: Vali-Kun where did that two tailed black cat come from and why has it been latched onto you and Koneko since we woke up?
Vali: Um~ I adopted it?
Grayfia: Sweetheart has anyone ever told you how bad of a liar you are?
Vali: *slumps shoulders* Well there was something I wanted to talk to you all about, just let me finish talking before getting mad at me
Everyone stopped eating and looked at him curiously
Sirzechs: As long as you aren't doing something as stupid as joining the Khaos Brigade then no one will get mad
Vali: Uh~ *looks away nervous*
Grayfia: YOU JOINED THE KHAOS BRIGADE!?! *she shrieks*
Vali: I-I only did it to fight strong opponents! I left as soon as I found Nee-san and Nee-chan!

Grayfia: *eyebrow twitching pulling his ear* If it weren't for the fact that we all know how obsessed you are with fighting then I doubt anyone would've believed you. Why would you do something so stupid!? You could've risked our lives by associating with us!
She unknowingly struck a cord in him and shattered his heart since after losing his birth mother, he craved all his life for his mother's love again which he got back from his new mother. With the guilt building up from hiding his former affiliation with the terrorist group, he expected to be thrown out if he told his new family, thinking he just lost the mother he so badly yearned for especially since Grayfia has an uncanny resemblance to Lisa also since Grayfia speaks and treats him just how Lisa did. Family has always been a soft and vulnerable spot for poor Vali after going through what he did as a child. He currently was feeling a similar loss thinking he's about to get thrown out while he could only helplessly watch Grayfia escape his grasp just like when his mother died after growing incredibly attached to Grayfia.
Vali: *breaks down holding it in and gets up* I-I-I'm s-sorry Kaa-M-Mi-Miss Grayfia... I-I'll p-pack m-my things... T-Thank you, for giving me a *chokes a sob* f-f-f-family again... *tears start slipping* even for only a little bit... *turns his head hiding the tears threatening to come out*
Grayfia: NO! I DIDN'T MEAN THAT I'M ABANDONING YOU! *she grabs him* We've all made mistakes my sweet Vali, it's ok no ones mad at you I promise. Y-You're one of my precious babies and my little warrior you can't leave me, my heart won't be able to take it anymore... it will freeze again PLEASE I LOVE YOU TOO MUCH!!! *latched onto him for dear life crying and frightened that she was about to lose another son again*
Grayfia saw and felt the pain in his eyes and she understood it perfectly after what she too went through, so she panicked. She knew that exact feeling of your heart aching then shattering all too well and she couldn't bare seeing one of her babies thinking she didn't want him. It was absurd to think her, his own mother wouldn't want her precious beloved son anymore and it broke her. He may not have been her biological son but she didn't care, he was now her baby ever since they found Yone and nothing will ever change that. She couldn't help but grab him into the strongest yet most comforting, loving, yet desperate hug she could muster doing and saying all she can as to not let him go.
Vali: *hugs her back falling to his knees and breaking down* I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry... please don't leave me Kaa-chan I-I can't helplessly lose another one please *also hugging her crying into her chest begging her not to leave him too*
Everyone couldn't help but tear up as well seeing how broken Vali was under his battle thirsting persona. Seeing the two made everyone realize how broken poor Mother and Son were after all the loss they've each suffered and how much they needed each other as well as their family.
Grayfia: Shhhh, I'll always be here baby, mommy's here and she's not going anywhere I can't lose another one of my babies either. Know that I'll always and forever love you my little warrior even if the whole world is against you, mommy will be right there with you. *comforting him and kisses his forehead*
Valerica: *joins hug with Yone and Sirzechs* We will always be with you my baby brother, you don't have to worry about anything. No more of this detached charade of yours please, I can't bare seeing you acting like you're ok when you're not. You need to mourn Vali, me and Darling bottled up our sadness for Kaa-San and it didn't end well until we let it out. We'll ALWAYS be here never forget that. *teary and also kisses his forehead*
They all showed Vali all the love and support they could to help soothe his years of pain and guilt to help him finally mourn his birth mothers death and gave him all the reassurance they could that everyone loved him and didn't want him to leave. Although it was mainly Grayfia since they grew extremely close with their unique relationship since Vali has always been a mothers boy.
30 Minutes later Living Room-
Grayfia: So what did you want to talk about baby and how is it related to that cat sitting in Konekos lap? *she asked still holding Vali not wanting to let him go at all*
Vali: Well when I was in the Khaos Brigade, the main reason I joined was because I heard Rizevim was in it and was manipulating Ophis so I wanted to get some intel on his schemes. While I was in there I made a team of people also with past problems and I wanted to ask if it were fine to add them to my peerage given the fact that some have a track record. Especially her in particular, but I swear their good people and are either innocent or had good reason. *pointing at the black cat in Konekos lap while he leaned against his mother with her holding him and his fiancé's also comforting him by stroking his hair*
Sirzechs: Her? What do you mean by the cat being a potential peerage member son?
Vali: I have a journal containing all evidence for her innocence as well as her former master was part of the group that imprisoned me, Kaa-san, Nee-san, and Nee-chan.
Yone: What do you mean Vali? *playing dumb*
Vali: The masters name was Nathaniel Naberius Nee-san and he is the deceased Master of Shirone *she looks surprised* and the cat Kuroka
Everyone was shocked that the cat turned out to be the SS class stray but didn't do anything since they found out her master was part of their children/grandchildrens kidnapping. Kuroka jumps out of Konekos lap and goes into her natural Nekoshou form
Kuroka: Hello everyone nya!

Sirzechs: That's horrible! How could he abuse the evil pieces to do such things?! Since both my Sons vouch for you I hereby exonerate you from your status as a stray but I'll need the book as proof to show the other Satans and the damn council.

Sirzechs: It honestly surprised me how quickly he assumed we'd throw him out and it hurt seeing him finally show the side he's been hiding so adamantly. But I am curious as to who the people on his team are if one of them is an SS class stray.
Rias: It broke my heart seeing him like that, I had no idea his past was still haunting him and that it caused him to think he'd lose us as well, at least he fixed the mistake immediately. No one here would leave him after all we've been through and done together.
Just then Kuroka walked back in with Koneko both having a contempt smile on their faces after seemingly making up with each other
Venelana: Kuroka may I ask who the people on Valis team are we're all getting rather curious?
Kuroka: Well the team is small but it has Vali, myself, Arthur and Le Fay Pendragon two descendants of first Arthur and Morgan Le Fay and finally that stupid monkey Bikou who is Sun Wukongs descendant nya!
Sirzechs: *Jaw dropped* So his team is made up of run aways?
Kuroka: Yup!
Yone: Haha to think Vali would gather a group of people who were also on their own just like him at the time, it sounds just like him.
Valerica: Yeah, it probably helped him since he too was alone at the time so he found comfort in being around people with a similar situation.
Yone: Could you invite your teammates? We'd love to meet the people who are going to join his peerage.
Kuroka: Of course nya, I'll warn you though they're all quite... interesting
Kuroka sent the coordinates to team Vali and an hour later they were all now in the living room chatting with his family. Vali suddenly started waking up sitting up from his mothers lap and boy was he in for a surprise.

Arthur: Bikous antics aside, it has been over a month since we've last seen you and to see you after so long in high spirits is indeed pleasing.
Yone: You got some nice friends Vali, they're all quite how do I put this? Ah unique!

Everyone suddenly felt a foreboding sense of dread coming from the shadowed Valerica.

Yone: That's a good idea, from the atmosphere each one of you are giving off I can only assume what each of you specialize in
Arthur: You are correct in your assumption Lord Yone I'm a swordsman, Kuroka and my sister excel in magic and Senjutsu, and Bikou is an all-rounder but is better off being a rook for his strength being his greatest attribute.

Vali: Thanks, I believe the entrance is by an isolated shrine after going through the bamboo trail

They made their way down the trail and got to the shrine. While they were trying to figure out where exactly the entrance is, suddenly they sensed the presences of youkai surrounding them
Valerica: Ah perfect timing, excuse me could you lead us to the entrance for the youkai kingdo-
Kunou: They must've been the ones that took Kaa-chan! Attack!!!
All of a sudden several dozen masked youkai charged towards the four. Yone suddenly flared his aura donning his Balance Breaker making everyone figuratively freeze and firmly said
Yone: ENOUGH! We didn't take anyone's mother we're just here to visit. We didn't know how to get to the Youkai Kingdom. *shows passes*
Kunou: *trembling* Red Dragon Emperor?! I apologize I didn't know. *scared*
Yone: *saw her scared and sighed dropping his armor* It's alright misunderstandings happen, could you lead us to one of the golden shrines my little brother would very much like to see one.

As they were walking there with Kunou guiding them and the guards were shadowing them from a distance. While they were walking Millicas kept talking to Kunou and both couldn't help but steal glances at each other with Valerica noticing but before she could tease them Yone spoke up.
Yone: So what happened with your mother Kunou?
Kunou: *turns downtrodden* Kaa-chan who is known as Yasaka the leader of the Youkai, went missing after going to a meeting.
Vali: So that's why you assumed we did something wrong?
Kunou: *feels bad* I-I'm sorry I just jumped to conclusions because I've been panicking since she disappeared...
Yone: *pats her head* It's ok Kunou we understand
Millicas: Yone-nee can we help her?
Yone: *surprised* We promised Kaa-chan to keep you safe and not to let you out of our sight, I don't know if that's a good idea.

Before Yone could speak Valerica cut in
Valerica: Sure Milli-tan but you and your crush have to promise us to do as we say. *he and Kunou turned red but nodded*

As they were crossing the bridge with the shrine coming into view suddenly a purple mist appeared
Ddraig: Speak of the Devil, it seems like the kidnappers came to us. We were transported into a separate dimension due to Dimension Lost be on guard.
Yone: Get behind me! *Gets infront of Millicas and Kunou*

Valerica took of charging at Siegfried and Jeanne, Vali charged at Hercules and Connla and Yone cast a barrier around the kids and walked towards Cao Cao

The two dashed towards each other and began exchanging blows with Cao Cao having the upper hand.

Cao Cao fired a holy beam at Yones barrier that was more than strong enough to shatter it and injure the kids. Yone Boosted his speed and intercepted it taking the full brunt breaking his armor.

While Yone did this Valerica was seemly in a standstill against her opponents while Vali defeated Connla but was going blow for blow with Heracles in his normal Balance Breaker.
Cao Cao: *choking* f-fall back everyone! H-Hey why aren't you letting me go?!
Yone: Return Kunous mother NOW!
Cao Cao: Georg take her out of your other dimension and bring her!
Georg teleported her to their current dimension and removed the spell that kept her in a trance and distanced himself from her while Valerica went and grabbed her and headed inside the barrier with Millicas and Kunou with Vali following
Yone: Listen and listen well Indras lackey, if I ever see your stupid face again I won't hesitate to wipe you, your group and Indras faces off this earth! Tell whoever you want, even Shiva or the whole Hindu pantheon for all I care anyone who dares show their face to me intending to hurt my family will suffer a fate worse then death! *throws Cao Cao towards his group* Now get out of my sight brat!
Cao Cao: I'll be back! Damn you Red Dragon Emperor!
Yone: I'll snap that precious spear of yours if I see you again and make you wish you were dead!
The purple mist disappeared and they were gone, Kunou jumped into her mothers arms crying feeling relieved that she's back

Yasaka: There there my little fox I'm safe I won't be going anywhere. Thank you all for saving me and protecting my daughter may I have your names?
Valerica: I'm Valerica Lucifer, this is my husband Yone Gremory my brothers Vali Lucifer and Millicas Gremory.
