(Magolor's POV)

It's been a while, hasn't it? I honestly never believed that the world would still want me here. I mean, the people of Popstar don't.

Now, don't get me wrong, it's not like Kirby doesn't trust me, but then again, that isn't saying too much. I'm glad Kirby was willing to give me a second chance, and I am forever grateful for that… but everyone else hasn't trusted me.

I mean, it's not like I betrayed them, stole an ancient and powerful artefact, and tried to use it to take over the universe. Oh wait, that's exactly what happened.

Everyone is either sceptical of me, or even abusive. Even when I started a peaceful business selling Gem Apples, it was shut down by Dedede in a short amount of time. I tried my best to prove I changed, but never succeeded. My attempts ended in either failure, or destruction.

I was about to give up. No one other than Kirby can ever forgive me. I was actually planning on leaving Planet Popstar, finding a place where I can truly make a fresh start.

Then, a portal opened. And out emerged the Lor Starcutter.

I ran towards it, as it came crashing down (definitely not reminding of how I met Kirby), and saw it, broken and busted beyond repair.

I went inside to see no one. It was dark, and dank, with the monitor completely black. I checked around. None of the rooms opened, the control panel wouldn't respond, there wasn't anything to be seen.

But there was something to feel.

A piece of paper was on the control panel. It was a note. It was in Halcandran. I have gotten rusty after staying in dreamland, but I did get what it meant.

"Beware of Null."

(Taranza's POV)

For months, I've searched for a purpose. She gave me that. She gave me a purpose. She helped me when I was bullied, made fun of, or even just lonely, she was there. Childhood friends. Sure, she had a lot of responsibilities, but to make up for that, I helped, by joining as her loyal advisor.

It seemed fair. She leads me the right way, while I advise her in the right way.

Then, it all changed.

When I gave her that mirror. Why did I? When I got her that mirror, I should've suspected something was up. Her enslaving our people, her look getting more and more beautif… I mean hideous, as she looked into that mirror. And when she blasted me, I realised she's changed.

I helped Kirby and Dedede defeat her.

But after that, I didn't know where to go.

I mean, I guess I can help those in trouble with Kirby and Dedede, which is why I went to stop Void and Hyness, but I still felt a need for direction. Ever since that day, I gained the ability to use her power, but I don't even want to, cause it reminds me of her.

I searched high and low, looking for a new purpose. Exploring our world… for a new queen.

(Susie's POV)

"Hmm, mm, m,m, m, mmm, mmm, mmmmm," I sang to myself.

Singing the Haltmann Works theme just allows me to simmer down after some stress. Or just something is on my mind. Or just for fun.

But today, it was the second.

My full name is Susanna Paytra Haltman. Years ago, I was caught in an accident regarding a NOVA called Star Dream. I was teleported to the other side of the universe. The world was unrecognisable, with cities barren, overgrown with plants. Entire cities abandoned. I barely was able to survive.

I was able to return, steal some tech from them, and return, but when I returned, my father was gone. Just a soulless husk of the great man he used to be. He didn't even recognise me, thinking I was some intern working to get a position of power.

Star Dream took control. But I was able to avoid it. I was gonna sell it after I took control, and maybe, I can return my father back to normal.

But it went horribly wrong.

My father… is gone, and Star Dream almost destroyed the universe.

Now, I have a mission. To rebuild his empire, his company, his legacy, and make sure that no threats lead to anymore suffering.

Author's Note: So, quick update, I'm going camping, and wether or not I'm bringing my laptop is debatable. Even then, I'm likely going to just spend most of it outside anyways. So uh, hope you enjoy.
