I do not own Tom Holland Spider-Man Movies or anything related to Marvel's Cinematic Universe whatsoever. Other than that, enjoy.

Sometime after Matt Murdock cleared Peter Parker, known as Spider-Man now throughout the whole world thanks to Quentin Beck, known as the hero to all as Mysterio, of all the legal charges that would put everything against Peter, an employee called the framed murderer himself that the current CEO of Stark Industries, Virginia "Pepper" Stark, wishes to see Peter and that she was, quote: "NOT. VERY. HAPPY!"

Peter Parker, after arriving at the front door of Stark Industries' CEO's Office with Happy Hogan standing next to him, nervously knocked on the door and waited for an answer before Pepper inside her office said, "Come in…"

Upon hearing that, Peter quickly lets himself in with Happy following him before standing right before the CEO sitting at her desk, Pepper, who had a very displeased look on her face.

"Uh…Mrs. Stark." Peter nervously greeted.

"Sit down, Peter." said Pepper, and Peter quickly did so before she then said, "Peter Parker, do you wanna know WHY I called you here?"

"Uh…you're not happy?" Peter said with a nervous smile.

"Exactly!" Said Pepper, "And do you wanna know WHY I'm not happy?!"

"Uh…b-because I screwed up?" Peter guessed.

"Exactly!" said Pepper, "Because, previously on "Spider-Man Screwed Everything Up", you were told how powerful and dangerous the drones controlled by the glasses with an A.I. named E.D.I.T.H. are, and you needed to keep it in your capable hands, instead you did something stupid and gave it away to the wrong hands you had no idea how dangerous that individual is!"

"Uh…t-to be fair-"

"You were on a school trip, yes, I know!" said Pepper, almost yelling, "Happy told me after you came back from your trip and before Quentin Beck, or should I say, Mysterio, revealed to everyone that you're Spider-Man, which might I add is no excuse for the mess up that you made!" She then scoffed and said, "Oh, speaking of Beck, the United States Department of Damage Control and Federal Agents broke into Stark Industries after finding out that the drones were made by my company and began searching for evidence going against you and interrogated my employees for truths behind the attack on Europe that YOU caused, and when they came to me, they interrogated ME in front of MY daughter Morgan, who was scared and frightened to death by them! And you know what I told them?! The truth! The truth about Quentin Beck, who used to work for Tony and, by extension, Stark Industries who was fired by Tony for being enraged that his life's work of illusions was named B.A.R.F. and that all he wanted was to put down all of Tony's work to shame and people like you to misery, and I even had F.R.I.D.A.Y. try to open up the old data and files of Beck's employment to Stark Industries-"

"O-Oh, that's great!" said Peter, "Then-"

"-But instead, I found out that the data and files of Quentin Beck were somehow gone and nowhere to be found in the files and databanks!"

"O-Oh." said Peter.

"Yeah." said Pepper, "Yeah, apparently, Quentin Beck must've used E.D.I.T.H. to erase out EVERY data and file about himself, including his files about his former employment to Stark Industries, to make everyone in public believe that he actually IS a man from another universe, and to gain people's trust and have them believing EVERYTHING that he says it's true! Now, I wonder whose fault is that?" She then chuckled before she said with a glare, "Oh, that's right! YOU! Because you did something stupid and blindly trusted Beck before giving away the ONE thing Tony left for you to be in your RIGHT hand! And look where it's gotten us and where it's gotten you!"

Peter was silent for a moment to listen to Pepper's rant before he sighed and asked, "Is…Is everyone at least okay at Stark Industries?"

"Yes, everyone is FINE, no THANKS to you!" said Pepper sternly.

"…What?!" said Peter as he got up from his seat, "No thanks to me?! Beck was gonna use the drone to kill everyone in Europe, and I stopped him! I-I told the Feds that I was protecting people and telling them that Mysterio was the culprit and I was innocent, but they didn't listen to me nor believed me! Hell, nobody in the public believes me, and they see me as exactly what Mysterio told everyone: a criminal, a murderer! And what, now you don't believe me, either?!" Peter scoffed and said, "You know, if you OR the Avengers really cared about me so much, or if you actually believed me in what I said, you'd actually be there and stand up for me instead of doing whatever it is you're doing, Pepper!"

Furiously, Pepper got up and slammed her hands on her desk hard with a furious look on her face, which suddenly scared Peter as he flinched and backed away as if he was facing his angry boss before Pepper slowly approached Peter with a furious look as she said to him, "I did care for you, Peter. In fact, I DID listen to you, Peter, and I BELIEVED in your innocence! Who did you THINK called a lawyer for you when you couldn't even afford one, huh?! You know, aside from Happy, I was the ONLY one who ACTUALLY believed in you and who ACTUALLY defended you in front of the Federal Agents, while everyone else in Stark Industries did not and said that I was CRAZY to GIVE away the glasses that can control DEADLY drones to a FOURTEEN-year-old kid-!"

"I-I am actually 17, now, but-"

"No, NO!" Pepper yelled, "THIS IS WHERE YOU ZIP IT! ALRIGHT?! I'M AN ADULT AND THE CEO HERE! I'M TALKING!"

Once Peter was silent out of fear, Pepper continued, "Now, you are LUCKY that E.D.I.T.H. had backup data for your ownership so that you could control the drones again, but if you didn't?! What if the drones couldn't obey your commands anymore, and what if more than half of Europe went into flames and more innocent people died there, huh?! What if the damage became much WORSE than what the news claimed?!"

Seeing Peter's guilty expression, Pepper continued, "Exactly! Different story, right?! Because THAT, Peter, that is on YOU! And if it's on you because YOU controlled the drones?! Well, then I feel like that's on Stark Industries, and by extension, ME! And now, because of you, Stark Industries is being investigated on because of your involvement with the drones!"

"I…" said Peter guiltily, "M-Mrs. Stark, I-I'm sorry, I…I just…I-I didn't mean for all of this to happen, I-"

"Then explain to me why you gave the glasses away!" said Pepper.

Shocked by what she said, all Peter could say was, "…What?"

"Why'd you give it away?!" Pepper asked furiously, "Huh?! Tell me why! Or what?! Was bearing the responsibility of holding onto Tony's legacy too much for you to handle even in your day-to-day life?! Or did you not THINK about the consequences that YOU would leave behind once you GAVE away something that could POTENTIALLY doom us all INTO the WRONG HANDS?!"

"W-Well…well, I…I was just-"

"NO, YOU DON'T GET TO SAY ANYTHING AS AN EXCUSE!" Pepper yelled, "Because, do you KNOW what you just DID?! YOU DISHONORED TONY! YOU DISHONORED HIS MEMORY BY DOING THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT HE WANTED YOU TO DO!" Tears began falling from her eyes as she continued, "Back when our battle with Thanos and his army ended, I told Tony that we were ALL going to be okay, and I included YOU of all people among us! And when he passed on the E.D.I.T.H. glasses to you after his death, he ENTRUSTED it all to you because he TRUSTED you! And you just THREW it all away because of your teenage problems or whatever you're going through and gave it all to a COMPLETE and TOTAL stranger you BARELY know because you can't BEAR the responsibility he gave you! Doing that, you made me feel like I LIED to Tony on his deathbed! And if YOU can't bear the responsibility of holding onto his legacy, then he was WRONG about YOU! And if he was wrong about you…well, then, he was WRONG about EVERYONE he has ever known and LOVED, and THAT. INCLUDES. ME! AND MORGAN!" Pepper stopped and calmed herself and allowed Peter to let it all sink in before finally saying, "I do NOT want ANY of that to be in Tony's conscience, even IF he's dead!"

"I-I-I…I-I…I-I'm so sorry, Mrs. Stark, I-"

"Sorry isn't going to cut it." Pepper scoffed.

"I-I understand." Peter stammered quietly as tears started falling from his eyes from his guilt, "I-I just…I just wanna live normally again, and-"

"And we thought you would be better." said Pepper, "But apparently, YOU have learned NOTHING after Tony's death!"

Peter suddenly became silent at that as her words actually stung a lot, and in a very hurtful way, because she was right: he really didn't learn anything at all.

"And not ONE word from YOU, Happy!" Pepper shut Happy up just before he could even say anything in Peter's defense. She then sighed and said, "I'm sorry, Peter. F.R.I.D.A.Y.S., shut down all STARK networks for Spider-Man!"

"Acknowledge." said F.R.I.D.A.Y.S. as she followed Pepper's command and shut off all networks for Spider-Man.

"W-Wait, what?!" said Peter, shocked at what Pepper just did.

"As I said, I'm sorry." said Pepper, "But the Federal Agents are investigating Stark Industries for anything related to Spider-Man and his involvement with the attack on Europe, and…until they stop investigating us, we…I can't help you any more than I already have. I'm sorry, but I can't help you anymore, and until all of this is over, you're on your own."

Peter took in what she just told him as Pepper soon got up from her desk and began to walk off to leave her office before Peter called, "Mrs. Stark, wait!"

"I already told you; I can't help you!" said Pepper, "The Feds are-"

"N-No, it's not that!" said Peter, "It's…um…" He then took out a brick wrapped in paper with writing that said, 'We Believe Mysterio!' on it and showed it to Pepper, who now had a concerned look on her face before Peter said, "…I need a safer place to live."

"Okay, that, that we can work on." said Pepper, "Happy?"

"Yup," said Happy, "Already on it."
