Several hours after everything had calmed down, the Shang Gang had gone to their hideout except for Eli who had one last thing to do.
"Trixie, your hair looks fine," said Kord as he caught her checking it in a mirror.
"Eli is bringing his mom here, I just don't want to look like a slob when I meet her for the first time," said Trixie while combing her hair before walking away.
"Please, you're the second messiest in the group!" said Pronto while laughing.
"Says the king of mess," said Trixie.
"Hey gang, we're back!" said Eli as he and his mother walked in.
"Wow, I can't believe the old place is still here," said Mrs. Shane as she looked around at the hideout.
"A few things had to be changed out and repaired but we've done our best to keep it like we found it, ma'am," said Kord while he and the other two stood before her.
"Well, you three must be Kord, Pronto, and Trixie," said Mrs. Shane.
"You're right, Eli, she is beautiful," she said while turning to face her son.
"There's still one more person you need to meet," said Eli who was blushing along with Trixie. Another door then opened with Will Shane stepping out of the room it led to.
"Will, how are…?" asked a shocked Mrs. Shane before her husband hugged her.
"I'll explain everything, and I promise that this time I'm not going anywhere," said Will. Both he and his wife had tears in their eyes as they continued to hug.
