"Talk"
'Thought'
Upon entering the realm of Ever After, it may appear to be a serene and tranquil location, featuring a sandy beach, palm trees, and an expansive ocean. However, upon delving deeper into the island, the environment takes on a more mysterious and magical quality. The landscape itself seems to defy logic, with areas where time reverses, places where movement is disorienting, and locations where objects behave contrary to their usual properties. Additionally, the inhabitants of these lands are equally bizarre; there are talking mice that produce carrot cheese, a mechanical robot that doubles as a blacksmith, a entertaining talking raccoon merchant, a porcelain doll that considers himself a ruler, a special bug that feeds off people to prevent their ascension, a bug that specializes in medicine, and various creatures including a large rabbit and a colorful cat. These individuals find the unnatural to be natural, the chaotic to be peaceful, and the unlivable to be home. For them, this environment is everything they require, and they wouldn't have it any other way.
"Heh, heheh, Haha, hahaha, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!~"
However, a certain someone doesn't seem to care what most people would think about their home or how much they love it; this is evident by them using their own power to start destroying it, no, not just destroying it, but completely demolishing it.
"This is so much fun!~"
This certain someone, the one that caused the ground to break apart, the one that caused the land to burn, the one that caused the turning of the once unnatural yet somewhat nice people into something very hateful and violent, and the one that caused everything that was once peaceful to become chaotic, was none other than Klarion Goodwitch, a three-year-old looking Chaos Lord who did everything that his title suggested, and he did it all with a demonic looking yet very happy face.
"Awww, look at all the mortals, trying to protect their love ones and fight back~"
Klarion paused his mayhem and looked down on the people below, everyone using all of their own power or weapons to do everything that they could to stop the one responsible for this needless destruction, including a certain creature who devoured others and prevented them from ascending; Klarion, the Jabberwalker, jumped towards the Witch Boy, hoping to make him share the same fate as all the others that had faced him before. Unfortunately, despite his noble intentions and actions, he was quickly stopped by the Chaos Lord, who held him in place with magic and looked at him with a mocking smirk.
"... Stop… Please…"
All Jabberwalker could say after struggling and realizing he could do nothing else but beg, the 3-year-old child let out a small, thoughtful hum and pondered his words.
"Hmmmmm, no~"
Klarion simply replied to the Jabberwalker, before shooting red magical power out of his eyes and mouth at the creature, not only killing the body, but also taking away his soul and destroying it, a ironic end for such a being, however it did not end their, he continued to use his own power to make every single inhabitants of Ever After share the same fate as the Jabberwalker. The Witch Boy used all kinds of messed-up mouse traps on the talking rodents, made the Blacksmith dismantle and rust away into nothing, skinned and made the Jinxy Peddler wear his own flesh and fur as a raccoon hat, shattered and broke the Red Prince with a large red magical hammer, squashed the Herbalist with a giant flyswatter, and shot the head off the horned rabbit with a magical hunting rifle; his creativity never ended in finding ways to end their lives. In fact, after he got bored with causing a few people and animals to go extinct, he decided to do one last thing and end it all with one big bang; he lifted up a red glowing hand and made a slow fist-clenching motion with his fingers, and as he did so, the nearly destroyed land of Ever After started to sink. The ocean water flooded in mercilessly, causing destruction to everything that remained standing, while also drowning those who were still alive.
"Hehe-Huh?"
'Klarion, where are you?'
However, before everything could be trapped beneath the sea forever, Klarion couldn't help but suddenly pause his mass genocide and destruction as he just simply wore a confused expression as he suddenly heard a familiar woman's voice.
'Ugh! Why Now?!'
His joyful and happy emotions were instantly replaced with annoyance and anger after he realized who's voice it belonged to; he growled loudly, before sighing softly in defeat. He lazily turned around and looked up at the very large tree at the center of Ever After, which was currently on fire at the moment.
"... Fine, I was bored anyway…"
And with that, Klarion just portaled away, leaving behind a nearly sunken and practically destroyed city, with people and things that were lucky enough to have survived it, wishing for death, no doubt, as they wanted the suffering to just end already rather than living in something that could no longer be considered home anymore. A certain curious cat, one of the notable survivors, just looked at where the Chaos Lord once stood and frowned worriedly.
'How can a monster like him be allowed to live?...'
Meanwhile, Klarion appeared inside what looked to be a closet; once there, he snapped his fingers and changed out of his nice black suit into something a three-year-old would actually wear—like cute overalls with bright colors and designs. The Witch Boy hated it with a passion, but he just clenched and gritted his teeth as he opened the closet door and walked out.
"There you are."
As soon as the 3-year-old walked out of the closet, he was immediately snatched up and held close by Glynda Goodwitch.
"You definitely have a habit of running off to where I can never find you."
Glynda smiled at her son, kissed his cheeks, and nuzzled his face, much to his ever-increasing anger, but he still said nothing and allowed it to happen.
"Now come on, time to apply you to school again… Hopefully they'll accept you this time…"
Glynda sighed wearily, remembering all the times her son had been rejected and kicked out after only one meeting, which actually made the Chaos Lord smirk in response; however, it quickly went away when Goodwitch started walking off and began playing with the part of his hair that resembled devil horns.
"But first, we need to comb this down, we need to have you look professional don't we?"
Glynda says with a thoughtful hum, Klarion just sighs in absolute and total defeat, laying his head on his, quote and quote, "mother," looking exhausted mentally.
'Why do I even put up with this?...'
To remind or let those unfamiliar know, Klarion is an absolute monster child, who isn't even a child technically, he would have no problem laying waste to this entire world of Remnant if he wanted to, and no one would be able to stop him, not even the Brothers themselve
(By the way, I don't plan on doing any shipping, or at least if I do, it will be with Ruby Rose, only because of his young age, he will be 9 or 10 when Volume 1 starts, so, yeah, probably won't do it, unless you're into Shotacon romance, hm?~)
