Agurra aka WildJoker000 back with part two of Supreme Spider Man. There's really only like one more part after this but hope you guys have enjoyed this. Kind of hoping this maybe gets me a mention on the Friendly Neighborhood Foreign Exchange Student Spider Man Tv Tropes page, but thats not really important. Anyway hope you enjoy it.

All three Spiders found themselves looking up to the point where most would fall over if not for their enhanced agility and balance... save for Peni, who simply tried her best not to fall down.

In front of them was an insanely massive skyscraper, easily a hundred stories high and relatively modern in appearance. Near the top of the tower were the words Parker Tech in large blue and red letters. That alone was impressive, but what really sold it was the equally massive metal spider above the letters, seemingly holding the words with its legs and bits of webbing just to add to the look.

"Have I mentioned how much I hate this universe?"

Peni and Miguel groaned at Peter B's annoyance, having had to listen to him complain about his "discoveries" in this universe relating to Peter Y. While on some level, they could understand his annoyance, he really had a nasty habit of beating a proverbial dead horse.

"At least we were able to find the guy without too much trouble" Miguel decided not to focus on how technically he found them, instead finding his eyes drawn to the giant metal spider on top of the roof. "You think he gets any complaints from arachnophobes about that thing? That has to be some kind of code violation, right?"

"Thanks to quirks being so random, not to mention the rise of super heroism as a business, countries have had to loosen their building codes to accommodate for people's differing needs." Peni had another screen in front of her while taking a moment to munch on some candy. "And honestly, I think it looks pretty neat. Guy has a brand to sell after all."

Peter B rolled his eyes. "Don't remind me... so we going in or just gonna keep staring at his mascot all day?"

The other two heroes redirected their focus to the front entrance, on guard if something happened.

"Alright guys, let's finally met this guy."

The trio quietly walked in, the doors opening automatically. They enter inside, seeing no guards or a reception area, though none of the group reacted as no threat was visible. They felt their senses go on alert when a blue light suddenly appeared.

"A pleasure to meet you all, Mr. O'Hara, Mr. Parker and Ms… Parker. Well, this is gonna be a little confusing. Anyway, my name is Karen, I'm Peter Parker's personal assistant and secretary. I'm here to welcome you to Parker Tower."

The three Spiders looked at the full-sized hologram, utterly stunned.

"Okay, an admittedly beautiful looking hologram was not what I was expecting when I walked in here." Peter B couldn't help but look over the admittedly attractive collection of light particles, though more surprised at how detailed she was.

Miguel was equally stunned, though, for some different reasons. "Lyla, are you seeing this"

"I am and I do believe we found the little brat who hacked our tech."

"You know it's rude to talk about someone when they are right in front of you."

Both the AI and her maker almost jumped when Karen called them out, not expecting her to be aware of their own intelligence companion. Karen merely smirked, almost mockingly offended at their underestimation of her abilities.

"I'll admit that is some advanced tech you have there and an impressive AI. Though her security leaves a LOT to be desired, barely even took me a few seconds to figure out her code. Think she might need a couple of upgrades."

"EXCUSE ME!"

Lyla's small orange frame immediately appeared beside Miguel, her eyes angrily glaring at her larger counterpart. "I am one of the most sophisticated pieces of programing devised, and my security is just as impressive."

Karen re-projected herself closer to Miguel and more closely examined her fellow AI. "Oh, that's adorable, almost like one of those digital pets that used to be all the rage in the 90s."

"A PET! LISTEN TO ME YOU DIGITIAL DITZ I'M GONNA–!"

Miguel quickly shut Lyla off and locked her out for the moment. "I am so sorry about that. She's usually much more even tempered."

Surprisingly Karen simply laughs at the brief verbal assault, not even fazed. "Compared to the many comments, critiques and occasional death threats this company gets both on social media and in the news, a mini freak out like that is water under the bridge. Now then..."

A nearby elevator door opened up in front of them, another Spider emblem, this one in red, emblazoned on the inside.

"If you will kindly step inside Mr. Parker is expecting you on the top floor."

The trio quietly made their way over and into the elevator, Karen offering them a brief wave before the doors closed. Once shut, the lift began to move, and right as it did, some music started playing. (It's an updated version of the Classic Spider-Man Theme song with a more modern edge, similar to the Spectacular Spider-Man Theme.)

"And he has his own theme song. Great, just great." Peter B pressed his face against the nearby wall and slowly dragged it against the metal to try and distract himself.

Meanwhile, Peni started bobbing her head back and forth along with the song. "I think it's pretty catchy, way better than the normal music you hear in elevators."

"Guys, stay focused here." Miguel stared at the doors, eagerly awaiting them opening, feeling even more alert than ever. "This guy has AI that's sophisticated enough to hack Lyla, meaning he's probably got other stuff we haven't seen yet. If a fight breaks out, be prepared to hit him hard and fast."

Miguel somewhat whispered that last part, but Peter and Peni heard enough, Peni already signaling her robot to get on guard, while Peter B took a brief moment to make sure his web shooters were fully loaded.

All three immediately felt their pulses race as the elevator rang, signaling their arrival.

The doors slowly opened, revealing a relatively spacious office, with the wall near the front being a massive window; on the wall to the left several large posters, newspaper articles, framed photos, and all manner of awards were present. The floor dropped somewhat in the center of the room, with a large circular conference table in the middle with a web pattern and a spider in the center. Near the window is a large desk with several computer monitors, a small framed photo, and other knickknacks. Along another wall were what looked like several prior Spider Man Costumes, all arranged until reaching a much smaller and more visibly aged costume.

Overall, it was a reasonably impressive-looking office, and the trio slowly entered, yet, strangely enough, found no one was present. Some considered it a trap, but neither Peni nor Peter B's Spider-Sense was going off. Though their ears did pick up the sound of something slowly lowering itself behind them.

All three immediately turned around lightning fast, Miguel's suit already halfway revealed, the blades on his forearms ready, Peter B with his wrists out, prepared to fight, and Peni's robot having its hands shifting into a saw and cannon.

However, to their surprise, they were met with Peter, in his suit and tie, quickly holding out his hands in surrender while hanging upside down via his webbing, looking awkward.

"Uh... I surrender?"

None of the Spiders said a word while Peter simply hung there, quietly swinging from side to side for what felt like forever.

"So... can I get down? I know our unique equilibrium keeps us from getting dizzy and everything but this is kind of an awkward position to be in and I'm sure you guys would probably rather talk with me at eye level right?"

And immediately like that, any tension the three different universe Spiders had was more or less broken at seeing the man they thought of as some kind of grand mastermind hanging upside down in uncomfortable silence like a socially awkward pinata.

Once Peter had gotten down from his impromptu sloth impression, he was upfront and finally met his three inter-dimensional guests.

"Sorry about that. Wasn't too sure how to greet you guys. First I thought about just waiting at my desk but then I thought that made me look like a cliche supervillain, so then I thought maybe breaking the ice with a joke but i couldn't think of anything funny and then I thought of just waiting at the door, but then I realized you probably thought I might attack you and so I ended up jumping up on the ceiling and well... Wow, am I still talking."

Peter Y could already feel his self-confidence starting to crack; years as a hero and CEO might've done wonders for his confidence, but social events were still a bit of an Achilles Heel for him. Even now, he still needed Karen, Momo, or Yu occasionally to give him a pep talk before a big meeting.

Lucky for him, his little stumble had successfully shattered any preconceptions the three Spiders had of the guy. At least considering him some kind of serious threat to them with ulterior motives. Though they still weren't quite sure what to make of him.

Peter Y felt the tension in the air only start to grow more awkward, and he quickly looked for some kind of distraction when his eyes zeroed in on Miguel's costume.

"WOOH! Are those Nano Blades on your forearms?" Immediately letting his inner geek out, Peter was less than two feet away from the now startled Miguel, eyes looking all over his suit's weapons. "Great design, long enough to be used for close quarters combat and anchors if you need to hang onto something in a pinch. Can you call them on command whenever you want or maybe alter their shape?"

Miguel wasn't sure how to respond, leaning back somewhat to distance himself from the now-excited Peter. "Uh... thanks. My name's Miguel O'Hara, and yeah, I can call them out whenever I want, though this is as big as they get, I can make them smaller but that's about all."

Peter Y looked positively giddy at the information, his hand reaching out and summoning a holographic screen and keyboard, which he quickly started typing furiously on while still keeping eye contact with the blades.

"Incredible work. That could certainly be useful in a pinch, maybe with a little tweaking we could improve it to off all kinds of options. Tell me, how do you feel about web firing hand cannons?"

Miguel didn't know what to make of what was happening, being confused, scared, and... a little intrigued.

"Huh...actually, that's not a bad idea?" His mind realizes.

Peter's mile-a-minute mind quickly shifted focus to the other two in the room and promptly focused on Peni and her robot. The sight of the younger Japanese Girl again caused him to be met with a momentary flash of what his and Momo's children would look like before he snapped out and pulled his hand away from the keyboard.

Coughing into his closed hand to clear his throat and straighten his clothes, he focused on Peni specifically as he spoke.

"Konichiwa, Anata no onamae wa?" (Hello, what is your name?)

Peni's eyes almost lit up at hearing Peter speak in her own native tongue.

"Watashi no namae wa Mike desu Peni Parker, hajimemashite. Anata no nihongo wa jōzudesu." (My name is Peni Parker, it's nice to meet you. Your Japanese is really good).

Peter Y smiled happily having no trouble understanding her. "Arigato, takusan renshū shite kimashita." (Thank you, I've been practicing it alot).

Peni returns his smile with an equally bright one. "Mata nihongo de dare ka to hanasete ureshīdesu. Dorekurai tatta ka kimi ni wa wakaranai." (It's so great to talk with someone in Japanese again. You have no idea how long it's been.)

"Sōzō dekiru yo." (I can imagine)

Peter Y responded, somewhat enjoying the shift in language as it seemed to further ease the tension in the room.

"Yeah, hi." Peter B decided to chime in, getting all eyes on him. "Not that I don't appreciate the fact this wasn't some kind of trap and we aren't trying to kill each other, but can we please keep this in English. Not exactly crazy about being out of the loop when I'm already in another dimension."

"Oh, yeah sorry about that." Peter Y effortlessly slipped back into English, making Peter B grit his teeth a little at another demonstration of this Peter's seemingly never-ending skills. "I understand you guys probably came a long way to talk, so let's stop beating around the bush. Though can I offer you guys anything, tea, soda, water, snacks?"

Peni Parker immediately was in front of Peter at the mention of snacks. "Got any candy. Wanna see how stuff in this world hold up?"

A small bag was immediately tossed her way, which she managed to catch and get a look at it. "Dynamite Nitro Pop Rocks. The candy that makes your mouth scream DIE!?" Peni looked up at Peter Y for an explanation.

"Product a former classmate of mine sponsored. Actually, pretty good, but really sour, so I'd be careful if I were you."

While Peni eyed the candy with curiosity, Peter Y moved the conversation to his desk, taking a seat. "Hey Karen, mind pulling up some seats for our guests?"

"Not a problem Peter."

The three Spiders almost all jumped when the floor tiles in front of the desk dropped before a couple of pretty comfortable-looking chairs rose up in their place. The sight got a whistle from Peter B in surprise, while Miguel simply opted to get down to business, Peni following suit, putting the pop rocks in her pocket for the moment.

Peter B, however, as he went to join them, found his eyes drawn to a particular frame on the wall that caused him to outright yell.

"OH, COME ON! ARE YOUR SERIOUS!?"

Miguel and Peni whipped around at Peter B, while Peter Y knew precisely what he was looking at.

"You've got THREE Noble Prizes?" Peter B's eyes stared at the three gold medals hanging behind the clean glass before turning to Peter Y. "How the heck did you pull that off?"

"Well... technically one of them is a Nobel Peace Prize. Actually, got that when I helped develop the Arc Reactor which more or less helped solve the world's energy crisis... along with more than a few pollution problems. Also got the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for my Web Fluid formula which some law enforcement agencies from different countries use now, along with several construction companies after we modified the formula and the last one is for Medicine thanks to the nanotech I helped develop."

Peter B looked utterly floored, realizing he'd been low-balling this Peter for quite some time. "Just out of curiosity, you're like a Billionaire, right?"

Peter Y almost looked ashamed to answer. "Eh heh, kind of... but a little more than that."

"Trillionaire?" Peter B felt his self esteem take another hit.

"Um… almost there."

"REALLY!?"

And that was when Miguel finally decided to stop being so polite. "Okay, can we please get back on track. Peter... our Peter, you can work out your issues later, just sit down please."

Peter B looked almost like his world had been shattered as he wordlessly approached the chair and flopped into it. Momentarily being pulled out of his funk by just how damn comfortable the thing felt. He contemplated asking if he could take it to his dimension with him.

Peter Y meanwhile shook off the sudden surprise and shifted to his more severe business mode. "Alright then, now I imagine you guys probably have lots of questions, and I do too. However, since you came all this way, it seems only fair you guys get yours in first. Then you can answer mine; that sound fair?"

Miguel didn't hesitate to nod, Peni with him, while Peter B offered a halfhearted shrug.

"Alright then," Peter leaned forward with his hands under his chin. "What do you wanna know."

Miguel already had his first question ready. "Then let's start at the beginning. Who exactly are you?"

There was a short silence after Miguel's first question was asked, the Spiders wondering what Peter's answer would be as he seemed to be contemplating it himself.

"Well...I guess the obvious answer would be I'm Peter Parker, though technically soon to be Peter Yaoyarozu Parker, so guess you can just call me Peter Y since I imagine that's easier with there being another Peter Parker here."

The three foreign Spiders looked happy at the idea as Peter continued. "And well, I'm Japan's Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, have been for close to a decade at this point, but I imagine that you guys want a bit more detail that than."

Miguel nodded, looking more than a little intrigued to see where things were going, with Peni equally looking interested, the bag of pop rocks still in hand. And Peter B, still enjoying his chair.

"Right, well pretty obvious you guys already know I'm not technically from this universe."

"Yeah, we figured that much out, though now that have you here, we can finally clear something else up, Lyla?"

"On it, Boss."

The mini hologram immediately appeared near Peter Y, and a brief flicker of light erupted from her directly into Peter's eye.

The Japanese Spider-Man flinched for a moment, though Miguel quickly called back Lyla and cleared things up.

"Relax, just needed to do a quick DNA scan to try and figure out what universe you originally came from. That was one of the details we weren't able to figure out."

"Oh, is that all." Peter Y didn't seem bothered by the sudden scan; he'd expected a few weird actions, but certainly not that. Miguel, meanwhile, was quick to punch in the info and get some sort of answer.

"According to this, you're originally from Universe 199999.1242019."

"I'm sorry .1242019."

"It means you're from a reality that was an offshoot of an existing one. Effectively a universe that's identical to an existing one, except where one single major event occurred differently as opposed to a serious of multiple small changes."

Peter Y's mind immediately felt itself flashback to what he knew was that particular event and could already tell where things were going. "Right... while we're on the subject, what universe is this one called."

"Earth 772014"

"Huh."

Miguel quietly turned off the screen and returned to the main conversation. "Anyway, back to what we were talking about. Namely, what exactly happened?"

"Right... okay," Peter Y took a breath, knowing already he would need to dig through some old memories and ancient wounds, but he couldn't exactly say no. "You probably already know the basic story, I was just a normal kid until I was bitten by a radioactive spider, my uncle, Ben Parker died before giving me advice that later on influenced me in becoming Spider-Man."

"Not much variety with the origin story so far," Peter B finally said something, having expected a similar story since it was an exact copy of his own.

"Anyway, I started out as Spider-Man for about a year and things weren't too crazy. Mostly just helping out around the neighborhood. You know, getting cats out of trees, giving people directions, and stopping the occasional robbery, nothing too huge."

The three all nodded, not too impressed so far, yet something in their minds told them something big was about to happen.

"And then, one day. I come home from school and... that's when I met Tony Stark."

Peter spoke the name with a fair amount of gravitas but was only met with crickets and looked legit surprised that it didn't get much of a reaction out of the others.

"Uh, Iron Man...One of the Avengers? Owner of Stark Industries?"

"Is that some kind of Computer Company or something?" Peter B asked, being a bit more involved while Peni was starting to look more interested in trying the pop rocks. That was the cue for Peter Y to move things along a bit.

"Okay, basically he's a hero from my universe, one of the best actually and a personal hero of mine, so you can imagine how crazy it was to have him in my apartment...even if he was hitting on Aunt May."

"Wait he what?" Peter B now looked angrier than before.

"Ew…" Peni, meanwhile, looked about ready to gag, while Miguel just wanted him to continue.

"Anyway, he'd been watching me for some time and basically made me into an honorary Avenger, a superhero team in my world. And so, I ended up going to Europe, helped fight against some heroes who weren't exactly good guys but turns out they actually were, had a big fight at an airport and then I went back to New York, found out my girlfriend's dad was an arms dealer and had to send him to jail."

A loud crunch caused Peter to pause as Peni, now fully engaged in the story, finally opened up the pop rocks package and popped a few in her mouth, her lips already starting to pucker as she fought back the urge to scream, not wanting the story to stop.

"And, then a couple months later a giant metal doughnut appeared in the sky outside New York, and I quickly skipped school to check it out and found Mr. Stark and Doctor Strange, he's a wizard by the way, fighting some aliens in a park."

Peter Y paused again, finding his entire audience utterly captivated by the story; even Peter B had finally sat up and paid full attention.

"And pretty soon the fight got out of hand, Mr. Strange ended up getting captured so Mr. Stark went into space after him and I followed him, then we meet up with some Space Superheroes called the Guardians before crashing the Space Doughnut on Titan."

"Jupiter's Moon?" Miguel finally said something.

Peter Y nodded in the affirmative. "Yeah..."

He paused, though this time, it was more because this was part of the story he wasn't crazy about revisiting, yet he knew it was the most essential part. So, taking another breath, recalling some memories with Yu and later Momo after he'd revealed what had happened to her, he finally mustered up the nerve and started talking more slowly than before.

"Once we got there, Doctor Strange and Mr. Stark filled me in on everything that was going on. A really dangerous and powerful alien warlord named Thanos was gathering up these artifacts called Infinity Stones. Apparently if he gathered all six of them together with this weapon he called the Infinity Gauntlet, he could basically do anything, and what he wanted to do with them...it was, awful?"

Besides Miguel, the two Spiders found themselves almost stunned by the more severe and haunted tone Peter Y spoke compared to the livelier dialogue before. It almost reminded Miguel of what a war vet with PTSD went through.

"What...what was he planning to do?" Peni finally asked the question on their minds, the candy forgotten as she now truly wanted to know.

"He...he wanted to wipe out half of all life in my universe."

Peni's and Peter B's eyes widened, jaws dropped, he did not have the guts to comment, Peni looked genuinely horrified. But Miguel remained unresponsive, simply looking directly at the younger Peter.

"Half of all life in the universe?" Although his mind couldn't even begin to contemplate such an idea.

"Apparently Thanos believed that the resources in the universe would eventually run out, so he figured eliminating half of all life would help solve that problem." Peter spoke with a hint of venom in his voice that made even the battle-hardened Miguel flinch, suddenly having his initial perception of this Peter change drastically.

"Of the six stones, Thanos had four, Doctor Strange had one and the last one was on Earth. So, me, along with Mr. Stark, Doctor Strange and the Guardians, planned to do whatever it took to get those Stones away from Thanos and stop his plan before it finished...and..."

Peter Y's fists tightened harder as he struggled to speak, the sounds and voices from the battle on Titan echoing in his mind. "We fought hard against him. Threw every trick, every weapon we had and we nearly had him. I had the Gauntlet in my hands, just another few centimeters and we'd have won...but..."

Peter Y's fists clenched to the point that the others were worried they'd start to bleed, with Peter B looking mainly concerned at his younger counterpart's stress.

"Hey, kid...you don't have to say anything if you don't want to. I think we get the picture."

Miguel wanted to argue that there were still details that needed to be said, but Peter B wasn't wrong, they were starting to get the idea, and even he didn't want to press it further. However, Peter Y shook his head.

"No, it's why you're here, and you need to know the whole story. I'm sorry." Peter took another calming breath and unclenched his hands, trying to let out as much stress as possible before continuing. "In the end, we couldn't stop him. Doctor Strange had to give up his Stone to save us, and then Thanos left us there, stranded."

Peter didn't say anything for a moment, leaving the group in suspense, yet all three found themselves dreading what came next as they could see the pain in Peter Y's eyes.

Ultimately, it was Peni who decided to be the brave one.

"And...then what happened?"

Peter Y, looking haunting hollow in a way that gave them pause, answered with two simple words.

"I died."

A stunned silence hung in the air around them, Peter B and Peni unable to respond to the proverbial bomb that was dropped while Peter Y just kept on talking.

"Thanos got the final Stone and used them to erase half of all life in the universe. All around I watched as the Guardians literally turned to dust and blew away right in front of me, then Doctor Strange, and then... Me."

By now, the reactions from the group were mixed but equally drastic. Peni's eyes were already leaking tears, looking utterly shellshocked; Peter B looked genuinely horrified and yet also looked at Peter Y with pity, none of his prior jealousy or envy present. Meanwhile, Miguel had his hand supporting his tilted head, his brain finally getting an answer to a question he'd been pondering for years.

Peter Y stood up from his desk and turned to face the window, leaving his guests to sit and ponder at his back as the Number 2 Hero mulled over the horrors he experienced.

"It's funny. Uncle Ben always told me about how with great power comes great responsibility and I thought I understood what he meant, and yet there I was with possibly the biggest responsibility out there and I failed."

Peter's voice cracked as long-buried pain and self-doubt rose up again. "I had all the power, and I still failed. I failed Mr. Stark, everyone in New York, and my entire universe. And I thought that was the end for me... then I woke up here."

With another sigh, Peter finally turned around, looking still world-weary and stressed but a little more relaxed, having finally gotten through that story.

"That's more or less the basic story anyway, if you want a more detailed version, there's actually a full manga version of it out there if you'd like to give it a read."

Peter closed his eyes as he tried to lighten the mood with a joke, only to feel a hand on his shoulder; opening his eyes, he found Peter B standing before him with a look of understanding and comfort.

"It's okay kid. No need to sugar coat it for our sakes."

Peter Y felt a tear start to leak from his eye that he was quick to try and rub away as Peter B offered a few comforting pats before guiding his younger counterpart back to his seat.

"Alright then, I think that's enough sharing from you for the moment. Think it's only fair now you ask us a few questions, since pretty sure you're just as curious as we are."

Peter B's casual tone seemed to ease things up quite a bit as Peni smiled a little, and even Miguel cracked one, with Peter Y chucking a little as he seemed to regain some of his energy.

"Yeah, you're right. I've actually got quite a few if you don't mind."

Seeing the tension broken, Peter B plopped back into his comfy chair and offered his counterpart a relaxed smile.

"Well then kid, ask away."

Peter Y sat behind his desk, thinking about what to ask. And it was pretty challenging: What would be the first thing you say to a counterpart of you from the multiverse? In a way, there were too many questions to ask, but he figured it would be best to try and keep things simple.

"So... guess the obvious thing would be what exactly are you guys. I mean, obviously you're Spider People from other dimensions but are you like task force or police or something?"

Miguel naturally took charge of the response, having anticipated this. "We're effectively a collection of various Spiders from across the multiverse. An elite team I helped initially start to combat various anomalies occurring all over the multiverse."

"Wait, anomalies as in plural?" That got Peter Y to sit up, suddenly realizing the situation was more complicated than he initially thought. "You're saying I'm not the only one this happened to?"

"Yes...and no." Miguel spoke that last part with a hint of an edge, leaving Peter Y a little surprised, wondering what he meant.

"Ignore the Blue Brooder for a minute their kid and let me take over," Peter B leaned back into his seat, getting a glare from Miguel at the nickname but didn't bother acknowledging it. "Bought a year or two ago... least in my universe, man time is confusing in this, anyway I suddenly found myself pulled through a portal from my universe to another. Place was similar to mine, but with some noticeable differences, like that the Peter Parker of that universe was dead."

Peter B almost flinched at the mention of death, knowing that was a bit of a sore subject for Peter Y, and decided to just keep going. "Eventually I ran into another Spider, kid named Miles and got the basic gist of what happened. A guy named Wilson Fisk aka the Kingpin built a machine called the Collider, wanted to tear open a hole in reality to enter other universes."

"Wait, this guy wanted to break reality... on purpose?" Peter Y couldn't believe such a thing. Again, he'd contemplated giving such an idea a try through trial and error but ultimately decided the risk was way too significant, and by the sound of things, he'd made the right call.

"Pretty much exactly that. Anyway, Miles and me tried to stop him on our own, but ended up needing some help from some other wayward Spiders who ended up in that dimension, short stack over here included."

Peter's little crack earned him a pop rock to the mouth, immediately sending his lips puckering like he'd swallowed a lemon while a giddy Peni smirked in victory and picked up from there.

"So, we all banded together in the end, attacked Kingpin's hideout and all went back to our own universes, while Miles destroyed the Collider." Peni looked a little downtrodden at the mention of the end of their little adventure, both in having to leave her new friends behind and losing her father's robot. "After that, we just all went back to our usual routine, figuring things were back to normal."

"But they weren't." All eyes were back on Miguel, Peter B finally getting over the candy as the Spider Society leader picked up the conversation. "Unfortunately, since the Collider was active at the time of its destruction, it ended up unleashing an energy ripple throughout the multiverse, similar to what originally brought the Spiders to Earth 1610B, only on a much larger scale."

Miguel tapped on his watch, bringing up several large screens, revealing various other Spider realities, leaving Peter Y awestruck at the countless worlds before him.

"Uh, so does every reality have its own..."

"Weirdly consistent look that makes your eyes hurt, yeah, don't think to hard about it." Peter B managed to snark out having gotten over the pop rock.

Miguel coughed to get their attention back to the screens. "As I was saying, the ripple caused individuals, mostly supervillains, from different realities to be pulled into other realities."

The images shifted to show various clashing villains, from the goofy to the random, terrifying, rampaging across multiple cities. Though what really got Peter's attention was when he noticed some of the villains' bodies started to randomly distort.

"What's going on there? Looks like their bodies are getting yanked apart."

"We call it glitching," Miguel typed into his watch again, enlarging one of the images and looping the sight of what appeared to be an alternate version of a man in a beat suit glitching out. "From what we've pieced together, every reality has certain wavelength to it that all residents of that reality match. So, if someone from one reality enters another those differing wavelengths end up distorting each other and prolonged exposure results in the individual being torn apart."

Peter Y almost gulped at the mental image. Compared to turning into dust and blowing away, glitching seemed far more painful, and he could only imagine what death like that felt like. Though that did bring up an interesting question.

"But wait. You said it happens to anyone who enters another reality. So why aren't you guys glitching out."

Peni's wrist immediately shot out, then her finger pointed at the watch. "That's thanks to these special dimensional transportation devices. Basically, as long as we have these on, we can enter any reality we want and don't have to worry about glitches."

"Really would've used those back in 1610B. Take it from me kid, glitching out isn't something you ever wanna experience." Peter B flinched a little, recalling the sensation of his molecules and atoms being pulled apart. However, his comment caused Miguel's expression to become more hardened.

"Which in turn brings us to another matter I've been meaning to ask." Miguel's fingers rapidly typed on his watch before bringing up a new screen, revealing a newspaper article depicting Peter's adoption by Mt. Lady. "According to this, you first appeared in this reality when you were 15 years old, close to a decade, all without any negative consequences or dimensional tearing of any kind. Tell me, since you got here, did you experience any kind of unusual sensations, anything you couldn't explain?"

"No, nothing at all." Peter Y mentally went back over every memory he could since he arrived in this universe, but nothing like what the man just saw ever happened, and yet he couldn't understand why. As he struggled to think of something, the closest sensation he could picture was:

"The Gauntlet."

All three Spiders sat up, as it looked like Peter Y was suddenly hit by inspiration.

"You said that time in the multiverse is all over the place right? What if the time I died because of the Infinity Stones was the same thing you destroyed the Collider?"

All three didn't quite have an answer, though Peni quickly pulled up several screens from her robot and perused the vast walls of data. "It's certainly not impossible. Time is all relative in the Multiverse. In some realities, what only takes a couple of days could be years in others."

Miguel, where he was being quite stone faced and stoic while absorbing the whole story Peter Y had narrated to them, returned to being expressive. Seeming to catch onto the implication as well and looked both surprised and, in a way, hopeful at what he was saying. "So, you think the Collider's energy."

"Interacted with the Energy from the Gauntlet as I was dying." Peter Y jumped up from his seat and started pacing around the room, as his mind was going a mile a minute. "I know at least one of the stones had the power to control Space, basically teleport you anywhere you want, while another could manipulate Reality and another Life and Death, and all that energy was mixed together for Thanos to enact his plan. So, if you combine that kind of energy with an interdenominational one ripping people from reality to another."

"Then that same energy might've altered your body instead of just pulling you into another reality." Peni's fingers rapidly typed away with every word Peter spoke, her hand casually putting more Pop rocks in her mouth, yet she was unaffected by the sour. "I bet that the Collider pulled you out of your reality at the moment you died and then combined with the Infinity Energy that was killing you, effectively remaking you while you were technically outside of Reality itself."

"Uh I know we're all geniuses here on some level, but I'm only able to follow like half of what's going on here." Peter B spoke up, getting out of his chair while not appreciating feeling out of the loop. "Someone mind simplifying it for me."

"It means he's an anomaly... no, a kind of paradox if you will." Miguel finally stood up, looking at Peter Y in a new light, and to Peni and Peter B's surprise, they saw a sense of hope appear on the stern Spider's face. "A Spider outside of reality, outside of the multiverse itself, one not bound by its rules."

Miguel took a few steps forward, standing directly in front of Peter Y, whole looked both floored by the revelation and almost a little tense, expecting Miguel to take a shot at him.

Yet to his surprise, Miguel simply held out his open hand and asked a simple question instead.

"Peter... will you join us?"

Before Peter Y could respond to his request, a ringing sound was heard from Miguel's watch.

Lyla reappears to inform him of what it is. "It's Jessica Drew, says she needs to speak to you, it's urgent."

"Understood, sorry Peter Y, could you give me a moment?" Miguel asks.

The younger Peter first nods in understanding. "Of course, if it's a private matter you can use my personal bathroom on your right. I assure you Karen will not record your conversation." He points towards a door behind the trio.

"Much appreciated, give me a moment guys." Miguel instructs Peni and Peter B as he leaves for the room.

For Peni, this was the chance she didn't want to miss after learning who this version of Spider-Man was. "Mister Y Parker, would you allow me to tour your building?"

"Sure, any place you like to visit specifically?" He asks with open arms.

She then holds her hands together, showing excitement in her body language and voice. "Then I REALLY want to see the technological design section of your building, please?!"

"Of course, Karen will guide you. But I recommend you leave your robot here and hide your watch; my Head of Support Item Development will go completely insane if she sees them." His voice changes to earnest honesty. "Trust me."

After hearing that, Peni gets confused and a little hesitant but trusts Peter Y's advice. "Um… sure, and thanks so much." She then looks at her metallic companion. "Stay with the two Peter's, I'll call if I need you."

The robot simply nods in agreement. With that, Peni leaves towards the elevator, which automatically opens for her arrival; she enters it and turns back towards the two-remaining people in the large room.

"Hey Peter B, wanna come and check it out?" She asks.

With a hand up and nodding sideways, he indicates his polite refusal. "No thanks, that's more your thing. I'll wait here until you guys are done." Then the older Peter returns to sitting on his guest chair.

"K, see you later." She waves goodbye as the elevator doors slide shut and begins its descent to the intended floor.

Peter B continued to sit quietly in the still insanely comfortable chair in Peter Y's office, the younger man looking utterly drained and leaning back into his own desk chair, in a state Peter B had been in more than a few times.

"Rough day huh?"

That managed to get a chuckle from the younger hero, placing his palm on his forehead, trying to ease the headache he felt coming on. "A couple hours ago, the biggest thing I had to worry about was meeting my fiancé to finalize flower arrangements and what kind of food to have at our wedding. Now I'm offered a chance to join a Multi-versal Hero Team. Yeah, rough's about how I'd describe it."

"Eh, the multi-verse team thing isn't too bad, you get the hang of it." Peter B adopted a bit more of a relaxed pose while feeling a growing kinship with his younger counterpart. "But weddings... yikes, take it from me my friend, that's stress that doesn't go away until the night after when you're in bed with your wife."

Peter Y again chuckled, though he seemed to recover somewhat from his headache, uncovering his eyes and meeting his counterpart eye to eye. "You married?"

A flash of a wedding band was his answer. "Going on about a decade now with a baby on the way." Peter B looked down at the small metal ring with a soft smile. "Best decision I ever made... though it certainly hasn't been all cake, flowers, and rom-com antics, I'll tell you that much."

"Got any advice for a soon to be newlywed?"

Peter B's joking tone dropped, his mind immediately flashing to a fast-moving series of events. Long nights coming home to find Mary Jane already asleep, battles going on for so long that important events are missed, arguments ringing throughout the apartment... him and her sitting somberly as he drags a pen across a piece of paper he'd hoped he'd never see. And finally, him, hair combed, shaved, suit, standing nervous outside her house, praying that he can still make things right.

"Tell me something kid. This girl...do you love her?"

Peter Y let the question hang momentarily as his eyes drifted to a picture on his desk. It was a more recent picture of Momo, hair still in that stylish ponytail from high school, eyes closed, and a beautiful beaming smile, a flicker of sunlight making her shine even brighter.

"Yeah, I do. I really do."

Peter B could feel the sincerity in his voice. It was the same way he sounded when he talked about MJ, which made him smile.

"Well, I know it sounds cliche but, never let a day go by where you don't remind her how much she means to you. I can guarantee she's gonna be the best thing that ever happens to you. And even though both of you are in this hero game, don't let it rule your life, always make sure to make time for her...and for whatever family you guys end up making in the future. Never let her go, otherwise, you might not be able to get her back."

Peter Y looked up at his older counterpart. He could see the regret in his eyes as his fingers wrapped around his wedding ring as if it was about to disappear off his finger.

"Did...something happen between you two?"

"Heh yeah... I screwed up, big time." Peter still mentally kicked himself at what his fear and ego cost him. "I was lucky enough... along with getting a little help from some very good friends, to get a second chance and I'm making sure that this time, I won't let anything break us apart ever again."

Finally letting go of the ring, he looked at Peter Y with a renewed sense of confidence that almost made Peter Y feel as though he was looking at Tony Stark again.

"Marriage is easily one of the scariest, hardest things you're ever gonna do, heroing or otherwise. But, as long as you go at it with everything you've got, never let anything scare you or hold you back, I got a feeling you'll be just fine."

Peter Y glanced at the photo of Momo, Peter B's words going over again in his ear as he wondered if Tony would've said something similar and maybe what he'd say to him now.

Yet even though he wasn't, Peter felt whatever worries he might still have had to melt away as he got up from his desk and walked up to Peter B, offering him a hand. "Thanks, a lot Mr. Parker, I think I'm gonna be okay."

The older Spider smirked as he took the hand, pulled himself out of the seat, and shook it. "Eh, no need to be so formal. Just call me Peter, and hey, advising the younger generation is kind of my thing."

"Well, I appreciate it, and if there's anything you need, just ask."

Peter B's eyes seemed to light up as he turned his head back to the chair behind him.

"Well... now that you mention it."
