Chapter I: Secret Relationship
In the human body, there are numerous cells that work, like Red, White, Platelets and Plasma Cells. They all work together to keep the human alive and thriving. But when the Cancer Cell attacks the human body, it destroys cells. Also it takes over the cells.
One cell that is in the human body, it helps everyone that is in need. She has a name, Rose. Rose has this secret relationship with a Cancer Cell. It's a toxic relationship but they love one another unconditionally. The Cancer Cell looks deformed and has horrible arms. Rose didn't mind how he looks, just that she loves him.
One day when Rose is doing something, she falls and hurts herself. She gives herself a third degree burn on her neck and she can't breathe, Red Cells come to her rescue and tend to her injuries. Once she is in the hospital in the ICU fighting for her life. One cell that no one wants to see or fight with, hears that his lover has hurt herself. He quickly runs towards the hospital, trying to find the ICU in his normal form.
He doesn't want anyone to know his true form, knowing that he is to be executed. His lover's health comes first, he doesn't care about being executed. First priority. He is upset and stressed out that he almost got into his true form. He sits in the waiting room, waiting for his lover to be stabilised and well.
The doctor comes out of the room, seeing him sitting down.
Doctor: Are you family?
Cancer Cell: Yes, I'm her boyfriend. Is she okay?
Doctor: Yes, she's going to be just fine. She burned herself pretty bad and she's going to have trouble speaking for a while.
Cancer Cell: I'll help her. She's my princess.
Doctor: I'm happy to hear that. You may go see her.
Cancer Cell: Thanks Doc.
Cancer Cell walks into his lover's room and sees that her neck is badly burnt. He feels guilty but is happy that she's okay. Rose starts to wake up and smell the hand sanitizer and see the cords. She flutters her eyes to wipe out the blurry vision and turns to see her lover. She gives a small smile.
Cancer Cell: Hi, Princess. Thank god you woke up. I thought you wouldn't.
Rose: Croaks out: Why wouldn't I? I need my beautiful lover. I still love your true form better.
Rose's smile turns into a smirk and she chuckles.
Rose: Because, you can wrap me up, pin my arms up to the bed board, and maybe kiss me to death.
Cancer Cell is taken aback but smirks back leaning down to her ear and whispers dirty thoughts. Rose blushes and she can feel something in her, squirming to get friction, but he backs away leaving her embarrassed and her cheeks with a tint of blush. He chuckles.
Rose whimpers, looking at him. The doctor comes back to check her vital signs. The doctor nods and says.
Doctor: I'm afraid that you might have to stay the night in the hospital. We don't want to have any complications.
Cancer Cell: Would you mind if I stay here for the night with her? I just want to keep her safe, even though you guys can, but she's more safe with me.
Doctor: I guess you can but don't interfere with the nurse's doing.
Cancer Cell: Oh, I wouldn't want to. I need her alive, I'll just sleep in the chair.
Doctor: Okay.
The doctor leaves and Cancer Cell looks at Rose lovingly and kisses her cheek. She smiles and says.
Rose: I love you.
Cancer Cell: I love you too.
As the night falls, Cancer Cell looks at Rose as she sleeps and moves a strand of hair off her face, she looks so beautiful in the moonlight. Cancer Cell walks up to the bed and slowly slides into the sheets and pulls Rose close to his body and she sighs in content.
Rose: I love you~
Cancer Cell chuckles and watches her as she sleeps peacefully and breathing slowly. He gives her a kiss on the head and whispers back.
Cancer Cell: I love you too baby.
