I don't own the Loud house.
Commission. This is another commission that a fan wanted me to write. It's a multiparter and if you haven't guessed it, it's a rom-com story of the Loud House mixed with "Please Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro". If you haven't read the manga or watched the anime, I highly recommend it. It's a great read/watch.
I hope that you all enjoy this story and if you're interested in learning more about commissions, send me a pm here or on twitter.
Please Don't Tease Me, Miss Lucy
Chapter 1: Art Club
Lincoln was sitting in the school's art room waiting to see if anyone would show up after school. It was the first week and everyone was looking to add new club members. But he wasn't sure if anyone would join since the art club wasn't very popular. He was sadly the only member and if he couldn't get one person to join, then the club would shut down. After five minutes of waiting, Lincoln was about to give up when the door opened.
He saw a young girl enter the room. She was clearly a freshman and she had long black hair with bangs that hid her eyes from him. She looked at him and smiled.
"I would love to join the art club as I've always had a passion for art." The girl said with a slight bow.
"Welcome. What's your name?" Lincoln asked.
"Lucy Loud, at your service~ and I'm looking forward to making beautiful art with you~." She said though there was almost a purring sound to her words.
"My name is Lincoln Long. And sadly, I'm the only one in this club." Lincoln said with a sigh.
"Really?" Lucy asked, tilting her head to the side in confusion.
"Yes. Not many can focus on their own work when they constantly try to compare themselves to me." Lincoln admitted with a blush.
Lucy nodded. She knew that Lincoln Loud was the school's best artist. "That makes sense, even I'm kinda nervous to try and compare myself to you."
Lincoln chuckled nervously. "Well, I don't try to flaunt my skills. But envy is unfortunately very common among artists."
"That sounds like it can be very hard to deal with for most people." Lucy pointed out.
Lincoln sighed as his shoulders slumped a bit. "Yes, it is. I don't have many friends because they think I'm some pretentious snob."
"That's not ok, nobody should think of you as that, I'm sure you're a very kind person." Lucy said as she placed a gentle hand on Lincoln's shoulder.
"Thanks." Lincoln said gratefully. "So...you want to join?"
A big smile formed on Lucy's face. "Yes, I'd be honored to join."
"Well, there is a test to see if you have what it takes to join. Think you're up to it?" Lincoln asked.
"Absolutely, what's this test?" Lucy asked, confident that she could pass any test that Lincoln thought of.
Lincoln blushed. "A portrait...a nude portrait."
"A nude portrait of you?" Lucy asked, blushing a tiny bit of red at the thought of drawing Lincoln naked.
But Lincoln shook his head, his cheeks turning a shade redder. "No...o-of you..."
"Of me?" Lucy asked, her face turning bright red. "Oh my..."
"An artist must be able to step out of their comfort zone and I find that allowing yourself to become the subject is a great way of doing just that." Lincoln quickly explained, not wanting Lucy to think that he was just a perverted artist.
To his complete shock, Lucy took a deep breath before she nodded. "Fine, just don't laugh please..." Lucy then took off her black hoodie and began to unbutton her shirt.
While Lucy undressed, Lincoln prepared his canvas and charcoal. When he got into artist mode, he didn't let anything get in the way of his art, not even hormones. Once he was done, he looked at Lucy who had just finished folding her clothes on the table.
"I'm ready." Lucy said as she sat down in front of him on a wooden stool, facing him. She was nervous and her face was burning from the embarrassment but she was more than willing to see this through since Lincoln was a renown artist despite his young age.
As Lucy sat in front of Lincoln, he began to study her with a sharp intensity that made her want to squirm and she blushed even deeper. She had never felt such piercing eyes on her or been looked at like she was a priceless piece of art. She sat for almost an hour, not moving a muscle and she saw just how focused Lincoln was on his work. She half expected him to ogle her the whole time since he was a teenage boy. And she continued to be under his gaze, Lucy's blush continued to grow. Her whole body seemed to burn, first from embarrassment and then from excitement. She knew that it was for artistic purposes but she couldn't help but get butterflies in her stomach as Licnoln stared at her.
As Lincoln neared the end of his work, he glanced at her and smiled. "We're done. Would you like to see?"
Lucy nodded her head nervously. "I'd be honored to see the final product of your work."
Lincoln motioned Lucy to come over and look over his shoulder. She stood behind him, still naked, and she looked at what he'd done. She gasped in surprise as she saw a beautifully done portrait of her. She had seen herself naked before but never like this, it was absolutely exceptional!
"It's so beautiful! You have a true gift as an artist, I've never been so flattered in my life!" Lucy said as she stared at the charcoal depiction of herself. She had never seen herself look so beautiful before.
Lincoln turned around to look at her and blushed since she was still naked. And being so close, Lincoln was able to get a very good look at her chest. "Um...th-thanks, I wanted to capture your boo-I mean your natural beauty to the best of my ability." Lincoln stammered out.
Seeing Lincoln staring at her chest, Lucy was almost completely crimson at this point. "Oh, w-well.." She giggled. "You're certainly...really good at capturing my..." She glanced down at where Lincoln was staring with a teasing grin. "natural beauty."
Lincoln shyly looked away from her. "You uh...can get dressed now...n-not that I mind...you're...um cute." Lincoln admitted, head face feeling a million times hotter than before.
"I-I hope you don't mind, but, I kinda wanna keep this... is that ok?" Lucy asked after she finished getting dressed. She couldn't take her eyes off of it.
Lincoln looked back at the portrait. "That's fine. Keep it as a reminder of your commitment to the pursuit of art and your acceptance in the club." He extended his hand towards her. "Welcome aboard."
"Thank you, being in this club is one of the greatest things that's ever happened to me!" Lucy said as she shook his hand.
For the remainder of the time, Lincoln and Lucy talked for a bit before they had to head home. They get to know each other and Lincoln learns that Lucy also dreamed of being a famous artist. And Lincoln offered to help her achieve her dreams one day.
"Oh?" She asked with a teasing grin. "Does that mean you plan to..." She leaned in closer to him, hovering inches from his face. "Take responsibility for me?"
Lincoln swallowed as Lucy got close to him. He had never experienced this kind of closeness to a girl before and it was showing on his face and mannerism. "U-Um I uh..." He cleared his throat. "I w-would...yes..."
Lucy's cheeks became a little rosy but her grin didn't waver. "That almost sounded like a marriage proposal..."
"W-We're much too young for that!" Lincoln stammers out, his face as red as a tomato. "You're only a Freshman and I'm just a Sophomore!"
Lucy giggled. "So you're a year above me? Does that mean that you're my Senpai?"
Lincoln couldn't help it, he blushed even deeper.
Lucy noticed this and grinned evilly. "Do you like it when I call you 'Senpai', Senpai?"
Lincoln didn't trust himself to speak so he just nodded instead.
"You watch way too much anime, huh?" Lucy asked with a knowing grin.
Lincoln's shoulders slumped. "Y-Yea..." He admitted.
"Well, how about I call you Senpai whenever we're alone?" Lucy offered. "That way it can be our little secret, okay?"
Lincoln smiled gratefully. "I'd like that."
"Good. Now, tell me, what was my best feature, Senpai~?" Lucy asked as she leaned in close to him, pressing herself to the side of his body. She enjoyed the panicked look in his eyes as he stammered out a reply.
"Gah! Lucy, y-you shouldn't get so close!" He said as he tried to pull away but Lucy latched onto his arm.
"Not until you tell me what my best feature is, Senpai~" She playfully demanded as she held onto him.
Seeing that he didn't have a choice, Lincoln sighed. "Your eyes." He admitted quietly.
Whatever Lucy had expected Lincoln to say, it had not been that. She was momentarily stunned as Lincoln took her silence as permission to continue.
"You have long bangs that hide your eyes from the world almost as if you're scared to show them to others. Maybe someone saw your eyes and they didn't like them. But for me...I saw them hiding underneath your hair, glowing in the darkness like pale blue orbs. They reminded me of the stories of the Willow Wisps that would appear in fairy tales about lost travelers. They are mischievous little creatures and somehow your eyes remind me of that."
Lincoln hadn't noticed that he had been speaking for almost a whole minute and Lucy had yet to make a sound. When he turned towards her, he saw that there were tears falling from her eyes.
"Lucy?" He asked, unsure of how to react. Suddenly, he felt himself get pulled into a hug and Lucy buried her face into his chest. He felt her shudder against him and he knew right then that she was sobbing into his chest. He instinctively wrapped his arms around her and held her close.
After several long minutes, Lucy finally began to calm down and she pulled away, feeling embarrassed. "I'm sorry..." She muttered.
"There's nothing to be sorry about." Lincoln said gently, still confused about what had set her off. "Um...did I say something that offended you?"
Lucy shook her head, her cheeks still red from embarrassment. " No...you said something right." She blushed. "I...think I'll enjoy being in this club with you, Senpai."
Lincoln smiled, happy that he hadn't offended her and lost a potential member. "Good. I know that we'll be good friends."
Lucy smiled brightly at him, thankful that her bangs hid her eyes for once. Because this way he couldn't see the way she was looking at him now. "Yes, Senpai. Good friends." And Lucy meant that. Good friends and potentially even more than that.
End of chapter.
