Finding their way back to the TARDIS proved difficult if not for Bumble's guidance in getting out of the underground.
Back on the topside, Taylor exhaled sharply as she glimpsed around, getting her bearing.
"I have them on my scanners," Bumble informed Taylor how she's tracking Cappy and Paul.
It would be a shame if she didn't know where Cappy is on a given day, Litzy would never forgive her.
However, obtaining the means of transportation into space would take time that they don't have, causing Taylor to inform her that she and Paul arrived in the TARDIS.
There's a shimmer of emotions behind those dark eyes as Taylor told Bumble, that Taylor reached out to touch her, that caused her to snap out of it.
Following her lead, Bumble went with Taylor back to the TARDIS.
Hiding in an alleyway, it waited for their arrival as Taylor reached around her neck to retrieve the key.
With it, the door opened, and as she turned her head to motion Bumble, Taylor noticed a quiet look on Bumble's face.
"What's wrong?" Taylor asks her.
Quiet, Bumble stepped into the TARDIS, her eyes slowly looking around the inside.
Closing the door behind her, Taylor calls out to Bumble as she moved around the TARDIS thoughtfully.
Calling out to her again, Taylor sees Bumble turn her head towards her as she finally said, "N-nothing, let's find Cappy and your friend."
Going up to the console, Bumble instantly moved her hands around the buttons, levers, switches, as Taylor watched the monitors above.
The air chilled around them as the TARDIS powered on and with the coordinates fed by Bumble, it triangulated and found the men aboard the Dalek ship protected by an asteroid field further than any satellite can detect.
Paul was incapable of communicating with Taylor through telepathy because the Daleks forced him and Cappy to wear braces that kept that from happening, relics from the Time War that they kept in their arsenal in the event they ever captured their most feared nemesis.
With both men aboard, the Daleks must be afraid to their very core at the sight of the men.
Cappy as the man who had destroyed numerous platoons and witnessed the deaths of thousands or more Daleks and the Doctor who had ensured their destruction one encounter at a time.
"What if they outright kill them?" Taylor asks if there was a possibility of the men being executed by the Daleks in a twisted revenge for the crimes they committed against their kind, but the TARDIS didn't believe so, instead saying that with the men alive, it would give Dalek Omega leverage that it would need for its own uses, if not for the obvious.
Whatever Dalek Thorn plotted, using the men as a distraction was part of it, and if anything, with there being no bombs inside the Dalek chassis that she and Bumble gone through, it would seem as though Dalek Thorn wanted them to break away from them.
For what purpose that served, the TARDIS didn't know, but there was a reason Dalek Thorn was blasé in this regard.
"You don't suppose there's something aboard the ship it wants, do you?" Bumble turned her head to Taylor as she suggested that Dalek Thorn had an underlying reason for setting up everything to happen as it did.
Crossing her arms as she's in deep thought, Taylor mustered that it wouldn't surprise her, the Dalek wouldn't tell them anything out of habit, but wondered what it was after that it needed Cappy and Paul as bait.
Bumble then suggested that Dalek Thorn was using them as an edge for a trade, the talk of assassination being wasp, and the true intentions being that Dalek Omega has something Dalek Thorn wanted that required two of the most dangerous men in Dalek history to get its nonexistent foot through the door.
Despite their infamous temperament, Daleks knew the principles of trading, that they would blast each other for insinuating lesser agreements.
"Whatever it is Dalek Thorn wanted, it's worth their price," Bumble sums for Taylor before Taylor then asked what could've been aboard the ship that Dalek Thorn wanted.
Shrugging, Bumble gestures as she rattled off everything that Daleks wanted, but doubted Dalek Thorn wanted weapons or the deaths of Cappy and Paul, not yet, anyway.
Something else to note, Daleks may know the principles of trading, that didn't stop them from being their infamous selves and destroying each other to keep everything to themselves.
It would be foolish for Dalek Thorn to trade them away, being valuable assets, and Dalek Omega wouldn't trade whatever's worth the price.
"We gotta find them," Bumble summed as she headed towards the door, her boots clanking against the grated floor with Taylor hurrying behind her.
Exiting the TARDIS, the women found themselves on a cold ship, Bumble indemnifying as something that Dalek Omega stolen from a different species and retrofitted with Dalek technology.
Slowly moving through the ship, the women kept close to the ground as they avoided any light sources as Bumble hones on the Sonic Screwdriver's signal.
Didn't surprise her to see it not anywhere near Paul, these Daleks were smarter than they looked, and they confiscated everything that could be used against them.
However, it would be foolish not to retrieve the Sonic Screwdriver first, last thing anyone wanted was Daleks using it to adapt.
Guess the Cybermen finally rubbed off on them about doing whatever it took to remain agile against their enemies to heart!
Finding and using ventilation system to traverse around the ship, led by Bumble, Taylor struggled in the cramped tube as Bumble went through it effortlessly.
Feeling the walls against her shoulders and her head uncomfortably against the top of the tube didn't help as she tried keeping her breathing even.
"Not a fan of creamed spaces, are you?" Bumble noticed Taylor's discomfort.
Frowning, Taylor admitted that she been trying to work on it, but it's been difficult, and Bumble encouraged her to keep trying, bringing up that at one point, Bumble was afraid of swimming.
It catches Taylor off-guard as she inquiries why would Bumble be afraid of swimming, only for Bumble to sheepishly explain it's the reason her nickname is Bumble.
Happened when she first came online, she was trying to figure out her parameters, well, accidentally went through the wrong door, and fell into the family pool after taking too many steps forward.
Sunk to the pool floor like an anchor and Lizzy was there to help get her out of the pool, after that Bumble had a fear of swimming.
"How did you overcome it?" Taylor inquired how Bumble managed to overcome her fear and she explained that she forced herself through it because of her devotion to the family and Lizzy.
It did help that Lizzy outfitted her with upgrades that helped her with situations such as that, too, but her desire to overcome her fear was the main driving force.
Smiling, Bumble described meeting Lizzy for the first time and how she had wanted nothing more than to protect her at all costs.
"Imagine my surprise when she told me she was being courted by Cappy!" Bumble remembered that day when Lizzy came to her with the news that a suitor started courting her and that she's taken a shine to him, how it culminated to Bumble learning about Cappy and what he was exactly.
Didn't need her to tell him anything about Bumble, he figured everything out by meeting her once, and going from there, Bumble was there every step of the way until their marriage.
Even though Lizzy was married, Bumble remained at her side.
"Hold up," Bumble stopped Taylor from moving as she tracked the signal up ahead, slowly going forward while Taylor remained behind.
Cautiously, Bumble went up to the grate and peered through the slits.
Looked like a tomb more than it did an area where Daleks stored valuable things, but it's where the signal was coming from, and once she confirmed there were no Daleks, Bumble worked to undo the bolts.
Pulling the grate off and having Taylor tuck it behind them, Bumble climbed out first as she slowly moved around.
Once she confirmed that there were no Daleks, she helped Taylor out of the vent, helping her dust off the centuries old grime that had built up since the Daleks claimed the ship as theirs.
It was dark and frightfully colder than out in the corridors, that Bumble was almost correct that it was like a tomb, and she led Taylor through the darkness towards where the Daleks kept the Sonic Screwdriver hidden.
Maybe even figure out what Dalek Thorn was after, for that matter, since it looks to be the place where Dalek Omega kept it hidden from prying eyes.
