Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here, back with another story. This one is about Bleach. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own Bleach, Tite Kubo and a few others do.
One thing that various reapers could and did agree on? It was better to work from the shadows. Their tedious work was far better when it was hidden… Granted? There were various methods to ensure people were kept hidden from their work?
But the stealth teams wanted more.
"Need to be quicker…." One of the various reapers stated as he kept moving. He looked over his shoulder at the various other reapers.
"Hmm…" He muttered as he continued moving through the obstacle course.
Their training was made all the more intense. He wanted nothing more than to speed through the various obstructions and such in his path. None of them spoke a word, they didn't feel the need to. It was obvious in their minds that they were being pushed past their limits.
But none wanted to know why whatever their master decreed? That was their business and their business alone.
They paused after completing the obstacle course. Something was in the air. They could feel it as he looked around the arena and hummed.
Where was their commander? Where was their master? He cracked his fingers and started to look around the arena.
"Hmm… Where is she?" One of the members asked. "We know she should be here by now… She wouldn't vanish when she ordered us to be here, would she?" The member asked as he hummed and looked around.
That was true, their master was nowhere to be seen. It bothered them not knowing where she was. The members of the stealth group were used to their captain appearing to greet them after they finished daily training.
"Perhaps she's just running late?" Another member stated which caused them to turn to him with interest.
"It's a possibility. Captain Feng wouldn't be running this late without a good reason." Another member said as they shared looks. "And if she does? She always tells us what to do at the moment when we're done with the daily chores." A third member stated as the soldiers looked around.
He sighed as he looked to the side and started to ponder what would happen next. Without their captain around? They had no way of knowing what their next orders were. None of them wanted to offend their master, while they all knew what to do next?
Sui-Feng's wrath was something anyone in their right mind wanted to deal with… For she would make the entire division suffer for it if they did anything to warrant it.
"Should someone go see if she's in her quarters at the moment?" Another of the stealth division members asked as they shared glances at each other.
All of them wanted someone else to be the one to handle the task set before them. If they were caught? Perhaps the punishment would only be inflicted upon them, it was far better than the entire division being inflicted the suffering.
That? And it was far more amusing in their minds for one of them to bear the punishment than it being dealt with them all.
"This is going to suck." One of the members stated as he cracked his fingers once more. "Do we have to do it? This is going to be insane when it comes to convincing the captain not to freak out on us." The soldier stated to themselves as they started to walk away.
He was glad at the moment their commander didn't know every name from their group. to know it at the moment? It was far more something that placed him in danger in his mind.
He cracked each of his fingers, a thing he did whenever he was nervous… And in this case? He would rather Sei Feng didn't know… He would much rather she didn't know so she couldn't single him out among the rest of the group.
"Oh, this is going to suck… This will be terrible beyond all reason." The soldier stated as he looked up at the sky.
He was quite far more nervous when it came back to it. This would not be fun, and he knew that quite well in the end.
He dreaded it… Yet he dreaded not being able to do anything more.
Author Notes
Phew, the first chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be in a few months or so. The next chapter will be in 2-6 months and will show the soldier talking to Sei-Feng and asking what's happening next and all that. Until then, Lighting Wolf out.
P.S: Next chapter will be 1200 words or such and will come down to another story soon.
