Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here, time for another story, this one about DC and RWBY. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I do not own RWBY or DC, Warner, and Monty Oum do.
Lex Luthor was not a patient man, either way, he tried. He would be able to try and get what he wanted.
However? Either way? It was hard enough to relax, to understand what was going on… This all did not matter, not to him… Not much would be happening now, not something he could have properly dealt with.
Then came the baying of the infernal clown, someone he did not like at all. He did not wish to live now with it to nothing.
He was silent, knowing what was happening. Even with it all coming to an end? This would not be something to manage, not now.
"So, tell me, Luthor… This joint business deal of yours? It has a punchline as the clown has asked?" Luthor heard.
He snorted, exhaling through his nose, they knew how to bug him. The entire league acted like this, knowing what was going on now, he was too interested in it now. A small part of his mind was focused.
He would not be able to figure it out but Ares did. That was why he had more important people to worry about.
No, the worry was the most pathetic word he had ever heard. He had better things to do… Yes, that was it and it was clear he could afford to manage it for now.
'Soon, boy scout. I will be free of you and everyone else, then I can finally show the worth of Lex Luthor to this blasted world.' Lex thought, knowing what was going on, that and that alone would be mind-blowing if it could happen.
He only had himself to blame for it and he could not have allowed his minions to get out of control like this, their resistance to the plans he had set in motion.
If they could not stop them, however? He would no doubt be free to use them against the tide… Even then? He would need help.
Which was one reason he had asked the most dangerous woman on the planet to go deal with it for now he clicked his fingers before he hummed to himself.
He seemed to relax once more. He would be able to relax, knowing what was growing on his mind. There was something wrong with reality for him and there was something to be able to think about.
She knew which would come to the moment. Lex would cause problems and he would continue to relax and figure out that for good reason… Even he? Even at the end of the day? it would not be able to be relaxed.
All of it was something to be dealing with for now, not when it was all said and done, all of it seemed to be dealt with, knowing what was happening next and dreading it now.
There was more to see and do, more than what would become of it now, all of it was harder to relax. He clicked his fingers and then looked downwards at the ground.
There were a lot of things to figure out. He had a lot more to see and do now, everything else was chaos.
There was a small bit of madness that he could sink into with time and effort, knowing what was going on and growing strong enough to stop it at the end of the day.
All this simply rubbed them the wrong way, a very wrong way that would not go away when it comes down to it. He had a desire to try and deal with the pain and he decided that the solution was to go drown himself in paperwork.
The others were dismissed, and out back into the wilderness like a herd of rabid cattle, they left. Only the annoying clown remained to bother him for now and for good reason.
All of it was ending sooner or later, for now, he clicked his fingers before he sighed, thinking of it all for now.
He had been unable to think and to act on himself before now, there were a lot of plans on his tiny little mind, the only real way he would get what was going on before now. This and that wouldn't change.
Author Notes
