Bart entered his house. He took a deep breath, "Mom!" He hunted for his mom. "Bart, Bart, what is it?" Marge ran towards her son, who wanted her. It had to be important, if Bart wanted her immediately.
Bart waited for Marge to get to the living room. "Mom, you need to sit down." Marge sat across from Bart, "What did you do, Bart?" "It's not what I did. It's what I want to do." Marge sighed, "Which is?" What kind of prank did her son plan, that he needed her input on? "I know you won't like it, but I really do want to convert to Catholicism." Marge looked at her son. "I saw how important me not doing so was to you. So I tried to forget about it. I really tried." Marge saw Bart was near tears. "This is really important to you?" Marge didn't like it, but if it would turn her son back into the boy she knew, she was willing to give it a chance. Bart nodded. "I'll make you a deal, if you maintain your good behavior and keep a C average in school, I'll allow you to become Catholic." She would raise the grade requirement, but she knew Bart had trouble with most subjects and she didn't want to make it impossible for her son to meet her requirements. Well, she did, but wasn't going to crush her son's spirit. As chaotic as it was. Her thoughts were interrupted by a hug, "Thanks mom!"
Marge informed Homer of Bart's want when they were in their bedroom. "He still wants to be Catholic." Marge sighed. She was still concerned. Homer nodded. "And I said he could if he behaved well and got decent grades."
