Laughter
That's strange, Juvia thought. She had never noticed how infectious Natsu's laughter was. To be quite honest, she had never spent enough time with him to actually hear him laugh.
She remembered that she was sad. She and Gray had broken up. The love story she had dreamed of living with him had no happy ending. She had distance herself from everyone for several days. She did not want to bother anyone with her heartbreak and she was not good company right now.
But Natsu had made up his mind not to leave her alone with her pain and he and Happy had joined her as she sat at a table at the back of the guild. She must have said something funny, because Natsu had burst out laughing. An open and spontaneous laugh that made her smile, even laugh. That day, the rain had stopped and the sun was beginning to reappear in Juvia's life.
Since then, she had the impression that Natsu had taken it upon himself to make her laugh. Little by little, Juvia got better and better and her days were filled with laughter. She had realized that she had fallen in love with the dragon slayer and his infectious laughter. And what made her even happier was that she was being loved back.
