Lanes pov
"That cop car has been following us right on our tail for a minute now." Carly says nervously and I nod stopping at a stop sign before Looking and seeing I can go, so I let my foot off the brake and put it on the gas but it won't go and I start freaking out
"What the hell?!" I yell
Sideswipes pov
Ok so here goes nothing
Scrap this is hard, then I feel Sunny hit me slightly
'Just do it, then maybe there'll be less of a chance they lubricate on you.' He groans out
'Okay.' I reply, I guess it'd be better to get it over with now and Lanes stopping at a stop sign, perfect.
The girl says something about barricade following us which I slightly growl at him.
Lane moves to the gas but I stay put which I see barricades light come on lightly, and Lane starts freaking out, alright go time, and I activate my hologram.
"Hey!" I say and both of them give off a small scream of surprise, Lane composes himself quickly
"Who the fuck are you?" He asks
"Would you believe me if I said I was the car?" I ask knowing the answer is no
"Absolutely not!" He says
I make my hologram disappear and reappear making them both look shocked.
"Alright I believe you I guess, now what's going on?!" Lane says
"Basically me and that cop car are from the planet cybertron, I'm aligned with the autobots who want freedom for all sentient beings in short, cop car is a decepticon who want to enslave everyone in short, my leader will explain everything in full once we meet up with him in a couple days." I explain
"Ok so we should get away from him then?" The girl asks
"Yea, you can let off my steering wheel and pedals." I say which he does and I start to take off as fast as I can and Barricade instantly flips his lights on and chases after us.
Lanes pov
This is crazy, what is happening, I look to Carly and take her hand which she accepts.
Sideswipes pov
Yea this wasn't my best idea, but it's fun, so that's a win in my opinion.
'Sideswipe, I'm a minute away from you, empty field with a barn two miles ahead.' Arcee tells me
'Ok, we'll see you there.' I reply
I gun it and I see a red 2007 corvette, could go fancier but this'll do fine.
"I'd hang on if I were you." I tell them and promptly go on two wheels scanning the new corvette with the kids screaming, can't say I blame them though.
We pull away from barricade always and I see arcee on the horizon.
"Alright once I stop, you need to find a place to hide from barricade, and quickly too." I tell them and they nod
I reach arcee and make a sliding stop and let the kids out and they run towards the barn, and I transform along with Arcee and barricade barrels toward me tackling me to the ground and he ejects Frenzy, immediately I punch him right in his face and arcee shoots his back and barricade tosses me to the side.
Lanes pov
Carly and I run into the barn and see my car, this apparently sentient being, transform and see the cop car speed up before transforming as well, and tackling my car- er, I don't really know at this point, but we run to a barn and notice a tiny robot coming for us
"What the hell is that." Carly screams and I grab a wrecking bar and take my shot and hit it over the head and it pops back up tackling me to the ground and it slightly cuts my face, which makes me growl out in pain, Carly takes the bar and swing at it, detaching it's head and some sort of liquid splashes over my face making me grab it in pain. I take a second to regather myself before standing up and making my way towards the still moving head.
"Not so tough without the rest of your body huh?" I ask sarcastically before kicking him as far as I can
I look outside and notice a red robot and a pink more feminine looking one. I also notice the police car leaving as fast as it could.
"What are they?" Carly asks
"I don't know, but I don't think they want to hurt us." I tell her and she looks at me like I'm crazy
"How do you know?!?" She asks, I can't blame her
"The other one is the one who let loose what ever chased after us, and the red one had had ample time to do anything to me if he wanted to." I tell her and she just shakes her head at me
"Your crazy, but I see your point I guess." Carly tells me then I look to the two robots
"What and who exactly are you?" I ask and the two look at each other before the pink one steps forward a little bit.
"As my sparkmate said, we are cybertronians from the planet cybertron. My name is arcee svd his is sideswipe. What about yours?" She tells us
"I'm Lane and that's Carly." I tell her
"It's nice to meet you." She says with and I nod back and she looks over to Sideswipe
"So what should we do till the others get here?" Sideswipe asks makes his blades disappear and looks at Arcee.
"I don't know, with them being with us, they may be more likely to be thought of people who are allied with us now." Arcee says
"Can't we just go home for a little while?" I ask
"Yea, I could stay with him if that would be better for the time being." Carly tells them and I nod knowing my parents would be fine with it
"If you really want to, the choice is yours." Sideswipe tells us and me and Carly look at each other and nod
"Yea that sounds good." Carly says
"Actually would Lane mind staying back, I notice the wound on your face, and Carly are you injured as well?" She asks concerned
"No Arcee, thank you though." Carly says
"Go ahead and take her back, I'll be there in a minute." She says and they nod and Sideswipe looks at me and notices I'm a little nervous
"Don't worry, Arcee is really nice, especially since you're completely not on her bad side, word of the wise, don't get on said bad side." He warns and transforms and I swear Arcee smirks a little bit.
"Nonsense, unless you align with the decepticons, you have nothing to worry about with me." She says and I nod
"Alright Lane, see you in a little bit." Carly says as sideswipe transforms a she gets in and they take off then Arcee leans down and I think she's offering me to get on her hand, so I just look up at her.
"I think it'll be easier if we do it from not so much of a height difference." She says and I nod getting on her hand and she very carefully cups her hand and picks me up.
"I'm still getting familiar with human medical, I'm not very good with my kinds either, but I know enough to keep them from offlining." Arcee says and she scans me and frowns
"By chance did you get a blueish purple liquid in your cut?" She asks and I nod
"Yea the little one cut my face a little and when Carly took his head off it went into the wound." I tell her and she frowns and looks a little panicked.
"Alright when our actual medic gets here with the others, I want you to let him look you over." She tells me seriously and I nod, "also hold something clean over it and let it heal."
"Alright Arcee." I say and she smiles
"Alright let's get caught up with the other two then." She says and she transforms with me snug in the seat.
We race down the road and turn on my driveway with my slight directions.
"Hey guys." Carly says and I wave
"I'm gonna get this scratch cleaned up." I tell them running into the house.
I text my parents if Carly can stay the night a couple nights and they pretty much instantly reply yes and that they won't be home till around noon tomorrow.
I look into the mirror and notice my blue eyes are blue than normal, almost glowing then they go back to normal, I shake my head thinking it's just my imagination, and look at all the grime in my blonde hair.
Now I'm pretty tall, standing at about 6'2 and weigh about 200 but I look a little stronger but weaker at the same time, I don't really know how to explain it.
I take a wash cloth and start washing my face until I get most of the grime off and put a bandage over the cut before going back outside.
"My parents are fine with me staying if yours are." Carly says and I nod
"Alright sounds good to me." I reply
"So what's the plan for us?" Sideswipe asks and I shrug then go cold
"We'll it's gonna be easy to explain Arcee as Carly buying a motorcycle but you, I'm dead if they see you." I tell them and they look concerned and confused
"Why would your parental units kill you?" Arcee asks and then I remember they're from a different planet and not completely knowing of our sayings.
"Oh I don't mean literally, it just means they're going to yell and probably ground me." I explain and they nod
"Thanks for the explanation kid." Sideswipe says thankfully
"No problem Sideswipe." I tell him and he rolls his eyes
"Call me Sides, the only time I get called sideswipe on the battlefield is by our leader and Ironhide sometime, oh and when I prank someone." He says happily and me and Carly look at him amused
"I'd love to see one of your pranks." I tell him and he grins before Arcee cuts us off.
"No your not doing that with my sparkmate because he becomes a total dumbaft, at least do it with me and Sunny, because we know who to and not prank at the time 100% of the time, though at least Sides has the sense to not do it to our leader unless he knows for sure he's a little upset and won't get angry, and those are little easy ones." She explains though amused at her… sparkmate? Wait
"By sparkmate do you mean the human equivalent of marriage?" I ask
"Yea, pretty much." Sideswipe says with a nod and Carly smiles
"That's awesome." Carly says
"Yea, we can easily ask each other what's up and everything with our bond, same with me and my brother and me and his sparkmate to a degree, and my parental units." Sideswipe says and we nod
"Man that's something." I say amazed and we look at the time
"Its late, what do you want for dinner?" I ask Carly and she shrugs
"Fish filets and Mac n cheese is fine with me." She says and we go inside and I cook up some food
"Good night Sides and Arcee." I say and they wave back
We go inside and I quickly make the food so we could take showers
"Good thing your parents keep spare clothes in the guest room." Carly tells me
"Yea it really is." I tell her and she smiles
"Good night Lane." Carly says hugging me and I hug her back
"Goodnight Carly." And with that we go to our bedrooms for the night.
