What if The Prophecy of the Seven was a lot more flexible than they thought?

What if One more Half-blood was supposed to join them on their quest?

Percy is the only child of Posiden but not the only child of Neptune. Jericho Sorkpor is a young woman with a complicated background born in Ghana on the coast her childhood was filled with days by her granduncle's side catching oysters and shrimp with her cousin Kojo. Soon after disaster struck in the form of a huge sea monster forcing her to move to the USA to live with her Aunt in Miami. She finished Highschool and enlisted in the coast guard after 3 years of active duty and started college while in the reserves. In her final year, she spends the summer at her childhood home with Papa, Kojo, and his daughter Zion. So when a certain group of demigods is hit with a small and almost fatal detour they end up on the coast of Ghana and are found by Jericho who now has to decide to sink or swim.
