"On the previous episode of Total Drama Glory..." Chris's voice filled the void of the black screen. It soon shone brightly with an image of an island, home of Camp Wawanakwa. "We were joined by old faces..." Sammy greeting Bridgette was shown, a clip of Zoey getting scolded by Chris appeared and then changed to Lindsay hugging Duncan, Noah and Ezekiel."...who are ready for new challenges..." Dakota roared and ran off the screen, Beardo pushed Sugar to the side, Scott fell on his face, Cameron hopped on Rodney's back, Dawn emerged from the bushes and Sky crossed the finish line first. "...and new drama!" Courtney glared at Gwen, Jo looked upset with her hands on her hips, Topher had an arrogant smirk on his face and Justin's appearance sent people into a temporary state of awe.
"Twenty campers and only one bag of 5 million dollars..."
The shot changed to Chris sipping a cocktail with a lemon slice stuck on the brim of the glass. He finished the drink in one big gulp and wiped his mouth with a sleeve.
"...here on Total! Drama! Glory!"
Intro:
The first notes of the classic 'I wanna be Famous' began, as several cameras popped out of random places on the island. A few glistened in the sun, hidden in between big rocks, some grew out of the grass, causing Jo, who was racing with Sky, to trip on one. One pushed a squirrel out of a tree hollow. It fell to the ground and the shot focused on a dazed animal. A film clapper covered it for a second, but the angry squirrel bit into it, making the person holding it flail the object around, trying to get rid of the pest.
Dear Mom and Dad I'm doing fine, you guys are on my mind,
The cameras were sent flying through the dock and the cabinets. They passed Chris who was checking himself out in a pocket mirror, with Justin standing behind him and doing the same. Chris shut the object once he noticed the handsome boy's reflection in it. The camera went up the large cliff and plummeted into the water. In there, Dawn was holding a panicked Scott firmly, while a shark was cuddling to her side. She extended the farmer's hand so he could pet it, but the shark chomped into it.
You asked me what I wanted to be and I think the answer is plain to see,
Scott shot out of a lake with a scream and landed hard on a surfboard occupied by Bridgette who winced. A motorboat zoomed by them, Duncan being the one to steer it. Zoey was standing by his side and holding onto the railing as the speed was too much for her. They crashed into the beach, causing Zoey to tumble down the vehicle and land on the bad boy's back. They smiled at each other awkwardly.
The next shot focused on a clearing in a forest, where stood an annoyed Courtney. Gwen, smiling hopefully, kneeled in front of her and pulled a big bouquet of orange and yellow flowers. Unfortunately, a swarm of bees flew out of it and attacked Courtney's face. The girl started running away with a concerned Gwen chasing her. Sugar, who was watching from nearby, clutched her sides from laughter. Beardo stood next to her, a disapproving look on his face.
I wanna beeeeeee famous!
In another part of the woods, a stream was carrying a wooden raft with Ezekiel and Cameron. They were having a heated discussion until the boat tipped over the waterfall and started falling. When they were in the air, they clung to each other tightly and started screaming.
I wanna live close to the sun
On the log below the waterfall stood confused Sky, holding a makeshift flag that marked the end of her race with Jo. She realized that the girl was no longer behind her, then turned around to see Cameron and Ezekiel descending to the ground and caught the latter's hand. The geek managed to hold on to homeschooled boy's ankle. Ezekiel smiled at Sky with gratitude, revealing his rotten teeth. The athlete screamed and let go of the boys.
Go pack your bags 'cuz I've already won,
They crashed into the outhouse, startling Rodney who was just about to go inside. He flung his arms into the air, letting go of a bunch of pictures with every female contestant depicted on them. Dawn's picture flew the closest to the camera and helped smoothly transition the shot to the communal bathroom in which Dakota was desperately trying to bleach the green streaks going through her hair. Upon noticing the cameras, she pushed them out of the doors.
Everything to prove nothing in my way, I'll get there one day,
'Cuz I wanna beeeeeee famous!
The screen shakily led viewers to the dining hall through a window leading to the kitchen. Chef was making a disgusting-looking concoction in his pot. Terrified, Noah watched the swirling mixture. On his left was Lindsay who took the opportunity of the boy being distracted and painted his nails pink.
Na na nana nanananana nananananana
At the counter sat bickering Topher and Sammy, with the boy looking smug and the cheerleader ready to rip his head off. Chef shoved two spoons of his creation into their mouth to shut them up.
Three silhouettes lingered at the exit of the hall but when the cameras got closer, they escaped and vanished from sight.
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous!
I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous!
Now landing on the beach, the view was occupied by Chris who gave his signature smirk. White sparkle from his teeth blinded the camera for a second and then the shot changed to all the contestants sitting in a circle by a campfire. Most of them were placed on tree stumps but the largest of them such as Dakota, Beardo and Sugar sat on the grass. The stars on the clear night sky shone brightly, illuminating the pair sitting across from each other on the top of the hill. Duncan wiggled his eyebrows and Zoey chuckled. Both leaned into a kiss, but they were interrupted by a lovestruck Ezekiel, who beamed at the red-headed girl. Zoey immediately backed away, embarrassed. Chef and Chris stood behind the teenagers and shared a knowing look. The camera panned out so the audience could see and hear the cast whistling the familiar tune. The words "Total Drama Glory" lit up in intensive yellow light on a wooden board.
The episode picked up on where the last left. Confused Cats and Brave Bears were looking down the cliff with dread. Beardo's teeth clattered loudly, Cameron was chewing on his nails and Lindsay cowered behind Bridgette's back.
"In today's challenge, your task is to retrieve a key from the bottom of the lake!" Chris pulled them back to reality with his snarky tone. "It opens this luxurious mansion, reserved for the winners of the challenge!"
He pulled out a remote and clicked a big red button on it. A drone appeared, holding a huge screen. Grey static cut to a video showing off the beautiful building.
Some 'ohhhhs' and 'ahhhhs' escaped the group.
Chris nodded in an unspoken agreement.
"Yeah, that's cute and all, but what's the catch?" Jo immediately caught on to Chris's scheme.
Chris sent an innocent expression her way.
"A catch? There's none! I always explain everything clearly! For example; you have to dive for the right key, one by one, into the waters infested with sharks! Oh, and did I mention that there are hundreds of other keys? It's time for trials and errors!"
"How are we supposed to know which key is the right one?" Scott asked with a grimace.
"That's the fun part, you don't!" Chris laughed but then pointed at the screen which changed into a map of the island. "There's one way to find out though. One of your teammates is going to be put in charge of a baby carriage in which you will travel to the mansion to test the key you grabbed underwater. Remember, you can only pick one per jump! And you gotta wait for the operator of the carriage to return. You have one minute to choose them!"
Confused Cats
"I will do it!" Courtney instantly raised her hand.
"I don't know..." Sky said. "I think Jo or I would do a better job; we're stronger and faster. No offence."
Courtney did look offended.
"Hey! Courtney should be the one to do it!" Gwen piped in. "She wouldn't have jumped anyway, so that way we won't lose time!"
"Gee, thanks." retorted Courtney and stormed off to the bottom of the mountain.
"Wait! I didn't mean..." Gwen tried to stop her but it was too late.
The goth girl sighed loudly.
"Nice one, Gwen," she muttered to herself.
Brave Bears
"Rodney should be the one to do it," whispered Dawn. "He lacks the agility to swim quickly but is the best suited for the muscle-based job."
Rodney blushed profusely and his eyes went out of focus.
Confessional: Rodney
"She thinks I'm the strongest one here!" Rodney giggled.
He was too large to properly fit in the outhouse so he had to squat on the floor, his back pressed to the dirty toilet.
"Yeah, I know I have to work on my relationship with women and how I perceive them but gosh darn it! Dawn is just too damn cute!"
"Wait a second! I want to be one to push the carriage!" Scott chimed in, trying to hide his nervousness.
"What's your problem, dude?" Duncan rolled his eyes at the dirt farmer. "It's not the time for a peacocking contest!"
Dawn touched Duncan's arm to get his attention.
"It's not his fault, really. I sense a deep fear of water lurking creatures in his heart."
"If by that you mean sharks, then yeah, obviously!" Scott yelled with visible frustration.
"Ten seconds left!" Chris shouted.
"Just stand at the end of the queue and pray that we'll find the key before your turn." Duncan harshly told the panicked boy.
"Fine."
"Now that the boring stuff is over with, it's time for you to line up on the verge of the cliff!" Chris ordered.
Confused Cats decided to go from strongest to weakest and Brave Bears went with a random order except for Scott, who lingered in the back.
Jo jumped without any hesitation, leaving Dakota behind. The Ex-Model took a deep breath and jumped seconds later.
The headstrong athlete landed in the water with a mediocre splash. She sunk to the bottom and grabbed a heavy, golden key. Jo grinned and looked up to swim towards the shore but was met face-to-face with a giant row of sharp teeth. Bubbles escaped her mouth as she tried to scream.
Unknowingly, she gave Dakota an advantage by being the first one in the water, as the predator focused on the jock-ette. The tall girl sent a glance towards Jo's direction as if she was contemplating helping her but eventually, she picked the nearest key and swam away.
"And Dakota takes the lead!" Chris's commentary accompanied her as she hopped into the green baby carriage.
Brave Bears cheered from the cliff.
"You go, girl!" Zoey encouraged her, not noticing the weird looks the rest of the team gave her.
On the other side of the cliff, Confused Cats were getting increasingly impatient.
"What is taking her so long?" Noah asked but he didn't receive an answer.
"Maybe she's in trouble?" speculated Cameron, who was hugging himself tightly. "Oh, I wish I was in my bubble again!"
Sky took her eyes off the pair and frowned.
"If that's the case, someone should help her..." She stepped closer to the verge of the cliff.
However, Chris was quick to put a hand on the dark-haired girl's shoulder with a grin.
"That's against the rules. Sorry!" he reminded but then laughed. "Oh, wait. I'm not sorry at all!
Meanwhile, Jo was trapped in the shark's tight grasp. The animal licked its non-existent lips, excited to bite into human flesh. Her face started turning a shade of purple due to the lack of oxygen. She was punching the animal and kicking around until the key she was still holding hit the shark's nostril.
It let out a whimper and its eyes turned glassy as it realised Jo. She quickly snatched the golden key that began floating in the water.
Courtney watched as her teammate threw themselves out of the water and gasped for air. She pointed at her wrist pretending like she had a watch on to signalize that Jo should hurry up. The beat-up athlete finally flopped into the baby blue carriage.
At the same time, Rodney was speeding through the woods. Dakota was holding onto her dear life but kept the key safely in her pocket.
"So, how come you're not a monster anymore?!" Rodney spoke loudly so Dakota could hear him despite the air whistling in her ears.
"Um, rude!" she scowled and furrowed her eyebrows. "I was a mutant, not a monster, there's a difference!"
Before the conversation could continue, they came to a sudden stop, as the mansion seemingly grew in front of them. Dakota got off the carriage and ran to the door. She put the key into the hole and started twiddling it. After a few grating sounds nothing happened.
"It's a wrong key!" the blonde whined and returned to the carriage.
On the midway back, the Brave Bears duo passed Courtney and Jo, the blonde still in rough condition. The former picked up the pace and glared at the competition.
By the time Rodney arrived at the beach, Sammy was ready to jump.
"For the team! Aaaaaaaaaah!" she curled herself into a ball and didn't stop yelling until she hit the surface.
Confessional: Sammy
The girl rested her palms on her knees, wearing a bashful expression.
"Okay, I wasn't exactly ready but I had to prove myself as useful to my team!"
At the mansion, Jo just found out that her key was fake.
"Dammit!"
Back in the lake, Sammy was able to land behind some rocks, away from the sharks. She noticed a shining object in the brown sand and plucked out a head-shaped key.
When she reached her carriage, Courtney just came back. Seeing this, Sky hopped off the cliff and landed gracefully with a minimal splash. From then on, live footage was replaced with a series of short videos, each showcasing how the next few contestants dealt with the challenge. Dawn meditated while she was falling, Lindsay flapped her arms around as if she was flying, Justin was handed a key by a flustered shark and when Beardo's body touched the water, a dark green sludge formed around him, indicating that it was a very long time since he had a proper shower. However, none of them got the right key.
It was now Zoey's turn to try and win. Despite her abilities, jumping off such a great height made her anxious.
"I wish Mike was here..." she said to herself, scratching her arm, trying to relieve some stress.
A warmth spread through the girl, when she felt a gentle bump on her back.
"You can do it, Red."
She whipped her head to see Duncan retracting his fist. He sent her a relaxed smile which she reciprocated after a short moment.
"You're right!" Zoey hyped herself up and took a run-up before jumping.
On the other team, only four people were left, as Noah already took off (after extensive complaining, of course).
"So, who's going next?" Bridgette questioned and looked at the remaining trio; Gwen, Ezekiel and Cameron.
"Do you want to give it a try, Cameron?" Gwen tried to be friendly to her new teammate.
The boy instinctively fidgeted in place and covered his head with his arms.
"No way! It's statically impossible to avoid a major injury while participating in this outlandish, so-called 'challenge'!" he blurted out and curled up in the embryonal position.
Gwen and Bridgette shared a concerned look.
"But if you don't do it, you might get eliminated, eh." Ezekiel pointed out, probably thinking about each time it has happened to him.
Cameron just started sucking on his thumb in response.
The surfer sighed and put her hands in her blue hoodie pockets.
"I've done it before and I can do it again, I guess. And sharks are probably not that bad, right?"
No one answered her.
Another compilation of clips covered the screen. Topher was pushed off the cliff by Duncan, Bridgette realized her key wasn't the right one, Ezekiel stumbled and fell off the cliff by accident, and the fame-hungry member of Brave Bears tossed a faux key to the ground.
"Okay Cameron, you have to jump!" Gwen held him up by his arms. "Listen, Courtney pretty much hates me and even if I get the right key, she might throw the challenge just to set me up!"
In the corner of her eye, she could see that both Rodney and Courtney already returned. Duncan didn't waste any time and jumped in a matter of seconds.
Cameron felt like a rag doll in her hands, paralyzed by his fear. He seemed unresponsive as well. Gwen shook him violently until he snapped out of it.
"Come on, you're the winner of Revenge of the Island! You must have overcome stuff that were way worse than this!" she encouraged him.
"I guess..." he mumbled but wasn't convinced.
At that point, the goth girl realized that they were wasting too much time. She quickly analyzed the situation and chose the only option she could think of. Still carrying the weak boy, Gwen gritted her teeth and closed her eyes. She then threw him into the water.
"I'm so sorry!" she yelled after him.
"AAAAAAAAAAAH!" Cameron shrieked, absolutely terrified.
Confused Cats and Brave Bears watched the scene from the beach.
"Now I get why they called her the 'New Heather'," Sammy commented to no one in particular, hands clasped together on her chest.
Courtney had her mouth open agape.
Confessional: Courtney
The freckled girl looked annoyed, legs crossed and sitting sideways.
"Did she do that to avoid working with me? She thinks I would do a bad job?!" Courtney's tone turned more aggressive. "Ugh! What do I care, anyway?!"
While Cameron was busy trying to get away from hungry sharks, Duncan just put his silver key into the hole in the door. Something clicked and the doors slid open.
"And we have our winner!" Chris's voice cracked through a megaphone. "Brave Bears win today's challenge!"
The members of the mentioned team cheered while Confused Cats mainly reacted by groaning or sighing.
A cut was made to all of the contestants plus Chris standing in front of the mansion. Zoey, Sammy and Dakota hugged each other in excitement. Dawn tried to match their enthusiasm at first, but her eyes widened as she started to feel uneasy.
"Guys... I think something's wrong..." She tried to warn them, but Duncan's scream interrupted her.
"What the hell, McLean?! Why does the inside look like-"
Duncan, who peeped through the doors, had his sentence cut off by a rumble coming from the forest. Trees fell to the ground, leaving a path of destruction behind. A demolition machine emerged from the wilderness, with Chef being the one to steer it.
"You're just on time, buddy!" Chris's voice was picked up by one of the microphones but otherwise, no one heard what he had said because of the noise.
The vehicle started moving towards the villa.
"Get out of my way, punk!" Chef screamed at Duncan who listened, knowing better than to fight a machine carrying a wrecking ball.
"Is he going to...?!" Topher yelped.
"NOOOOOO!" Justin fell to his knees, as did Sugar.
Rodney and Dawn watched on as they couldn't keep their eyes away from the action. It was like watching a car crash.
Confused Cats kept quiet but some of them were visibly cringing.
Confessional: Bridgette
"I mean, who knows? We could have been the winner next time..." She hung her head low.
Confessional: Noah
"...but it was still kinda satisfying to watch." He grinned and raised his thumbs.
Suddenly, metres away from the construction, Chef stopped the machine. Instead of putting it to use, he stepped out of the vehicle.
Beardo made an exaggerated sound that could only be described as a vocal version of the question mark. The rest of the teenagers were equally dumbfounded.
"Is that... some kind of a 'prank'?" Dakota asked.
Scott sent her a questioning look.
"My boyfriend Sam taught me that phrase..." she added, now unsure if she used the right word.
Chef's face showed no emotion, opposite to the campers who were the embodiment of confusion. The large man made eye contact with Chris. The host winked as if giving a signal.
Chef didn't wait a second longer and punched through the wall of the expensive building. Some people let out shocked gasps while other reactions consisted of a mix of fear and anger. Only Ezekiel seemed to be amazed.
Confessional: Ezekiel
"That dude is almost as strong as my dad, eh."
Chef ripped his fist out of the material only for the whole wall to start wobbling back and forth.
"What's going on?!" Zoey pulled Dakota and Sammy, who were the closest people to her, away.
Others scattered around as well, trying not to fall victim to the crumbling wall. Chris's laughter could be heard throughout the mess. Finally, the wall flopped backwards, as if the inside of the mansion didn't exist. The doors stayed intact, as fancy as ever, but they were attached to a gross, old cabin and the wall of the 'mansion' turned out to be merely a prop.
"Surprise! Everyone gets the same cabins from season one!'
Chef and Chris high-fived and patted each other on the backs.
"Oh, you outdid yourself this time, Pretty Boy," Chef complimented his coworker.
"Aw, it wouldn't be the same without you!" Chris admitted and the two hosts shared a quick hug.
"I'll probably regret asking..." Jo started. "But what is going on?!"
Confused Cats nodded in support.
Scott snorted.
"Chris beep-ed us over again, that's what. The same thing happened in our season." the dirt farmer barked.
"You pulled this stunt more than once?" Gwen's eyes narrowed at the cheerful host.
"Come to think of it, something like that happened in Action, right?" Bridgette scratched her chin.
"Nah, that was more brutal than whatever this is," Duncan stated, already over the initial shock. "Still, you're running out of ideas, old man."
Chris's mood turned sour. Even Chef looked offended.
"Whatever man," Chris feigned indifference. "You're the ones who have to sleep in old, rotten cabins and I get to live in my mansion!"
The drone from before once again flew over to Chris only to show the contestants an identical villa to the fake one.
"Oh em gee! I want to sleep there too!" Lindsay jumped up and down in excitement.
"As tempting as that sounds..." Some campers frowned at Chris's creepiness towards the ditzy blonde. "You have to stick with your team! Who, by the way, are a bunch of losers and gonna see me at the campfire tonight!"
The shot of unsatisfied Confused Cats faded to the night sky. It was a starless evening, with the campfire being the only source of light, which amounted to the tense atmosphere. Lindsay, Noah, Ezekiel and Cameron (who now had his left arm covered in bandages) sat in the front row of tree stumps, while Gwen, Jo, Beardo, Sky and Courtney were occupying the back row. Opposite the losing team stood Chris, proudly holding a shining, silver tray of delicious marshmallows. The problem was, only nine contestants out of ten were guaranteed to receive one. Next to him stood Chef, but not in his usual cook uniform, instead wearing more casual clothing; a purple suit and bright pants fitted him nicely.
"Confused Cats! Welcome to your first and most likely not last elimination ceremony! As you may recall, those marshmallows-" he held the tray up high. "-will grant you another week in the competition! The person who doesn't receive a marshmallow must leave the island for-e-ver!"
Ominous music started playing. Ezekiel began sucking his thumb. Beardo was squeezing his knees. Noah yawned, still holding onto his book. Lindsay whispered something to her palm as if it was a puppet.
"Jo!" Chef stepped forward and called out the first competitor. "Your little adventure with a shark cost your team the lead."
Jo got up, fury burning in her violet eyes.
"What else was I supposed to do?!"
Chef now turned towards Gwen, ignoring the outburst.
"Gwen! You pushed Cameron off the cliff. What more can I say?"
The mentioned boy cowered and Gwen looked down at her lap, guilt present on her face. She raised her hand as if preparing to explain herself but Cameron thought that she was about to hurt him again, so he just curled up in a ball.
"Cameron! It was your turn to jump, yet you sacrificed your team efforts for a crying fit."
Cameron didn't respond. Bridgette tried to console him by patting him on the arm but he just rolled off onto the grass.
"And Ezekiel."
Prairie boy's eyes bulged out, his lips parted in shock.
"What did I do?!"
"You're you." Chef scoffed and returned to the shadows.
"Now," Chris took the spotlight again. "Time to give marshmallows to those who didn't receive any votes tonight."
.
.
.
.
.
"Sky!"
Sky caught her treat in two hands, happiness spread across her features.
.
.
.
.
.
"Courtney!"
She crushed the fluffy square in her palm.
.
.
.
.
.
"Noah!"
The boy just caught his prize in his hand, eyes still on the book.
.
.
.
.
.
"Lindsay!"
The marshmallow hit her on the forehead.
.
.
.
.
.
"Ezekiel!"
"YES! YES, YES, YES!" Ezekiel overjoyed screams filled the island, causing some owls and bats to wake up and zoom in the homeschooled camper's direction.
He managed to duck and avoid the flock of animals at the last second.
"Yeah, whatever. Bridgette!"
The surfer girl was happy to receive her marshmallow.
.
.
.
.
.
"Beardo!"
The plump teenager made a cheesy, cheering sound. The piece of candy landed in his hair.
Jo, Gwen and Cameron became more and more desperate. Jo tried to hide the state she was in but was betrayed by her shaking fists. Gwen sweated profusely. Cameron had come to his sense and got up from the dirt.
Chris lined up the tray with two marshmallows standing with his view of the three remaining campers. He picked one of the white squares and flung it into the air.
"Jo!"
The athlete caught the marshmallow in one hand and flicked it into her mouth. She swallowed without chewing. Sky grinned at her but Jo dismissed her with an eye roll.
"I'm not here to make friends, sugar." she spat.
"And finally... Gwen and Cameron. The winner of Total Drama Island versus the winner Of Revenge of the Island." Chris laughed. "Oh, how the tables have turned... This is the last marshmallow of the evening. And it goes to..."
Gwen bit her lip.
Cameron froze in place.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
"Gwen! Cameron, you're out!"
"WHAT?!" Courtney screeched, her eyes wild.
"Ah, I should have seen it coming..." Cameron murmured and turned to his now former teammates.
"It's kind of embarrassing to be the first one out-"
"Especially since you were a finalist not so long ago!" Chris butted in.
"-but I hope someone from this team wins! Good luck, everyone! Oh, and say goodbye to Zoey for me, okay?"
"Sure!" Lindsay assured him but then whispered to Noah. "Which one was 'Zoey'?"
However, that was enough to calm Cameron down. As he followed Chris, a series of clips featuring him covered the screen. His arrival, how he jumped on Rodney's back and got to the finish line, how terrified he was at the prospect of jumping and how fast he fell when Gwen pushed him. Cameron smiled at the fresh memories.
"One could almost say that I'm lucky to leave camp Wawanakwa with only a broken arm." he chuckled to himself.
The Boat of Losers was already waiting for him at the Dock of Shame. Cameron stood in front of it, ready to enter the vehicle. However, Chris pushed him in, before the boy made the first step.
"Just for a good measure!" he yelled after the departing boat.
Chris then faced the cameras.
"And that's for the first elimination of the season. Some of you might say that the Boat of Losers method is a tad bit boring or overused. But don't worry," Chris's smile turned sinister. "The eliminations will become even more humiliating over time, simply because the higher you climb the harder you fall. See you all in the next episode of Total! Drama! Glory!
(Fade to the credits)
The votes:
Sky
"Gwen had her reasons for not jumping and I understand that some people would do anything to see you lose. That's why I vote for Cameron; he wouldn't have jumped anyway."
Jo
"The problem is, we have too many 'Generation One' contestants on our team. If we don't act fast, they will throw us, 'newbies', out of the game. I vote for Gwen.
Cameron
The beat-up boy just sighed.
"Gwen."
Courtney
"Yes! She totally set herself up for failure! Bye-bye, Gwen!"
Gwen
"Bridgette told me that she was going to vote for Cameron, so I guess that's my best chance to stay in the game."
Bridgette
"Well, Gwen's my friend, no matter what kind of stunt she pulls. Sorry, Cameron!"
Lindsay
"I'd vote for Greta but I've known her for a long time and we're basically BFFs, sooo... Ciaran, is it?"
Noah
"Cameron seems like the only sane person on this island and we actually have some interests in common. I vote Gwen."
Ezekiel
"I'm pretty sure Cameron's a lost cause, eh. And I don't want to get kicked out first again! I'll just go with the flow, eh."
Beardo
"Gwen is super hot so obviously I want to keep her around. As for Cameron... he seems like a bit of a clean freak to me with all this "living in a bubble" stuff.
Beardo picked his nose and wiped his finger on an already dirty shirt.
Confused Cats: Sky, Jo, Courtney, Gwen, Bridgette, Lindsay, Noah, Ezekiel, Beardo
Brave Bears: Dakota, Rodney, Dawn, Duncan, Sammy, Scott, Topher, Zoey, Justin, Sugar
Elimation Order:
20th. Cameron
Elimination Explanation:
That's quite a catchy name, isn't it? I have a thing for alliterations, just like Chris.
Sorry Cameron fans!
He's a fine character but there was no direction in which I would want to lead him. I think Revenge did a superb job in his development but that's why he seemed so stale in All-Stars. There was nothing else to be done with him.
Also, I hope the ending didn't come off as Gwen-favouritism as I never cared much for her, but still, it was logical to me that most of her friends from previous seasons would not vote for her. If she was placed in a Gen 2/Gen 3 heavy team, she would totally be out.
Also! Let me know if the intro sequence is acceptable. I had some problems with writing it.
Reviewers:
I'm not sure if that's a valid way to respond to you, but here it goes!
brainstorm297: it's lovely to see you here! thank you for reading.
Mortal01: woah, that is such a long and detailed review, you made my entire week by posting it! about your brick/amy question - most of the constestants will be included in the aftermath; heather is always desperate for some drama! the challenges will be a mix of ideas from previous seasons as well as my original ones. i really like the zombie apocalypse challenge idea, however i would have to find a way to avoid gory scenes as i want to keep the atmosphere as close to the original show as possible. about your predictions - at least one of them is correct ;)
Please consider leaving something under this chapter; I treasure all of the favorites, follows and reviews.
I hope I'll see you all next time!
