"Are you sure this will work Ifer? Your Zoroark is really ok with it?" Prof. Ifer stepped near the glass of the huge container laying his hand against it.
"Of course she is, aren't you Zoroark?" He asked the Zoroark behind the glass where she answered "Zoru, Zoru" while nodding.
The Professor who asked Ifer nodded then she counted backwards "10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2…., 1!" Prof. Cayette pulled a lever causing a thick pink smog to sweep into the glass container.
The smog didn't clear right away wich send panic over the face of Prof. Ifer. " Zoroark, are you ok?" He asked concerned.
This time instead of a Zoru or any other Pokémon like sounds there was a faint "Yes." hearable. The panic vanished from the face of the Professor and a wave of relive rushed threw the room.
Another Professor standing in a corner of the room spoke for the first time. "Sounds like the experiment worked! I'm glad!"
As the smog started to clear the female Professor spoke up. " I suggest the males to turn away, now!" The Professors turned around and Prof. Cayette rushed to open the container prepared with a few towels and clothes. No other movements were made or word spoken until Prof. Cayette told the others professors that they were ready.
Prof. Ifer had a huge smile on his face when he saw the girl with long black hair standing with wobbly legs next to Prof. Cayette who helped her stand. " We will check you over ok? Can you come with us?" She said with a soft voice.
They went to another room, the girl still needed help with walking and standing but soon got used to it. As she sat on a table another woman entered introducing herself as Dr. Mouldy. She ran various test on her asking her to speak, stretch and bend the legs open and close the eyes and taking blood samples. Prof. Ifer who stood there with excitement on his face waited patiently for the Dr. and the other Professors to leave the room with the samples then he began to ask the girl still sitting emotionless on the table.
"How do you feel?" She looked him in the eyes smiling a little. " Weird." She answered. " I can finally talk in a language you can understand and I am able to feel what you feel, but it feels strange and uncomfortable." He nodded smiling back.
"Thanks for taking the experiment." he said. "It helped us a lot, we might be able to turn humans into Pokémon as well now that we have a sample of your blood. Would you mind if we use your blood for that cause?"
She nodded. "I didn't go that far to ruin you plans wich I must admit were truly complex and well planned. Using a sweet scent from a human mimicking Pokémon to trigger my transformation was a nice idea, I didn't think it would work but you proved me wrong." She paused for a second. " Do you think the opposite act would make me a Pokémon again?" She asked with a little doubt in her voice.
"That's the first thing we will test with your blood samples." He answered thoughtfully. " But I am positive it would, why wouldn't it. But you don't want to go back to Pokémon this instand do you?" She shook her head. "First I want to live a few days under humans, find out what having a normal human life feels like and why you thinks it's worth living."
That made the Professor grin. "Now that's my girl, but first off, you need a Name have you got any ideas? " She tough for a second then answering very quickly. " I have heard the name Sophie a few times, I think it sounds very harmonic.
"Sophie it is!" he said smiling even greater. "Now why don't we run some final tests on you in a minute and you take some rest over night and tomorrow you can enjoy yourself among the party!" Sophie nodded and patiently waited for the other Profs to return and make some tests.
