Marinette who was transformed as Ladybug was running for her life while holding the miracle box in her arms while looking behind her with a scared look on her face as she was shaking so much trying to get the Horse Miraculous out that she knocked the Peacock Miraculous out of the box making her lose it as it bounces off the roof and onto the ground just as Lila was walking by smiling as she has one Miraculous from Ladybug's Miraculous.
Ladybug put on the glasses and unified it with the Ladybug Miraculous then she looked behind again seeing the Ninja's from the League of Assassins chasing after her so she used the power of the horse Miraculous to teleport somewhere safe so she used the power just at the same time as ninja threw a ninja star at her which went into her shoulder then she fell through the portal as it closed behind her and she fell on the ground in front of Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn's place which Poison Ivy saw so she went outside and saw a Ladybug printed box and strange person in latex so she picked them both up and brought them inside as she laid them on the couch just as Hailey Quinn and Salina Kyle came inside and saw someone on their couch.
"Babe who is that on the couch?" Hailey asked
"I have no idea she came out of the portal then she collapsed on the ground after the portal closed. Poison Ivy said
"Did you see what was on the other side of the portal?" Selina asked
"I was pretty sure I saw the Eiffel Tower in the background." Poison Ivy said
"Could it be that this could be one of the Paris heroes but why is she here?" Selina asked then they heard a groan and they saw Marinette waking up
"Oh, where am I?" Marinette asked
"It's alright right dear you are safe." Hailey Quinn said
"(That voice could it be.)" Marinette thought
"Umm, where am I?" Marinette asked
"You are in Gotham, but first can you ask me your name and why are you doing here?" Poison Ivy asked so Marinette de-transformed and she was wearing dark clothing
"My name is Marinette Fu it used to be Dupain-Cheng but my parents kicked me out over a lier, why am I here I was being chased by the League of Assassins because they wanted to use the Miraculous for evil or use me instead, I don't know." Marinette said
When Marinette said she used to be Dupain-Cheng Hailey flinched since she was standing in front of her little sister
"(I can't believe how much my little sister has grown and she must get a lot of boys falling at her feet.)" Hailey thought with smile
"Ivy, Quinn I got to meet with someone would it be alright if she stayed here?" Selina asked
"Yeah, it would be alright with us." Ivy said as Selina exited their house and then she headed to the Wayne Mansion.
"Marinette, I think you need medical help because there's something in your shoulder." Poison Ivy said as she pointed at the throwing star
"Don't worry I got this." Marinette said as she pulled the star out then she used her magic as the wound healed while leaving a scar behind
With Selina and the Waynes
When Selina arrived at the bat cave, she saw her husband and their kids all surrounding the Bat computer
"What are you guys doing?" Selina asked
"The Bat Computer picked weird magic signature here in the city and we are wondering where it is." Jason said
"Oh that, it's just the Guardian of the Miraculous arriving to our city through a portal from Paris." Selina said
"Did you say the Guardian of the Miraculous is here in Gotham as we speak?" Damien said
"Yeah, she said a couple of League of Assassin Ninjas were chasing after her and a Ninja star was in her shoulder." Selina said
"So, the Guardian of the Miraculous is a she and not Master Fu I wonder what happened to the old codger." Alfred asked
"You can ask her tomorrow when she's fully awake but right now she's asleep." Selina said
"Yeah, we can wait till tomorrow but right now we need to find the whereabouts of Two-Face and The Penguin." Bruce said
The next morning
The Bat family all got in their own personal cars and drove to where Harley and Ivy were living and when they were outside, they parked their cars and walked onto the property which woke Marinette when she felt the heir of the league presence.
"The heir of the league is here; I better capture him before he does it to me." Marinette said as she went into a dark corner where she blended in and she waited until Damian entered
10 minutes later the Bat family entered and they walked inside where they were in the middle of the lounge where Ivy and Harley saw them
"What are you guys doing here, we haven't been causing any trouble lately?" Ivy asked
"We are not here for that we heard you have the Guardian here?" Bruce asked not knowing about the vines coming down towards Damien until it was too late
"Ivy call your plants back?" Bruce asked
"I can't I'm not the one controlling them." Ivy said as she tried to get the plants to listen to her.
"Then who's controlling them then?" Jason asked
"That would be me." Marinette said as she came out of hiding with her hand glowing green
"How can you control plants?" Ivy asked
"It's one of the Miraculous powers that can control plants." Marinette said then she made the plants wrapped around Damien's arms and legs trapping them then one plant disarmed him as it showed the sword he was carrying and Marinette saw what it was
"Should have guessed the heir to League would carry this sword around, so tell me did your grandfather or Mother sent me so you can kill me or capture me." Marinette said
"I'm neither I don't associate with the League anymore ever since my mother dropped me to my father." Damien said which made Marinette made the vines started pulling
"Don't lie to me, if you had left the league then why are you still carrying the league's signature weapon then." Marinette said as she was examining the sword until a bright green glow came from the Miracle Box as Plagg appeared
"Plagg how did you come out of the box since I'm not wearing your Miraculous?" Marinette said
"That's because I found your soulmate, my true holder with the true soul of destruction in them." Plagg said
"Tell me who it is?" Marinette asked
"It's him." Plagg said pointing at Damian Wayne which Marinette saw
"You got to be kidding me are you telling me the true holder of the Cat Miraculous is the League's heir the Guardians enemy for years?" Marinette said
"And don't forget your other half meaning he's your soulmate since you are the Princess of the Guardians the next heir to the highest Guardian ranking." Plagg said
"No, I won't let that be true, I'll just have to kill him so you can find another true holder for the Cat Miraculous." Marinette said as she gave the order for the plants to kill him but instead it released him
"See even your magic knows he's your soulmate." Plagg said
"No, I'm still not letting this happen." Marinette said as she looks at the sword she was holding and at Damian
"If I can't use my magic then I'll use this sword to kill him." Marinette said as she threw the sword at Damien but it hit the green shield that was around him
"See even Wayzz agreed as well." Plagg said as Wayzz came over
"Sorry Great Guardian I can't let you kill your soul mate." Wayzz said
"Well, I can't kill myself since I'm unkillable now that I have the Pheonix Miraculous that makes me stop aging, getting Cancer, and death." Marinette said then Alfred walked forward
"Excuse me can I ask what happened to Master Fu?" Alfred asked
"He passed away from cancer, I was most devasted that I let my grief out on the akumatized since I didn't have time to mourn for his death and Master Fu was like a grandfather to me since he was training me to be the next Guardian. How do you know Master Fu?" Marinette asked
"I was Nooroo's last holder, last I heard Nooroo and Duusu were being used for evil in Paris." Alfred said
"Not anymore I have Nooroo and Duusu here in the Miracle box." Marinette said
"Um, Marinette when you were running from the League Ninjas you knocked the Peacock Miraculous out of the miracle box when you were getting the Horse Miraculous out." Wayzz said
"So, are you saying someone has gotten their hands on the Peacock Miraculous in Paris?" Marinette said as Wayzz nodded his head
"This is terrible, they could release the akumatized from prison that was specially designed for them." Marinette said then she looked at Alfred
"Do you want to see Nooroo and hold him for a while." Marinette said
"Yeah I would like that." Alfred said as Marinette went to Miracle box and she took out the Butterfly Miraculous and walked over to Alfred
"I see you wanted to get back in the hero game since Bruce and his kids are Gotham's heroes." Marinette said as she smiled as they all denied that they are the heroes of Gotham
"Relax guys I'm not going to blurt your secret out as long as you don't get the Justice League except for Diana so I can get training from her mother who used to wield the Ladybug Miraculous." Marinette said
"Sure, I'll tell Diana and not the rest of the Justice League." Bruce said
"Alfred as Guardian of the Miraculous I am trusting Nooroo with your life please look after him he had it rough for the past 5 years." Marinette said as Alfred took hold of the Butterfly Miraculous then a purple light appeared as Nooroo came forth
"Alfred old friend is that you?" Nooroo asked
"It is and I heard how you been used for evil and I'm sorry that you went through that." Alfred said
"It's alright, I'm glad you are going to be my holder again." Nooroo said as Alfred fastens the brooch to his shirt under his tie
"Marinette why not stay at the Wayne's where you'll be safe from any danger?" Harley said
"Has long as Damien doesn't use his sword against me then we won't have trouble." Marinette said as she glared at Damien as he sighed then Plagg came over and landed on his shoulder
"Plagg what are you doing he could use you for evil, I don't trust him enough to have you yet." Marinette said
"Then what should he do to earn your trust?" Plagg asked
"I want to see if he has walked away from the league then I can trust him." Marinette said
"And how would I do that?" Damian asked
"By killing an assassin that comes after me then I'll see you are not part of them." Marinette said
"Well, that would be hard since Bruce has a no-kill rule." Dick said
"Really a No kill rule, there has to be at least one death during your career as Batman." Marinette said
"No, I haven't killed anyone in my time as Batman." Bruce said
"Alright then and before we leave can I hug Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn goodbye since they were generous to let me stay." Marinette said
"Sure, go ahead." Bruce said as Marinette hugged Ivy the Quinn but not before grabbing a piece of her hair and putting it in her magic storage. After she finished hugging Quinn, Marinette broke apart and walked over the Wayne's
"Are you ready to go?" Bruce asked as Marinette nodded her head then they left Ivy and Quinn's place where they headed to their cars
"Can I sit with Alfred I would like to talk to him about the Miraculous." Marinette asked
"Sure, you can sit with me." Alfred said as they both got into the front seat then Alfred started to drive
"What is it you wanted to talk about?" Alfred asked
"When was the last time you and Nooroo were active?" Marinette asked
"Back in WW2, we were in Paris fighting off a squad of Nazi soldiers until the unfortunate thing happened how Miraculous started beeping and we didn't know why and that made the Nazis shoot at us when we were de-transforming, I was lucky since I found cover but my partner wasn't because he got shot multiple times in the chest and the Peacock got damaged as well." Alfred said
"Oh I'm so sorry you had to go through that Alfred." Marinette said
"It's alright but anyway what are you going to do with that strand of hair you got from Harley?" Alfred asked
"How did you know I plucked a hair off Harley's head?" Marinette asked
"I see my holder still has sharp eyesight after all these years." Nooroo said as he popped his head out of Alfred's jacket
"I want to see if Harley is my long-lost sister Bridgette who got kidnapped when I was seven right in our own home." Marinette said
"How old is your sister?" Alfred asked
"She's only 5 minutes older than me, we used to be best friends where we do everything together but ever since she got kidnapped and gone missing, I was really devastated that I stopped dressing like her and started to dress differently so I don't remember the pain of my sister." Marinette said
"How could you be certain Harley Quinn is your long-lost sister?" Alfred asked
"I could hear her voice and knew it had to be her." Marinette said
"Don't get your hopes up, she fell in a barrel of chemicals that could have changed her DNA". Alfred said
"I won't but I need to hope I'll find my sister again so I can say I love her again." Marinette said then they arrived at the Wayne Manor
"I'm still wondering why Gotham hasn't figured out that Bruce Wayne is Batman after all of these years with how rich he is and how big his mansion is." Marinette said
"There have been some who have been close." Alfred said
"Let me guess the ones who do get it right join the Caped Crusader in his never ending fight to protect Gotham City from the criminals who never get better and instead go on a another killing spree instead of I don't know just killing them so they don't do it again, no wonder Gotham City is the number 1 crime-ridden city in America now." Marinette said
"Bruce doesn't want the criminals he captures to be killed he wants them to get better." Alfred said
"Has any gone on the straight and narrow?" Marinette asked
"There have been a couple over the years that have stopped a life of crime and started to live a normal life with a family." Alfred said
Marinette and Alfred got out of the car and they walked to the mansion door where they entered and Marinette saw how large it was on the inside.
"This place is awesome." Marinette said as she whistled at the decor
"I see you are impressed at my home." Bruce said as he came inside
"Yeah I am." Marinette said
"Let me show you where you are going to sleep, young Guardian." Alfred said as he showed Marinette an empty bedroom that is across from Damien Wayne
"This is your room and I hope it's to your standards." Alfred said
"I can spruce it up a bit." Marinette said as she used her magic and made her bedroom a bit more presentable
"Right, Lunch will be ready in 3 hours so I suggest you do something in the meantime." Alfred said as he walked away then Marinette entered her bedroom and closed the door where she went to her computer and turned it on
"Okay time to see which companies want to work with MDC." Marinette said as she saw that Wayne Enterprises wants to work with her
"So, Bruce Wayne wants to work with me does he, let's see if the World's Greatest Detective can figure out that MDC is in his mansion right now." Marinette said then she put on the Guardian's diary entries she got when she went to the temple after she defeated Shadow Moth and saw it was all dusty and there were no Guardians around ever
"What's this, a list of enemies the Guardians have that would use the Miraculous for evil?" Marinette said as she read a long list of names until she came across one, she knows all too well Ra's Al Ghul them she found another list but this one was potential allies the Guardians can see as friends and that's where she saw the Justice League in the list
"Doesn't the Guardians know that the Justice League would lock these powerful objects up since they are dangerous to use." Marinette said then she heard a knock on her door.
"Marinette it's time for lunch." Alfred said
"Already, 3 hours flew on by." Marinette said as she turned off her computer and walked out of her bedroom and went to the dining room where she saw it was full of food, she picked up a plate and she put on her plate healthy foods then she sat down
"Are you not going to eat any meat?" Bruce asked
"I don't eat meat anymore, ever since I became the hero of Paris, I find any type of meat now disgusting." Marinette said then they are in silence until Tim spoke up
"Bruce any word from MDC to agree on working together? Tim asked while Marinette secretly smiled which Alfred saw
"No not yet but her assistance said she would get back to us when she was less busy." Bruce said
After half an hour they finished lunch and they went their separate ways while Alfred stayed and cleaned up which Marinette saw so she helped out as she carried the dirty dishes to the kitchen
"When are you going to agree to a business deal with Wayne Enterprises?" Alfred asked
"What do you mean by that Alfred?" Marinette asked
"You know what I'm talking about MDC." Alfred said
"It's not that I want to work with Wayne Enterprises, it's that I have to protect my company's bottom line since I have made a lot of cures for different cancers and diseases but also dangerous weapons that could be used against me if I did go evil." Marinette said
"I know you have to look out for your company but Bruce is as well with his company." Alfred said
"Okay I'll agree to the business deal if the world's greatest detective can figure out that MDC is under his roof." Marinette said not know Dick, Jason, Tim and Damian were eves dropping on their conversation
"How long do you give Bruce to guess?" Alfred asked.
"In 2 month's time and if he hasn't, I'll just tell him and I'll agree to signing the contract." Marinette said as the boys quietly sneaked away
