It was a peaceful day in Ninjago City which is a first since it always gets attacked by different villains all the time but what they didn't know was a villain was already hiding among them and this villain was Shape Shifter the master of disguise.
While at the Monastery the ninjas were having a lazy day since there wasn't any evil to fight so they decided to hang out in the spa pool but they didn't know they were receiving a visitor
With Master Wu
Master Wu was meditating in his room when he heard a soft knock and he knew who it was
"Come on in." Master Wu said as the door opened and it revealed Marinette who was wearing Guardian attire
"Marinette what brings you to the Monastery?" Master Wu asked
"Since I have become the Guardian of the Miraculous my powers have been unlocked so I thought why not I train here where it's safe and I won't endanger anyone in Paris." Marinette said
"You are welcome here anytime, Marinette." Master Wu said
"Master if you don't mind but can I bring the Kwamis out since they spent centuries in the miracle box." Marinette said as she took the miracle necklace out from around her neck
"Hope they don't cause any trouble." Master Wu said
"Don't worry they won't and if they do, they all lose their TV OR JUNK FOOD privileges." Marinette said as she pushed the button which released them out of the Miracle box then they turned human
"Greetings Master Wu it's been a long time since I last saw you." Sass said as he bowed
"Pleasure is all mine, Sass." Master Wu said
"Okay, you guys I want every one of you on your best behavior and if you don't, you can say goodbye to Junk food or your TV privileges." Marinette said as she glared at Xuupu and Plagg
"Why do you always look at me and Plagg when you say that?" Xuupu asked
"You two cause more mischief than the other kwamis so you better be on your best behaviour." Marinette said
"Um, Marinette why do you have Plagg with you?" Master Wu asked
"That's because I was betrayed and almost my entire team sided with Shadow Moth." Marinette said as she looked down
"Then where is Trixx then." Master Wu said as he tried to see where the orange fox was
"She's with my Girlfriend who is very trusting and she's collecting information on the class I use to be part of because I believe someone is working with Shadow Moth since it's been very quiet in Paris for the past month." Marinette said then Tikki walked over to Marinette
"Marinette, we need to train you on how to use your powers since you are the second Guardian to receive such powers." Tikki said
"Who was the first? Marinette asked
"The first Guardian was around the time of the First Spinjitsu Master and they were both lovers but they couldn't pursue any romance since enemies keep going after them." Tikki said
"Just how powerful was the first Guardian?" Marinette asked
"She was the one who created the Miracle Realm home to the Kwamis." Tikki said
"Then what are we waiting for let's get to training so I can become just like the First Guardian." Marinette said as they went outside and they started to train while Master Wu went to where the Ninja is
With Master Wu and the ninjas
Master Wu slammed his cane onto the ground which made the Ninja jump
"You Ninjas have gotten sloppy and slow, this is disappointing." Master Wu said
"Come on Master relax a little bit since there isn't any evil happening, we can finally relax." Cole said
"You can't relax, what would happen if another villain arrive on Ninjago's shores." Master Wu said
"Like who?" Kai asked
"Like Shadow Moth he can control any negative emotions to his advantage." Master Wu said
"Why would he come here, since the Paris heroes always stop him." Nya said
"I just got word that he made Ladybug's allies betray her so I need you guys to train and Lloyd we have a visitor." Master Wu said as he walked back to the Monastery and saw Marinette made a lot of progress
"Alright, Marinette it's time to try spinjitsu." Tikki said
"I thought only people with Elemental powers can do spinjitsu?" Marinette asked
"Nope, the first Spinjitsu Master taught the first Guardian this and you will be the second one to do it." Sass said
Okay, let's do this." Marinette said
"I should tell you this Marinette when you do this, spinjitsu could use one of your powers." Tikki said
"I hope it uses Creation I always wanted to look cool in pink when I spin." Marinette said
"Sorry Marinette but that won't happen." Tikki said
"Okay let's go this, so what do I say?" Marinette asked
"Guardian spin is what you say." Tikki said
"Guardian Spin! Marinette shouted as she did spinjitsu and her tornado was blue
"I can't believe this but what she is doing is the Second Chance spinjitsu while she's doing that time goes back for however long she does it." Sass said then Marinette stopped spinning
"Was it me or did the time go back." Marinette said
"Marinette you just did Second Chance while using Spinjitsu." Sass said
"Let's do another spinjitsu and see what other power will appear." Marinette said
"Marinette we're done training for today so take a break." Tikki said as she and Sass walked inside then Master Wu came over
"Marinette you are progressing faster than any of the Ninjas I trained here." Master Wu said
"Thanks for the compliment, Uncle but I need to continue training if I have any chance to defeat Shadow Moth and any akumatized he will release on Paris since he broke them out of Prison." Marinette said as her powers appeared on her fists and her punches went harder and faster than after a couple of minutes, she collapsed onto her knees exhausted
"Marinette, I think you should take a break; your fists are bleeding." Master Wu said
"I can't take any breaks Master because Shadow Moth never takes any breaks so I need to keep training so I can be ready for him." Marinette said as she slammed her fists onto the ground then she stood up but her legs were shaking so much but she fought the pain off and continued training as Master Wu walked inside to where the Kwamis are talking to each other then they saw Master Wu standing there
"Master don't take this the hard way but ever since Marinette became Ladybug, she put all of her time into training until she collapses from exhaustion." Tikki said
"How do we her stop from overtraining?" Master Wu asked
"Pollen can stop her from overtraining." Tikki said as Pollen walked to where Marinette is and stung her and then she brought Marinette inside who was frozen with her hands on her knees
"Why does she keep overtraining herself?" Master Wu asked as he was worried for his niece
"She's trying to get stronger than Shadow Moth and not cause another world-ending akuma." Tikki said as she saw Marinette have nightmares from Chat Blanc
"Which world-ending akuma has she caused?" Master Wu asked
"The one who has always been in her nightmares for years, Chat Blanc her akumatized ex-partner." Tikki said
"How come no one knows about this?" Master Wu asked
"No one knew about this akuma since it killed everyone and the other realms are too afraid to talk about it since they didn't want the Earth realm to be destroyed but conquer it instead but now, they afraid of Shadow Moth and his power." Tikki said then Pollen's power wore off and Marinette was unfrozen
"Pollen, did you use your power on me?" Marinette asked which made Pollen nod her head
"Well if any of you guys need me, I'll be in the showers." Marinette said as she walked forward but she stopped and looked at Master Wu
"Um, Uncle where will I be sleeping?" Marinette asked
"I'll show you Marinette." Master Wu said as he showed Marinette where she'll be staying just as the Ninja walked in and they saw the Kwamis then they saw Sass
"What are you doing here Serpentine?" Kai said then Master Wu came in
"Master, I suggest you stand back it seems like we have a rouge Serpentine here." Cole said
"Stand down Ninjas they are no threat." Master Wu said
"What do you mean they are no threat?" Lloyd asked then flashes of light appeared and they turned and saw small creatures instead of humans
"What are they?" Nya asked
"Didn't you guys hear me when I said that we have a visitor." Master Wu said
"Are you telling the Miraculous Guardian is here at the temple." Lloyd said
"Does that mean Master Fu is here?" Jay said as they smiled
"It's not Master Fu since he gave up his Guardian ship to someone else." Master Wu said then Marinette came in
"Master where are the kwamis since it's feeding time." Marinette said
"They here Marinette." Master Wu said
"Come on guys it's time to eat then bed since we have a hard day of training." Marinette said as every kwami went flying over to her then she headed back to her bedroom
"Master who is that?" Kai asked
"That is Marinette my niece and Lloyd's cousin and the current Guardian of the Miraculous who is training her powers." Master Wu said
"Why is she here and not in Paris?" Lloyd asked
"She's here to train her powers then when she faces Shadow Moth again, she'll be ready to defeat him and that means you Ninjas should head to bed as well since tomorrow I'm going to be rough on you." Master Wu said as he headed to his room
"How do you guys feel we spy on Marinette and see why she is here?" Cole asked
"I wouldn't think that would be a wise course of action." Zane said
"We need to know why she is here?" Kai asked
"Okay let's do this." Jay said
12 pm
Marinette was having trouble sleeping so she got out of bed and she walked over to her bag where she took out her disguise then she put it on and slipped out of the window and went to the roof not knowing the Ninjas were watching her as she heading towards Ninjago City
"Where is she going?" Nya asked
"I don't know but let's follow her." Kai said as they followed her then they saw her stop and she looked down
"I hope she isn't going to jump off the cliff." Jay said then Marinette jumped so they ran over and saw her wearing some flight suit gliding down to the ground
"We need to hurry before we lose her." Lloyd said as they ran down while still following Marinette then they saw her land on the ground then she continued running towards Ninjago City
"She's crazy if she's running towards Ninjago." Zane said then they saw her stop again
"Why did she stop again?" Kai said then they saw her powers coming off of her than a car appeared
"She created a vehicle." Jay said then they saw her speed off to the city
"We should report this to Master Wu on what we have found." Nya said as they headed back to their headquarters where they entered Master Wu's bedroom
"Master, we need to tell you something?" Cole said
"What is it?" Master Wu asked as he woke up
"It's your niece we saw her heading to Ninjago City." Kai said
"Then I should ask the kwamis about this." Master Wu said as he walked into Marinette's room and turned on the lights which woke the kwamis up
"Do you guys know where Marinette does at night?" Master Wu asked
"No, she puts a spell on us which makes us from leaving her place so we don't follow her." Tikki said
"Did she put a spell on you right now." Master Wu asked
"No, because she knows we couldn't find her in Ninjago since this place is new to us." Sass said
"Don't worry Master, Marinette does this all the time in Paris." Tikki said
"What is she doing?" Master Wu asked
"Patrolling." Mullo said
"Why is she Patrolling?" Kai asked
"Because Shadow Moth is here in Ninjago right now and she's off the Patrol to see if there is any trouble from any akumatized." Tikki said
"Why didn't she say that Shadow Moth is here?" Master Wu asked
"Because your Ninjas have become fat and slow." Plagg said
After 4 hours they heard an engine that was coming closer than nothing so they went out and saw Marinette standing in the courtyard wearing black but they stayed hidden as they saw her bring out a notebook
"Okay, I sensed Negative Emotions coming from Ninjago, and yet no black akuma appeared so tomorrow night check the prison and see if it's sturdy enough to hold the akumatized or not." Marinette said as she wrote it in her book then she closed it and snuck back into her bedroom where she took off her stealth gear and went back into her nightwear and fall back to sleep in her bed
"We need to ask her why she went out?" Jay asked
"Do you want her to get suspicious of why you are spying on her." Sass said
"Why should we trust you Serpentine?" Cole asked as Sass sighed
"I wasn't part of the Serpentine war since I was locked up in the Miracle box the whole time." Sass said
"Let's all head to bed since we have a busy day today." Tikki said as they all headed to bed and slept
4 hours later everyone woke up and started training well Marinette was while the Ninja just sat on their asses being lazy
