chapter 3

Eventually loki lead her off the dance floor and went to fetch drinks, leaving her with Yaten and Taiki Seiya was dancing, by the looks of it with one of the Weasley twins. bella realized now, a little bemused that she had not done so previously, that the starlights were still wearing a uniform of sorts their dress may have been different colors, but the styles were identical. Yaten, who wore green, was eyeing the butter beer on the table before her with a wary eye while Taiki, in purple, was sat in the corner scanning the dancers. Mere moments after bella had sat down, Minako plonked down into the seat next to her, brushing a loose strand of her elaborately curled hair back behind one ear.

"I knew it would all work out in the end." said Minako

bella raised her eyebrows and was about to reply when Seiya came back over. as she smirked as she looked at loki in his green eyes. while loki arched a brow at the woman. he knew her feeling for his beloved. but she would never leave him to be with seiya. plus she was not her type. seiya sighed she could never compete with loki.

"Any room for me?" asked seiya

"Sure, budge up Minako. Go on then which one of the twins was that?" asked seiya

"Hmm? Oh, he said his name was George, but he's nowhere near as good a dancer as you," said minako

bella began, but it was too late. Seiya had already swept her onto the dance floor, holding her too tight for her to run. After a moment bella gave up and almost collapsed into a fit of giggles. she sighed and didn't know what to think in all of this. but loki narrowed his eyes. but he sighed and knew that there was nothing that made bella leave him. plus she knew they were meant to be. seiya was just a friend. he knew he is very possessive over her. but he knew that would never change either. while he loved his bella. his queen. while he still found it funny vegeta strangling odin. even though now odin is his father since he has been blood adopted with the help of vegeta and bulma to have him blood adopted by odin and Frigga.

"What?" asked Seiya

"It just isn't the same when you're a girl, there's no way it'll sway me from loki." said bella

"I was always a girl, thank you, and you mean there was a chance when I was a boy?" asked seiya

Seiya winked before heading back towards George, leaving a slightly confused bella behind. while loki was getting along well with the Weasley twins. and offered his help in pranks and stuff like that. She headed back to the table to find that the rest of the planetary scouts, with the exception of amara and Michiru who were in the grounds, trista ,and Hotaru who was too young to attend the ball, were also sat at the table with their dates, as well as Ron, Hermione and Viktor Krum. For some reason, Ron kept shooting Viktor dark glances across the table while Minako was giggling non-stop at a joke no one else seemed to get.

There were no empty seats, but when he saw her approach, loki moved to his feet to let her have his seat. bella was more than a little grateful for the chance to take the weight off her feet, the shoes Yaten had made for her weren't all that high, but they were high enough to make the balls of her feet sore after dancing in them for a while. The conversation was polite until Viktor offered to go get drinks. As soon as he had left the table and was out of earshot, Ron spoke.

"Why did you come with him?" snapped ron

ron voice was morose and his posture invited argument. Very suddenly nearly everyone at the table decided they'd rather be on the dance floor, leaving Harry and Rei to deal with Ron and Hermione. rei was going to give ron some hell. and they all knew it. plus it was better that it was rei and not bella. The rest of the ball flew past, and when the time finally came to return to Gryffindor tower, bella found that she was more than a little disappointed that the night had to end. She headed up to the seventh floor with the others, laughing as they moved through the portrait hole. They left Dean, Neville and Harry to show loki to the seventh year dormitory and headed up the stairs to the girls room. bella kicked her heels off as soon as she reached her bed and fell back onto the sheets.

"Careful bella, you don't want to crease the dress, we should hang it up now." said minako

"I thought you didn't like these dresses," said bella

"Of course, I like these dresses, I just wasn't going to say so when any of the starlights were here." said minako

"It's not good news that they are here though, whatever this Lord Voldemort has in mind must be huge if it could affect Kinmoku as well." said bella

They were all distracted by a slight hiccup as the door to the bathroom opened. Looking towards it, bella saw Hermione, still in her dress but with her make up in streaks down her face, emerging from the side room. They all jumped off their beds and to her side. they were wondering what the hell happened when it came down to what happened to hermione. it would seem that she been crying like there was no tomorrow. did ron or viktor do something to her. or hurt her in some way. because they would be getting a ear full or a ass kicking.

"What's wrong Hermione?" asked bella

"Was it Ron?" asked rei

"We saw he was being a prick…" cried hemione

Hermione sniffled a little as Minako put an arm around her shoulders and steered her towards her bed. while bella narrowed her eyes about what hermione said. ron was going to get it when she sees him again. he dared to hurt her friend. and that is something that was not going to be let go of. she wont make him her next meal. but she would kick his ass though. because he was not going to get away for treating hermione the way he did tonight.

"It's just that… he had to spoil it… Tonight was going to be just… well I don't know, it was meant to be something…" cried hermione

"I know what you mean, What did he say?" asked makoto

"he kept saying I was fraternizing with the enemy, that Krum was competing with Harry and I shouldn't have come with him." cried hermione

"I'm competing with Harry, and he had no problem with Harry coming to the ball with Rei." said bella

"No offense meant bella, and you Rei, but it's more that Ron's jealous of what Krum has that the fact that he's competing with Harry." said Minako

Minako smiled to what she said. she knew what ron felt for hermione. but he didn't have the balls to ask her out. or do anything about having a relationship with her. even though hermione was much more suited for snape. since snape has the hots for her as well. but she would have to wait and see who was going to win hermione heart in the end. but she has the feeling it was going to be snape. bella even though snape was going to be the winner in this as well.

"Umm… What's that supposed to mean?" asked Makoto

"Oh puh-lease! Krum is everything Ron wants to be, famous, respected, school champion with the girl of his, that is to say Ron's, dreams." said minako

Hermione's spluttered, nearly spilling the water on her dress. she was not expecting that. but then again she did have the hots for snape. but she didn't know what she felt for ron. she thought they were friends. and why did he had to say those hateful things. and Minako has a point about ron with the famous thing. so she was not sure what to think there. she wondered the first time that he was being friends with harry for that reason when they first met. but she wondered if it was just a thought that was just passing at the time.

"What did you say?" asked hermione

"Didn't you notice the way he looked at you when he realized who it was on Krum's arm at the ball? no? Well, it's taken him long enough to realize he likes you, so you should probably pretend you don't know for a while… or maybe you could just stay with Krum, I mean Ron is being a bit of a prat about the whole thing. oh and snape was doing the same." said minako

Minako winked cheekily and headed back towards her bead to change into her pyjamas. bella smiled and shrugged in a non-committed way before going to get changed herself. As Hermione lay in the dark later that night, she found herself mulling over the conversation again, Minako couldn't be right, could she? bella would have to say if she had a choice between ron and snape. she would choose snape. he was more her type. but she has her beloved loki so she is very happy. and it seemed that he was going to help out the Weasley twins.

meanwhile a month later

The rest of the holidays were, for the most part, uneventful. bella and the scouts spent a lot of their time in the library, searching for ways to breathe underwater, Ami had decided that the song of the mer-people meant she would have to go into the lake to retrieve something they had taken. They worked in groups, the outer scouts minus trista, the starlights and the inner scouts with loki. bella was getting frustrated with how the search is going.

meanwhile a week later

everyone was listening to hermione vent about ron being a ass. it seemed that his ass kicking didn't help him straighten out his pissy mood. while hermione should just go to snape he was the best for her. and she knew it. but then again there was not much she was going to think on it right now. because her mind is all on ron. bella was starting to get it though. she had that once. and ended up bitting her in the ass. she regretted it until this day. even though she did get a son and daughter from the pig. oh how she was waiting to burn his ass.

"I don't even know what it is, but there's something about Ron, he just lightens the mood at all the right points. Everything seems so much more serious without him." said hermione

"You guys go up and get sorted… I have homework…" said ami

Hermione had finished her homework before Christmas, nothing new there when it came down to hermione finishing her homework over Christmas. she seemed to enjoy being ahead of everyone. but then again she did her work then she had her fun. Ami knew, and was know sat in the corner of the common room, looking as if it was taking all of her willpower not to burst into tears. this was something that needed to fix sooner or later.

"Hermione, Rei, Michiru, loki, Professor McGonagall's looking for you, Good luck in the task tomorrow, by they way," said ginny

ginny was addressing Harry, bella and amara now. bella sighed and smiled kindly to her friend. well one of her many friends. it seemed that her daughter Hotaru made friends with ginny. they are the same age. and she knew how hard it was for her little Hotaru was to make friends. bella sighed and wondered what the teacher wanted them for. she wondered if it has to do with the task that was coming up. before turning back to the lump of gillyweed on the desk in front of him

"I still don't see why I get to use this stuff. It looks disgusting." said harry

"You get to use that because bella and amara had already learnt the bubble head charm, and it would have looked suspicious had all the Gryffindor champions used the same method." said reu

Rei hugged him before running after Hermione, Michiru and loki, who were waiting by the portrait hole. They had ordered the gillyweed from the apothecary in Diagon Alley in early January, shortly after Rita Skeeter had published her disastrous article on Hagrid. The gillyweed, had been suggested to them by Makoto after she had taken another look at the book Moody had leant Neville at the beginning of the year, and the amount they had ordered ought to give Harry about an hour and a half in the water , the downside was that if he finished early he'd have to kick about in the lake until the affects wore off.

meanwhile the next day

bella wasn't entirely consoled when she wasn't able to find loki the next morning. but she was quiet for the rest of the meal until the time came to head down to the lake. When she reached the lakeside, she pulled off the cloak she'd borrowed from Hermione without permission of course, as Hermione was nowhere to be seen, revealing the swimming costume she wore underneath. amara and Harry take off their own cloaks as Krum and Fleur approached them.

"Good luck," said bella

bella smiling at the foreign champions. Fleur smiled a little nervously, and Krum nodded gruffly. A booming voice from somewhere behind them told them that Ludo Bagman would once again be commentating for the match. Turning, bella saw a group of red headed Gryffindors pass by the judges table, the Weasley's had come down to watch the task together. She saw Ron glance at Harry, but avert his eyes quickly as Harry looked around. bella scowled, she missed her blood this morning for this reason. and she was not happy. Ron hadn't improved at all since Christmas. He didn't even sit with them in any of their lessons anymore, and Ami had told her that he had moved as far away from herself and Hermione as possible when in ancient ruins, never asking them for help with his translations like he used to. Her attention was diverted when Bagman spoke, quieter this time, to the champions.

"Now, I assume that you've all worked out the eggs clue, so we'll start as soon as possible. Be prepared to jump in." said bagman

moody told harry to start chewing. and winked before heading back to the judges table. as Moody walked past, eying the gillyweed in Harry's hand. Harry obliged and stuffed the greasy plant into his mouth. Going by the look on Harry's face, bella was very glad that she had learnt the bubblehead charm. plus it didn't take her long to learn new things. she is her mothers daughter after all. With that thought, she raised her wand and pointed it at her face. something she didn't think she'd ever be comfortable doing, and said the charm. The bubble formed, surrounding both her mouth and nose while giving her a constant supply of fresh, breathable air. She wasn't really concentrating on Bagman's commentary, but she moved forward with the rest of the champions and, when the time came, they jumped.

meanwhile with the others

the scouts was watching from their spots in the stands. while Trista was trying to keep track on everything with her feelings. since she was not able to see the time gates in this school. it was as if it was blocking her power. Minako was worried about what was going to happen. bella was not able to drink her blood this morning because of the task. something about merpeople would be able to smell the blood on her.

" Professor Meioh, are you alright?" asked Minako

"What? Oh, yes Aino, I'm fine. More than fine in fact." said Trista

Trista smiled began to form at the corner of trista lips. She bowed her head a moment and her fingers brushed the handle of her wand, and she feltsomething that she hadn't connected with in far too long. The space-time doorway was speaking to her. trista wanted to sing, to dance, to cry. She had not heard the song of the door since her death fighting Tomoe and the death busters so many years ago, and yet finally it was speaking to her again. She blinked, and a projection flew up before the crowd, causing many of the students and a few of the staff to gasp as five images appeared in the air before them. The onlookers may no have known it, but they were now looking through small gaps in space, created by Sailor Pluto, scout of time. Each projection allowed the crowd, and trista, to watch each champion as they progressed through the lake. They saw as Fleur was overcome by grindylows and forced to return to the surface, and they saw amara reach the merpeople, cutting the ropes securing Michiru before taking them both to the surface. The stands quietened a little after amara and Michiru were given towels, There were still three champions left, and time was ticking on.

meanwhile a few hours later

bella was cold she had to save harry ass along with fleur sister and including her loki. She had used the spell Rei had taught her to warm up the water, but eventually she had given up, she kept moving out of the warm patches and it would have drained her too much to keep on casting the spell. She had lost sight of the others as she swam deeper and deeper into the lake, and it was as though she had lost all connection with the world, trapped in the murky gloom as she was. bella, do not react. This proved to be a little harder than the voice in her head suggested, but bella thought she managed to disguise her jump as a check for grinylows. The space-time doorway has spoken to me, I can't see through time yet, but space is proving no difficulty. Now listen carefully.

meanwhile monday

Monday was a difficult day. bella had only found out the day before, but March the first was Ron's birthday. Tensions were high during lessons, and bella could tell that Harry and Ron were deliberately avoiding Ron to the greatest extent possible. They went straight to the library after dinner rather than heading to the common room, where Fred and George were holding a mini party, and did not head back to Gryffindor tower until about ten minutes before they had to be off the corridors.

meanwhile later that night

The party, which appeared to have grown in size when people had seen the food Fred and George had taken from the kitchen, Hermione and Ami sniffed at the evidence of this. Ron was sitting in a corner with most of their year, but a hush fell as Harry, Hermione and the scouts entered. People drifted away, not wanting to get caught in any drama. bella glanced at loki who nodded almost imperceptibly. The scouts headed towards the stairs to the girl's dormitory while loki headed over to the boys. Hermione shot an anxious look at Ami, as she headed away, who smiled reassuringly back at her. Even Fred and George stood up, moving swiftly away and up the stairs to the boy's dormitory. The common room was unusually silent, and one by one, people seemed to be fleeing to the safety of the dormitory. Very soon only Harry, Ron and Hermione were left in the circular room. There was silence for a moment before Ron spoke.

"You know what… forget it." said ron

ron stood up and headed towards the stairs. while the others was watching from where they were watching from. even loki was getting annoyed with this ron guy. he didn't like him he a real jackasss in his books. but he knew his bella cared about him as a friend. so he would make a effort for the little jackass. hell thor would knock some sense into him if he was here. Hermione burst into tears. Harry put an arm around her shoulders and looked up at Ron, who had stopped by the stairs.

meanwhile a few days later

everyone was in Trista class learning about the silver kingdom. while bella was there and it was her story. there going to leave out the horrible things about endymion. but not all. they were keeping in some of the things he had done. but not the worst of the worst. loki was getting on well with being back with bella and happy that vegeta helped out with the trial. along with pluto. since she was there to tell the ass of a blood adopted father that he was possessed.

"Now that we've finished looking at the events that lead to the end of the Silver Millenium, we can move to more up to date times specifically these last few years, during which there have been many sightings of the Moon Princess and her senshi in Tokyo." said trista

"Professor Meioh? you said you'd met the scouts, what did you think of them." said minako

"Now that is a question, Aino… Well first there was Sailor Mercury. She seemed to be very much the brains of the operation, quick witted and unafraid to act as the situation called for. Then there was Sailor Mars – fiery tempered but smart with a strong psychic link. After that there was Sailor Jupiter, a more physical warrior than her comrades but in many ways the gentlest of all of them. Sailor Uranus and Neptune were perhaps the most difficult to read, somewhat distant and yet most certainly loyal." said Trista

Trista smiled she knew where Minako was going with this. it was something that she knew Minako was known for. was to get compliments from others. but it would seem that she was not going to give up until she gets what she wanted. or what she wanted to hear. bella sighed and wished she could slap her in the back of the head. and she wished Malfoy would stop eye fucking her. he been doing that since he knew she was not whatever they call none magical family.

"And the others?" asked minako

"Well there was Saturn…" said trista

"You mean she was reborn?" asked Dean

"Oh yes… and she's used her powers in the last year." said trista

"Then how come we're all still here?" asked draco

"Saturn has the power to destroy the planet , that is not the same as using the power to destroy a planet." said Trista

draco was actually enjoying this class. the silver kingdom was something he was always interested. well his mother hid it from his mother. but he was wishing her could be with bella. she was beautiful and kind and feisty. all he wanted in a woman. but his father tried to contact her family but they would not write back to them. as if they didn't want nothing to do with his family. he kinda understood why. but he didn't like being mean to others. it was something he had to do.

"What about Sailor Pluto then? she seems powerful." said dean

"I have never met Sailor Pluto, I have, however, met the Moon Princess herself." said trista

"What was she like?" asked Parvati

"Human, She was brave, caring and true to her heart." said trista

"I still think you've missed one of the senshi out, what about Sailor Venus." chirped minako

"Sailor Venus? she seemed a little self important to me." said Trista

Thankfully that was when the bell rang for the end of the period, meaning no one really noticed the distraught look on Minako's face or the laughter creasing the rest of the scouts in half. bella sighed and knew that Minako was just deflated from her ego. while Trista smirked from what she did. she only did it out of fun. she wasn't trying to be mean in no way shape or form. Minako was dragged out by bella and rei to go do the rest of their classes.

meanwhile a week later

Harry and Hermione did not talk to Ron for the remainder of the week and by the time that weekends Hogsmeade visit had come around Harry had vowed he would never talk to Ron again. He and Hermione had excused themselves from spending the day with the scouts, saying they had something important to do. The inner scouts headed down with loki as a unit and headed straight for the three broomsticks, which came heavily recommended. They would have come with amara and Michiru, but the older scouts had decided to celebrate Michiru's birthday privately. Once inside, loki ordered butter beers for all of them and they took a table in the corner. bella took a sip of her butter beer and decided that she quite liked it. They chatted amiably for a while before they heard someone approaching. Looking around, they saw that it was Ron.

"Ron," said loki

loki nodding coolly to acknowledge him. He was not enthused to see the boy. but he would try to be civil to him. He liked his brothers. and he has been helping his brothers out with pranks and new things. even if they open a shop, he would invest in it. thor came join the party. since he and Minako are soulmates. now thor is enrolled into the school to be with his Minako. but it was nice to have thor around as well. He had someone to talk to well besides their group of friends and family. ron looked around nervously as though checking harry and Hermione weren't there.

"Can I… Can I sit here?" asked ron

"I don't know, I'd assume you wouldn't want to be seen 'fraternizing with the enemy'." said thor

"I'm sorry," said ron

bella glanced at Ami and Rei, nodding to indicate that she trusted their judgement to handle the situation. while kakarot was trying to hide from his wife again. but they sent him back so he could face the music from whatever he did to piss off chichi again. her blood adopted mother who is not mated to king cold her blood adopted father. hela smiled and left after she delivered what she needed to deliver. while they had a nice visit. ron sighed he looked at the tight nit group of friends. and knew this was something he needed for himself as well. he just didn't want to be on the bad side of loki and thor again. even hela was a scary one and king cold.

"I don't see why we should let you sit with us, You've hurt our friends and insulted us. Give me one good reason." said thor

"I can give you three," said ron

"Why chess pieces?" asked loki

"Did neither of them ever mention it? Well I don't suppose they would, Harry doesn't like to talk about it and Hermione's usually studying…" said ron

"She does stuff other than studying," said Ami

ami sighed it seemed that ron didn't like to do his work and study. but it didn't mean the people who do the work and study don't have other stuff that they enjoyed doing. ron sighed and knew that ami had the right to be angry with him. along with the others. they were not to be messed with when you are on their bad side. thor arched a blond brow as he looked to his soul mate and wondered what his Minako wanted to do. he was like his brother and didn't like ron very much. he was a ass. and it was hard to make thor hate you when you become friends with him.

"Yeah, I know, the point is she isn't usually thinking about it. See, in our first year, students were forbidden to access the third-floor corridor. The next chamber was dark when we entered, but when the lights came on, I realized it was a giant chess board." explained ron

"A chessboard! but Hermione's no good at chess!" said minako

"That would be why I was in charge, We had to beat the white players to cross the board – Harry playes as a bishop, Hermione as a rook, that's a ca-" said ron

"I know what a rook is," said Ami

ami felt insulted from what ron had just said. even loki and thor felt that way since they enjoy playing together they enjoyed to play against aro sometimes. but right now they were trying to figure out what and why ron would ask this of them. but they would hear him out on what he wanted their help for. while amara rolled her eyes and wondered where stupid if going with this. this is their radtize of their group or nappa for that matter. they would never insult kenpachi with sayin he was like ron. because ron was not like kenpachi since kenpachi is a fight happy person.

"Right… well anyway, Hermione played as a rook and I played as a knight." said ron

"Knights get taken a lot though," said Ami

"Tell me about it." said ron

"It wasn't…. It wasn't wizards chess was it?" asked rei

"What's the difference?" asked Makoto

"Wizards chess is far more brutal than the muggle variety, the pieces respond to voice commands and actually destroy pieces when they take them. So what happened?" said ami

everyone nodded to what ami had just said. even though none of them are muggles as the wizards call them. they were all pure blooded. but for now that is not what they were thinking on. while ron sighed and hoping they would help him out with this. he needed to have his friends back. he just didn't know how to get them back. he knew he was a ass. and thor and loki and amara showed him that. he just needed to think on his actions. sure If his mother knew what and how he treated his friends. she would give him the business.

"Well, we played for a while, and then there were just two moves left in it. I made my move, letting the white queen take me, leaving Harry to checkmate the king." said ron

"That was very brave," said Minako

"Anyway… Hermione gave me the chess pieces and… well…" said ron

"You realized what an idiotic prat you've been?" asked Rei

"Well… yeah." said ron

rei brushing her fingers over the henshin wand in her pocket so that Ron would not understand the word. She smiled a little at the unsure look on his face. bella smacked her hand before she did anything stupid. bella sighed and waved for ron to sit down and join them. so they could hear him out more on what he wanted them to do. while bella was eger to get them team back together. ron just needed to see the stupid crap he was doing to his friends.

meanwhile a little while later

By the time Harry and Hermione got back from Hogsmeade, the scouts were already back at the castle. They were scattered about the castle, which was rather unusual for a weekend. Ami was in the library, slightly less unusual, while Makoto was helping Professor Sprout out with Neville down in the Greenhouses. Minako was, reportedly, visiting the Durmstrang ship to spend some time with her date from the Yule ball and bella was up in the dormitory. This meant that only loki and thor was in the common room when they arrived back at the castle. He was studying, as most of the seventh years were, for his N.E. later in the year.

"Sure is quiet without the others around, Good time at Hogsmeade?" asked Harry

"Educational," said thor

thor replied evasively before standing and heading up to the dormitories with his brother. he needed to get away from this tension. Hermione shrugged at Harry to show that she didn't know what he meant anymore than he did. Harry glanced down to where loki book had been before he left and frowned, there was a chess piece on the table. harry was wondering what was going on with this chess piece unless ron was asking the others to help him out t gain their forgiveness. it seemed to be a very ron thing to do.

meanwhile later that day

Later that day, when Hermione was researching her History of Magic homework, she came across a muggle chess knight on the bookcase. It startled her for a moment when she saw it, but after a second, she brushed it off as coincidence. she was wondered if ron had aske their new friends to get to help when it came down to what was in front of her. they would be the only ones who would be quick enough. but it would seem that bella called in jane to help out with the chess pieces. since she could be fast. When she went to bed that night, she found another one under her pillow. Harry also found a chess piece under his pillow, but he thought nothing of it as he threw it to the ground and went back to sleep.

meanwhile a month later

On April 1st the twins held a loud party in the common room to celebrate their seventeenth birthday, while Rei celebrated her own Birthday in a slightly quieter way. On April 27th, however, Professor McGonagall sought out Harry, bella and amara. as they all stared at the maze that was in front of them. while bella gasped and remembered that maze. it was something she would never forget. and how the hell did they get it here in the first place. that maze was back in the silver kingdom. amara sighed and didn't know what gotten into her bella.

"It's quite impressive isn't it?" said Bagman's

"It's a maze," said amara

"Ah, this is not just any maze, this is themaze, supposedly grown from a sapling of the great maze of Io castle, if that ever existed of course." said bagman

"But… wasn't that maze a prison?" asked harry

"Nonsense, anyway, the idea is to be the first champion to reach the Tri-wizard cup, which will be placed at the centre of the maze. Now, be aware , people change in the maze. In here you will find no great enemy, no creature to overcome. You will fight only yourself." said bagman

bella headed up to the castle in a slight daze, she was remembering what it was like when she was first inside of that maze back in the silver kingdom. hardly aware that Harry had gone elsewhere with Viktor Krum, or that Bagman was trying to offer her tips on how to get through the maze – why was he doing that anyway? She was vaguely aware at one point that amara had picked her up and was carrying her through the corridor, but she wasn't sure she cared the maze? Surely not… There were distant exclamations and murmured voices, she knew she was being carried up the stairs, laid on her bed, but she didn't really understand what was happening. Not that place again…

meanwhile a little while later

amara carried bella back into the room. bella was still in shock from what she was going to have to go into again. while amara was deeply worried for her little bella. she knew the first time she was lost inside of that maze. loki came running back to her from asgard to help her to get her out of the maze. while Minako rushed over to bella and place her hand on bella forehead. but she didn't even have a fever so what the hell was going on. why was she in this state. while the others was thinking as well on what was going on with bella.

"What happened to her?" asked minako

"I think she's in shock," said amara,

amara was looking around at Hermione and the assembled scouts, they were all there except Pluto, but even at that moment trista stepped out from a shadowy corner, her hand on loki shoulder even thor came along as well. he was worried for his new sister. even though he remembered the day of that maze when loki left to go and help his beloved from the horrors of the maze. loki strode over to where bella lay, unmoving.

"What happened?" asked loki

"It's the third task, It's a maze. Bagman indicated that it was grown from a sapling of the maze of Io." said amara

"The maze of Io? what's that?" asked seiya

"Well… it's a maze,"My father grew it in the furthest corner of the grounds of his castle. It was said that the maze was a living thing – that the hedges moved, consuming those who stepped within. It was used as a prison, for the worst of the worst criminals in the Silver Millennium." said makoto

makoto remembered that maze her father grew. and hated it every time she looked at it. but how the hell did they get ahold of something like that. She thought that was long gone. but she was wrong in thinking on such a thing. But poor bella she was in shock because of the fact she was lost inside of the maze. she remembered the time when thor and loki came to hunt for her. she wondered if they remembered that. but they were remembering that time as well. loki was so furious. he was furious right now for the fact that they were putting his bella inside of that maze. but if she gets lost, she would be rescued by him as well.

"But surely they wouldn't send the champions into that!" said Hermione

"They would if they didn't know what they were doing… Damnit! if I could still see the future I could have stopped this from happening." said trista

"Don't blame yourself, We'll all do whatever it takes to keep her safe." said micharu

"But we can't remember, if we directly interfere with what happens in the maze we'll be sucked in with her, what help would that make us?" asked rei

"How come bella is so badly affected by this and you're not?" asked Seiya

seiya was wondering why bella would be so affected by the maze. she maybe the new one still to the group. but she wanted to know to see what and why they one she loved so much was affected by such a thing. while loki sighed and did thor. they were worried about what was going to happen. she doesn't have a choice in the matter to go inside of it. she cant say she was not going to do it. it was something that stupid goblet of fire thing has in a contract. stupid magical contracts.

"Because, unlike bella, I've never been inside the maze." said makoto

"She's been in that thing before?" asked seiya

"It was her first visit to Io, she was exploring the grounds and didn't know any better. At that point no one had ever left the maze alive. When Queen Serenity heard what had happened her grief was terrible. With the power of the silver crystal amplifying her sorrow it was a time of darkness in the kingdom." said loki

"How long was she in there?" asked Yaten

yaten was worried now from what she had just learned about that maze and bella. she wondered like the ones who didn't know about this story. they wanted to know how long she was stuck in there. seiya was sick to even know how long she was inside of that maze. if so she would go inside to get bella if that so happened again. she would do anything to help out bella. loki and thor sighed and remembered that time. he and loki went in with a agardian army as well. they had a hard time finding her inside of the maze.

"About six months… time is different in the maze. For her it was only a day, but even that was too much. We wanted to go in after her , we were her scouts after all, but Queen Serenity forbade it. She was never stupid and she knew we'd almost certainly die as well if we followed her in." explained makoto

"How did she get out then?" asked hermione

"Queen Serenity had no power to command the Prince of asgard, me and thor and a Asgardian army followed her in as soon as I heard what had happened. The maze was… terrifying." said loki

The scouts shuddered, loki and thor had never shown fear on the battlefield, and just like bella they have been through great may battles. with great many races. but right now he was remembering what that maze way like. even thor didn't like remembering what it was like inside of that cave. nothing but that stupid cave gave him the creeps. even though he never talked about it with a lot of people. because he didn't want to think of what he had to feel and see inside of that cave. but the haunted look on loki and thor face when he emerged from the maze would never leave them.

"She was deep inside the maze, and it was as though I could hear her calling me from all directions. The hedges themselves seemed to try and keep us apart. When I found her she was on the ground and the roots were wrapping around her body. I cut them free and carried her from the maze." said loki

"That was what lead to the final alliance of the moon kingdom, not that it did any good. When Prince loki and prince thor emerged from the maze, injured and barely able to stand yet still carrying Princess Serenity to his chest Queen Serenity abandoned the meeting she was in with the rulers of the other eight planets to travel to Io , not that they minded of course." said thor

"My father was more than a little pleased, as I remember that particular meeting was on why there were no guards in front of the maze that day." said makoto

"She personally thanked loki and thor and offered him any one favor the silver crystal was capable of bestowing. He asked for stronger ties between their own realm asgard." said rei

loki sighed as he looked down to his beloved and knew that she was always going to remember the place she was stuck. and now she was going back in. but she knew that he would come in after her again if he needed to. Hermione found she couldn't understand it for bella was clutching at her broach, loki replied before leaning down and kissing her forehead softly, a tender movement that showed Seiya exactly why she had never really had a chance with bella. As loki moved away, a golden crescent formed on bella forehead.

meanwhile a month later

The 24th of May came around far too fast for the liking of all the scouts. For the month before bella wanted to spend every waking moment surrounded by her friends, as though afraid to be alone. Unfortunately this was not easy, particularly when the end of year exams arrived – as a champion, bella was exempt from the exams. Luckily, so was amara. who was as vigilant as ever protecting her Princess. There was a History of Magic exam the day of the third task and the other scouts left breakfast early to get there in time.

"alburn, Tenoh, Potter , the champion's families have been given permission to watch the final task. They'll meet you through there." said McGonagall

McGonagall gesturing to the room into which Usagi had headed after her name came out of the goblet. She looked over at Harry and amara, shrugging. None of her family would be there, Harry didn't have any family and bella wasn't really all that sure about Haruka, as far as she was aware Michiru, Hotaru and trista were her only family. Ten minutes later, however, McGonagall looked out of the room and beckoned them impatiently. Harry sighed resignedly and lead the way.

"Mrs Weasley!" chirped harry

"papa king cold! mama hela!" chirped bella

bella running across the room to embrace the goddess of death and king cold. they were happy to be there for their little one. even though bulma and vegeta was going to come but they got stuck in doing things that they needed to do. king cold was filled in on what was going on. he would blow up the maze and make sure it was never seen again if it harmed his little pink vampire princess. she was his world. well besided his wife and his grandchildren. harry was happy to see miss Weasley to be there for him for his family.

"Hey, bella, this is Ron's mum – Mrs Weasley, this is Isabella who likes to be known as bella and amara. They're two of the Japanese transfer students this year." said harry

"Oh yes, Ron mentioned them in his letter at Easter, I'm sorry you had to get caught up in all this tournament nonsense , you and Harry are far too young for all this." said molly

bella snorted if she only knew how old she really is. and was glad when amara spoke to Mrs Weasley by way of a distraction. bella did indeed spend the rest of the morning showing king cold and hela around the castle and the grounds. they were amazed from the things that they were seeing. but they were worried about what was going to happen to their bella when she goes back into that maze. they were filled in on what was going on with that maze. and wondered if she would be able to get through it again. and how the hell did they even get their hands on something like this in the first place. wasn't it destroyed with the first silver kingdom.
