Changes can still happen, so feel free to suggest potential candidates.

What i envision of some of the picks, hability and servant stats wise:

Mumen Rider is plain D or E at everything exept battle continuation, that's EX and the most Busted version of it, he's cheap and has stats matching such hilarious low cost, but so long the Master has enough mana, he just won't die without a Sure Death NP that ignores Guts and other Battle Continuation related powers that keep the servant alive.

Olivia, like the famous Saber of all Saberfaces, she's easily charmed by food, the change here is that instead of a King of Knights, Shirou now has to be the Moral leash of a Saber that's been personally trained and educated by a fucking Grim reaper, and as such lack a LOT of the normal restraints and common sense even Artoria had to a degree.

Dunbalf, a classic caster archetype, has summons for many roles and purposes, but is no sitting duck if an enemy gets past his summons and set defenses on his Domain, as she's a second class/job as a Monk, which grants above average Hand to Hand skills. Perfect as the servant of the person whose sole duty will be keep the Grail war as ordered.

Alan Corinth, would be most likely a low end of Sabers (He'd be more at Home as caster, just read the LN or manga and things will be clearer), but in a sense he would mingle well with the Kiritsugu and Irisviel duo in terms of personality. He's a combat pragmatist to a degree, but some of his master's methods would still have him balk at them.

Schwartz Powder, If you want a Gilgamesh dakka but with modern weaponry, this guy will be able to do it so long you give him the mana, and oh boy, his abilities would likely grant him access to everything, maybe even an Anti-Heracles gun that would be able of stripping a few of his Lives, if Heracles was to stay as a servant that is.

So far, this is all.
