(This is just a a info about a picture I put on devaintart as Artman345. I did not post this as a story but to spread the word about my work. If you want to use this character for a story, be my guest.)
This is my version of a dark and menacing Spider-Man like Batman. OC name Lawrence Cauldron, black hair, & green eyes.
The mask was used by Yurtigo's red eyed Spider-Man mask image. But everything else is originally made by me.
Official superhero name; I'm still choosing. My options are Dark Spider, Hell Spider, Black Arachnid, or to just leave it as Spider-Man.
Occupation: Unknown I'm still deciding (definitely not a photographer for old pickle puss though!)
-His suit is carbon fiber lined with kevlar and the spider symbols on the front and back are the strongest armored parts.
-His bracers and shin guards are made from Xenebrium that he uses to block attacks.
Xenebrium is from Ironman the animated series episode 3 (according to Ironman a blast ten times as strong as an atomic bomb wouldn't even scratch the paint. I know that the explosion was atomic because Modok exclaimed that the blast would blow them all to atoms.)
-His spinnerets, aka his web shooters, are located inside the bracers.
-Has silver utility belt with red circle on belt buckle. The utility belt is metal with casings instead of pouches. (The reason it is not on him is because I did not have the idea to give him one at the time.)
-Items within belt are tracking devices called tracers (not spider tracers) which also listens in on radio frequencies, tape recorder, a mini camera (which is to obtain photographic evidence, not news pictures), a lock pick, a hacking device, homemade smoke pellets for distractions and quick getaways, extra web cartridges, an old fashioned flip cell phone with a seperate caller ID to call others while maintaining his secret identity (plus flip phones are harder to trace) and the red thing on his belt buckle doubles as a uv flashlight.
-His powers are the same as Peter's including his spider-sense/spider-senses (which I have dubbed as his omni-sense/omni-senses.) Although two additional abilities that he does possess are night vision and retractable claws/talons on his finger tips that he uses to attack like Miguel O' Hara.
His powers don't come from a radioactive spider bite, but rather from a spider goddess named Arachna who chose him as her champion. Or he was simply picked by the master weaver since he basically chooses who becomes a spider totem.
