Seth was walking around the house with his tablet running. The wedding was over but the live stream continued at the reception. He had a hard time finding any peace. He could see how miserable Snowie looked despite trying her hardest to fake smiles and conversations whenever she had to.

He looked up and caught the camera in the kitchen. He sighed lowly and turned his eyes back down. There was only one room in the house where Baron hadn't installed cameras. After hours in the house, Seth didn't like feeling watched anymore. He grabbed his cup of coffee and walked down the hall to the last room on the left. Baron's office. For some weird reason Baron didn't have cameras in his office which seemed weird to Seth. If he had to pick one room not to film, he would personally have picked the bathroom.

"Just Baron being Baron," he mumbled. "Weird as always."

He eyed Baron's laptop on the desk. He knew he shouldn't. He bit his lip for 5 long seconds and then decided to just do it. He opened the laptop and it immediately asked for a password.

"Password, password, password," he mumbled.

He reached a hand down and scratched Xander's head. Xander let out a yawn and lied down on the floor.

"He wouldn't make it that easy, would he?" He asked lowly.

He typed in Xander's name and the laptop unlocked.

"Guess he would," he chuckled. "Let's see what surprises he hides here."

He clicked his way around Baron's personal folders. He found the folder for the security system and opened it. It had saved recordings dating back a week. He clicked his way into the recordings from this morning before he had arrived. Nothing happened. Baron walked around doing his thing while ignoring Snowie on the floor in the living room.

"Was she there all night?" He asked.

He opened the recordings from yesterday. His jaw dropped when he watched Baron burn her family photos and restrain her violently. She had been on that floor all night while Baron had slept in the bed.

"Motherfucker!" He growled.

He turned his eyes back to his tablet. Snowie was walking out of the room. Most likely for a toilet visit or some fresh air. Baron stayed inside. He quickly took out his phone and sent her a text.

"Stay away from Baron. I'm gonna call you in 2 minutes."

He stood up and looked at Xander.

"Wanna go for a walk, Xander?" He asked.

Xander recognized the word "walk" and jumped up with a happy face. They walked through the house together. Seth put on his shoes and put the leash on Xander. As soon as they were out on the road, he took out his phone and called Snowie. She answered after only one ring but didn't say anything.

"Snowie," he felt tears in his eyes. "I saw the recording from last night."
"What do you want, Seth?" She asked.
"What did you do to make him this angry?" He asked.
"Of course it's my fault," she said. "I must have done something to make him this angry, right?"
"That's not what I meant. I mean, what did you do that he used to justify his behavior?" He asked.

She didn't answer. He could hear her breathing. He understood how hard this had to be. He was supposed to be Baron's friend. She had no reason to trust him.

"Look, I've known for a while that something isn't right with your relationship. He doesn't tell me anything and you sure as hell don't either, but I still see it. Tell me what's wrong," he said.

She let out a deep sigh and sniffled.

"I don't wanna cry," she said.
"Fuck that," he said.
"He wants me to quit my job," she said.
"Why?" He asked.
"Because it's the only place he can't control me," she said.
"Control you?" He asked.
"Seth, I know he's your friend but Baron isn't who you think he is. He has a dark side to him that you don't know about," she said.
"Then tell me about it," he said. "What does he do, Snowie? What does he do to you?"

She sniffled again. How he wished he could wrap his arms around her and tell her everything would be okay in that moment.

"The system only saves recordings for a week unless he stores them away manually. There's a folder on his computer titled 'memories'. I don't know the password. He stores all his favorite moments in there. His favorite game is for me to sit on his lap and force me to watch those recordings while he touches me. I'm not allowed to stop watching until I cum. I have to cum while watching myself get beaten up but I'm sure that's my fault too," she said.

She hung up before he could say anything back. He hadn't meant it that way. He didn't think it was her fault at all but he knew how abusers work. She was being told everytime that it was her fault so it would be hard not to believe those words once she had heard them enough.

"Let's go back, Xander," he said. "We got some important work to do."
