Chapter 5: That Voice So Clear
Sound of a heart monitor beeping in a patient's room. An intravenous pole, with ivy fluids, is on the scene.
Beep Beep Beep Beep
Flash Back (Justice remembers Marko's voice in her head and being present with him at the funny house, his smile, but she can't remember his appearance.) "Do you believe in fate?", "You are so funny and really smart, you're special"
Marko telepathically communicates to Justice:
Justice is tossing, and turning in her hospital bed. Marko calling: "Justice, Justice, Justice, I will find you soon, on your sweet 16th birthday. I can't be with you now, my heart's desire. Forget me for now, Forget and dream a sweet dream."
Justice screams sitting up, covering her ears.
"Leave me Alone!" "GET OUT!" "GET OUT!"
The door bursts open. A nurse rushes in, followed by two more, nurses and a doctor. They rush to her bed, Justice is struggling to get out of bed, as she is taking off the blankets covering her body.
"Leave me Alone!" "GET OUT!" "GET OUT!"
Just then Detective Cristiano wakes up, from outside Justice's room. He was sitting in a chair, guarding her, from overnight. But, he jumps up, immediately. He runs into the room.
"No one is going to hurt you, honey, relax, relax, it's alright." Nurse 1
"Nurse give me some Benzodiazepines, get me them Now!" Doctor Alexander
"It's alright sweet heart this just gonna calm you down." Nurse 2 and 3
"Doctor, wait what the Hell, are you doing? Cristiano
"Helping my patient calm down, she is very ill, and if she is like this, in her current state, after a long surgery, I need to make sure she doesn't overdo it, and do damage to herself or her heart!" -Doctor Alexander
"Wait Doctor, Wait! she might remember something!" Give me a minute to ask her a question, this is important!" Cristiano
"My patient is important!" - Doctor Alexander
Justice was squirming and trying to hit them, fighting them and no one knows how she managed it, but she pushed one nurse and she fell to the floor, screaming and hollering. The other nurses helped her off the floor.
"MY GOD!" "I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH STRENGTH, I NEED A RECORDING QUICK! "GET THE HELL OFF ME! GET OFF! "HE GONNA KILL ME AND ALL YOU! KILL YOU FOR TOUCHIN ME!"
The nurses and doctors looked at each other shocked.
Cristiano even looked shocked at her cursing and blabbering.
"WHO JUSTICE?"
Cristiano quickly comes around to the side where there are no nurses.
"Justice, hey, Justice, Calm down sweetheart! Justice looked at him angry and pissed and tried hitting him too! I'm Detective Cristiano, Hi, Don't fight Justice!" "We trying to help you!" "I got to fight, I gotta fight all of you he told me to! "Why honey? Why do you want to Get Out? Hmm "Who Is There, Who is bothering you?"
" "It's him, the angel!"He gonna kill me! Justice
"Your okay, it's alright baby, who's in there?" Detective Cristiano pointed to his own head hitting it.
Justice still fighting, but looking at Dective Cristiano.
"The Boy, The Boy, he is in here, he is in my head, he won't leave me alone, he won't go away. I'm scared." Justice
The nurse looked at her, and the Doctor too, suddenly with the needle in hand, getting ready to inject her.
And another nurse recording.
"What boy honey?" "He got a name?"
"I can't see him?" "He's blocking me out." "I can't remember"
"My Bear"
"Your bear?"
"He likes my Bear, I think?"
"He likes your bear?"
"What you mean honey?" "He liked your bear?"
Justice nods, "Yes, he liked my bear?"
"Tell me more about the bear?"
Justice hits her head full of frustration
"Was he short?" "Tall?
"He was Tall, but not… too tall, like Bastkellball players, he was…. Skinny, I think….. He was like Lorenzo and Darius.
"You mean tall like them and their age?"
"Yeah"
"White?" "Black?" Spanish? "What does he look like?"
He was…. It's blurry the image I don't remember I can't see him, he.. Won't let me…
"I'm scared he might hurt me again." "He hurt my back." Justice turned her head to try and bring a hand to her back."
"No sweet heart, don't touch that you don't want to infect that!" Doctor Alexander
"Well put some gel on it for you sugar, it's alright." Nurse
"It's alright honey, he's not gonna hurt you, I'll make sure of that!" Cristiano
"That's enough, my patient needs rest." Doctor Alexander then injects her, and Jutice calms down and starts slowly heaving, then starting to fall slowly against her pillow. The nurse covers her.
"Check her vitals, Melody." Doctor said
Nurse looking at her watch, "They're good and stable, she's asleep again."
"Good" If she wakes up again, notify me, and make sure she is not upset or screaming. We want her calm, and I want her to be able to talk to me and see her family. Let me know when they get here.
