So now, the Civilian Council had called an emergency meeting.

Naruto stands before Tsunade, the Shinobi Council and the Civilian Council, he'd been promoted to Chunin when he'd brought Sasuke back, as had the other members of the team that had been sent after Sasuke.

"Lady Hokage, we, the Civilian Council wish to banish Chunin Naruto Uzumaki for the use of excessive force in returning Sasuke Uchiha to the Village." Mebuki said.

"Denied, the Uchiha knowingly and of his own volition attempted to leave Konoha to go to Orochimaru, an S-Ranked criminal and enemy of Konoha for power, he's not getting off easy this time, so, SIT DOWN AND SHUT YOUR MOUTH, HARUNO!" Tsunade roars.

Mebuki sits down and no one else spoke for a long time, until Danzo chose to speak.

"Tsunade, the boy is still too difficult to control, it is in the best interest of Konoha that he be removed from the Village."

"Are you stupid, Danzo?! What if Orochimaru attacks again, or worse yet, the Akatsuki? We still don't know what their endgame is, Naruto will be safe here from them if they're actively searching for the Containers." Tsunade said, with the Shinobi Council agreeing whole-heartedly with Tsunade.

"While that may be true in theory, I wouldn't wish to gamble with the lives of the villagers, I mean with your terrible luck and all." the Warhawk chided, earning icy glares from Naruto and Tsunade herself.

"Fine, we shall put it to a vote, but to be clear: This banishment is temporary, Naruto will be able to return here after six years or if I request for his return, I have already gotten the Fire Diamiyo's approval on this." the Hokage said, smiling at Naruto, who smiles back, Homura, Danzo, and several Civilians scowled at the busty blonde's revelation.

As expected, Naruto was banished, Tsunade, Shizune, Hinata, Neji, Rock Lee, Jaraiya, Tenten, Ayame, and Teuchi were all devastated at the news of Naruto's banishment, the blonde smiled sadly and left the Council Chambers to head to his apartment so he could pack.
