Reawakening
Prologue
The God's themselves twisted the narratives of their origin…they kept a sacred secret to ensure he was not released. They extorted his power in Tartarus, torturing him as if he wasn't one of their own, beating him, working him, and spreading falsehoods about his whereabouts. But because of the Death of Gaea he has awakened…his power to be released onto this innocent world. The Son of Chaos, God of Immortality and Eternal Damnation, and the one who slayed his own father…Olympos.
Chapter One -Olympos-
The cries of Gaea woke him, his long and supposedly eternal slumber had ended. His mind filled with sorrow, one of the eldest God's and his sister like equal had been slain. Now he was the last one, the last to maintain his form and the last one to ever appear physically other than Gaea.
"So Tartarus," Olympos shifted in his chains made of darkness. "It has been ages since I was last awake."
The surrounding darkness rumbled, the primordial being couldn't speak to him as Olympos was in the void and the large void that Olympos was bound in could no longer be penetrated. Nothing could go in other than vibrations that he himself barely felt.
"Ah that's right," Olympos sighed. "You cannot muster your physical form inside this hole."
The Primordial God frowned and gazed around his prison, "Did you know…I've been waiting for this day?"
Tartarus was confused, simply because the Elder God had predicted the time right on the dot. It was 1:00 AM where Olympus was, and the same area where the void prison was located underground.
"You must be wondering," Olympos sighed. "How do I know this?"
Tartarus fell silent, none of the demon's moans and groans could be heard, this was a sure sign that everyone in the prison was feeling it as well…fear.
"That's because I'm already gone…" Olympos grinned and his body faded away.
Tartarus shook in fear as the God had escaped from his eternal prison set by the God Erebus himself…this was to be impossible yet it happened. He must alert Zeus and the Council immediately, just as one Elder God had died another has appeared…and the most dangerous one as well.

Olympos manifested in the middle of a busy New York plaza, the citizens of the city frowning at the God confused as he was wearing nothing but a tattered black himation. He ignored the faces of the puny mortals and gazed upon the Empire State Building or rather above it where he saw through the mist and found Olympus hovering.
"I am coming for your Immortality Zeus," Olympos stared at Olympus with a blank face. "I'm coming for what is rightfully mine."

Hermes appeared in a flash of light, standing on the edge of the Realm of Hades. Before him sat the large pit that was Tartarus, he snorted in disapproval.
"You summoned me Lord Tartarus?" Hermes kneeled.
A figure made of purple skin and muscular frame of tall stature appeared in a twister of flame.
"He has escaped." Tartarus boomed.
"Who has?" The color from Hermes' skin drained. "Iapetus?"
"No," Tartarus grimaced. "Olympos."
The knees of Hermes shook in fear, almost buckling under his weight. He feared everyone in Tartarus but Olympos is his origin, a dark origin of his Immortality but it is his Origin.
"Impossible," Hermes chuckled nervously. "You surely jest."
Tartarus kneeled down and looked Hermes in the eye, "Warn Zeus…immediately."
It was clear…the God was not joking and he himself felt fear even larger than he felt when Gaea had awakened. Olympos was someone with the ability to give Immortality and the source of their ability to give it…now that he was gone that ability is gone as well. And with that ability he can also take it away.
"Of course!" Hermes shook in fear before disappearing in a flash.
"Goodluck little ones," Tartarus spoke to himself as he dissolved back into the pit. "For it will take all of you to survive his wrath.
Hermes hurried down the great halls of Olympus, the God's fear tore through his mind and heart as he entered the Council Room. Zeus was speaking with the other God's about the state of the council and how it would be receiving more members.
"FATHER!" Hermes called out immediately.
"WHO DARES TO INTERRUPT ME!" Zeus growled.
"I am sorry my lord," Hermes kneeled. "I come with urgent news from Tartarus himself."
The aura of Zeus shifted immediately, it was no longer rage but now calm. It seems the name Tartarus had called his curiosity as the last time he heard it…Kronos had been revived.
"Speak." Zeus ordered.
"Lord Tartarus warns the escape of a Primordial being." Hermes shook in fear.
The whispers among the council were not hidden one bit, even Zeus himself felt a twinge of fear.
"Nyx?Erebus?" Zeus asked with curiosity of Hermes shaking.
"No my Lord," Hermes gulped down his fear. "Olympos."
The name itself silenced the Council, it had been ages since that name had been mentioned. It wasn't for a solid moment that anyone spoke, then the fear hit.
"Olympos is coming?" Apollo cowered which was out of his character.
"He's come for revenge?" Nemesis mused.
"His choices affect our lives!" Janus cried.
"Silence!" Zeus boomed. "We shall reason with him at first chance."
Athena rose from her throne, "It is too dangerous to send Hermes in hopes of a compromise."
"I will not send Hermes then," Zeus rubbed his beard. "I'll send Apollo and Ares."
"But my husband," Hera began to protest. "Wouldn't that seem like a threat…after all their weapons of choice are the Spear and Bow."
"It wouldn't be better to send anyone else," Zeus sighed. "Apollo is energetic and Ares is experienced."
Everyone turned to look at the two, Ares seemed confident just sitting on his throne while oozing confidence. Apollo however was still cowering, his legs shifting in his seat uncomfortably.
"Send Artemis then," Hera glared at Apollo. "It is clear that Apollo would not handle this situation very well."
"And risk her and the hunters?" Zeus scoffed.
"Why don't we all meet in one area?" Hestia suggested. "A Hearth, located in the Mountains of California?"
The Council became quiet, all of the Olympians thought about this with their minds filled to the brim with possible outcomes.
"Brother," Hestia spoke and Zeus studied her. "It is the most peaceful option."
"And I can use the Mist to communicate with him my Lord," Hecate's voice interrupted from the center of the room. "It would be the best option in terms of survival."
The face of Zeus was clouded with thoughts, the storms outside of the building could be heard raging. He was thinking very hard about his next choice, any move involving Olympos was risky.
"It is decided," Zeus sat upwards. "We will meet just outside of San Francisco near Camp Jupiter."
—-
It had been several days since Olympos received the message from Hecate, the reception was quite good. He agreed to a meeting in California around a Hearth where no conflict would be seen other than verbal. Until then he would wait, 10 days and 10 nights patiently.
"They have done rather well," Olympos mused as he walked the day time in Manhattan. "This is a very diverse and somewhat…equal world."
His frame was quite lean and ripped, his hair was the color of harvest wood, his eyes held the night sky and stars, and his skin was tan. He wore nothing but his himation, it was a fair temperature out amongst the mortals.
"I suppose I should make some clothes," Olympos glanced at the people who stared as they passed by. "This himation won't do."
Olympos planned to hide his divinity so he disguised himself, hiding his aura and changing his appearance to a teenager. His hair was curly and brown, his eyes were green, and his skin was a lighter and more warm bronze. He wore white sweatpants, a white hoodie and knicks jersey, and Jordan 1 off white uncs. He wanted to explore the world as a young teenager in his last few days before the decision. Lastly he placed a silver chain, the symbol of two infinities intertwined.
"This should do," Olympos grinned. "Let us explore this city and then move on to the next."
Through the day he explored the museums and historical places set in manhattan, nearing some point in the dusk he entered Central Park.
"Quite beautiful isn't it?" A soft voice greeted Olympos from behind.
He did not remove his gaze from the stars for long but instead glanced at the teenage women next to him.
"It is," Olympos agreed. "May I ask who you are?"
"Ah sorry," Reyna grinned. "I am Reyna and you?"
Olympos turned to face the Demigod, "Hector."
Reyna inspected Olympos, "Allow me to cut this conversation short."
Olympos crossed his arms and stared at the young teenager.
"I know you aren't normal but neither am I," Reyna sighed. "I was drawn to your presence in the park because of a feeling, so allow me to ask this, are you a half blood?"
This was a surprising question, Olympos thought about this hard. If he answered yes then he'd most likely be more intertwined with the children of the Olympians. Unfortunately that had strings attached, though it would be quite entertaining. Then again anything was entertaining to a being who sat in an eternal slumber for the centuries.
"I am," Hector nodded. "Now what?"
"More importantly, how did you survive?" Reyna crossed her arms.
It was time for Hector to play his part, he would attempt to maintain his new story for the next few days. Maybe it would lead to an adventurous type of ordeal, or maybe the God's will sense him…either way it will be entertaining.
"I've killed monsters here and there," Hector held his hand behind his back and summoned a curved dagger made of Stygian Iron. "With this."
"Beautiful design," Reyna gasped. "Is that Stygian Iron?"
"Stygian Iron?" Hector frowned. "What is that?"
Reyna hesitated, "Allow me to tell you more at a safer location."
"Come with me," Reyna turned and started walking. "Or stay either way I'm sure you'll survive with that blade."
Hector grinned and placed the curved blade in his pant line under his hoodie.
(A/N) I appreciate the notification that one of my readers left, I know that Hestia is the sister of Zeus. It was a mistake because of how focused I was, thank you for letting me know though.
