Chapter 26:

Heaven's Gate

In a strange area with clouds, Scrabbit suddenly rose up and looks around unsure of where he was. He remembers falling, but that is it. Then he heads off through the clouds as a group of Crocutagriffs appeared behind him as Scrabbit froze, and the Crocutagriffs vanished making Scrabbit nervous.

Scrabbit walks off as he passes by a bit until suddenly a clang was heard and Scrabbit was knocked back.

Soon he recovered and got up and saw what was in front of him. Scrabbit looked up to see it was a golden gate with a carrot on it. The gates soon opened as Scrabbit watched them and then looked ahead and saw an amazing sight.

In front of Scrabbit, were dozens of carrots as far as he can see and Scrabbit smiled and sighed.

Scrabbit walks past the gates as his eyes got watery and noticed some carrots in front of him and grabbed two as he sighs happily. So many carrots and so little effort to get them. Scrabbit then noticed a few more and did a ballerina dance to them as he grabs five more. Scrabbit then walks off as he saw something that made him drop the carrots in amazement.

Ahead of him was a giant carrot. Scrabbit smiled, and his pupils turned into carrots as he stares at the giant carrot. Scrabbit rushed over to it and did a ballerina dance and twirl as he nears it. Scrabbit rushed closer to it until suddenly an unseen force stopped him as Scrabbit was a few inches from the carrot. Unsure of what is happening, Scrabbit struggled as he reaches out, and his hand was barely a quarter-inch from touching the carrot.

A wind suddenly picked up and it started dragging Scrabbit away as he tries to reach the giant carrot. He did not like this, he wanted the carrot. Then Scrabbit screamed as he was pulled away and he struggled as he tries to fight the wind and nears the gates as they closed. Scrabbit grabbed hold of the gates as they closed and screamed as he turned to the giant carrot.

Soon, Scrabbit's grip was starting to loosen as his fingers came loose one after another. Then his left and right finger came loose and Scrabbit fell screaming as the gates got further away and everything went black.

Scrabbit's eyes opened and the first thing he saw was a group of six Ponies.

One pony was an apricot tan Alicorn with a magenta mane and tail with blue, yellow, and red streaks, golden wings and horns, and her cutie mark is one large pink star with a blue trail and two smaller pink stars, almost a bit like Twilight.

The next pony is a lilac Unicorn with navy blue hooves, a long wavy blue mane and tail, which went from blue roots to violet tips. She has a long powder blue horn with white swirls, and her cutie mark is a purple heart with a blue button in the center and the anterior side of the heart, featuring three sewing pins: One pink and one purple.

The third pony is a white Pegasus with silver hooves, her wings have light blue and lavender feathers and they are quite long. Her mane is a hot pink color with aqua and pink streaks, and it resembled a gelled hairstyle. Her tail is similarly colored and is of average length.

The fourth pony is a light pink Pegasus with golden hooves, and her legs have a slight gradation into lighter pink feathering. Her wings are fluffy and white and are made of large, soft feathers. Her violet mane is wavy and swept to one side, and her tail is of average length. And her cutie mark is obscured from the screen, but she appeared to be wearing a gold tiara with a green jewel and golden wheat.

The fifth pony is an Earth Pony stallion, with a light amber coat, aqua-colored mane and tail, and a cutie mark of a gold shield with a teal horseshoe in the center and a teal heart on the bottom of either side of the shield. Around his torso, he wears some sort of belt, with a sheriff's badge on the front.

The sixth and final pony is a blue Unicorn with purple hooves, she has kinky navy blue and teal hair. Her mane swoops to her right and she has three cornrows on the left side of her scalp. She also has teal-green eyes, dark blue eyebrows, and a long blue horn with a pink gradient towards the tip, and pink swirls. In addition, she has freckles on her cheeks, a pink0 belly, and pink fetlocks. Her cutie mark is a Butterfly with blue and pink spots on top and blue and pink spots on the bottom.

The Stallion had his mouth open after doing CPR, and Scrabbit blinked a few times as his vision cleared.

"Hey, you alright little fella?" the Stallion asked with a smile, wiping his mouth.

Scrabbit quickly rose up and found himself in the future, just 10 generations from when Twilight, Pinkie, and Rainbow Dash were around. Then he started wiping his tongue and spat. Scrabbit then froze remembering something and then panicked as he feels around him hoping to find his carrot and saw it was completely gone.

"Um, is it just me, or is he looking for something?" the blue Unicorn asked, noticing Scrabbit feeling around the ground to find his carrot.

"He's probably just looking for that carrot I just ate," the lilac Unicorn replied nonchalantly.

Scrabbit's eyes widened from that and then narrowed as a gong was heard once again.

Scrabbit then got up and made a karate yell as the New Generation Mane 6 nervously backed up from him.

"Izzy. I think you made him mad," the Stallion said as Scrabbit then lunges at Izzy, the lilac Unicorn, and she yelped.

"Izzy!" Sunny, the apricot Alicorn, yelped as she and the others chased after them.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to eat your carrot, little buddy! Listen we can-Ow, ow, ow!" Izzy yelled in pain as Scrabbit started kicking her on the rear.

A closing iris appeared as Scrabbit chased Izzy and the rest of the crew chased after them to stop Scrabbit from hurting Izzy as the iris followed them and Izzy ran while Scrabbit continues attacking her and Sunny and the others kept chasing after them to break up the fight.

Author's Note:

Looks like Scrabbit has taken a trip to heaven where he has all the carrots to himself and just when he was about to touch the biggest carrot he has even seen, unfortunately for him, he was brought back to life.

There he finds himself in the future again with Sunny and her friends, including Misty. But as Scrabbit was searching for his carrot, he saw it was gone. And after Izzy admitted that she accidentally ate it well...
