Jack Inferno had returned to his home in Amity Park via one of his portals. It'd been quite an amazing day. Today he'd been bonding with his son Danny Phantom from a parallel universe. It still surprised him that Danny had called him "Dad" despite, in this reality, he wasn't. It had felt good to tell someone who cared about his backstory. He also felt good that he did have someone who cared about him, even if it wasn't from this reality.
The giant man then headed up the stairs to the kitchen. He would make some coffee before writing down how he felt about today. After making some coffee, he grabbed his journal off the kitchen counter. He then headed to the lonely living room. He took a few sips of his coffee before writing down his thoughts on today's events.
"Well, I never expected what happened today ever to happen. I spent the day with my half-ghost son from another reality. It's the first time someone other then Spirit showed me love and compassion. I still find it strange he called me Dad even if in this world I am not. But I enjoyed bonding with him all the same. I met him briefly at the Ghost Zone multiverse Christmas party.
However, he was more interested in bonding with his sister then me. I'm glad at least both me and Plasmius have made somewhat amends, even if we belong to two different worlds. Again, having a child who loves and cares about me. Perhaps even one day, I'll meet my daughter from his reality. I do know from my son that my daughter Jasmine is jealous of Ceci.
I hope they've worked out their issues. Again, I've worked some of my problems with Plasmius now that he knows we're in the same boat, even if its in two different seas. Still, perhaps my son is right. Despite my powers, he said I should try to make friends. He suggested that I try making friends online if I wanted to avoid going out in person. Just any sort of companionship so I wouldn't be alone.
I'm not one for social media, but I could find some people online to talk to. Then I wouldn't be as alone. It would be safer then getting close to someone in person, where my powers might get out of control. I'll try tomorrow to find someplace to make some friends online. Until then, I'll finish my coffee and get some sleep. Today really wore me out. Till next time," as he closed his journal. Then he finished his coffee before heading up to his room to sleep.
