Fireworks Fun with Toad and Toadette

(A/N: Happy 4th of July)

On a perfect 4th of July in Toad Town, Toad and Toadette are enjoying a nice barbecue at the backyard as they wait for the fireworks to start while using their firework rockets. Toad smiled at Toadette and said, "It is a perfect night for some fireworks to honor the 4th of July and I can't wait to see it all unfold!"

"Me too," Toadette replied as she puts the finishing touches on the rockets for the big show, "This is going to be an exciting show for us and with these rockets, we'll give the readers the best fireworks display in this town."

"You said it! Now let's finish setting up the show."

So Toad and Toadette placed the rockets on the ground and then, the big fireworks show is ready!

Toad looked at the rockets and said, "All of the rockets are all set up and ready to go! Shall we light the fuse and start the show for our beautiful readers?"

"You got it," Toadette replied as she placed her hand on the button labeled 'Fire'.

Toad did the same and with a huge smile, they start the countdown together.

"Three..."

"Two..."

"One..."

Toad and Toadette looked at the rockets, took a deep breath and then...

It is time.

"FIRE!"

With the word shouted, both Toads pressed the button and then...

WHOOSH!

BOOM!

The first rocket exploded in the shape of a Toad firework. Then another one went off in the shape of Toadette, and another in the shape of a mushroom.

Toad and Toadette are enjoying the fireworks as they explode in different shapes and sizes. All over the Mushroom Kingdom are enjoying the show that Toad and Toadette made as they kept on going.

Toad smiled at Toadette and said, "Now that is what I call an explosive show!"

"You said it," Toadette replied as the fireworks continue to go off in the night sky, "And we have one final surprise for the readers in the grand finale!"

"Cool! What is it?"

"We're about to find out right... NOW!"

And right on cue, the final rocket took off in the night sky as they await the big finale. The rocket kept on going until...

BOOM!

The final firework exploded and it shows Toad, Toadette, and the readers along with the message 'Happy 4th of July' as the fireworks exploded in shades of red, white and blue to honor America!

"Happy 4th of July, everyone!" Toad and Toadette said as they enjoy a great show!
