"I knew the room was going to be a mess!" I said as I entered the girls' room, "And it's just been a day!"
They were so messy, just like their Dad!
"We were going to clean it!" Carlie replied while looking at her phone.
"Yeah, right!" I rolled my eyes as I grabbed their clothes from the floor.
"Thank you for the amazing response on my last TikTok. I am back with some new juicy information from my step Mom's diary! This is so juicy, guys!"
"Stop it!" I said.
"Sshh! Let me watch it!" She said, "We're on a vacation!"
"She thinks life had been very unfair to her. Her ex's family did something really bad and horrible to her apparently! She thought it's not fair that her ex continues to live a happy life while she suffers, so..."
"I said stop watching these stupid TikToks!" I said.
"Oh please!" She said as she stopped it, "As if you never watch them!"
"I watch the good ones. Not trash like this!" I said.
"Good ones as in the boring recipe ones?" Renesmee chuckled.
"And you love it when I make something from those 'boring' recipes!" I folded my arms across my chest, "Remember the Mango pudding that you finished in a day? It came from one of these boring videos! You didn't even leave anything for me!"
"We didn't finish it! That was Dad!" Renesmee said, "He said we will have it together, and then he literally gave just two spoons to each of us!"
"He said he's getting older, so he wants to eat as much sugar as he can before the doctors stop allowing him," Carlie laughed.
I sighed.
I wondered how they were going to take everything!
Edward was a hero in their eyes. He could do nothing wrong!
How would they take it?
I didn't know the answer to that.
But we needed to tell them at some point!
