Hey there, hope you enjoy the story. I got the idea to write this after rewatching the Phinead and Ferb: Mission Star Wars special. While I liked it I really wish they kinda went the family guy approach but not to their extent. What I was really craving was not a full blown copy of a new hope with Phineas and Ferb characters or a backstage pass to the events in the movie having other events happening while the movie is playing like the special did out but more a What If or Else World's type of deal you know an AU with it's own story with Star Wars elements. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. So I figured why not just do it myself.

Anyway I do not own Phineas and Ferb or Star Wars. Those are owned by Disney. Now that that's out of the way let's get started.

The Fall of the Jedi

Prologue

The Galactic Republic, one of the four great powers of the universe, stood tall as a true champion of democracy that is on the surface. In truth there was no democracy, it was an extremely corrupt institution that was ruled by the rich elites. It's leader Chancellor Roger Doofensmirtz had spent many years getting things in order for a big operation. He bribed black mailed and sweet-talked several senators of different planets so that when the time came to dissolve the Senate he would have little to no opposition on the matter. Why did he do this, not for himself but for his older brother, a man named Heinz Doofensmirtz who was about to change the universe forever.

Coruscant Jedi Temple

The Jedi Order were tasked with keeping peace across the universe; they were divided into several categories. Younglings, young children learning the ways of the order, Padawans apprentice's of Jedi Knights and Masters, Jedi Knights which could be further divided into Knights, Temple Guards, Medics, Detectives, Monks and Researchers, Masters, those who have been recognized by the council and become members of said council and finally the Grand Master who holds the the highest authority in a temple. There are only four Grand Masters in the Universe.

There are four Jedi Temples in the universe. These aren't just buildings, they are the size of entire cities housing hundreds of thousands of Jedi. The temple in North Galaxy is housed in the Republic, the temple in the West is housed in the territory of the Hutts, the Temple on the East is in Separest territory and the Temple in the South is in territory completely controlled by the Jedi in their homeworld Ilum.

It was a day just like any other, Phineas and Ferb padawans of the Jedi Grand Master Perry the Platypus were in the middle of a training match, Phineas was best described as the hot shot of all padawans, he had a natural talent unlike any other, he casually passed all his training courses and thus never took anything seriously, this often put him at odds with the Temples instructors and his fellow padawans. This was in contrast to his brother Ferb, who while also very talented had to work far harder than his brother but as a result of all his hard work he had earned the admiration of his fellow padawans.

As their blades clashed one could see the look of enjoyment on their faces. Phineas with his blue bladed lightsaber was blocking every slash Ferb was unleashing with his green bladed one.

"This is fun isn't it." Phineas said to his brother with a cocky smile on his face.

"Don't you take anything seriously." Ferb replied to him.

"Why would I when I have you to do that for me." Phineas replied before kicking Ferb back.

The battle continued when Phineas attacked Ferb with a more aggressive approach Ferb took a more defensive one. As they clashed their blades it seemed like Phineas had the advantage but with a quick strategy change from Feb by letting Phineas get in close and tripping him by sweeping his leg Ferb secured his victory once Phineas hit the ground.

"Say it." Ferb said with a slight smirk on his face as he held the tip of his blade to his brother's throat.

Phineas, disappointed in his loss, let out a sigh, "Fine, I yield."

"That's right you do." Ferb said feeling a lot of pride in himself as he helped his brother up.

The other padawans began to cheer for Ferb's victory but were immediately silenced by Master Perry slamming his cane on the ground.

Both Phineas and Ferb bowed before their master.

"Both of you have improved but you still have a ways to go. Phineas, you let your natural talent blind you. You must put more thought into your actions and be more observant of your surroundings."

"See I told you." Ferb whispered to his brother which made Phineas roll his eyes.

"And you Ferb." Master Perry said which made Phineas give his brother a smug look. "You lack any kind of flexibility in a battle, you are far too formal. While it is important to remember and learn all the lightsaber forms, a real battle requires more improvisation. If you treat future confrontations like their practice matches you will stunt your growth."

"Thank you for your guidance Master." Ferb said.

Perry nodded and began to walk away from his students. "Tomorrow I will ship you both off with Master Pinky, he will tell you what your mission is."

"Yes Master." both brothers said.

A little while later both brothers were in their room resting for their mission. Phineas was lying comfortably on his bed while Ferb was engrossed in a good book.

"I'm glad we're finally getting back into action, I'm itching to bust some heads." Phineas said as he began to relax on his bed.

"You do know Jedi aren't supposed to like combat right?" Ferb commented as he continued to read his book.

"They aren't allowed to read smut either but there you are." Phineas retorted.

Ferb hid himself in his book. "Well, nobody's perfect."

Phineas smiled as he closed his eyes to go to sleep.

Unbeknownst to both brothers trouble was brewing for the Jedi Order. Heinz Doofenshmirtz the older brother of the Chancellor of the Republic the Jedi had begun to make his move and was about to reveal to the universe what he really was a Sith Lord. The Sith were the ancient enemy of the Jedi, thousands of years ago they engaged in a war that threatened to tear the universe apart.

Chancellor's Office

Heinz was sitting across from his younger brother Rodger with a smile on his face.

"It's time brother. Time for us to seize control of this planet and destroy the Jedi." Roger said, with a look of pure pride on his face.

"You're right brother. You've done an excellent job. Father would be proud of you if he were here." Heinz replied.

"Too bad you cut him down." Roger said with a joking tone.

"Too bad for him there can only be one Grand Master." Heinz agreed.

Heinz and Roger were trained to be Sith by their father, he favored Roger's natural talent but failed to see what Heinz was truly capable of. He tried to raise the brothers to hate and resent each other but their bond only grew stronger over time. Finally the day came for their final test, the brothers were supposed to fight each other to the death. They fought an intense battle which Heinz ultimately won but instead of killing his little brother Heinz turned his blade against his father and ended him. Heinz became the master and Roger became the apprentice, they would be then known by their Sith names; Darth Sidious and Darth Vader.

Heinz changed how the Sith operated; he dropped the rule of two and instead created a whole new system. Heinz known as Darth Sidious became the grandmaster and he had three Sith commanders who were each in charge of their own department; Roger known as Darth Vader would handle the politics, Heinz's wife Charlene known as Darth Plagueis was the general in charge of the army and finally Dr Aloyse "Rodney" von Roddensteinknown as Darth Tyranous was in charge of scientific research and development. Each was a deadly warrior in their own right and held the exact same level of authority over each other. The Sith commanders were each allowed two apprentices of their own known as Inquisitors. Roger had no apprentice because he was far too busy with his political career, Charlene had one apprentice, her and Heinz's daughter Venessa and Rodney had two apprentices, they were two former Jedi Padawans Thaddeus and Thor. The system worked as such the Sith Commanders had the right to challenge the Grand Master and the Inquisitors had the right to challenge the Commanders at any time they desired to take their position they just had to be prepared for the chance of death.

"Lord Vader, it is time. Execute Order 66." Sidious ordered his brother.

"Of course my Lord." Vader agreed.

Vader immediately went to his desk and called his commanders.

"What is it sir?"

"Commander James, it's time to execute order 66." Vader commanded.

"Understood sir."

"Leave no survivors." Vader ordered.

The call ended and Sidious let out a smile, "Plagueis." he called out.

A beautiful female red twi'lek entered the room, her original name was Charlene. She was once a Jedi Knight but was excommunicated from the order because of her lust for battle, she was then found by Sith Lord Sidious and became his lover and Sith Commander Darth Plagueis.

"My Lord." Plagueis said as she walked into the room.

"The assault on the temple is about to begin. Join Vader's men and eliminate the Jedi."

"As you wish my Lord." she bowed as she left for the temple.

Jedi Temple

Some time later Plagueis and the troops of the republic were making their way to the temple. Without warning Plague started cutting down the temple guards and the troops began firing on the Knights.

Ferb who was still reading his book felt something off, he felt a disturbance in the force. Phineas, who also felt the disturbance, immediately woke up.

"Hey Ferb, did you feel that?" Phineas asked.

"Yes." Ferb replied while putting down his book. "There's a disturbance in the force."

The brothers then heard blaster fire and immediately began to move.

Once they left their rooms the brothers heard the screams of their fellow Jedi, blaster fire and the chaos of battle.

"What's going on?" Phineas asked, completely confused by the situation.

Without warning Republic Troops came flooding into the hallway and began to fire at the Padawans.

Phineas and Ferb ignited their lightsabers and began to deflect the blaster fire back at the soldiers.

"Whatever happened to freeze, hands in the air." Phineas joked while keeping a serious expression.

"Stop joking around, we need to figure out a way to get out of here before they overwhelm us." Ferb replied.

Phineas thought for a second then came up with a plan. "I got something. Follow my lead."

Ferb nodded and Phineas commenced with his plan. Phineas used the force to turn the helmets of several troopers around to cause some confusion, Phineas then using the force leaped high up into the air Ferb following him. The brothers then got in the middle of the troopers and began to cut them all down with their lightsabers.

"Good work." Ferb said.

"Don't thank me yet. More of them are on their way." Phineas replied.

"Any more bright ideas?" Ferb asked.

Phineas looked around and saw the window and smiled.

"What?" Ferb asked before looking at the window himself and knowing exactly what his brother had planned. "No. No." he said, rejecting the idea.

"If you have any better ideas, I'd love to hear them." Phineas replied.

Ferb didn't like his brother's idea but he was not exactly fond of fighting off more Republic Troopers either. With the sound of the trooper's boots getting louder he conceded.

"Huh, fine. Let's do it."

Phineas smiled and cut the window with his lightsaber before finishing it off by shattering the rest of the glass with the force. Both brothers leaped out of the window down what seemed like 20 stories before either of them hit the ground. They extended their hands to one another and caught each other using the force.

"Glad that worked." Phineas said.

"We're lucky to be alive." Ferb replied.

When they finally regained their composer the brothers then noticed the dozens of fallen Jedi around them.

"Damn." Phineas said in pure horror.

"We need to find Master Perry." Ferb said.

"Are we even sure he's still alive?" Phineas asked.

"Of course he is. He's the Grand Master of this temple, do you honestly believe some republic soldiers are gonna take him down."

Phineas could see the look of determination on his brother's face and smiled. "Then let's find him."

The brothers as stealthily as they could snuck around the temple avoided soldiers where they could and killed them when they couldn't. On their travels they saw their fellow Jedi massacred; they hadn't even met a living one yet and that seriously worried them both, but their worries ended when they met the three Jedi Knights killing some troopers.

All three of them were caucasian humans, the first Danny was tall and had long brown hair with a goatee, the second Bobbi Fabulous had white puffy hair and wore white shades with black outlines and the last Swampy while being the same age as his companions looked a bit older his hair was graying and his hairline receding with a soul patch beard.

"Master Bobbi, Master Danny, Master Swampy!" Ferb called out.

The Jedi Knights looked up in joy as they saw the young Padawans.

"I'm glad you're okay." Bobbi said.

"Do any of you know what's going on?" Phineas asked.

"Unfortunately we don't." Danny replied.

"The Republic Troopers attacked us without warning." Swampy added.

"But that doesn't matter, our main concern is getting you younglings out of here." Bobbi said.

"What about Master Perry?" Ferb asked.

"He can take care of himself, you on the other hand…"

Bobbi was stopped by a cold feeling, something he had felt before Danny and Swampy felt it as well. There was a chill in the air, an ominous aura that felt like if one wrong move was made they were going to die after a few seconds even Phineas and Ferb could feel the cold. A joyful whistling could be heard as footsteps began to draw closer to them.

"What is that?" Phineas asked but no one answered, they were too afraid.

Plagueis made herself known to the Jedi as she stepped out of the shadows. "My, my, my. What do we have here, look at what we have here. I haven't seen you guys in years."

"Charlene." Bobbi said in a shocked and fearful tone.

"Bet you thought you'd never see me again." she said with a psychotic smile on her face.

Phineas and Ferb were frozen with fear; they knew that their survival was completely dependent on the knights with them.

"What do you have there?" Plagueis said, noticing Phineas and Ferb. "A couple of Padawans. I bet you're feeling something new right now. Something that makes your skin crawl. I'll tell you what that is. That feeling you have is the Dark Side."

"The Dark Side?" Phineas questioned.

"It's a pathway to abilities some would consider unnatural." Plagueis replied, trying to hold back her laughter.

Danny breaking away from his fear ignited his blue lightsaber, Bobbi and Swampy followed suit and ignited their blue and green lightsabers respectively. Plagueis let out a smile so bright anyone could see how excited she was. She removed her lightsabers from their hilts and ignited the red blades.

"Come on boys. Let's see if you can excite me."

The Jedi attacked her Swampy went for her right side whilst Danny and Bobbi went for her left. Plagueis easily blocked them and began to laugh maniacally. She then kicked Swampy back and began to clash blades with Danny and Bobbi who were both clearly outmatched even Phineas and Ferb could see it. The clash continued, Danny and Bobbi were being pushed back and were forced on the defensive, Swampy returned and joined his friends but his inclusion barely made a difference. Plagueis then began to intensify her slashes, she began to move faster and the Jedi couldn't keep up with her anymore until she successfully cut down and killed Swampy.

Bobbi and Danny looked in shock at their fallen friend with Plagueis just smiling over his body. She looked down at his body and smiled. She then kicked it, flipping it over.

"That's the problem with Jedi, they're so fragile. Play too rough with them and they just die."

Danny let his emotions take control and he attacked Plagueis in anger, Plagueis effortlessly blocked every one of his slashes.

"Careful there. You're letting your emotions get the better of you. I thought anger wasn't the Jedi way." she said with a mocking tone.

Danny went in and tried to cut Plagueis's head off but she easily reacted and dodged the blade with zero effort, she then cut off his arm and head simultaneously killing him.

"Shame. He was the fun one." Plagueis said with a disappointed look on her face.

Bobbi, having gone to protect Phineas and Ferb, didn't know what to do.

"When I attack her. I want you two to run." Bobbi told the boys.

"We can't just leave you." Phineas tried to argue.

"Go, you'd only be getting in my wA…"

Bobbi was stopped by Plagueis' force, choking him, lifting him up into the air.

"You knights are boring me, let's see what the Younglings are capable of." she said before casually snapping his neck killing him.

Phineas and Ferb were completely frozen in fear, they couldn't even speak. Some of the strongest Jedi they knew were mowed down like they were mere younglings. Ferb managed to break from his fear first.

"Phineas, we need to fight," he said while trembling.

"Are you insane? She just killed three Jedi Knights like it was nothing. She'll obliterate us!"

"He's right, you know." Plagueis said while waiting for them to act. "But don't worry I won't kill you quickly. I want to see what you children are made of. So let's get started."

Plagueis used the force to push both Phineas and Ferb into a wall and held them up in the air.

"That should get your adrenaline flowing."

The brothers ignited their lightsabers and went in to fight the Sith Lord. As their blades clashed Plagueis was laughing fighting the boys like she was playing a game dodging and blocking with no actual form or technique. It basically looked like she was flailing around like an amateur but the boys couldn't make any headway. Plagueis then leaped into the air and used the force to drag the boys with her; she then landed on the wall and leaped back to the ground while Phineas and Ferb crashed into the wall.

Phineas was the first to get up; he charged at Plagueis again and began to clash blades with her a second time, Ferb got up but was immediately sent back into the wall by Plagueis using the Force. Phineas went to cut Plagueis's head off, Plagueis blocked it, Plagueis kicked Phineas back and lunged at him trying to stab him, Phineas dodged and tried to cut her down again, Plagueis stopped him dead in his tracks with the force. Phineas tried to break free but couldn't, Plagueis got in close basically breathing the same air as Phineas and smiled. "Disappointing. I sense no purpose in your blade."

Plagueis releases Phineas but before he could do anything she stabbed him in the stomach.

"Phineas!" Freb cried for his brother.

"Let's see what you're made of." Plagueis smiled.

With rage in his eyes Ferb launched at Plagueis and began to clash blades with her. She easily pushed him back but Ferb used the Force and brought Phineas's lightsabers to his other hand and began to fight Plagueis back.

Ferb began to improve in the middle of the fight; he was getting better at countering Plagueis, he was blocking faster, hitting harder and more or less adapting her style into his own which both shocked and excited her. She could feel it heating up like a fire about to blaze; she could feel the Dark Side in this child.

As her fight continued Plagueis could tell that while still a far cry from herself the boy was incredibly skilled, the force was very strong in him and she knew she couldn't let potential like that disappear but she needed to know how far he could go and began to push him harder.

Ferb could feel Plagueis was moving faster than he could safely handle. He leaped back to gain some distance aiming for one of the temple's columns and used both lightsabers to cut a piece of the column off and send it at Plagueis using the Force. Plagueis immediately caught the block with the Force and tossed it aside, she leaped at him and they clashed blades in mid air before landing on the ground. They clashed blades again with Plagueis smiling while pushing Ferb back, Ferb realizing he's about to be overwhelmed kneed Plagueis in the gut and tried to slice off her head, Plagueis blocks the blade and uses the Force to send him back.

Plagueis now knew Ferb was a talent that couldn't go to waste dying here. She got serious and used the Force to lift the Padawan up in the air and slam into the ground repeatedly before slamming him into a wall.

"Sorry kid, you're coming with me."

"No." Ferb struggled to say.

"Not your choice. Sleep." Plagueis said while using the Force to knock Ferb out.

"Ferb no." Phineas groaned as he tried desperately to stay conscious.

Plagueis picked Ferb up and began to walk away with the boy.

Well that's it. Hope you liked the first chapter. I'd like to clear up a few things going forward. My knowledge of Star Wars is kinda limited. I've only seen 9 of the movies and watched the clone wars and rebel series and seen a few clips from The Mandolorian and The Book of Boba Fett. So I'm a tad rusty. Since this is a fanfic and I'm basically the god of this alternate universe, here are the things I'm automatically changing right from the start. First I'm changing the galactic currency it will work through the elemental metals, the lowest of the currency will be like Tin and one Tin will be the equivalent of 1 cent from the US dollar, one Iron will the equivalent to one dollar, one Bronze the equivalent of 10 dollars, one Silver the equivalent of 100 dollars, one Gold the equivalent of 1000 dollars and one Platinum is the equivalent of 10,000 dollars. I don't know why I want this change. There is literally nothing wrong with using space credits. Maybe I've been watching too much Avatar: The Last Airbender and other fantasy-like anime.

When it comes to the alien races, admittedly I really suck there. I know the obvious ones like Twi'leks, Wookies, Mon Calamari, Ewok's, Dathomirian Zabrak, Togruta and Yoda's species but other species I can't even remember so I might just take aliens from different universes like Marvel and DC, except you know the ones with OP powers like Kryptonians or Eternals because that could mess up the balance of power.

And lastly the Force, I'm doing some new things with it. Nothing big just adding a few abilities like Force healing. While I didn't like how that ability was used in Rise of Skywalker I do really like its concept, so with a bit of tweaking I think it will be a great addition. I have other ideas but I will let those be surprises.
