"Why didn't you answer my calls?" Bella said as we were walking back to our room.
Well, not 'walking', she was 'running'!
"My phone was on silent, and I was talking to Dad," I said, "What's going on?"
"I need to talk about something very important," she said.
"Okay?" I said as we entered the elevator, "Is it good or bad?"
Did she finally decide to try to understand what I was trying to tell her?
Or did she change her mind again?
"It's..." she said.
"Mom! Dad! Wait!" I saw Renesmee running towards her. I pressed the open button.
"What?" I said.
"I'm coming with you," she said.
"Why?" Bella asked her.
"I need to discuss the strategies with Dad!" She said, "I think forty five percent here is too much."
"Can it wait?" Bella asked.
"No." she said, "We have a battle today."
"You spend way too much time on these games!" Bella said.
"It's a vacation, Mom!" she said, "Should I change it to thirty percent?"
"Just a few minutes," I said to Bella, "This is an important battle."
She glared at me and shook her head.
I mean, I knew we had the important things to discuss, but... Games are also important! I mean, they helped me keep my sanity during the tough times!
"No, you need forty five percent." I said.
"But what if I lose everything?" she asked.
"You need to think about the long term," I said, "They're going to attack again later after they secure the north."
"Just five minutes, okay?" Bella said once we reached the room.
"So... What I'm thinking is, I will focus on the defense here," she said as she sat on the edge of the bed beside me.
"Well, you can't focus just on the defense," I said, "You need to..."
"For God's sake... Why are you standing on my head, Mom?" she said, "Just go there and sit!"
"Just five minutes!" Bella said as she sat on the chair.
She was shaking her legs impatiently.
Okay, looked like she had something really important to discuss!
"I need to do what?" Ness asked.
"You need to strike a balance," I said, "You should add ten percent of your force here," I said.
"Ten?" she asked.
"Yeah."
"Okay," she said as she updated her setup.
She continued to discuss the strategy for the next few minutes and I noticed Bella's patience level was dropping!
"I think this should work." I said, "It sounds like a good setup."
"Yeah." she said as she got up from the bed.
Bella also got up immediately.
Huh!
She had something really important to discuss!
"Alright, I'm going to call you if I've other questions." Ness said as she got up.
"Yeah." I said.
"What did you want to...?" I asked Bella once she left, but she didn't let me complete my sentence as she slammed her lips on mine.
