"This is bad,"

After breathing out, Kira turned to face Conner, Ethan, Lucy, and Crystal. It had been a day since Kira's concert at the cafe. They planned on meeting with Dr. Oliver after Kira's concert, but they started to worry when he didn't show. But it became more apparent when they had a sub in their first-period class, saying that Dr. Oliver was sick and unable to attend school. The Rangers called Lucy and Crystal after being unable to find their science teacher.

"Way bad." Ethan agreed. "It's like crashing after getting to level nine on SNSW."

Conner looked at him. "Huh?"

"Super Ninja Space Wars," Lucy replied, not looking at the jock. She caught his even more confused look. "Our friend Dustin plays…played for a bit."

"Okay, look, don't you think we're getting too freaked out?" Connor asked, looking at his teammates.

"Dr. O didn't show up for my gig," Kira pointed to herself. "Then misses a full day of school without calling." She glanced at the boys and the ninjas. "I say, this was the right level of freaking out."

"Maybe a little lower, but Kira's on point," Crystal added. "I don't know about you guys, but I think Dr. Oliver would be honest with you guys if something happened. But I haven't been around him, so I'm not a good judge."

Ethan threw his arms in the air. "I guess there's only one way to find out what the good doctor's been up to." He moved to sit at one of the computers.

Kira and Conner took his sides while Lucy and Crystal stood behind them. "How's that?" Conner questioned.

A beeping came from the computer. "I'm in." Ethan smiled. A video popped up with Dr. Oliver sitting there.

"Yeah?" Kira leaned on the chair. "But where?"

"I'm Tommy Oliver. If you're not me, then something was seriously wrong. This video diary was a confidential record. Only to be viewed in case of an emergency. What you're about to see was a history of my life."

"Boring." Conner sighed. "More dinosaur bone stories. Yawn."

"My history… as a Power Ranger."

Crystal and Lucy glanced at each other, uncertain of the video now playing. Conner turned to the screen. "Okay, unyawn."

"My story begins in Angel Grove. Five teenagers with attitude were recruited to fight the evil space sorceress: Rita Repulsa."

In a lab, electricity crackled. Five streaks of color appeared. Those streaks transformed into teenagers, each taking a different suit of power. Red, Pink, Yellow, Black, and Blue helmets flashed over the teenagers. These are the first of many lines of the Might Morphing Power Rangers.

"They harnessed the powers of the dinosaurs to become Earth's first Power Rangers. Under the guidance of Intergalactic, Zordon, trainees Zack, Kimberly, Billy, and Jason barely defended Earth, forcing Rita to create her own Ranger."

"Okay, so where's Dr. O?" Kira asked.

"Shh, I think we're about to find out." Lucy returned.

"Don't shh me."

"Well, don't talk in the middle of the movie. It's rude."

At Angel Grove High School, Kimberly stood by her open locker, staring at a taller boy in a green plaid jacket. "Hey!" She called, gaining his attention. "Um…I'm Kimberly. You're new around here, aren't you?"

"Yeah," The boy moved closer to Kimberly. "I'm Tommy."

—||

"What was going on?" Tommy yelled over the howling winds in the alleyway he was standing in. He could barely see and barely move because the wind was too mighty.

"Tommy!"

Tommy glanced up to see a woman wearing a long, stiff dress. She had an odd-looking headdress and held a staff in her right hand.

Rita Repulsa.

"I have chosen you!" She crowed loudly from the building top.

"Her evil magic was too strong. I couldn't fight it."

Rita cackled, pointing her staff at Tommy, hitting him with a transporter beam up to her base on the moon. "This boy was to become my evil Green Ranger!" Electricity crackled around them. "Arise, my Green Ranger!"

Tommy's eyes flashed green, and he was suddenly still for a split second. Then, "How can I serve my empress?"

"She commanded me to destroy the Power Rangers…and I almost succeeded."

"I know you're the Green Ranger," Kimberly spoke softly to Tommy.

The Green Ranger's features grew darker by the second. Finally, he dropped the workout equipment he was using. "Well, then, Pink Ranger." He snarled.

Kimberly backed up in surprise.

"You should also know that you and the other Power rangers will soon be destroyed."

"By my friends never gave up."

The Red Ranger put his power into his blade, casting the blade in red power. He threw it as hard as possible, hitting the sword in the Green Ranger's hand. The force caused the evil blade to shatter on the impact of the ground. The Green Ranger fell to the ground, his suit disappearing in seconds.

"They helped me destroy the power sword, and I was freed."

"Rita's spell was broken," Zack called, smiling.

Jason ran to Tommy, helping him up from the ground. "You okay, Tommy?"

Still shaken by the power Rita gave him, Tommy turned his head to Jason. "What happened to me?"

"You're no longer under Rita's power." Jason helped Tommy rise to his feet. "Fight by our side, and we can defeat Rita."

"After everything?"

"Tommy, we need you. It's where you belong. Will you join us, Tommy?" Jason stuck his hand out.

Tommy reached out, shaking it.

"And that's when I joined the team. But not for long. We discovered the Green Ranger powers were only temporary."

"As you're aware, the Green Ranger's power was utterly decimated by his last few battles. So Alpha and I thought it was time to create an even more powerful Ranger to combat Lord Zedd and his diabolical evil. And now, my friends, I present to you the White Ranger.

The Rangers were in their ops, standing at the computers and looking at their mentor. Then, a flash of white light appeared, and the Ranger turned to see what was causing it. Landing on the ground was a White Ranger. He unhooked his helmet, pulling it away to reveal Tommy.

"Guess who's back?"

The video paused on Dr. Oliver's face. "What did you do that for?" Kira demanded, turning to Ethan. She glanced at the other three, seeing Lucy claim the other rolling chair with Conner leaning on the back while Crystal stood behind the Yellow Ranger.

"'Cause I'm so bugging, I can't deal," Ethan answered.

"Our teacher was the oldest living Power Ranger," Conner told the group.

"Not the oldest. Just the best." The Rangers and ninjas whipped around to find Hayley in the middle of the lab.

"Hayley?" Ethan questioned.

The three Rangers moved from the computers to stand in front of Hayley. "How did you get in here?" Conner asked.

"More to the point, what do you know about this?" Kira demanded.

"I know that Tommy's in trouble," Hayley answered. "And you three were the only ones who could help him. I've been helping Tommy with the Ranger energy since grad school. Who do you think built the morphers? Tommy's good with dinosaurs and fossils, but a rocket scientist, he ain't."

"And let me guess, you are." Conner inquired.

Hayley nodded. "Among other things."

"You lied about the research on us," Lucy said, making the Rangers turn back for a second. She saw Hayley nod. "So you know everything."

"Almost," Hayley answered.

"Okay, so you know who and what we are." Kira jumped in. "Do you know where Dr. Oliver was?"

"I think I have a pretty good idea." Hayley reached into her bag, pulling a disk out. She moved to the computer with all of the teenagers behind her. Lucy reclaimed one of the rolling chairs next to Hayley. Conner took up behind her. Ethan took the other chair with Kira and Crystal behind him. The redhead plugged the disk into the mainframe. "This was a surveillance tape from the day of your gig, Kira." Everyone watched closely. Dr. Oliver tried to fight the swarm of Tyrannodrones. Then, in a split second, the pod was gone. And so was Dr. Oliver.

"Why didn't he just morph?" Conner questioned. "I mean, he's a Power Ranger."

Hayley turned to him. "Not anymore…or did you get that far yet?"

"We were at him becoming the White Ranger." Crystal filled her in.

"Try to escape this, Power Rangers!" A figure, a mesh of an outer metal skeleton and red muscles underneath, snarled. A giant blood-colored dragon towered over a town, firing bright orange electricity from its mouth.

"A new villain, Lord Zedd, was destroying Earth. And with three Rangers leaving, a new power source had to be found."

The statue in front of the Ranger held a sword glowing bright yellow. Still in his White Ranger suit, Tommy touched the blade. He took it from the statue. "The light sword will allow your power to be transferred to three new Rangers," Zordon announced.

Three different color beams appeared in the room's darkness — the three stepped forward, revealing friends of the current Rangers.

Tommy turned, smiling at them there. "Rocky. Adam. Aisha."

"Isn't this incredible?" Aisha smiled.

"Trini, Zack, and Jason all passed on their powers, and the three new Rangers stepped forward."

Two staff crossed. Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa united. "By the power and force of lighting, make our monster grow!" They chanted.

"And just in time because Rita and Zedd teamed up to form our most powerful enemy yet. Bringing a new terror with them. Rito. The new team fought bravely, but it wasn't enough. Rita destroyed our zords."

"Looked like we lost more than our zords." Tommy sighed, glancing at the team around him. "We lost our powers."

—||

"Your journey was about to begin." A giant, round ninja-looking robot spoke, walking forward.

"A Ranger never gave up. Zordon sent us on a quest to find Ninjor, a warrior from the past that showed us the secrets of the ancient ninja."

"Hey, Lucy, was that your teacher?"

"Conner, don't make me hit you."

"Our quest was complete, and we gained new weapons, new zords, and new enemies."

The new Ninja Rangers flipped into battle. Each had their mask and hood over their face. They engaged in combat with monkey-like creatures.

"But along with new enemies came new friends."

"I'm Tommy." The White Ranger introduced

The blonde girl beside Tommy smiled. "Nice to meet you, Tommy. I'm Catherine."

"When Kimberly chose to leave, Catherine took her spot. Catherine assumed the Pink Ranger power and just in time."

The Ranger scrambled away from one of the mainframes. Sparks exploded. The rest of the room followed. Explosions and sparks caused the ground the shake and the Rangers to falter. "You must evacuate the command center," Zordon spoke.

Alpha pressed a few buttons. "Transportation sequence activated." The sequences sent the Rangers away from the command center in their multicolored lights just in time to watch it explode.

"We got out just as Rita and Zedd destroyed the command center."

In the rubble of the command center, the Rangers found a large, frosty white crystal. "It's all here." Tommy smiled, lifting the crystal to glow yellow in the setting sun. "This was incredible."

"Beneath the ruins, we found the Zeo Crystal, a mythical crystal that guided us into the next Ch of our lives as Rangers."

"Rangers, the power of the Zeo Crystal now resides in you."

The five Rangers stood, watching the crystal break apart and light up with their respective colors. Tommy was Red, Adam was Green, Rocky was Blue, Catherine was Pink, and Tanya was Yellow. In an instant, the Rangers were in their suits, glancing around at them.

"It will bestow upon you the powers beyond your imagination."

Billy Cranston, former Blue Ranger, stood before them. "Okay, guys, this was the first test of your new powers."

Power Rangers, Zeo!

"The Zeo powers were awesome, but when we needed reinforcements, we turned to an old friend."

"The new Gold Ranger was right here." Tommy pointed behind him.

Jason walked out of the shadows, smiling.

"Jason returned and assumed the power of the Gold Ranger. Finally, after high school graduation, we were ready to face the world. But not before going on one last adventure as Rangers. It was time to shift into a higher gear.

Five different shapes and sizes of cars burst through colored smoke. Tommy sat in the seat of the red car. "Shift into Turbo!" He announced.

"The old Rangers were gone forever, but the Turbo Rangers were born. A space pirate named Divatox launched an attack on Earth. We were given the powers of Turbo and took her head-on with a little help."

A young boy, no older than 12, stood before the Rangers, smiling at them. "Guys!" He sang. "I'm the new Blue Ranger."

In the middle of a messy fight, four teenagers appeared.

"Tj. Cassie. Ashley. Carlos. Proved they had what it took."

"You have been asked to select an outstanding individual who will take over as your successor." A woman dressed in all white with a half-white veil shrouding her face spoke to the Rangers entering the cave. "We welcome them now into the Power Ranger family."

Tommy stepped forward, looking up at the new Red Ranger. "I wouldn't be standing here today, TJ, if it weren't for your courage and strength. So, therefore, I choose you to lead the team as the new Red Ranger.

Hayley paused the video. "After that, Tommy went to college, where he met yours truly. But he knew he could never escape the power for long when he found the Dino gems."

Crystal huffed. "We know that feeling."

"Since I don't want this to be the end, can we get back on the subject of finding Dr. O?" Ethan asked.

"Hey, I just thought of something." Kira voiced. "What about invisa-portals? They're all over the city. If we could find one, we could get into Mesogog's lab."

"I've been working on that very thing," Hayley answered. "Unfortunately, I need just a little more time."

"Okay, what were we supposed to do while you're doing that?" Conner asked.

Hayley typed on the keyboard. "Here, watch more of your heritage. You might learn something."

"Ready to take over the world, boys?"

"Divatox was tough, and her piranhatrons were relentless. But, Divatox wasn't ready to give up and staged a fearsome attack, taking out the Turbo Rangers' command center and their powers. Then, she headed for space and Earth's ultimate destruction."

The Rangers gasped when their powers disappeared, leaving them in ragged street clothing. Carlos stood above the others. "We have to go to the Sumerian planet."

"We've got to stop Divatox before she returns," TJ announced.

—||

A rocket ship was prepared for the Rangers. Cassie, Ashley, Carlos, and TJ all race to see the boat prepped and ready to fly.

"The Rangers knew they had to follow Divatox into space and embarked on the most dangerous mission, leaving behind the world they knew…forever."

The Rangers scramble into their seats, buckling up and readying themselves for took-off. Carlos stared at the sky. "Goodbye, Justin."

As the ship took off, Justin, the former Blue Turbo, watched from a distance. His teammates were shot into space to face a threat he wanted to be there for.

"The journey into space was treacherous."

The four former Rangers stared out the window of their ship to see a larger one pulling them in with a green beam. "It's pulling us in," Cassie noted.

"And the line between friend and foe was a thin one."

A mysterious Red Ranger attacked the Rangers. "Wait!" Tj called, but it didn't work. The Red Ranger goes for another kick to Carlos.

"Andros proved he was more than a friend; he was just the leader they would need to fight a new enemy."

"Open the outer space hatch," Andros ordered, watching the doors close around him.

TJ stopped them, shoving them back open. "We're coming with you."

The unmorphed Rangers struggle against the silver-plated alien pod they were tangled up. They stopped fighting when two blasts shook the ground before them. They glance over at the figure appearing out of nowhere. Dressed in all-black leather, she moved closer to them, allowing them to see the bright purple-colored hair she had. Chains of beads hung over her forehead and down the strands of hair.

"An enemy called Astronema."

Astronema stopped walking near another silver monster. "Destroy them." She ordered. A blast from Astronema's ship sent the former Rangers running on the planet they were on.

"They thought they had no hope, but Andros brought them the Astro Morphers, bringing forth a new team."

"All right, let's rock it."

—||

In a darkened room, there were only sounds of a heartbeat. In the middle of the room lay a Power Ranger encased in ice. The four Earth Rangers stood before it, staring at the sleeping Ranger. Cassie wiped the ice away from the glass near his helmet. "Who was he?"

"His name was Zayn." The Rangers turned to find Andros standing in the doorway. "He's the Silver Ranger."

"The Space Rangers freed Zayn from his deep freeze, and the Silver Ranger was a noble addition to the team. Together they defeated Astronema, and the Earth was safe."

Zayn turned to face the Rangers with his helmet off, showcasing his bright blonde hair.

—||

"But deep in space, another battle raged. On the distant planet of Mirinoi, five new heroes - Leo, Damon, Kendrix, Maya, and Kai - retrieved the Galaxy Sabers and were chosen to be the Power Rangers of the Lost Galaxy. They would have to combine their powers to defeat their mortal enemy, Trakeena."

"Nothing can stop me this time…nothing!"

"Trakeena threatened to destroy the space colony - Terra Venture - and took on a horrifying new form. The Red Ranger and his battlizer were the colony's only hope."

Leo stood against the new form of Trakeena, his battlizer strapped to him. He extended the mechanical hand and forced the claw to wrap around Trakeena's waist. Then, he blasted her away, sending a blast of green power through the city.

"With Trakeena destroyed, the people of Terra Venture were forever grateful to the Rangers of the Lost Galaxy."

Leo shoved his way out of the rubble he was buried under. He looked at his team. One side of his visor was shattered, exposing his eye. He painfully gave his team a thumbs up, celebrating the win.

"Meanwhile, on Earth, an elite team was being put together to fight a new battle against an invasion of demons."

A submarine dives underwater and maneuvers its way through underwater mountains to reveal the expansive base of the Lightspeed Rangers. "Lightspeed has developed technology and highly sophisticated weapons that we believe can stop them." A man in a black military suit spoke. A blonde younger than him opens the files of the people before them. "Because of your skills, you've been chosen to use these weapons to defend the city. These were your rescue morphers. The city needs you."

The future Red Ranger stood, nodding. "I'm in, sir."

The Yellow Ranger followed. "Me too."

"I wanna help." The Blue Ranger spoke.

"The Lightspeed Rangers needed one more to complete their mission. That's when Ryan joined the team."

"Titanium Power!"

The video froze. "Hey, I was watching that," Ethan told Hayley.

Hayley typed on the keyboard. "Sorry, but I've got something."

"You found him?" Conner asked in anticipation.

"Almost," Hayley answered. "I've got a lock on the back door to Mesogog's firewall. In theory, it should lead us straight to an invisa-portal."

"Then what?" Kira asked.

"I'll let you know when I get there," Hayley answered, uncertain. Then, in the seconds it took, the computers started to fail. Messages with 'search failed' flash on the six screens.

"So, what's happening?" Ethan questioned.

"Well, either I'm losing my touch, or Mesogog was smart… for a mutant freak," Hayley added.

Lucy squirmed in her chair, the crown of her head bumping Conner's forearms. "It's always the smart ones that are the freakiest."

The computer fizzed, then pulled up more video. "What's it doing now?" Kira inquired.

"It's retrieving more Ranger history."

The video was of a spaceship flying through time. "Nice spaceship," Ethan commented.

"My friends and I were from the year 3000."

The video paused again. "Hold up," Ethan stated. "Power Rangers who came from the future."

"If they're into time travel and everything, couldn't they us back to when Dr. O was kidnapped?" Kira asked.

"What? So we can watch it happen all over again?" Conner fired back. He then glanced at his teammates. "Oh, so we can stop them. Got it."

"It's worth a shot," Kira stated. "Let's see if this told us how to find them,"

"We're trying to recapture a gang of mutants that escaped through time and took them back with us." Jen turned around, seeing Wes - the ancestor to her significant other - watching her. "We think you may be the only one who can unlock these morphers so we can defeat them."

During their first battle, Jen held out the Red Ranger Morpher. "It's yours."

Wes smiled, taking it from her. He cheered, wrapping it around his wrist. The morpher scanned him. "DNA confirmed." In a flash, the morpher works. He held him up, letting the other Rangers take the keys from his morpher to unlock them.

Jen stood in the middle with the rest of the team around her. "Ready? Time for Time Force."

"Rangers from the future chased a mutant criminal through Time. But it took a modern-day hero to finish the job. It took a while for Eric to learn that the greatest virtue of being a Ranger was not the power."

"Quantum Power!" Eric yelled and morphed into the Quantum Ranger.

"But the reward of helping mankind."

"That was sick…but not helpful," Ethan noted.

"Okay, so…what about all the other Rangers?" Conner brought up. "There must be hundreds of them all over the place. Couldn't we team up and scout all over the city?"

Lucy breathed out. "It's not that simple. Most Rangers lose their morphing abilities after the final battle. They sacrifice their powers to defeat their enemy. Once that happens, there is no guarantee that the powers will be accessible after that."

"We need a fifth member." The White Ranger—Alyssa—pressed her hand against the patch on her vest and stared at the stars.

The Yellow Ranger—Taylor—landed behind them. "Calm down, guys." She stated, demorphing. "I say we're doing just fine the way we were."

"Cole joined, and the Wild Force Rangers used the spirits of the ancient animals to fight the evil Orgs - creatures determined to conquer Earth through pollution and destruction. Merrick, the Lunar Wolf, was the final member to join the team."

"Meanwhile, back in reality, we still have no way to find Dr. O." Ethan leaned heavily on the table.

"I know at least one more Ranger team," Hayley spoke. "They had a guy named Cam. He's even more of a genius at this stuff than I am." She missed the unpleasant looks Crystal and Lucy shot each other at the mention of one of their good friends.

"Try typing in 'Ninja Storm,'" Conner spoke up. Everyone turned to him. "What?" He sighed. "My brother was enrolled in Lucy and Crystal's super-secret Ninja school. The students chosen as Power Rangers became teachers, and everyone knew the stories about them. He even spoke about the Guardians."

Ethan looked so shocked. "Your brother was a Power Ranger?"

"Nah, he couldn't even finish ninja school." Connor started smiling. "He's, like, a total airhead. We were so different."

"You keep telling yourself that." Lucy returned, chuckling at the sour expression Conner shot her.

Hayley broke away from the topic. "Look, I found them."

"These were your Power Ranger Wind morphers." The boy in green spoke, opening the case that held the red, blue, and yellow wrist morphers. The red one had white wings, the blue had a dolphin tail, and the yellow had a lion head.

"Yeah, right." The girl snorted.

The guy next to her gasps. "Yes!" The final boy cheered. "See, I knew it, dude. was right!" The three reach for their morphers. "Power Rangers were real."

"From this point, you will be known as…the Wind Power Rangers." Their sensei announced.

"Three unlikely ninja students commanded the power of Earth, Air, and Water. With the uprising of the Wind Rangers, they received help from powerful allies."

The Gold Ranger charged the monster once he stood. Her blade grew gold. She slashed down on the beast. She flipped back. The creature tried to attack. She landed in a crouching position. The Silver Ranger jumped up.

Silver's feet landed on Gold's back. She flipped and slammed her blade against the monster. He growled while Silver's blade turned silver. She swiped across the monster's stomach, causing sparks to fly. The beast fell to the ground in a sparks flurry before he exploded, with Silver facing the Rangers.

"Who were you?"

Gold turned over her shoulder. "We're friends,"

"Gold and Silver were gifted the Powers of the Guardians of the Ancient Eclipse. Powerful beings that guarded the day and the night from evil. Powers that were passed down from siblings to siblings destined and foretold."

The yellow rider rubbed the back of his neck. "I'm Dustin," He stuck his gloved hand out.

"Crystal," The blonde responded.

—||

"Hey guys," Dustin smiled, walking up to the four. He looked around. "You guys finally get to meet. The four siblings turned around to find two other kids approaching them. "Shane, Tori, Blake, Hunter, Crystal, and…" He looked at the brunette.

"Name's Lucy," The brunette answered. "I'm Crystal's sister,"

The video paused on Lucy's face, smiling back at the Dino Rangers. All three Rangers turned to see the two ninjas staring blankly at the screen. "Custos Lunae et noctis," Lucy spoke softly, fiddling with the sleeve of her jacket. "Guardian of the Moon and the Night." She translated, eyes moving to the screen in front of her. "Keeper of the Ancient Moon and Master of the Lunar Eclipse."

"The Silver Eclipse Ranger. That was you." Ethan nodded and then turned to Crystal, who met his gaze. "You were the Gold Ranger."

The blonde nodded. "Custos Solis et diei. Guardian of the Sun and the Day." She spoke. "Keeper of the Ancient Sun and Master of the Solar Eclipse."

Lucy grunted. "Always hated those. They make me feel so old." She pursed her lips. "It was never fair, you know. We spent our whole lives with a prophecy over our shoulders."

Conner spun the chair around for the three to look at the ninja. "When were you gonna tell us?"

"I wasn't," Lucy answered, standing at eye level with him. "Why should I tell you everything I went through last year? Tell you all about the monsters, nightmares, and foretelling that the lunar powers would destroy the world."

"We're friends." Kira shot back.

"This isn't something I can tell you after knowing you for two weeks." Lucy defended, tearing her attention from Conner. "I spent the last year trying not to endanger anyone because of my powers."

"Why?"

"No one knows the origins of the ancient Guardians," Crystal told them, arms folding over her stomach. "But one thing is clear; Guardians are pairs. We don't know how many Guardians but only know a few."

"The legend is that if one person holds both Solar and Lunar powers, they can recreate the world," Lucy informed, then scratched her head, seeming to be thinking everything over. "There's more."

"What?" Kira asked.

"There's more to the story of the Ninja Rangers than you think." Lucy pointed to the screen. "Keep playing; maybe you'll learn more about the team."

"But with the addition of the Eclipse Rangers, it was the power of Thunder that gave them their biggest challenge,"

All three Wind Rangers looked over to find two strangers in Crimson and Navy. "Who were you?" The Red Ranger demanded, pointing at the mysterious Rangers.

"What's with the attitude?" The Blue Ranger asked, noticing that they were still turned away from them.

"Hello, anyone home?" The Yellow Ranger called out, hoping to get an answer from them.

Crimson turned around, followed by the Navy. "You didn't get the memo." He darkly joked. His arms were across his chest.

"Old Rangers out, new Rangers in." Navy agreed.

—||

Suddenly, the two Thunder Rangers come out of one of the wings with a tied-up Cam and a gold ninja. The Crimson Ranger was holding Cam, while the Navy Ranger s holding the tied-up ninja. The Rangers fell into defensive stances.

"But their greatest enemies…."

"Blake?" The Blue Ranger asked, looking at the Navy Ranger.

"Leave him," Hunter snarked. He shoved Cam to the others. "We got what we want."

—||

Hunter groaned, shaking his head again. His helmet was covered in green sludge. "It's coming back." He turned, breathing heavily. His morph shattered. "I remember."

"… proved to be their greatest allies,"

" Do you know who we were?" Shane asked, looking at the brothers.

"Yeah," Hunter answered. " My friends." He smiled. The three Winds look at each other.

—||

"Sorry to spoil your fun," Cam yelled out. He placed the Samurai amulet around his neck.

"With Earth at the brink of destruction, another friend - Cam - returned in time and retrieved the power that could save them all—the power of the Green Samurai. Finally, the Rangers made the ultimate sacrifice against Lothor.

Lothor stood before the three Primary Rangers, his back to the Abyss of Evil. "I have your powers." He snarled.

"We may not be Power Rangers, but we still have power." Shane returned. "Power of Air!"

"Power of Earth!"

"Power of Water!"

"Ninja Powers!"

The three strands of power intertwine, resulting in Lothor being sent backward, covering the edge, and into the Abyss of Evil. It explodes in a burst of purple.

"But they weren't done yet."

Zira threw her head back, laughing evilly. The Rangers were scattered in front of her. She moved closer to them, her lance in her handed. "Poor pathetic Rangers. Can't seem to get anything right these days, huh?" She chuckled darkly. "Well, this world was mine in a few minutes, as it should have been."

"The ancient Guardian, Kyrah, was able to tip the scales, bringing peace and order to the world once more and Lucy back."

A blast of yellow hit Zira square in the chest and sent her flying back. She rolled to a stop after crashing to the ground. Her eyes found Kyrah, who had her star in hand. "Sirius, the brightest star."

Zira climbed to her feet. "I forgot you had the power of the sun." She wiped her nose. "Hit me with your best shot." Another blast had Zira down for good. She groaned. "I don't understand. Why am I weak?"

"Lothor taking power drained us both, but you used Enceladus before Lucy was ready for it."

"I was meant to rule!" Zira struggled to get up. But instead, she crashed back onto the ground. Finally, after everything, Zira closed her eyes. She gave up fighting the Guardian, who wanted her body back.

Kyrah knelt beside her. "No, you were meant to protect, little sister."She stood and faced the Rangers. "Thank you. Without the six of you stepping up, we do not know what this world would have brought with Lothor controlling it."

"What's gonna happen to Crystal and Lucy?" Tori stepped towards the Guardian.

"They will wake up and continue the legacy set forth by the Guardians of old."

The Rangers turned to Lucy, who had moved from the platform to stand in the middle of the room. She turned her eyes to the Rangers before her when the sounds stopped. "I couldn't protect my team from that monster. If I start fighting again, I'm scared I won't return."

"But you did." Kira tried, moving to Lucy. "You came back."

Lucy chuckled humorlessly. "When I came back, I couldn't remember anything. I couldn't remember the week before that. They come in fragments. The battle. The harnessing of a moon. The fall." She curled her arms into herself. "I don't even sleep at this point."

Crystal shot up from where she was sitting. "When were you going to tell me?" She lifted an eyebrow. "Huh? When were you going to tell me that the nightmares still keep you up?"

"I wasn't." Lucy tucked her hands under her arms. She chewed on her lip for a second. "They were getting better. But watching the three fight last week jarred everything loose."

Crystal marched over to Lucy, tugging her into a tight hug. The Silver Guardian pulled away for a second, then wrapped her arms around her sister. Crystal finally pulled away. "Then we do this together."

Lucy lifted her eyebrow. "You wanna talk about my trauma…together?"

"No," Crystal laughed. "If they want you to join, we do it together. You can't have the Moon without the Sun. But if the Winds find out, it was my idea."

"Hey, that reminds me, my brother taught me some ninja moves." Conner moved off-topic, remembering the move that his brother had taught him. He backed up, readying himself. He shifted around and performed the movement, all while managing to kick the mainframe computer system. Then, the screens started to fail and go black.

Both ninjas only sighed, chuckling. "Needs a lot of work, dude," Crystal commented.

"Oh, please tell me that did not just happen," Kira muttered.

"I think we just lost our last hope of finding Tommy." Hayley sighed.

Lucy moved to stand next to Conner. "Congratulations, McKnight; I think you ruined everyone's day." She patted Conner on the shoulder.

Ethan and Kira watched Hayley rapidly type away a few minutes later while Conner freaked out beside them. Behind the three, Lucy and Crystal started sparring, only making minimum effort to avoid another Conner kick situation. Conner breathed and rubbed the back of his head. "Anything?"

Hayley furiously typed on the keyboard. Seconds later, she smiled. The computers started coming back, beeping and flashing colors before everything reappeared. "Got it."

Everyone breathed sighs of relief. "We were so lucky you were a genius." Ethan praised.

From where she was standing, with Lucy's arm twisted behind his back, Crystal turned to the Rangers. "Now, next time you say you have a ninja move, only do it with a trained professional, dumbass."

Hayley turned her head to the Rangers. "Hey, even geniuses need a little help sometimes. That little jolt must have done something to the wiring because I'm getting something."

Dr. Oliver's face appeared back on one of the screens. "With the return of Mesogog, it became necessary to invoke the power of the Dino gems. If anything happens to me, these there…." Conner, Kira, and Ethan's faces appeared. "Alongside the Solar and Lunar Guardians…." Crystal and Lucy appeared in their Ninja Storm suits, helmets under their arms. "Are charged with protecting the planet."

"It's us." Kira breathed.

"You're in good hands."

The Rangers stopped. Conner finally nodded. "He trusts us."

"He does." Hayley agreed. "And he trusts the Guardians."

Crystal yelled, landing roughly on her back. Lucy stood over her. "You only won because I wasn't focused." She jabbed a finger at Lucy, who was laughing and cheering for herself. She sighed, turning to the Rangers. "We aren't even Rangers anymore. We don't have morphers."

"He wants us to join," Lucy spoke, helping her sister up. "During the Megazord fight, he mentioned the gems and the morphers acting as siphons. They could handle the amount of power we put out."

"Okay," Crystal then sighed. "But to destroy Mesogog, we gonna need Dr. O. We owe that much to him."

Kira nodded. "The whole world owes him."

The computer beeped. Hayley smiled brightly. "It worked. I've got a lock on an invisa-portal."

Lucy smiled at her sister and new teammates. "Okay, time to suit up and save a teacher."
