Anakin may be OOC in this, but this is just a fic to vent through him, since these episodes are always hard to watch due to Ahsoka being framed and then leaving.

After my re-watch of this part, needed to let it out.

Despair. That was what Anakin felt has he watched Ahsoka walk away. Away from the Jedi Order. Away from him.

Yet, he could not blame her. The Order had banished her, thrown her to the Senate, and outside of himself, Obi-Wan and Plo Koon, no one had even given her the benefit of the doubt.

And even then, he was the only one who had gone above and beyond to prove she was innocent.

How could the Jedi Order do that to one of their own?

"She is making a mistake Anakin", Mace Windu said as he approached. "She will soon realize it."

"Like you all realized yours?" Anakin said in a growl, turning to face Windu coldly.

Windu started. "There was evidence-"

"Circumstantial evidence!" Anakin snapped. "She let Hondo capture her to save a group of younglings, and stayed at Onderon to help the Rebels against Separatist occupation, by herself! And you couldn't even give her the benefit of the doubt?"

Mace tried to defend himself. "It was a Trial of the Force-"

"DON'T USE THE FORCE TO COVER UP YOUR MISTAKES!" Anakin screamed, and was pleased to see Windu flinch, if even for a fraction of a second. "All of you discarded her like yesterday's garbage because of circumstantial evidence. How do you feel now, knowing it wasn't her after all?"

Mace had no words.

"No wonder she decided to leave. The Jedi Order is clearly not what it used to be, not anymore."

Windu tried to open his mouth, but Anakin cut him off. "Ventress told me she and Ahsoka weren't that different. As much as I hate to say it, she was right. The way you all discarded Ahsoka, its no better than how Count Dooku discarded Ventress. Clearly, we are not the heroes. Not anymore."

Giving Windu one last glare of disgust, Anakin walked off. While Windu looked calm, deep down, he could not deny, that Anakin was speaking the truth.

For every Jedi like Obi-Wan Kenobi and Plo Koon, there are about five like Mace Windu. While at the end, Anakin is responsible for his own choices, Darth Vader is a monster who is as much a making of the Jedi Order as he is of Anakin himself and Sidious, considering how many times the Jedi Order failed Anakin, as well as Ahsoka in this case.
