Hi everyone thank you for all the follows and favorites and I can't express how much it means to me for people to enjoy something I write. I have also heard people's requests so I will be writing a minimum of 900 to 1000 words per chapter. Again thank you for all the support and I hope you will continue to read and enjoy.
I, unfortunately, do not own anything to do with RWBY which belongs to RoosterTeeth and the late great Monty Oum.
(Scene change: Outside World on Cliff with Ozpin and Goodwitch)
"It seems the last pair has formed sir" Glynda Goodwitch said looking at her scroll showing Lie Ren and Nora Valkyrie as they form their pair. The sir in question was none other than Professor Ozpin leader of Beacon who responded with an "Mmmmm..." As the scroll changes to a passed-out Jaune and Pyrrha trying to wake him up Glynda says "Should we go down and help them, sir? This Jaune fellow seems quite untrained from what I am seeing now regardless of what the transcripts indicate."
Ozpin does not give a response but instead just shakes his head negative to Glynda as he watches Rudy and Weiss continue through his scroll.
(Scene Change: Pyrrha and Jaune in the Emerald Forest)
After a few more minutes of shaking from Pyrrha Jaune wakes up with a gasp and a desperate attempt to get some air into his lungs. As he wakes up Pyrrha notices something different about Jaune's eyes. She thinks to herself "Why is there a gold ring around his pupil? He didn't have that before what happened to him?".
"Man…Pyrrha do you know what happened? All I recall is closing my eyes and all I can recall is some man in black saying remember the names Salem and Dunkhel. My head feels like a bullhead thrown at it" Jaune says as he groans out in pain as his aura slowly takes away the pain. Pyrrha gives a questioning look and says "A man in black…Jaune do you have something you are not telling me?". "I don't recall much that happened except that he told me to remember those names I just said" Jaune said as Pyrrha looked at him with doubt.
"Well we can talk more about it once we are done with Initiation," Jaune said with a newfound excitement in his voice as thinks about accomplishing his goal and gets up and moves towards the trees.
Pyrrha follows with a smile and says "These trees will help your training Jaune let me show you something" as she drags him towards one of the many trees in the Emerald forest. "One of the many things we learn in combat school is that aura is a reflection of the user's soul and thanks to semblances you can do incredible feats of strength or for some even move faster than any human could see" Pyrrha says as she continues to speak, " So for your first lesson you must be able to draw out the aura from inside you…So Jaune I want you to come beside me and meditate with me to draw out your aura" Pyrrha says as she sits cross-legged and invites Jaune to sit beside her as she starts to meditate.
As they meditate the forest is filled with red and white light. As they continue to meditate we see Jaune pulling more aura. It looks like his aura dwarfs Pyrrha's as their auras coalesce with each other. I find it interesting that he has more aura than some of the full-fledged huntsmen and huntswomen" Pyrrha notes to herself as she gazes at Jaune and blushes, thinking "He is really cute and he treats me just like a normal person".
"Okay, Jaune that was an excellent first attempt by you. Now how much do you know about sword fighting?" Pyrrha asks him with a questioning look and he conveys he knows absolutely nothing.
(Scene Change: Yang and Blake at the Relic Temple)
As both Yang Xiao Long and Blake Belladonna look upon the temple and the relics they are seeking, with a questioning look and voice Yang asks, "Do you think this is the place partner?"
They both walk to the temple and look at a chessboard with a questioning look at each other with Yang observing and saying, "Some of the pieces are missing, seems we weren't the first ones here". "Well I think we should pick one of the pieces," Blake says as she looks around to see if they were followed.
(Scene Change: Pyrrha and Jaune training Under a tree)
As Pyrrha shows him a few basic stances using his sword he starts to emulate her moves as she shows and thinks internally "Right foot in front of left, shield up to defend, and thrust and slash sword" he says in his head as he emulates her with frighting accuracy and the gold tint around his eyes begins to brighten as he continues.
After a few more minutes the pair decide that they will continue their training after they completed initiation so they walk towards a dark cave and go inside thinking it holds the relics with Jaune making a torch so they can see. There are depictions of armed men fighting monsters on cave walls.
As Jaune looks at Pyrrha, he asks "Do you think this is the place? " Pyrrha gives him a look of doubt and says "I don't think this is the place Jaune". "Pyrrha could you please humor me I made the torch for at least five more feet?" Jaune says as he then trips over himself and drops the torch leaving them in total darkness Pyrrha gives him a look that Jaune could not see as they continue deeper into the cave.
As they go deeper and deeper into the cave they find a glowing gold point that illuminates Jaunes excited feature as he says "That must be the relic". As he runs towards what is thought to be the object Pyrrha tries to warn Jaune by saying in a worried tone "Jaune, wait a second I don't think that the relic". As he pulls on the glowing point a deathstalker was the source of the glowing point and both Jaune and Pyrrha make a mad dash towards the entrance of the cave.
