As Jaune and Pyrrha make their way toward the entrance of the cave the Grimm known as the DeathStalker grabs him and he struggles to get out of the scorpion-like stingers. Pyrrha hits the creature with "Milo" causing it to run off with Jaune.
This causes Pyrrha to make another mad dash as she runs after the Grimm in question trying to rescue her newfound crush from its clutches.
(Scene Change: Yang and Blake at the Relic Temple)
As Yang and Blake are trying to decide on which piece to choose they both decide on taking the Rook piece with them both smirking at each other playfully.
While they do so, they hear Ruby Rose shouting "heads up" from above. Before Ruby could land, the Deathstalker threw Jaune into the air, knocking Ruby off course and sending them both into the trees.
Her head is spinning, but she heals thanks to her aura. She asks in a dazed tone, "Ooooohhhh...What was that?" When Jaune saw the girl, he said, "Hey Rudy...Can you help me get down please?"
Both Blake and Yang are shocked by the scene they just saw and are at a loss for words Blake being puzzled " Did your sister just fall from the sky?" and all Yang could do in response was say "I…" At the what just happened.
Another loud noise could be heard from the forest ahead of them with Ursa waving its claws in the air as a bright pink light from behind it hits it causing it to fall and deposit its riders to the ground.
"YEE-HAAW... Ah Renny, it's broken!" The unnamed ginger girl laughs as the boy speaks to her, "Nora!" ... Please don't do that ever again" says "Rennny" as he panting and frantically searches for the now-named Nora as she picks up a relic and says a pout in her tone "Renny I want a pony...Why haven't you ever gotten me a pony".
"Jaune!" Could be heard in the distance as Pyrrha runs with the Deathstalker in hot pursuit of her with Jaune saying "Pyrrha!" as he unhooks himself from the tree and grabs her and rolls out of the way of the Deathstalker causing it to crash into the trees. While they roll out of the way they stop with Pyrrha on top of him and they both blush and think to themselves "I like the view".
As they get off of each other frantically they could hear yelling from Yang could be heard with hear exclaiming " I can't take it anymore! Can everyone just chill out for two seconds before something crazy happens again?!" as Ruby tries to calm her down another yell from above them from Weiss on top of a flying Grimm called a Nevermore she says "How could you leave me?!" directed at Ruby with her saying "I told you to Jump". Weiss decides to take her advice this time and with others saying she is just going to fall which is what happens but Ruby uses her semblance to get there in time to there in time and carries her bridal style as she saves her with them both blushing at each other with Weiss saying "Put me down this instance" embarrassed by having to have to be saved.
Pyrrha and Jaune walk towards the group to get the relic, of which Jaune and Ruby choose the white rook for Jaune and the white knight for Ruby.
After a few moments of celebration they realize that both the Nevermore and Deathstalker are coming at them with Yang exclaiming in fear "Looks like the gang is back together to die" As the DeathStalker and Nevermore comes at them you hear Ruby say "Split up our objective is to get the relics to the cliffs not to kill the Grimm".
As they decided to split based on the chess piece they have with Yang exclaiming "Why do I have to be with vomit boy" while she ran. When the two pairs realize that it will not stop its pursuit, Jaune says, "We need some sort of plan to take that thing down, Does anyone have any ideas?". He got no response from his makeshift team and decides to say " Hey Pyrrha and if anyone else has a gun shoot at the eyes so then we can dispatch it easier".
An with that command both Blake and Pyrrha stop their running and begin shooting at the Deathstalker temporality blinding it. Once the creature was blinded Jaune yells "Attack" to the group of four causing them to charge at the beast Yang dealt the killing blow using her Gauntlet to cause a massive explosion on top of the beast.
(Scene Change: Beacon Auditorium)
"Russel Thrush, Cardin Winchester, Dove Bronzewing, and Sky Lark shall be known as team CRDL who collected the black bishop pieces led by…Cardin Winchester" the HeadMaster of Beacon said with applause from the audience.
Once the crowd was has quieted down the headmaster again announces to the audience" Team LVWR (Lavender) who consists of Lie Ren, Nora Valkyrie, Ruby Rose, and Weiss Schee who collected the white knight pieces led by…Ruby Rose".
After a few more moments of applause, Ozpin exclaimed to the audience " Jaune Arc, Pyrrha Nikos, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long shall be known as team ABYN (Auburn) who collected the white rook pieces led by…Jaune Arc". When that was said to himself "Me…Leader I don't know the first thing about being a leader" he was knocked out of his when Pyrrha playfully punched him in the shoulder which caused him to smile and blushes.
"Maybe being a leader won't be too bad" Jaune thought but what he doesn't know is that this is only the beginning and a lot of hardships and trials will befall him and his team ABYN.
